Description
本発明の第1実施形態に係る情報処理装置100について、図1を参照して説明する。情報処理装置100は、ネットワーク150を介してやり取りされたユーザ171~175のコミュニケーション情報に基づいてソーシャルコミュニケーションの生成を支援する。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態に係る情報処理システムについて説明する。本実施形態においては、ソーシュアル・コミュニケーション・サーバ(以下、SCサーバ)として機能する情報処理装置が、複数のソーシャル・ネットワーキング・サービス(以下、SNS:Social Networking Service)を含むネットワーク通信からユーザのコミュニケーション情報を収集する。そして、この情報処理装置は、収集した複数のSNSのコミュニケーション情報を1つのタイムライン情報として表示させると共に、コミュニケーション情報からライフログ情報を抽出して、好適な管理を行なう。生成、更新および削除が一元的に管理されるライフログ情報は、新たなソーシャルコミュニケーション生成を支援するために使用される。

以下、本実施形態のSCサーバとして機能する情報処理装置210のデータ記憶構成を説明する。以下に説明するデータ記憶構成に従って記憶されたデータを整理あるいは検索することによって、情報処理装置210の各機能が実現するものである。
図5Aは、本実施形態に係るユーザ毎のライフログ情報DB215-1の構成を示す。以下、本実施形態においては、ライフログ情報を、メッセージ中のキーワード(Keyword)、ユーザの位置情報や行動履歴を含む行動(Action)、静止画および動画を含む映像の特徴量(Image)、人の声や自然の音および音楽を含む音声情報の特徴量(Audio)、に大別して説明する。行動履歴は、例えば、店や美術館や競技場などの入場のチェックイン情報を含み、通信端末から送信される。

図9は、本実施形態に係るライフログ情報削除条件テーブル900の構成を示す。図9のライフログ情報削除条件テーブル900は、ライフログ情報を蓄積するライフログ情報DB215に空き領域が無くなって処理が中断あるいは遅延するのを防ぐために、ライフログ情報を削除するタイミングと削除量とを記憶する。図9のライフログ情報削除条件テーブル900の構成は一例であって、これに限定されない。
図10は、本実施形態に係るライフログ情報削除用アルゴリズム1000の構成を示す。図10のライフログ情報削除用アルゴリズム1000は、いずれのライフログ情報を削除するかを判定するためのアルゴリズムである。図10のライフログ情報削除用アルゴリズム1000の構成は一例であって、これに限定されない。

スコア更新用テーブル1100と、算出スコアテーブル1200と、ユーザ嗜好分析テーブル1300と、案内情報または広告情報1445とを記憶する。コミュニケーション情報1442は、通信端末ID/ユーザID1441がコミュニケーションしたコミュニケーション情報である。タイムライン情報1443は、通信端末IDの通信端末230に送信する、あるいはログイン中のSNSから取得したタイムライン情報である。ライフログ情報1444は、コミュニケーション情報1442から抽出されたライフログ情報である。スコア更新用テーブル1100は、図11に示した、ライフログ情報DB215に蓄積されるライフログ情報を生成/更新するために使用される。算出スコアテーブル1200は、図12に示した、各ライフログ情報についてスコア演算アルゴリズムに基づいて算出したトータルの算出スコアを記憶するテーブルである。ユーザ嗜好分析テーブル1300は、図13に示した、算出スコアテーブル1200からスコア順に選択したタイムログ情報の組み合わせに基づいて、ユーザ嗜好DB218を参照してユーザ嗜好を分析するためのテーブルである。案内情報または広告情報1445は、案内/広告情報DB220からユーザ嗜好に対応して読み出される。
図15は、本実施形態に係る情報処理装置210の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。このフローチャートは、図14のCPU1410によりRAM1440を使用しながら実行されて、図2の情報処理装置210の各機能構成部を実現する。
図16Aは、本実施形態に係るライフログ情報削除処理S1515の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。
削除条件がユーザ単位であれば処理がステップS1613に進んで、情報処理装置210は削除条件を満たしたユーザ内の各ライフログ情報について、全体のライフログ情報のソーシャルコミュニケーション生成に寄与する度合いを表わすトータルスコアを算出する。ステップS1615において、情報処理装置210はユーザ内のライフログ情報のうち、トータルスコアの上から所定数(量)を残して他のライフログ情報を削除する。
