    [Best Mode]
  • Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
  • As shown in Fig. 1, a portable curing device for fingernails of the present invention includes an upper member 100 and a lower member 200.
  • First, the upper member 100 includes an upper cover 10 that prevents a connected battery (not shown in the drawing) from being separated toward the outside and forms the entire external shape, and an upper body 20 and an upper body plate 30 that are provided with electric components and mechanical components, a circuit board 24 that is provided with a ultraviolet LED and a plurality of electric elements.
  • At this time, a battery accommodating part 23 that accommodates a rechargeable battery is formed at an upper side of the upper body 20. The circuit board 24 that emits ultraviolet rays is provided within the upper body, and the upper body plate 30 is connected to a lower side thereof
  • Further, a plurality of emitting holes 31 is formed in the upper body plate 30 so as to emit the ultraviolet rays downward, and upper hinges 32 that allow upper parts of foldable legs to be described below to be movably connected are formed on both edges of a lower surface of the upper body plate.
  • Meanwhile, the lower member 200 includes a table 70 at which a finger is positioned, openable doors 83, and a lower cover 80.
  • At this time, an opening 71 is formed in a center of the table 70 so as to open or close the doors 83, cut-off parts 72 into which locking parts 82 are inserted and then protrude upward are formed in both sides of the opening 71, and lower hinges 73 to which lower parts of the foldable legs to be described below are movably connected are formed in front and rear of the cut-off parts 72.
  • Furthermore, the lower cover 80 is connected to the lower side of the table 70, the doors 83 are connected to a door installation part 81 of the lower cover 80 so as to be opened or closed in a left and right direction, and the locking parts 82 are formed at both sides of the lower cover with a distance spaced apart from the door installation part 81.
  • The portable curing device for fingernails of the present invention having the above-stated configuration is designed in the form of a mobile phone, and has a foldable and expandable structure so as to improve usability.
  • As shown in FIG. 2, the upper cover 10 is connected to the upper side of the device of the present invention in a folded state. An open button 21 that separates the upper member from the lower member to be described below with a certain distance, a function button 21a that selects various control operations, a power display lamp 21b that displays a power state, a charge state, and an operation state, a charge display lamp 24c, and an operation display lamp 24i are provided on a front surface of the device. Thus, it is possible to more efficiently cure nail polish painted on fingernails or toenails by the ultraviolet LED depending on a usage environment and purpose of use.
  • At this time, as shown in FIG. 3, the lower cover 80 provided with the door installation part 81 at a center is connected to a lower surface of the portable curing device for fingernails, and the pair of doors 83 that are opened or closed in the left and right direction are provided at the door installation part 81 (it is illustrated in the drawing that one door is separated in order to show internal components).
  • When the doors 83 are opened, the plurality of emitting holes 31 is seen, and the ultraviolet rays are emitted from the ultraviolet LED provided at the inside through the emitting holes 31 to dry and cure a curable material painted on the fingernails.
  • A charging jack 22 that is connected to a power line to charge the battery that is detachably attached to the device is provided on a rear surface of the device of the present invention.
  • In the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, foldable legs 60 are connected between the upper member 100 and the lower member 200 so as to be more efficiently used by performing the expanding and folding operations depending on the usage environment.
  • That is, by raising the upper member 100 connected to the lower member 200 by using the foldable legs 60, it is possible to cure the fingernail by inserting the finger between the upper member 100 and the lower member 200, that is, on the table 70. At this time, the doors 83 at the center of the table 70 are maintained in a closed state, and the ultraviolet rays are emitted toward the table 70 from the lower surface of the upper body 20. A current operating state of the curing device is seen by turning on or flickering the plurality of display LEDs 21b.
  • Here, when the foldable legs 60 are folded, the upper body 20 of the upper member 100 are fixed by the locking parts 82. When the upper body 20 is unlocked from the locking parts 82, the foldable legs 60 are expanded by elastic forces of torsion springs 61, so that the upper body 20 is raised.
  • Furthermore, in order to use the upper member 100 and the lower member 200 in a connected state, the ultraviolet rays are emitted downward through the opening 71 by opening the doors 83.
  • Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 6, an operating shaft 40 connected to the open button 21 is connected to the inside of the upper body 20, and a head 41 having a substantially triangle shape is formed at a front end of the operating shaft 40.
  • The operating shaft 40 is moved along with the pressing of the open button 21 by a user, and is then returned by the elastic force of the compressing spring 42. Front ends of operating pins 43 come closely in contact with both sides of the head 41.
