     前記加熱室にマイクロ波を供給する高周波加熱手段と、
     前記加熱室に電熱装置で発生する熱によって調理を可能にする電熱加熱手段と、
     前記加熱室内に配置される前記調理物を載せて回転する皿受け台と、
     前記皿受け台を回転させる皿受け台モーターと、
     前記皿受け台の上部に配置した調理器具と、を具備し、
     前記調理器具は、前記皿受け台の上部に配置されて、金属製棒で網状に構成され、調理時に前記調理物を串状に刺して用いることを特徴とする電熱加熱装置付高周波加熱装置。
