那么， 用户端 22便可以通过有同步群组通讯录管理平台 20内群组通讯录功能的内置 通讯录、 或者有带群组通讯录管理平台 20通讯录功能的客户端程序向群组通讯录管理平台 20发送下载更新自身存储的通讯录的请求， 群组通讯录管理平台 20在接收到用户端 22发 送的请求后， 根据所维护的群组通讯录将用户端 22自身存储的通讯录进行下载更新。

步骤 201-2: 平台在接收到用户发送的创建群组通讯录的请求后， 获取所创建的群组通 讯录的群组创建信息， 并根据所获取的群组创建信息创建群组通讯录， 其中， 群组创建信 息包括群组类型、 群组名和群组简介等信息；

通过重复执行步骤 201-1至 201-3， 平台便可以创建一到多个群组通讯录， 例如， 本发 明实施例中， 平台共创建了三个群组通讯： 名称为 "第一中学三年一班" 的群组通讯录、 群组 ID为 0001， "某科技公司无线研发部门" 的群组通讯录、 群组 ID为 0010;

本发明在具体实现时， 成员通过检索群组 ID 或 /和群组简介来确定自身所要加入的群 组通讯录， 并向平台发送加入群组通讯录的请求， 该请求中包含所要加入的群组通讯录的 群组 ID; 平台在接收到成员加入群组通讯录的请求后， 根据请求中所携带的群组 ID将发送 请求的成员加入到群组 ID所标识的群组通讯录中；
进一步地， 平台在根据请求中所携带的群组 ID将发送请求的成员加入到群组 ID所标 识的群组通讯录之前， 还包括： 平台对发送加入群组通讯录请求的成员进行验证 （如采用 常用的身份验证方法对发送请求的成员的省份进行验证）， 在验证通过后， 根据请求中所携 带的群组 ID将发送请求的成员加入到群组 ID所标识的群组通讯录；

上述处理的好处在于： 成员预先编辑自身的通讯信息， 这样， 成员在加入不同的群组 通讯录时， 可以根据预先编辑好的通讯信息快速的加入到群组通讯录中， 并且在该成员所 另外， 成员在冋干 Θ犮迗的 入群组通 τΗ求的谞求甲除 J"群组 ID外开小 si 成员的通 讯信息， 这样， 平台在将发送请求的成员加入到群组 ID所标识的群组通讯录的同时， 提示 成员编辑自身的通讯信息， 平台将接收到的成员所编辑的通讯信息保存在群组通讯录中； 上述处理的好处在于， 成员在加入群组通讯录时， 临时编辑自身的通讯信息， 这样， 成员在所加入的不同的群组通讯录内可以设置不同的通讯信息；
例如， 毕业于第一中学三年一班的李四在平台中搜索群组 ID及相应的群组简介， 发现 群组 ID为 0001的通讯录群组记录的是 "第一中学 09级三年一班的各位同学的通讯信息"， 而自己曾经正是第一中学 09级三年一班的学生， 所以李四向平台发送加入群组 ID为 0001 的群组通讯录的请求， 以便加入该群组通讯录， 这样， 李四便可以看到该群组通讯录内的 各成员的通讯信息并可以让该群组通讯录内的成员看到自身的通讯信息； 这里， 李四在向 平台发送加入群组 ID为 0001 的请求时， 该请求中携带有自身的通讯信息； 平台在接收到 李四所发送的请求后， 将李四加入群组 ID为 0001 的通讯录群组， 并记录该请求中所携带 的李四的通讯信息；
方式二、 平台向待加入成员发送加入群组通讯录的邀请， 并等待接收待加入成员发送 的同意邀请的消息； 当平台接收到消息时， 将待加入成员添加到群组通讯录， 并获取待加 入成员的通讯信息， 记录和维护待加入成员的通讯信息； 当平台接收到消息且消息内包含 待加入成员的通讯信息时， 将待加入成员添加到群组通讯录， 并记录和维护待加入成员的 通讯信息。
本方法在具体实现时， 管理员通过平台邀请自己所认识的成员加入到自身所在的群组 通讯录， 其中， 管理员为创建群组通讯录的创建人所指定的； 平台将管理员所发出的邀请 转发给相应的成员， 该邀请中包含邀请成员接入群组通讯录的群组 ID; 成员在接收到邀请 后， 确定是否要接受该邀请， 当接收该邀请时， 向平台发送同意邀请的消息， 其中， 该同 意邀请的消息中还包含成员的通讯信息； 当平台接收到成员所返回的同意邀请的消息是， 将同意平台邀请的成员添加到群组通讯录；
