When the article is a part to be sent to the assembly process from now on, a tray made of a synthetic resin molded product with low cost is often used as the packaging tray. That is, it is the same kind as the packaging tray described in Patent Document 2. Such a packaging tray in which a thermoplastic sheet is formed by vacuum molding or pressure forming cannot generally be said to have high rigidity. In particular, if a thin article such as a liquid crystal panel is packaged, the packaging tray also has a thin shape, and the rigidity of the packaging tray is further reduced.
¡Packaging trays with insufficient rigidity are easy to bend due to the mass of the stored items. Deflection can occur throughout the packaging tray or it can occur locally. In any case, when the packaging tray bends, stress or pressure is applied to the stored article, increasing the risk of damage to the article. If the packaging trays are stacked and carried, the stress and pressure are further increased, and the risk of damaging the article is further increased. In order to prevent the article from being damaged, the thickness of the packaging tray must be increased or the packaging tray must be handled very carefully, and the work cannot be carried out speedily. For this reason, the cost of the packaging tray and the work cost are excessive.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and when packaging an article using a packaging tray made of a molded product of a synthetic resin sheet, the rigidity of the article packaging structure is increased and the risk of damage to the article is reduced. An object of the present invention is to provide an article packaging structure that can be used.
An article packaging structure according to the present invention includes a packaging tray made of a molded product of a synthetic resin sheet, the article is stored in an article storage recess formed in the packaging tray, and the packaging tray storing the article is stacked in multiple layers. A reinforcing sheet is attached to the lower surface of the lowermost packaging tray among the packaging trays stacked in a plurality of stages.
In the article packaging structure having the above configuration, the reinforcing sheet is preferably attached to the lowermost packaging tray with a double-sided adhesive tape.
In the article packaging structure having the above-described configuration, the reinforcing sheet is preferably fixed to the lowermost packaging tray with an adhesive.
In the article packaging structure configured as described above, it is preferable that the reinforcing sheet is fitted in a recess formed on the lower surface of the lowermost packaging tray.
In the article packaging structure having the above configuration, it is preferable that the reinforcing sheet is attached to all of the packaging trays laminated in a plurality of stages.
In the article packaging structure having the above configuration, it is preferable that at least one of a protective bag and a box is used as a packaging material for the packaging trays stacked in a plurality of stages.
In the article packaging structure having the above configuration, it is preferable that a support leg is formed adjacent to the outside of the component housing recess, and the support leg is in close contact with the upper surface of the reinforcing sheet.
In the article packaging structure configured as described above, it is preferable that a plurality of the component storage recesses are formed in the packaging tray.
In the article packaging structure having the above configuration, the article is preferably an LCD module.
According to the present invention, when a plurality of packaging trays containing articles are stacked in a box, the reinforcing sheet is attached to the lower surface of the lowermost packaging tray among the packaging trays stacked in multiple stages. As a result, the lowermost packaging tray is prevented from being bent, and the packaging tray laminated thereon is also prevented from being bent, thereby greatly reducing the risk of damaging the article.

As the synthetic resin sheet, a foamed sheet or a non-foamed sheet such as polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and polyethylene (PE) can be used. A synthetic resin sheet having a thickness corresponding to the mass of the article is selected from synthetic resin sheets having a thickness of 0.5 mm to 2.0 mm.
The planar shape of the packaging tray 1 is rectangular, and a total of eight rectangular article storage recesses 2 are formed in two rows and four rows on the upper surface. An article 10 stored in the article storage recess 2 is an LCD module constituted by a liquid crystal panel and its accessory parts, and is a small-sized one for mobile electronic devices.
As shown in FIG. 5, the packaging tray 1 includes a peripheral wall portion 3 that surrounds four sides. The lower end of the peripheral wall part 3 becomes a grounding location. A support leg 4 is formed adjacent to the outside of the article storage recess 2, and the lower end of the support leg 4 also serves as a grounding location.
The load bearing force of the article storing recess 2 is increased by forming the support leg 4 adjacent to the outside of the article storing recess 2. That is, it is possible to select a thin thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet as a material for the packaging tray 1.
When the support leg 4 protrudes downward, a concave portion is formed on the upper surface of the packaging tray 1. As shown in FIG. 5, one side wall of the concave portion protrudes inward to form an overhang portion. The upper part of this overhang part becomes the support leg receiving part 4a which receives the support leg part 4 of the other packaging tray 1. FIG.
The peripheral wall portion 3 has a taper shape spreading downward, and when another packaging tray 1 is stacked on the packaging tray 1, the peripheral wall portion of the upper packaging tray 1 is placed outside the circumferential wall portion 3 of the lower packaging tray 1. 3 is covered. That is, the packaging tray 1 can be stacked (stacked).
