Definitions
- the present invention relates to an artificial turf laid on, for example, a soccer stadium, and more specifically to an artificial turf that suppresses the temperature increase of the artificial turf and reduces the burden on the player.
- Artificial turf with longer turf length than usual, so-called long pile artificial turf is filled with a filler between the piles to create artificial turf surfaces that have characteristics close to natural turf, such as soccer, rugby, and baseball fields. Widely used in various athletics facilities.
- the rubber chip using the waste tire is colored black by carbon
- the rubber chip easily absorbs sunlight
- the surface temperature of the artificial turf may be 60 ° C. or more under the hot weather such as summer. .
- exercise on artificial turf in the summer is a heavy load on the player, and comfort may be impaired.
- the surface temperature is kept high by the filler that has absorbed the heat, so that it may not be used for a long time.
- titanium oxide having light reflection characteristics is added to the filler so as to reflect light and suppress the temperature increase of the artificial turf surface.
- the effect of suppressing the temperature rise is somewhat higher than when a black rubber chip is used, but it is difficult to say that the temperature increase can be sufficiently suppressed.
- this method requires regular water spraying on the surface of the artificial turf, so it takes time for maintenance, and unless the amount of water-absorbing resin and the amount of water spray are accurately controlled, the properties of the artificial turf itself will be lost. Since it may cause trouble, it takes more time to manage the state.
- Patent Document 4 As a method for solving these problems, for example, in Patent Document 4, the inside of turf yarn (pile) is formed in a hollow straw shape, and is planted on a base fabric in a U shape so that both open ends become the tips of the pile. (See FIG. 4 of Patent Document 4), and by further destroying the pile fabric side, the water stored on the bottom surface of the artificial turf can be discharged from the top of the pile to the surface of the artificial turf by capillary action. I have to.
- Patent Document 4 is designed as a surface for an artificial turf ski resort in summer, and always protects the surface of the artificial turf in order to protect the faller from scratches and improve ski slip. The purpose is to make it wet.
- an object of the present invention is to provide an artificial turf and an artificial turf that can maintain a temperature suppression effect for a long time and are easy to maintain.
- the purpose is to provide an artificial turf facility.
- the invention described in claim 3 is characterized in that, in the above-mentioned claim 1 or 2, the first pile is made of polypropylene or polyethylene, and the second pile is made of an acrylic hydrophilic resin.
- the invention described in claim 4 is characterized in that, in any one of claims 1 to 3, a filler is further filled between the piles.
- the present invention also includes an artificial turf facility in which the artificial turf described in any one of claims 1 to 4 is laid.
- an artificial turf facility for example, it may be used for various outdoor facilities and indoor facilities in addition to sports facilities such as a soccer field, a baseball field, and an athletic field. Furthermore, it may be used for a park, a promenade, etc., and all the facilities which can lay the artificial grass of this invention are included.
- the temperature suppression effect can be enhanced without changing the characteristics of the artificial turf.
- the temperature control effect is enhanced without changing the characteristics of the artificial turf by setting the amount of the second pile planted in the range of 10 to 30% by volume. be able to.
- the first pile is made of polypropylene or polyethylene
- the second pile is made of acrylic, so that the first pile has an appropriate rigidity feeling required for artificial grass.
- the cushioning property can be maintained, and the second pile can have hydrophilicity suitable for storing water.
- the properties closer to natural turf can be reproduced by further filling the filler between the piles.
- the principal part sectional view of the artificial turf structure which laid the artificial turf concerning one embodiment of the present invention.
- the principal part sectional drawing which showed the structure of the 2nd pile of this invention typically. Sectional drawing of the principal part of the artificial turf structure which laid the artificial grass which planted the 1st pile and the 2nd pile separately.
- this artificial turf structure 1 has an artificial turf 3 laid on a base 2, and between the piles 4 of the artificial turf 3, granular or string-like fillers 5 are provided. Filled.
- the base 2 may be, for example, a simple pavement surface obtained by leveling the ground flat or an existing pavement surface paved with asphalt.
- an elastic pavement or the like may be provided on the base 2, or a mode in which the artificial turf structure 1 is newly laid on the existing old artificial turf may be left.
- substrate 2 can be changed according to a specification, and is an arbitrary matter.
- the base fabric 31 is made of a thermoplastic resin, but is preferably a low-density polyethylene (LDPE) with good meltability in consideration of recyclability. Moreover, the thing which planted the cotton-like thing of the synthetic resin to the plain weave cloth by punching may be used.
