본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 자외선엘이디를 사용하여 제품의 크기를 최소화함으로써 휴대성 및 장식성이 높을 뿐만 아니라, 접이식 다리 구조를 채용함으로써 자외선의 발광거리 및 공간을 임의로 조절할 수 있는 휴대용 손톱 경화기를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.

상기 작동축(40)은 사용자가 오픈버튼(21)을 누름에 따라 이동하고, 압축스프링(42)의 탄성력에 의해 복귀하도록 구성되어 있으며, 상기 헤드(41)의 양측에는 작동핀(43)의 선단이 밀착되어 있다.
상기 작동핀(43)의 타단은 걸림고리(50)에 형성된 밀착부(52)에 밀착되어 있으며, 상기 걸림고리(50)의 전후에는 상측몸체(20)에 회동할 수 있게 결합된 축부(51)가 형성되어 있다.
상기 걸림고리(50)에는 압축스프링(54)의 선단이 설치되는 돌기부(53)가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 압축스프링(54)의 타단은 도 7에서 도시한 바와 같이 복수의 자외선엘이디(25)가 구비된 회로기판(24) 또는 상측몸체판(30)에 밀착되어 걸림고리(50)에 탄성력을 부여하게 된다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 휴대용 손톱 경화기는 평상시 걸림고리(50)가 잠금부(82)에 고정되어 있어 접이식다리(60)가 접혀진 상태를 유지하다가, 오픈버튼(21)을 누르게 되면 상측부재(100)가 상승하게 된다.
즉, 오픈버튼(21)을 누르면 작동축(40)이 이동하여 헤드(41)의 양측 경사면에 밀착된 작동핀(43)의 선단을 이격시키게 되고, 상기 작동핀(43)이 이격되면서 밀착부(52)에 밀착된 타단은 걸림고리(50)를 회동시키게 된다.
따라서 걸림고리(50)가 잠금부(82)에서 이탈하게 되면 토션스프링(61)의 탄성력에 의해 접이식다리(60)가 펴지게 되고, 이에 따라 상측부재(100)가 상승한다.
그리고 상측부재(100)를 하방으로 누르게 되면 걸림고리(50)가 압축스프링(54)의 탄성력에 의해 잠금부(82)에 고정되고, 작동축(40) 및 오픈버튼(21)은 압축스프링(42)에 의해 복귀한다.
한편, 본 발명에 의한 휴대용 손톱 경화기는 내부에 삽입 장착되는 배터리 또는 외부의 전원에 의해 동작되며, 전기적 제어동작은 당업계의 일반적인 기술이므로, 이하에서는 간략하게 각 구성소자의 동작관계를 설명한다.
도 8에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명은 휴대성에 기본 목적이 있으므로 리튬이온방식의 배터리가 착탈가능하게 결합되어 전원을 공급하게 되며, 배터리를 충전하기 위해 별도의 충전잭(22)이 구비되며, 복수의 전기적 소자가 회로기판(24)에 장착된다.
즉, 외부에서 공급된 전원이 충전잭(22)을 통해 충전부(24b)에 전달되면, 상기 충전부(24b)에서는 충전표시등(24c)을 점등함과 동시에 배터리(24d)를 충전시킨다. 이때, 충전표시등(24c)은 본 발명의 일 실시례로서 충전중인 경우 점등, 충전완료인 경우 소등, 배터리 미결합시 점멸 등의 상태를 나타내게 되며, 상기 충전잭은 호환성을 높이기 위해 스마트폰에서 사용되는 micro USB 잭으로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 배터리(24d)의 전원은 레귤레이터(24e)를 통해 안정적인 전원으로 변환하여 엠씨유(MCU)(24a)에 전달되고, 상기 엠씨유(24a)에서는 기능버튼(21a)의 동작신호가 전달되는 경우 엘이디제어부(24f)와 PWM콘트롤부(24g)를 통해 복수의 자외선엘이디(25)를 점등하며, 동작상태를 외부로 표출하기 위해 동작표시등(24i)을 점등한다. 상기 스위치의 동작신호는 자외선에 의한 경화시간을 감안하여 설계단계에서 동작신호의 지속시간이 30초, 45초, 60초 등 다양한 설정이 가능하도록 구성되어 있다.