削除条件が全体であれば処理がステップS1617に進んで、全体の各ライフログ情報について、全体のライフログ情報のソーシャルコミュニケーション生成に寄与する度合いを表わすトータルスコアを算出する。ステップS1619において、情報処理装置210は全体のライフログ情報から、トータルスコアの上から所定数(量)を残して他のライフログ情報を削除する。
図16Bは、本実施形態に係るライフログ情報生成処理S1519の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。
図16Cは、本実施形態に係るライフログ情報更新処理S1521-1の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。本実施形態のライフログ情報更新処理S1521-1は、図15のステップS1521の一部である。
図17は、本実施形態に係る通信端末230のハードウェア構成を示すブロック図である。
図18は、本実施形態に係る通信端末230の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。このフローチャートは、図17のCPU1710によりRAM1740を使用しながら実行されて、図2の通信端末230の各機能構成部を実現する。
次に、本発明の第3実施形態に係る情報処理システムについて説明する。本実施形態に係る情報処理システムは、上記第2実施形態と比べると、以下の点において異なる。本実施形態に係る情報処理システムにおいては、SCサーバとして機能する情報処理装置がユーザに提供するソーシャルコミュニケーション情報へライフログ情報を積極的に付加すると共に、ユーザの反応に基づいて、ライフログ情報DBのライフログ情報のスコアを更新する。本実施形態におけるその他の構成および動作は、第2実施形態と同様であるため、同じ構成および動作については同じ符号を付してその詳しい説明を省略する。
図19は、本実施形態に係る情報処理システム1900の構成を示すブロック図である。図19の情報処理システム1900は、第2実施形態の図2に示す情報処理システム200に、ソーシャルコミュニケーションに対するユーザの反応を分析するユーザ反応分析部1920を追加した構成である。ソーシャルコミュニケーション情報生成部1919は、案内/広告情報にライフログ情報を付加することが可能である。本実施形態におけるその他の構成および動作は、第2実施形態と同様であるため、同じ構成および動作については同じ符号を付してその詳しい説明を省略する。
図20は、本実施形態に係る付加ライフログ情報テーブル1919aの構成を示す。この付加ライフログ情報テーブル1919aは、図19のソーシャルコミュニケーション情報生成部1919に対して、案内/広告情報に添付するライフログ情報を提供する。
図21は、本実施形態に係るユーザ反応対応テーブル2100の構成を示す。このユーザ反応対応テーブル2100は、案内/広告に対するユーザの反応を、ライフログ情報のスコアに対してどのように反映させるかを示すテーブルである。ユーザ反応分析部1920が、ユーザ反応対応テーブル2100を有している。ライフログ情報管理部216のスコア更新部216bがユーザ反応対応テーブル2100を有してもよい。
図22は、本実施形態に係るスコア変更テーブル2200の構成を示す。スコア変更テーブル2200は、ソーシャルコミュニケーション情報生成部1919が送信した案内/広告情報へのユーザ反応を反映させてスコアを更新するためのテーブルである。ライフログ情報管理部216のスコア更新部216bがスコア変更テーブル2200を有する。
次に、本実施形態に係る情報処理装置1910の処理手順を示す。この処理手順は、図14のCPU1410がRAM1440を使用しながら実行することにより、図19の情報処理装置1910の新規な機能構成部を実現する。
図23は、本実施形態に係る案内/広告情報の挿入処理S1507-2の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。本実施形態の案内/広告情報の挿入処理S1507-2は、図15のステップS1507を代替する処理である。
図24は、本実施形態に係るライフログ情報更新処理S1521-2の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。本実施形態のライフログ情報更新処理S1521-2は、図15のステップS1521の一部であり、図16Cのライフログ情報更新処理S1521-1と共に実行される。
次に、本発明の第4実施形態に係る情報処理システムについて説明する。本実施形態に係る情報処理システムは、上記第2実施形態および第3実施形態と比べると、異なるSNS間あるいは他のネットワークとの間において、各指標のスコアの方法やライフログ情報全体のスコアの方法を異ならせた点で異なる。本実施形態においては、異なるSNS間あるいは他のネットワークとの間で重み付けを異ならせている。本実施形態のその他の構成および動作は、第2実施形態あるいは第3実施形態と同様であるため、同じ構成および動作については同じ符号を付してその詳しい説明を省略する。
