Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Erzeugung elektrischer Energie in einem Kraftfahrzeug mittels eines thermoelektrischen Generators (2), welcher mit zumindest einem elektrischen Verbraucher (3) gekoppelt ist und eine Mehrzahl von thermoelektrischen Modulen (4) aufweist. Erfindungsgemäß werden Modulleerlaufspannungen der Module (4) ermittelt und diejenigen der Module (4) ermittelt und elektrisch seriell miteinander verschaltet, von denen eine Summe ihrer Modulleerlaufspannungen das Doppelte einer vorgegebenen Generatorausgangsspannung mit einer kleinstmöglichen Abweichung erreicht. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung eine Vorrichtung zur Erzeugung elektrischer Energie.