  • The other ends of the operating pins 43 come closely in contact with contacting parts 52 formed at hooks 50, and a shaft 51 that is movably connected to the upper body 20 is formed in front and rear of the hooks 50.
  • Protrusion 53 at which front ends of compressing springs 54 are installed are formed at the hooks 50. As shown in FIG. 7, the other ends of the compressing springs 54 come closely in contact with the upper body plate 30 or the circuit board 24 at which a plurality of ultraviolet LEDs 25 is provided to exert the elastic forces to the hooks 50.
  • In the portable curing device for fingernails having the aforementioned configuration, since the hooks 50 are constantly fixed to the locking parts 82, the foldable legs 60 are maintained in a folded state, and when the open button 21 is pressed, the upper member 100 is raised.
  • That is, when the open button 21 is pressed, the operating shaft 40 is moved to separate the front ends of the operating pins 43 coming closely in contact with both inclined surfaces of the head 41, and when the operating pins 43 are separated, the other ends thereof coming closely in contact with the contacting parts 52 move the hooks 50.
  • Accordingly, when the hooks 50 are separated from the locking parts 82, the foldable legs 60 are expanded by the elastic forces of the torsion springs 61, and, thus, the upper member 100 is raised.
  • In addition, when the upper member 100 is pressed downward, the hooks 50 are fixed to the locking parts 82 by the elastic forces of the compressing springs 54, and the operating shaft 40 and the open button 21 are returned by the compressing spring 42.
  • Meanwhile, since the portable curing device for fingernails of the present invention is operated by the battery inserted into and attached to the inside of the device or an external power supply and an electric control operation is a general technology in the art, an operational relation between components will be briefly described below.
  • As shown in FIG. 8, since a basic object of the present invention is to provide portability, a lithium ion battery is connected to the device so as to be attached or detached to supply a power. In order to charge the battery, a separate charging jack 22 is provided, and the plurality of electric elements are provided on the circuit board 24.
  • That is, when the power supplied from the outside is transferred to a charging unit 24b through the charging jack 22, the charge display lamp 24c is turned on in the charging unit 24b, and the battery 24d is charged. At this time, as one embodiment of the present invention, when the battery is charged, the charge display lamp 24c is turned on. When the charging of the battery is finished, the charge display lamp is turned off. When the battery is not connected, the charge display lamp is flickered. The charging jack is preferably a micro USB jack used for a smart phone in order to improve compatibility.
  • The power of the battery 24d is converted into a stable power through a regulator 24e, and the converted power is transferred to a MCU 24a. When an operation signal of the function button 21 a is transferred in the MCU 24a, the plurality of ultraviolet LEDs 25 is turned on through a LED controller 24f and a PWM controller 24g, and the operation display lamp 24i is turned on to express the operation state to the outside. The operation signal of the switch may be set to various duration times, for example, 30 seconds, 45 seconds, and 60 seconds in a design stage in consideration of a curing time by the ultraviolet rays.
  • On the other hand, a control signal of the LED controller 24f is transferred to a battery monitoring unit 24h. When the battery 24d is in a low voltage state, the battery monitoring unit 24h transfers the control signal to the MCU 24a, and an error state such as turning off or flickering of the operating display lamp 24i is expressed.
  • In the PWM controller 24g, even though a battery voltage is changed depending on a use state, an output voltage and current are constantly maintained. In the MCU 24a, feed-back control is performed on the control signal of the function button 21a and the operation of the regulator 25a, and the LED controller 24f is operated only for a set time transferred through the control signal of the function button 21a.
  • Since the portable curing device for fingernails of the present invention is designed in the form of a mobile phone, the portable curing device has excellent portability and decorativeness. By raising the upper member 100 by simply operating the open button 21 and the elastic force of the spring, it is possible to conveniently use the curing device.
  • Moreover, in order to cure a plurality of fingers at the same time, by folding the upper member 100 and opening the doors 83, it is possible to arbitrarily adjust an emitting distance and space of the ultraviolet rays.
  • As shown in FIG. 9, as another embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to simultaneously charge the device while curing the plurality of fingers by connecting the portable curing device for fingernails to a housing 90.
  • To achieve this, a connecting space 91 is formed so as to insert the device of the present invention into an upper end of the housing 90, and a charging port 92 connected to the charging jack 22 to supply a power to the battery is provided inside the connecting space 91.
  • A hand inserting space 93 is formed below the connecting space 91, and a power line 94 connected to a socket is provided on a rear surface of the housing 90.
  • The present invention is not to be restricted by the particular illustrative embodiments, and it is to be appreciated that those skilled in the art can change or modify the embodiments without departing from the scope of the present invention as defined in the appended claims.