図25は、本実施形態に係るSNS重み付けテーブル2500の構成を示す。図25のSNS重み付けテーブル2500は、収集したコミュニケーション情報がいずれのSNSを介して通信されたかに応じて、異なるライフログ情報のスコアを更新するためのテーブルである。例えば、そのSNSが無秩序なおしゃべりのためのソーシャルネットワークか、ある対象や目的を持った情報交換のためのソーシャルネットワークであるのか、に応じてスコア更新が異なる。ソーシャルネットワークのコミュニケーションが匿名か実名かなどによっても、スコア更新を異ならせてよい。すなわち、新たなソーシャルコミュニケーション生成にライフログ情報が寄与し、ユーザの嗜好をより明瞭に分析できる情報か否かをSNSによって切り分ける。
図26は、本実施形態に係る情報処理装置210または1910の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。このフローチャートは、図14のCPU1410がRAM1440を使用しながら実行することにより、図2や図19の機能構成部、特にライフログ情報管理部216の改善されたスコア更新部216bを実現する。
次に、本発明の第5実施形態に係る情報処理システムについて説明する。本実施形態に係る情報処理システムは、上記第2実施形態乃至第4実施形態と比べると以下の点において相違する。すなわち、本実施形態では、通信端末が異なるSNSのタイムライン情報を合成する。またコミュニケーション情報は通信端末が所定期間保持してまとめて情報処理装置に送信する点で異なる。本実施形態のその他の構成および動作は、第2実施形態乃至第4実施形態と同様であるため、同じ構成および動作については同じ符号を付してその詳しい説明を省略する。
図27は、本実施形態に係る情報処理システム2700の構成を示すブロック図である。図27の情報処理システム2700は、第2実施形態の図2の情報処理システム200を変更した構成である。したがって、図2の情報処理システムと同じ機能を果たす機能構成部には同じ参照番号を付して、説明は省略する。
図28は、本実施形態に係る情報処理システム2700の動作手順2800を示すシーケンス図である。図28の動作手順2800は、図3の動作手順300に対して、通信端末2730による合成したタイムライン情報の作成と、コミュニケーション情報の保持とを追加している。また、図28の動作手順2800は、図3の動作手順300に対して、情報処理装置2710のタイムライン情報の作成を削除している。図3と同じ手順には、同じステップ番号を付している。ライフログ情報抽出S317から案内・広告報知S335までの手順は、図3と同様であるので説明を省略する。
以上、実施形態を参照して本発明を説明したが、本発明は上記実施形態に限定されない。本発明の構成や詳細には、本発明のスコープ内で当業者が理解し得る様々な変更をすることができる。また、それぞれの実施形態に含まれる別々の特徴を如何様に組み合わせたシステムまたは装置も、本発明の範疇に含まれる。
情報処理装置100,210,1910,2710、通信端末230,2730、または情報処理システム200,1900,2700の機能を実現するためのプログラムをコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体に記録して、この記録媒体に記録されたプログラムをコンピュータシステムに読み込ませ、実行することにより、上述の処理を実行させもよい。
ここでいう「コンピュータシステム」とは、OSや周辺機器等のハードウェアを含む。
「コンピュータシステム」は、WWWシステムを利用している場合であれば、ホームページ提供環境(あるいは表示環境)も含む。
「コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体」とは、フレキシブルディスク、光磁気ディスク、ROM、CD-ROM等の可搬媒体、コンピュータシステムに内蔵されるハードディスク等の記憶装置である。「コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体」とは、インターネット等のネットワークや電話回線等の通信回線を介してプログラムを送信する場合の通信線のように、短時間の間、動的にプログラムを保持するもの、その場合のサーバやクライアントとなるコンピュータシステム内部の揮発性メモリのように、一定時間プログラムを保持しているものも含む。上記プログラムは、前述した機能の一部を実現するためのものであっても良く、さらに前述した機能をコンピュータシステムにすでに記録されているプログラムとの組み合わせで実現できるものであってもよい。