한편, 상기 엘이디제어부(24f)의 제어신호는 배터리감시부(24h)에도 전달되며, 상기 배터리감시부(24h)에서는 배터리(24d)가 저전압상태인 경우 엠씨유(24a)에 제어신호를 전달하여 동작표시등(24i)을 소등 또는 점멸하는 등의 에러상황을 표출하게 된다.
상기 PWM콘트롤부(24g)에서는 사용상태에 따라 배터리 전압이 변동되어도 출력 전압 및 전류를 일정하게 유지시키게 되며, 상기 엠씨유(24a)에서는 기능버튼(21a)의 제어신호와 레귤레이터(25a)의 동작을 피드백제어하여 기능버튼(21a)의 제어신호를 통해 전달된 설정시간동안만 엘이디제어부(24f)를 동작시키게 된다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 휴대용 손톱 경화기는 휴대전화의 형상으로 디자인되어 휴대성 및 장식성이 뛰어날 뿐만 아니라, 상측부재(100)를 오픈버튼(21) 및 스프링의 탄성력에 의해 간단히 조작하여 상승시킴으로써 편리하게 사용할 수 있다.
또한, 다수의 손가락을 한 번에 경화하고자 할 때는 상측부재(100)를 접고 도어(83)를 개방함으로써 자외선의 발광거리 및 공간을 임의로 조절할 수도 있다.
본 발명의 다른 실시 예로서 도 9에서 도시한 바와 같이 휴대용 손톱 경화기를 하우징(90)에 결합하여 다수의 손가락을 경화하면서 충전을 동시에 할 수도 있다.
이를 위해 상기 하우징(90)의 상단부 내측에는 본 발명이 삽입될 수 있도록 결합공간(91)이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 결합공간(91)의 내측에는 충전잭(22)에 결합되어 배터리에 전원을 공급하는 충전포트(92)가 구비되어 있다.
상기 결합공간(91)의 하측에는 손삽입공간(93)이 형성되어 있으며, 하우징(90)의 배면에는 콘센트에 연결하는 전원선(94)이 구비되어 있다.
상기와 같은 본 발명은 상술한 특정의 실시 예에 한정되지 아니하며, 청구범위에서 청구하는 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능할 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 손톱 경화기에 있어서,
    배터리가 외부로 이탈되는 것을 방지하며 전체적인 외부 형상을 이루는 상측커버와, 충전식 배터리가 수납되는 배터리수납부가 형성되어 있으며 내측에는 복수의 자외선엘이디가 설치되는 회로기판이 내장되는 상측몸체와, 자외선을 하방으로 방출할 수 있도록 복수의 발광홀이 형성되어 있는 상측몸체판을 포함하여 이루어진 상측부재와;
    좌우로 도어를 개폐할 수 있도록 개방부가 형성되고 상기 개방부의 양측에는 잠금부가 삽입되어 상측으로 돌출될 수 있도록 절개부가 구비된 테이블과, 상기 도어가 안착되는 도어설치부가 구비되어 테이블의 하측과 결합되는 하측커버를 포함하여 이루어진 하측부재;
    로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 손톱 경화기.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 상측몸체판 양측 저면에는 접이식다리의 상측이 회동될 수 있도록 결합되는 상측힌지부가 형성되고, 상기 테이블의 양측 상면에는 접이식다리의 하측이 회동될 수 있도록 결합되는 하측힌지부가 형성되되,
    상측몸체의 오픈버튼이 눌려지면, 작동축이 전진하여 선단에 구비된 헤드에 의해 작동핀을 양방향으로 밀어내고, 상기 작동핀이 걸림고리를 회동시켜 잠금부를 해제하면 접이식다리가 토션스프링의 탄성력에 의해 상측부재를 승강시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 손톱 경화기.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 작동핀은 오픈버튼을 누름에 따라 이동하는 작동축의 선단에 형성된 삼각형의 헤드 경사면에 밀착되어 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 손톱 경화기.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 상측부재 및 하측부재는 하우징에 형성된 결합공간에 결합되어 충전포트에 의해 배터리를 충전하며, 상기 결합공간의 하측에는 손삽입공간이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 손톱 경화기.