When the support leg 4 of the upper packaging tray 1 contacts the support leg receiving portion 4a of the lower packaging tray 1, the level difference between the upper and lower packaging trays 1 is maintained constant. As a result, a space is secured above the article storage recess 2, and the article 10 does not have to be pressed by the upper packaging tray 1.
The packaging tray 1 storing the articles 10 in the article storing recess 2 is stacked in a plurality of stages as shown in FIG. A plurality of stacked packaging trays 1 are placed in a protective bag 5 as shown in FIG. The protective bag 5 is made of polyethylene or the like. After the packaging tray 1 is placed, the mouth of the protective bag 5 is closed and sealed with the adhesive tape 6. As a result, the packaging tray 1 is packaged with the protective bag 5.
The packaging tray 1 wrapped with the protective bag 5 is wrapped with the inner sleeve 7 as shown in FIG. Two sets of the inner sleeves 7 are put into the outer sleeve 8. The inner sleeve 7 and the outer sleeve 8 are made of cardboard. The cardboard can be either paper or plastic.
Put a plurality of outer sleeves 8 in the box 9. Box 9 is a carton box. If the top flap of the carton box is closed and sealed with an adhesive tape, the packaging of the article 10 is completed.
As the box 9 for storing the packaging trays 1 in a state of being stacked in a plurality of layers, a carton box made of corrugated cardboard is used here, but it is also possible to use something like a plastic resin return box.
The above-mentioned packaging materials, that is, the protective bag 5, the inner sleeve 7, the outer sleeve 8, and the box 9 do not necessarily have to be aligned without being missing. Packaging without some of them is also possible. However, it is preferable to use at least one of the protective bag 5 and the box 9 as a packaging material from the viewpoint of holding the packaging trays 1 stacked in a plurality of stages so as not to collapse.
The present invention is characterized in that a reinforcing sheet 20 is attached to the lower surface of the lowermost packaging tray 1 among the packaging trays 1 laminated in a plurality of stages. Hereinafter, an embodiment of how to attach the reinforcing sheet 20 will be described with reference to FIGS.
In the first embodiment shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the reinforcing sheet 20 is attached only to the lowest tray among the packaging trays 1 stacked in a plurality of stages. The planar projection shape of the reinforcing sheet 20 is the same as the planar projection shape of the packaging tray 1. As shown in the figure, the packaging tray 1 is placed on the reinforcing sheet 20 in such a manner that the lower end of the peripheral wall portion 3 and the lower end of the support leg portion 4 that are the ground contact points are in close contact with the upper surface of the reinforcing sheet 20.
The reinforcing sheet 20 is desirably provided with a certain degree of cushioning in addition to rigidity. For example, a plastic corrugated cardboard (made of PP, PS, PE, etc.) having a thickness of 4 to 5 mm can be used. . Alternatively, the same material (PP, PS, PET, PE, etc.) as the packaging tray 1 having a thickness of 0.5 to 2.0 mm can be used. Needless to say, the materials listed here are merely examples and do not limit the invention.
By packaging a plurality of stacked packaging trays 1 with the reinforcing sheet 20 attached to the lower surface of the lowermost packaging tray 1 with the protective bag 5, the lack of rigidity of the lowermost packaging tray 1 is compensated. And the deflection of the packaging tray 1 is prevented. If the lowermost packaging tray 1 does not bend, the packaging tray 1 laminated thereon does not bend. This greatly reduces the risk of damage to the article 10.
The object of the present invention can be achieved by simply attaching the reinforcing sheet 20 to the lower surface of the lowermost packaging tray 1. However, the reinforcing sheet 20 may be shifted in the horizontal direction when the protective bag 5 is simply attached. If the reinforcing sheet 20 is corrected each time it deviates, the work is stagnant. In order to prevent this, the reinforcing sheet 20 may be attached to the packaging tray 1 with a double-sided adhesive tape (not shown). Alternatively, the reinforcing sheet 20 may be fixed to the packaging tray 1 with an adhesive (not shown). If the packaging tray 1 and the reinforcing sheet 20 are fixed in this way, the deformation and deflection of the packaging tray 1 can be further reduced.
7 and 8 show a second embodiment of how to attach the reinforcing sheet 20. Also in the second embodiment, the reinforcing sheet 20 is attached to only the lowest tray among the packaging trays 1 stacked in a plurality of stages. The reinforcing sheet 20 of the second embodiment is slightly smaller than the reinforcing sheet 20 of the first embodiment, and has a size that fits perfectly into the recess 1 a formed on the lower surface of the packaging tray 1. The lower end of the support leg 4 is the same as the thickness of the reinforcing sheet 20 so that the lower surface of the reinforcing sheet 20 fitted in the recess 1a and the lower end of the peripheral wall 3 of the packaging tray 1 are substantially flush with each other. It is higher than the lower end.