Claims (31)
- ネットワークを介してやり取りされたユーザのコミュニケーション情報に基づいてソーシャルコミュニケーションの生成を支援する情報処理装置であって、
前記コミュニケーション情報を収集するコミュニケーション情報収集部と、
収集した前記コミュニケーション情報に含まれるライフログ情報を抽出するライフログ情報抽出部と、
抽出した前記ライフログ情報を少なくともユーザ単位に検索できる構成で蓄積すると共に、前記ライフログ情報に対応付けて、新たなソーシャルコミュニケーション生成に前記ライフログ情報が寄与する度合いを示す複数指標のスコアを記憶するライフログ情報蓄積部と、
前記複数指標のスコアの組み合わせに基づいて、前記ライフログ情報蓄積部に蓄積する前記ライフログ情報を管理するライフログ情報管理部と、
を備える情報処理装置。 - 前記ライフログ情報は、前記コミュニケーション情報に含まれるキーワード情報とユーザの行動情報とを含む請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記ユーザの行動情報は、前記ユーザの位置情報を含む請求項2に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記複数指標は、前記ライフログ情報の出現回数と、前記ライフログ情報の所定期間内の出現頻度と、前記ライフログ情報の最終出現日と、前記ライフログ情報の特徴度と、前記ライフログ情報の保存期間と、の少なくとも1つを含む請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。
- ライフログ情報管理部は、前記コミュニケーション情報収集部が収集するコミュニケーション情報全体に含まれる前記ライフログ情報の出現頻度が第1閾値より小さい場合に、前記第1閾値より大きい場合に比して前記ライフログ情報の特徴度をより高く設定する請求項4に記載の情報処理装置。
- ライフログ情報管理部は、前記ライフログ情報が季節を表わす場合に、季節を表わさない場合に比して前記ライフログ情報の特徴度はより高く設定する請求項4または5に記載の情報処理装置。
- ライフログ情報管理部は、前記ライフログ情報の出現回数と、前記ライフログ情報の所定期間内の出現頻度とに対し、前記ライフログ情報をいずれのソーシャル・ネットワーキング・サービスのコミュニケーション情報から得たかに対応して重み付けする請求項4に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記コミュニケーション情報収集部は、複数のソーシャル・ネットワーキング・サービスからコミュニケーション情報を収集する請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記ライフログ情報抽出部は、前記コミュニケーション情報がテキストデータである場合にテキストマイニングを用いてライフログ情報を抽出する請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記ライフログ情報蓄積部は、さらに、抽出した前記ライフログ情報をユーザごとに分けることなく蓄積し、前記ライフログ情報に対応付けて、新たなソーシャルコミュニケーション生成に前記ライフログ情報が寄与する度合いを示す複数指標のスコアを記憶する請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記ライフログ情報管理部は、抽出した前記ライフログ情報の前記ライフログ情報蓄積部に対する蓄積時に、前記ライフログ情報に対応する前記複数指標の初期スコアを生成するスコア生成部を有する請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記ライフログ情報管理部は、前記複数指標のスコアを更新するスコア更新部、をさらに有する請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記スコア更新部は、ユーザが前記ライフログ情報を肯定的に使用している場合に前記スコアを高く、ユーザが前記ライフログ情報を否定的に使用している場合に前記スコアを低くする請求項12に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記ライフログ情報管理部は、所定の条件を満たした場合に、前記ライフログ情報蓄積部における前記ライフログ情報の記憶容量を削減するため、前記複数指標のスコアに基づいて前記ライフログ情報を前記ライフログ情報蓄積部から削除するライフログ情報削除部をさらに有する請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記所定の条件は、前記ライフログ情報蓄積部に蓄積された各ユーザのライフログ情報数が第2閾値を超えた場合と、前記ライフログ情報蓄