这里， 当同意邀请的消息中还包含成员的通讯信息时， 平台在将同意平台邀请的成员 添加到群组通讯录的同时， 记同意邀请的消息中所携带的成员的通讯信息；
上述处理的好处在于： 成员预先编辑自身的通讯信息， 这样， 成员在加入不同的群组 通讯录时， 可以根据预先编辑好的通讯信息快速的加入到群组通讯录中， 并且在该成员所 加入的所有的群组通讯录中所看到的通讯信息都是一样的；
另外， 当同意邀请的消息中不包含成员的通讯信息时， 平台在将同意平台邀请的成员 通讯信息保仔在群组： ¾τΗ求甲；
上述处理的好处在于， 成员在加入群组通讯录时， 临时编辑自身的通讯信息， 这样， 成员在所加入的不同的群组通讯录内可以设置不同的通讯信息；
例如， 群组 ID为 0001 的通讯录群组中的管理员李四， 管理员李四是由该通讯录群组 的创建者张三所指定的， 李四则通过平台向自己第一中学 09级三年一班的同学麻衣、 王五 和玛丽发送邀请， 分别邀请麻衣、 王五和玛丽加入群组 ID为 0001的通讯录群组； 当麻衣、 王五和玛丽分别接收到邀请后， 确定自己要加入该群组 ID为 0001 的群组通讯录， 则向平 台发送同意邀请的消息； 平台在接收到麻衣、 王五和玛丽的同意要求的消息后， 将麻衣、 王五和玛丽加入到群组 ID为 0001 的群组通讯录中， 并在将麻衣、 王五和玛丽加入到群组 通讯时， 提示麻衣、 王五和玛丽输入自身的通讯信息， 之后， 将获取的麻衣、 王五和玛丽 的通讯信息添加到群组通讯录中；
需要说明的是， 通过方法一和方法二为所创建的群组通讯录所添加的成员在本发明实 施例中成为 "实成员"；
方式三、 在因特网内搜索待加入成员的信息； 在群组通讯录内添加待加入成员， 并记 录和维护搜索到信息；
本发明在具体实现时， 平台在所创建的群组通讯录内建立成员的通讯录条目， 该成员 的通讯录条目内的通讯信息至少包括成员名称， 这里， 在群组通讯录内所添加的成员并没 有真正的加入到该群组通讯录内， 仅是在群组通讯录内占有一定的内存并包含部分通讯信 息， 本发明实施例中称该部分成员为 "虚成员"； 平台通过连接 Internet 网络来进行关联 搜索以获取 "虚成员" 的部分通讯信息；

再例如： 平台在群组通讯录 "第一中学三年一班" 内建立两个通讯录条目， 该两个通 讯录条目分别对应于第一中学 09 级三年一班的学生 "卢嘉义"和 "卢洪峰"， 而目标所获 取的信息就仅仅局限在了 "卢嘉义"和 "卢洪峰"这两个称呼上， 不知道其他的任何信息， 此时， 平台可以通过 Internet网络来关联搜索与 "卢嘉义"和 "卢洪峰"有关的所有关联 信息， 并从获取的关联信息中提取将 "卢嘉义"和 "卢洪峰" 由 "虚成员"变成 "实成员" 和 "户洪峰" 入群组通讯求；
那么， 通过步骤 201-4所述的方法， 平台便可以为所创建的任一群组通讯录添加成员， 图 3 实例性地给出了群组通讯录 "第一中学三年一班" 的内容的示意图， 该群组通讯录内 包含 10个 "实成员 "和 10个 "虚成员"；
步骤 201-5: 平台对所创建的群组通讯录内的成员的通讯录信息进行维护， 如添加、 修改或删除成员的通讯录信息等；
具体地， 群组通讯录的 "实成员"通过平台对自身所属群组通讯录内的通讯信息进行 维护， 另外， "实成员"还可以授权或限制自身所属群组通讯录内的管理员通过平台对自己 的通讯信息进行维护； 平台对群组通讯录内的无论是 "实成员"还是管理员所维护的通讯 信息进行保存； 或者
群组通讯录内的管理员通过平台维护群组内包括自身、 "虚成员"和被允许修改的 "实 成员" 的通讯信息； 平台对群组通讯录内由管理原所维护的通讯信息进行保存；