The lowermost packaging tray 1 is packaged with the protective bag 5 in a state where the reinforcing sheet 20 is fitted in the recess 1a formed on the lower surface of the lowermost packaging tray 1 among the packaging trays 1 stacked in a plurality of stages. The lack of rigidity of 1 is compensated, and the deflection of the packaging tray 1 is prevented. If the lowermost packaging tray 1 does not bend, the packaging tray 1 laminated thereon does not bend. This greatly reduces the risk of damage to the article 10.
Since the reinforcing sheet 20 of the second embodiment is fitted in the recess 1a on the lower surface of the packaging tray 1, there is no fear of shifting in the horizontal direction unlike the reinforcing sheet 20 of the first embodiment. However, since there is a possibility of dropping from the recess 1a, the reinforcing sheet 20 may be stuck to the packaging tray 1 with a double-sided adhesive tape to prevent the dropping. Alternatively, the reinforcing sheet 20 may be fixed to the packaging tray 1 with an adhesive. If the packaging tray 1 and the reinforcing sheet 20 are fixed in this way, the deformation and deflection of the packaging tray 1 can be further reduced.
According to the first embodiment and the second embodiment, among the packaging trays 1 that are laminated in a plurality of stages, only the lowermost packaging tray 1 is attached with the reinforcing sheet 20 on the lower surface, thereby packaging in a plurality of stages. The deformation and deflection of the entire tray 1 can be suppressed, and the stress and pressure applied to the article 10 can be relaxed. As a result, it is possible to provide an article packaging structure with less risk of damage to the article 10. When the article 10 is a delicate part such as an LCD module, the merit of the present invention is particularly great. Further, since the reinforcing sheet 20 is attached only to the lowermost packaging tray 1, it can be effectively reinforced at low cost.
When putting the multi-layer stacked packaging tray 1 into the protective bag 5, the mouth of the protective bag 5 is widened with one hand, and the laminated body of the packaging tray 1 is put into the protective bag 5 with the other hand. The support of the laminated body of the packaging tray 1 was in the form of a cantilever, and bending stress was concentrated on the local part of the packaging tray 1. Since the stress is relieved by attaching the reinforcing sheet 20 to the lower surface of the lowermost packaging tray 1, the risk of damaging the article 10 during the packaging operation is reduced, and the operator can work with peace of mind. Can do.
If the reinforcing sheet 20 has a buffering property, the buffering property of the whole packaged by the protective bag 5 or the packaged by the box 9 can be improved. Thereby, the tolerance with respect to the vibration at the time of conveyance and the impact of a fall increases, and the danger that the external appearance defect may arise in the articles | goods 10 can be reduced.
FIG. 9 shows a third embodiment of how to attach the reinforcing sheet 20. In the third embodiment, the reinforcing sheet 20 attached only to the lower surface of the lowermost packaging tray 1 in the first embodiment is attached to all the lower surfaces of the packaging trays 1 stacked in a plurality of stages. .
By attaching the reinforcing sheet 20 to all the packaging trays 1, the deformation and the deflection of the packaging tray 1 can be further reduced. This configuration is particularly effective when the article 10 is large and the packaging tray 1 is also large.
The reinforcing sheet 20 can be attached not only to the lower surface of the packaging tray 1 but also attached to the packaging tray 1 with a double-sided adhesive tape, or fixed to the packaging tray 1 with an adhesive. In the third embodiment, the reinforcing sheets 20 and the packaging trays 1 are alternately stacked. Therefore, fixing the individual reinforcing sheets 20 to the corresponding packaging trays 1 has a great meaning in keeping the stacking.
FIG. 10 shows a fourth embodiment of how to attach the reinforcing sheet 20. In the fourth embodiment, all the packaging trays 1 that are stacked in a plurality of stages are arranged in the same manner as in the second embodiment, in which the reinforcing tray 20 is fitted in the recess 1a on the lower surface of the packaging tray 1. Is applied.
By fitting the reinforcing sheet 20 into all the packaging trays 1, the deformation and deflection of the packaging tray 1 can be further reduced. This configuration is particularly effective when the article 10 is large and the packaging tray 1 is also large.
The reinforcing sheet 20 can be attached not only to the recess 1a on the lower surface of the packaging tray 1 but also attached to the packaging tray 1 with a double-sided adhesive tape, or fixed to the packaging tray 1 with an adhesive. In this way, when the stacked packaging tray 1 is removed from the upper side, the inserted reinforcing sheet 20 falls off and covers the lower packaging tray 1, thereby obstructing removal of the article 10. You don't have to invite me.
The embodiment of the present invention has been described above, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to this, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention.
The present invention can be widely applied to an article packaging structure, and is particularly valuable when the article is a delicate part such as an LCD module.