- LDPE low-density polyethylene
- the color of the base fabric 31 is arbitrarily determined according to the specification, but is colored in a color other than black so that it is difficult to absorb sunlight, for example, when it is made into a filler for artificial grass. It is preferable.
- the pile length H1 from the surface of the base cloth 31 of the pile 4 to the tip is a so-called long pile as long as 40 to 75 mm.
- the pile 4 includes a first pile 41 and a second pile 42 having water absorption.
- the first pile 41 a bundle of a plurality of monotape yarns or monofilament yarns, or a strip-like split yarn may be used.
- the first pile 41 is planted on the base fabric 31 with a thickness of 8000 dtex and a planting amount of 1000 g / m 3 .
- the second pile 42 is made of acrylic hydrophilic resin fibers, and a number of microvoids 421 that are made hydrophilic are provided inside the fibers.
- the microvoid 421 includes very fine continuous bubbles having an average pore diameter of, for example, 10 nm formed by elongating along the fiber extension direction, and moisture is capillarity from the base side to the tip side on the base fabric 31 side. Can be lifted by.
- an acrylic hydrophilic resin fiber having a microvoid 421 inside for example, a highly functional water-absorbing acrylic fiber “product model number: K909” manufactured by Toyobo Co., Ltd. is preferably used.
- the specifications of the second pile 42 are 0.9 to 2.4 dtex in thickness, 5 to 6 g / g in water retention, 2.8 to 3.3 CN / dtex in strength, and 40 to 50% in elongation. is there.
- the second pile 42 occupies 10 to 30% of the total volume of the pile 4, it is possible to obtain the artificial turf 3 having a balance between the motor functionality and the temperature suppression effect.
- the amount of the second pile planted is less than 10% by volume, the amount of water supplied is too small, and the temperature suppression effect due to the heat of vaporization may be reduced.
- the ratio of the second pile 42, which is less durable than the first pile 41 is excessively increased, the usability and appearance as an artificial turf is inferior, and there is a risk of causing problems in products. This is not preferable.
- the pile 4 is planted on the base fabric 31 in a state where one or a plurality of first piles 41 and one or a plurality of second piles 42 are twisted together.
- the first pile 41 and the second pile 42 are planted on the base fabric 31 in a state where the first pile 41 and the second pile 42 are integrally twisted. Can be suppressed.
- the pile length h1 of the first pile 41 and the second pile 42 can be obtained by planting the first pile 41 and the second pile 42 on the base fabric 31 in an independent state.
- the pile length h2 can be set individually.
- the artificial turf 3 can be designed according to the use environment.
- the second pile 42 is composed of a single monofilament yarn, but a bundle of a plurality of monotape yarns or monofilament yarns or a strip-shaped split yarn may be used, and a microvoid 421 is provided inside.
- the shape of the second pile 42 may be arbitrarily changed according to the specifications.
- a backing material 32 (backing material) is uniformly applied to the back surface of the base fabric 31 in order to prevent the tufted pile 4 from falling off.
- a thermosetting resin such as SBR latex or urethane is used.
- an extender such as calcium carbonate is added.
- the backing material 32 is uniformly applied so that the application amount is 600 to 900 g / m 2 (when dry).
- the backing material 32 is preferably colored in a color other than black in consideration of, for example, the case of recycling into a filler for artificial turf.
- the filler 5 is filled between the piles 4 of the artificial turf 3 thus created.
- the filler 5 is made of an elastic granular material obtained by crushing a waste tire into small particles, and is filled so as to have a predetermined thickness.
- the layer thickness of the filler 5 is arbitrarily selected depending on the required elasticity, but the pile 4 (more specifically, the first pile 41) is used to prevent the filler 5 from flowing out and scattering. It is preferable that the protrusion height H2 (the length from the surface of the filler layer to the tip of the pile) is 10 to 30 mm or more.
- the specific configuration of the filler 5, that is, the shape, material, color, particle size, weight, and the like are arbitrary matters.
- the filler 5 has a single-layer structure made of only elastic granules, but hard granules such as mesh sand may be further added. Furthermore, they may have a two-layer structure.
- a hydrophilic material may be further applied to the surface of the filler 5 or a water-absorbing granular material may be added to further increase the water retention capacity of the entire artificial turf.
- a filler and artificial turf were prepared by the following method.
- Each artificial turf sample (20 cm ⁇ 20 cm) was filled with rubber chips made of waste tires until the layer thickness reached 40 mm to form an artificial turf structure.
- the artificial turf produced by the above method was evaluated by the following method.