例如， 群组通讯录 "第一中学三年一班" 内的 "实成员"李四将自己在该群组通讯录 "第一中学三年一班" 内的通讯信息 "QQ号 414148020"、 "电话 01051238420"、 和 "邮箱 1123 63. com"修改为 "QQ号 414148020"、 "电话 01051238420"、和"邮箱 1123@souhu. com", 平台将群组通讯录 "第一中学三年一班" 内的 "实成员"李四的通讯信息保存为 " QQ 号 414148020"、 "电话 01051238420"、 和 "邮箱 1123@搜狐. com"。
步骤 202: 平台在接收到用户端所发送的下载更新用户端通讯录的请求后， 根据所建立 的群组通讯录对所述用户端通讯录进行更新；
具体地， 用户端通过有平台内群组通讯录功能的内置通讯录、 或者有带平台通讯录功 能的客户端程序向平台发起下载更新用户端通讯录的请求， 其中， 用户端可以采用手动模 式或设定规则的自动模式向平台发送下载更新用户端通讯录的请求， 并以平台的账号与密 码的方式关联到平台；
具体地， 本发明实施例通过如下两种方式来根据所建立的群组通讯录对所述用户端通 讯录进行更新：
方式一、 拷贝所述用户端通讯录； 从所建立的群组通讯录中确定待下载群组通讯录； 将所述待下载群组通讯录与所述用户端通讯录的拷贝进行合并； 将合并后得到的通讯录下 载到所述用户端。

例如， 毕业于第一中学三年一班的张三在平台中搜索群组 ID及相应的群组简介， 发现 群组 ID为 0001的通讯录群组记录的是 "第一中学 09级三年一班的各位同学的通讯信息"， 而自己曾经正是第一中学 09级三年一班的学生， 所以张三向平台发送下载群组 ID为 0001 的群组通讯录的请求， 以便将该群组通讯录下载到自己的通讯录内； 另外， 张三在平台中 搜索群组 ID及相应的群组简介， 发现群组 ID为 0010的通讯录群组记录的是 "某科技公司 无线研发部门内各组员的通讯信息 "， 而自己目前正是该某科技公司无线研发部门内一名新 进人员， 所以张三向平台发送下载群组 ID为 0010的群组通讯录的请求， 以便将该群组通 讯录下载到自己的通讯录内；
其中， 将所述待下载群组通讯录与所述用户端通讯录的拷贝进行合并包括： 将所述待 下载群组通讯内的各成员的通讯信息与所述拷贝内的各成员的通讯信息进行对比， 当所述 待下载群组通讯录内存在与所述拷贝内的成员相同成员名称的成员时， 按照预设规则将所 述待下载群组通讯录合并到所述拷贝内； 当所述待下载群组通讯录内不存在与所述拷贝内 的成员相同成员名称的成员时， 直接将所述待下载通讯录合并到所述拷贝内。
具体地， 当待下载群组通讯录内存在与拷贝内的成员相同成员名称的成员时， 按照预 设规则将待下载群组通讯录合并到拷贝内包括：
将待下载群组通讯录内与拷贝内成员的成员名称不相同的成员合并到拷贝内； 根据待 下载群组通讯录内与拷贝内成员相同成员名称的成员的通讯信息对拷贝内与待下载群组通 讯录内成员相同成员名称的成员的通讯信息进行更新， 或者， 不更新拷贝内与待下载群组 通讯录内成员相同成员名称的成员的通讯信息， 或者， 根据待下载群组通讯录内与拷贝内 成员相同成员名称的成员的通讯信息对拷贝内与待下载群组通讯录内成员相同成员名称的 成员新建一条通讯信息。

再例如： 用户端李四在平台中搜索群组 ID及相应的群组简介， 发现群组 ID为 0001的 通讯录群组记录的是 "第一中学 09 级三年一班的各位同学的通讯信息"， 而自己曾经正是 第一中学 09级三年一班的学生， 所以李四向平台发送添加群组 ID为 0001的群组通讯录的 请求， 以便加添该群组通讯录到自身的通讯内， 这样， 李四便可以一次将第一中学 09级三 年一班的同学的信息添加到自身的通讯录内； 平台在接收到李四所发送的添加群组 ID 为 0001的群组通讯录请求后， 将群组 ID为 0001的通讯录群组内的通讯信息全部添加到所拷 贝的用户端的通讯录内；