積部に蓄積された全ライフログ情報数が第3閾値を超えた場合と、前記ライフログ情報蓄積部に蓄積されたライフログ情報のデータ量が第4閾値を超えた場合と、前記ライフログ情報蓄積部に蓄積された前記ライフログ情報に対する前記情報処理装置による処理時間が第5閾値を越えた場合と、の少なくとも1つを含む請求項14に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記ライフログ情報削除部は、前記複数指標のスコアのそれぞれに重み付けをして組み合わせ、組み合わせたスコアが第6閾値より低い前記ライフログ情報を削除する請求項14または15に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記ライフログ情報削除部は、前記複数指標として、前記ライフログ情報の最終出現日と、前記ライフログ情報の特徴度と、の少なくとも1つに基づいて前記ライフログ情報を削除する請求項14乃至16のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。
- ライフログ情報管理部は、前記コミュニケーション情報収集部が収集するコミュニケーション情報全体に含まれる前記ライフログ情報の出現頻度が第1閾値より小さい場合に、前記第1閾値より大きい場合に比して前記ライフログ情報の特徴度がより高く設定する請求項17に記載の情報処理装置。
- ライフログ情報管理部は、前記ライフログ情報が季節を表わす場合に、季節を表わさない場合に比して前記ライフログ情報の特徴度はより高く設定する請求項17または18に記載の情報処理装置。
- 蓄積された前記ライフログ情報と前記複数指標のスコアとを用いて所定のユーザへ提供するソーシャルコミュニケーション情報を選択し、前記選択されたソーシャルコミュニケーション情報を前記所定のユーザが使用中の通信端末に送信するソーシャルコミュニケーション情報生成部、をさらに備える請求項1乃至19のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記ソーシャルコミュニケーション情報生成部は、前記ソーシャルコミュニケーション情報として、前記ソーシャルコミュニケーション情報に対するユーザの応答から前記ユーザの嗜好を取得できる案内情報または広告情報を生成する請求項20に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記案内情報または前記広告情報は、前記ユーザの嗜好を取得できるライフログ情報を含む請求項21に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記ソーシャルコミュニケーション情報生成部が送信した前記ソーシャルコミュニケーション情報に対する前記ユーザの応答を受信して、前記応答に基づいて前記ユーザの反応を分析するユーザ反応分析部、をさらに備える請求項20乃至22のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。
- ソーシャルコミュニケーションの成立に対する各ライフログ情報の寄与の度合いに基づいて、前記複数指標に付与するスコアを更新するスコア学習部、をさらに備える請求項1乃至23のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。
- ネットワークを介してやり取りされたユーザのコミュニケーション情報に基づいてソーシャルコミュニケーションの生成を支援する情報処理装置の制御方法であって、
前記コミュニケーション情報を収集し、
収集した前記コミュニケーション情報に含まれるライフログ情報を抽出し、
ライフログ情報蓄積部に対して、抽出した前記ライフログ情報を少なくともユーザ単位に検索できる構成で蓄積すると共に、前記ライフログ情報に対応付けて、新たなソーシャルコミュニケーション生成に前記ライフログ情報が寄与する度合いを示す複数指標のスコアを記憶し、

蓄積された前記ライフログ情報と前記複数指標のスコアとを用いて所定のユーザへ提供する案内情報または広告情報を選択し、前記選択された案内情報または広告情報を前記所定のユーザが使用中の通信端末を介して提供する情報提供部と、

ライフログ情報蓄積部に対して、抽出した前記ライフログ情報を少なくともユーザ単位に検索できる構成で蓄積すると共に、前記ライフログ情報に対応付けて、新たなソーシャルコミュニケーション生成に前記ライフログ情報が寄与する度合いを示す複数指標のスコアを記憶し、
前記複数指標のスコアの組み合わせに基づいて、前記ライフログ情報蓄積部に蓄積された前記ライフログ情報を管理し、
蓄積された前記ライフログ情報と前記複数指標のスコアとを用いて所定のユーザへ提供する案内情報または広告情報を選択し、前記選択された案内情報または広告情報を前記所定のユーザが使用中の通信端末を介して提供する、
ことを含む情報処理方法。