方式二、 从所建立的群组通讯录中确定待下载群组通讯录； 将所述待下载群组通讯录 下载到所述用户端， 以便所述用户端将所述待下载群组通讯录与所述用户端通讯录进行合 并；
其中， 从所建立的群组通讯录中确定待下载群组通讯录的具体实现方式与方式一中的 从所建立的群组通讯录中确定待下载群组通讯录的具体实现方式相同， 此处就不再赘述； 其中， 所述用户端将所述待下载群组通讯录与所述用户端通讯录进行合并与平台将所 述待下载群组通讯录与所述用户端通讯录进行合并方法相同， 此处就不再赘述；

另外， 通过本发明技术方案的实现为产品带来有竞争力的功能： 通过本文描述的技术 方案， 就可以在手机、 平板电脑、 PC等移动设备上实现除了个人通讯录的同步外， 还可以 实现群组通讯录的同步； 为营销带来快速的传播模式： 抓住一些意见领袖， 即可以由其带 来其多个群组的用户； 为产品带来更强的粘性： 为用户在通讯录平台上增加了多重的群组 关系， 在增强用户粘性的同时， 提高了用户的弃用成本； 此方案可整合到现有的多种形式 的产品中， 如： 个人 IM (含 IM群组）、 SNS、 企业服务、 个人通讯录、 同步助手、 邮件客户 端等， 大大增强了原产品的延伸。 本发明方法、 平台实施例， 可以互相参照引用。 尤其是， 由于在方法中对整个流程已 经进行了详细描述， 平台实施例中的一些细节没有再详细描述， 但均可以参照方法实施例。 本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过硬件来完 成， 也可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成， 所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储 介质中， 上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器， 磁盘或光盘等。 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例， 并不用以限制本发明， 凡在本发明的精神和原则 之内， 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等， 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

1、 一种维护用户通讯录的方法， 其特征在于， 所述方法包括：
群组通讯录管理平台建立一个或多个群组通讯录， 并为所建立的群组通讯录分配群组 ID;
所述群组通讯录管理平台在接收到用户端发送的下载更新用户端通讯录的请求时， 根据 所建立的群组通讯录对所述用户端通讯录进行更新。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法， 其特征在于， 所述群组通讯录管理平台建立一个或多个 群组通讯录， 并为所建立的群组通讯录分配群组 ID包括：
所述群组通讯录管理平台获取所述群组通讯录的群组创建信息， 根据所述群组创建信息 创建所述群组通讯录， 并为所述群组通讯录分配群组 ID;
所述群组通讯录管理平台为所述群组通讯录添加成员， 并记录和维护所添加成员的通讯 信息。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的方法， 其特征在于， 所述群组通讯录管理平台为所述群组通讯 录添加成员， 并记录和维护所添加成员的通讯信息包括：
所述群组通讯录管理平台等待接收待加入成员发送的加入所述群组通讯录的请求； 所述 群组通讯录管理平台在接收到所述请求且所述请求中包含所述群组通讯录的群组 ID时，将所 述待加入成员添加到所述群组通讯录， 并获取所述待加入成员的通讯信息， 记录和维护所述 待加入成员的通讯信息； 所述群组通讯录管理平台在接收到所述请求且所述请求中包含所述 群组通讯录的群组 ID和所述待加入成员的通讯信息时，将所述待加入成员添加到所述群组通 讯录， 并记录和维护所述待加入成员的通讯信息； 或者
所述群组通讯录管理平台向待加入成员发送加入所述群组通讯录的邀请， 并等待接收所 述待加入成员发送的同意邀请的消息； 所述群组通讯录管理平台在接收到所述消息时， 将所 述待加入成员添加到所述群组通讯录， 并获取所述待加入成员的通讯信息， 记录和维护所述 待加入成员的通讯信息； 所述群组通讯录管理平台在接收到所述消息且所述消息内包含待加 入成员的通讯信息时， 将所述待加入成员添加到所述群组通讯录， 并记录和维护所述待加入 成员的通讯信息； 或者
所述群组通讯录管理平台在因特网内搜索待加入成员的信息； 所述群组通讯录管理平台

所述群组通讯录管理平台从所建立的群组通讯录中确定待下载群组通讯录； 所述群组通 讯录管理平台将所述待下载群组通讯录下载到所述用户端， 以便所述用户端将所述待下载群 组通讯录与所述用户端通讯录进行合并； 或者
所述群组通讯录管理平台拷贝所述用户端通讯录； 所述群组通讯录管理平台从所建立的 群组通讯录中确定待下载群组通讯录； 所述群组通讯录管理平台将所述待下载群组通讯录与 所述用户端通讯录的拷贝进行合并； 所述群组通讯录管理平台将合并后得到的通讯录下载到 所述用户端。
5、根据权利要求 4所述的方法， 其特征在于， 所述群组通讯录管理平台将所述待下载群 组通讯录与所述用户端通讯录的拷贝进行合并包括：
所述群组通讯录管理平台将所述待下载群组通讯内的各成员的通讯信息与所述拷贝内的 各成员的通讯信息进行对比；
所述群组通讯录管理平台在所述待下载群组通讯录内存在与所述拷贝内的成员相同成员 名称的成员时， 按照预设规则将所述待下载群组通讯录合并到所述拷贝内；
所述群组通讯录管理平台在所述待下载群组通讯录内不存在与所述拷贝内的成员相同成 员名称的成员时， 直接将所述待下载通讯录合并到所述拷贝内。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的方法， 其特征在于， 所述群组通讯录管理平台在所述待下载群 组通讯录内存在与所述拷贝内的成员相同成员名称的成员时， 按照预设规则将所述待下载群 组通讯录合并到所述拷贝内包括：
所述群组通讯录管理平台在将所述待下载群组通讯录内与所述拷贝内成员的成员名称不 相同的成员合并到所述拷贝内；
所述群组通讯录管理平台在根据所述待下载群组通讯录内与所述拷贝内成员相同成员名 称的成员的通讯信息对所述拷贝内与所述待下载群组通讯录内成员相同成员名称的成员的通 讯信息进行更新， 或者， 不更新所述拷贝内与所述待下载群组通讯录内成员相同成员名称的 成员的通讯信息， 或者， 根据所述待下载群组通讯录内与所述拷贝内成员相同成员名称的成 ?n信息。
7、根据权利要求 l所述的方法， 其特征在于， 所述群组通讯录管理平台将合并后得到的 通讯录下载到所述用户端之前， 所述方法还包括： 将合并得到的通讯录内的成员的通讯信息 进行编辑。
8、 一种群组通讯录管理平台， 其特征在于， 所述平台包括： 建立模块和更新模块: 所述建立模块，用于建立一个或多个群组通讯录，并为所建立的群组通讯录分配群组 ID; 所述更新模块， 用于当接收到用户端发送的下载更新用户端通讯录的请求时， 根据所述 建立模块所建立的群组通讯录对所述用户端通讯录进行更新。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的平台， 其特征在于， 所述建立模块包括：
建立单元， 用于获取所述群组通讯录的群组创建信息， 根据所述群组创建信息创建所述 群组通讯录， 并为所述群组通讯录分配群组 ID;
添加单元， 用于为所述建立单元所建立的群组通讯录添加成员， 并记录和维护所添加成 员的通讯信息。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的平台， 其特征在于， 所述添加单元包括：
第一接收子单元， 用于等待接收待加入成员发送的加入所述群组通讯录的请求； 第一添加子单元， 用于在所述第一接收子单元接收到所述请求且所述请求中包含所述群 组通讯录的群组 ID时，将所述待加入成员添加到所述群组通讯录， 并获取所述待加入成员的 通讯信息， 记录和维护所述待加入成员的通讯信息；
第二添加子单元， 用于在所述第一接收子单元接收到所述请求且所述请求中包含所述群 组通讯录的群组 ID和所述待加入成员的通讯信息时，将所述待加入成员添加到所述群组通讯 录， 并记录和维护所述待加入成员的通讯信息；
或者， 所述添加单元包括：
发送子单元， 用于向待加入成员发送加入所述群组通讯录的邀请；
第二接收子单元， 用于等待接收所述待加入成员发送的同意邀请的消息；
第三添加子单元， 用于在所述第二接收子单元接收到所述消息时， 将所述待加入成员添 τΗ信息；
第四添加子单元， 用于在所述第二接收子单元接收到所述消息且所述消息内包含待加入 成员的通讯信息时， 将所述待加入成员添加到所述群组通讯录， 并记录和维护所述待加入成 员的通讯信息；
或者， 所述添加单元包括：
搜索子单元， 用于在因特网内搜索待加入成员的信息；
第五添加子单元， 用于在所述群组通讯录内添加所述待加入成员， 并记录和维护所述搜 索子单元搜索到的信息。
11、 根据权利要求 9所述的平台， 其特征在于， 所述更新模块包括：
确定单元， 用于从所建立的群组通讯录中确定待下载群组通讯录；
第一更新下载单元， 用于将所述待下载群组通讯录下载到所述用户端， 以便所述用户端 将所述待下载群组通讯录与所述用户端通讯录进行合并；
或者， 所述更新模块包括：
拷贝单元， 用于拷贝所述用户端通讯录；
确定单元， 用于从所建立的群组通讯录中确定待下载群组通讯录；
合并单元， 用于将所述确定单元确定的待下载群组通讯录与所述拷贝单元所得到的用户 端通讯录的拷贝进行合并；
第二下载更新单元， 用于将所述合并单元后得到的通讯录下载到所述用户端。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的平台， 其特征在于， 所述合并单元包括：
对比子单元， 用于将所述待下载群组通讯内的各成员的通讯信息与所述拷贝内的各成员 的通讯信息进行对比；
第一合并子单元， 用于在所述待下载群组通讯录内存在与所述拷贝内的成员相同成员名 称的成员时， 按照预设规则将所述待下载群组通讯录合并到所述拷贝内；
第二合并子单元， 用于在所述待下载群组通讯录内不存在与所述拷贝内的成员相同成员 名称的成员时， 直接将所述待下载通讯录合并到所述拷贝内。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的平台， 其特征在于， 所述第一合并子单元， 具体用于将所述 还狩卜载群组： m?n求内与所还拷贝内成员相问成员名称的成员的： ¾讯信息 Χ Λ还拷贝内与所 述待下载群组通讯录内成员相同成员名称的成员的通讯信息进行更新， 或者， 不更新所述拷 贝内与所述待下载群组通讯录内成员相同成员名称的成员的通讯信息， 或者， 根据所述待下 载群组通讯录内与所述拷贝内成员相同成员名称的成员的通讯信息对所述拷贝内与所述待下 载群组通讯录内成员相同成员名称的成员新建一条通讯信息。
14、 根据权利要求 8所述的平台， 其特征在于， 所述平台还包括： 二次修改模块， 用于 将合并得到的通讯录内的成员的通讯信息进行编辑。
