拒台 12具有用于支撑商品的上表面 12a , 并且在上表面 12a上形成一行依 次排列设置的展位 18 , 用于摆放商品。 展位 18 的数量可以为一个、 二个、 三 个或四个等等， 在本实施方式中， 展位 18的数量为九个， 分别为第一展位 18a 至第九展位 18i , 实现商品展示拒 10能够同时摆放九款商品。
在拒台 12的上表面 12a还设置有开槽 19 , 用于与显示器 14配合， 防止显 示器 14出现倾斜， 具体原理下文会进行详细描述。 开槽 19的延伸方向与展位 18排列的方向同向设置。
在上表面 12a的下方形成有储物空间 20 , 用于存放待销售的商品。
显示器 14通过移动装置 16相对于拒台 12移动， 实现显示器 14能够移动 至与某一展位 18相对应的位置，即实现显示器 14移动至与该展位 18陈列的商 品相对应的位置。 显示器 14与展位 18相对应的位置为显示器 14面对展位 18 的位置， 此时显示器 14会相应显示对所述商品进行介绍的视频， 如此实现让消 费者更加便捷全面的了解商品信息。
移动装置 16 包括设置在拒台 12上的轨道 22 , 以及设置在显示器 14上并 与轨道 22配合的移动件 24。 轨道 22在支撑显示器 14的同时， 并为显示器 14 的移动过程提供导向， 即移动件 24沿着轨道 22运动实现显示器 14移动。
在本实施方式中， 在拒台 12上设置有支架， 所述支架形成轨道 22 , 为了 使所述支架更加稳定且不易变形， 在所述支架的两端以及中间位置分别设置若 干支撑杆 26。 移动件 24为安装在显示器 14上的滚轮组件 24 , 且滚轮组件 24 包括能够沿着轨道 22滚动的滚轮 28 , 以及将滚轮 28连接至显示器 14上的安 装件 30。 滚轮组件 24的数量为至少两个， 如此能够实现将显示器 14稳定的悬 挂支撑在轨道 22上， 优选地， 滚轮组件 24的数量为两个。
移动装置 16的结构并不限于上述描述，轨道 22也可以形成于拒台 12的上 表面 12a , 相应的移动件也可以不釆用滚轮组件的方式， 其也可以为在安装件 30上设置一个滑动面， 实现沿着轨道 22滑动等。 将轨道 22形成于支架上， 此 时基本不会占用拒台 12的上表面 12a的空间， 从而使得拒台 12的上表面 12a 能够有着相对更大的空间去展示商品； 当轨道 22设置在拒台 12的上表面 12a 时， 此时显示器 14能够得到更加稳定的支撑， 尤其是当显示器 14移动时， 整 体结构会更加稳定。
更进一步的， 在本实施方式中， 轨道 22对应拒台 12的形状， 使得轨道 22 沿着直线延伸， 以使得显示器 14能够移动至与展位 18相对应的位置。 在一些 情况下， 当展位 18呈圆弧排列使， 轨道 22也可以相应的呈弧线延伸， 或者当 展位 18呈圆周设置时， 轨道 22可以相应设置成环形， 使得显示器 14始终能够 移动至与展位 18相对应的位置。

存储器 34与控制装置 38电性连接。所述视频文件与拒台 12上的商品相对 应， 即所述视频文件为相应商品的介绍视频， 其内容可以为商品的性能参数介 绍以及使用演示等。 在本实施方式中， 为了便于存储器 34 的拆装， 存储器 34 可以釆用 USB 接口的连接方式电连接至控制装置 38 , 如此实现便于更新存储 内的视频文件， 从而使得商品展示拒 10可以非常便捷的展示不同的商品。
消费者能够输入装置 36指定一个商品为指定商品，并且输入表示所述商品 中的指定商品的信号， 并提供给控制装置 38 , 使得控制装置 38 能够相应控制 显示器 14显示对应的指定视频文件。 在本实施方式中， 输入装置 36为设置在 显示器 14上的读取装置，相应地在拒台 12对应每个展位 18的位置设置身份标 记， 通过所述读取装置读取所述身份标记形成所述信号。
更进一步地， 在本实施方式中， 请参阅图 3 , 所述读取装置为光感测器， 所述身份标记为光反射标记。 所述光感测器的数量为至少一个， 在本实施方式 中，所述光感测器的数量为 4个，分别为第一光感测器 40a、第二光感测器 40b、 第三光感测器 40c和第四光感测器 40d , 并且四个所述光感测器设置在导向板 32面向商品的一侧； 所述光反射标记设置在开槽 19面向导向板 32的侧壁上， 优选地， 所述光反射标记的数量和位置与所述展位 18的数量和位置均相对应， 并且每个所述光反射标记的形状不同， 如此实现每个所述光反射标记均唯一表 示了一个展位 18 , 即唯一表示了一款放置在展位 18上的商品。
当然， 所述光感测器和所述光反射标记的位置并不限于上述描述， 所述光 反射标记也可以位于拒台 12内部背对上表面 12a的表面上，而所述光感测器与 所述光反射标记相面对设置。
所述光感测器包括光发射器和光接收器， 当光发射器发出的光线被反射后 恰好由所述光接收器时， 所述光感测器会发出信号给控制装置 38 , 由此所述 4 个光感测器分别独自发出信号或者几个同时发出信号便可以对应至不同的展位 18 (图 3中， 涂成黑色的光感测器表示该光感测器发出信号给控制装置）， 也便 对应至不同的商品。
由于每个所述光反射标记的形状各不相同， 由此， 当 4个所述光感测器面 对所述光反射标记时， 会有不同的所述光感测器向控制器发出信号， 所述信号 便形成了唯一表示每个展位 18或商品的身份信息， 此时控制装置 38便可以相 应的控制显示器 14显示与展位 18或商品相对应的视频。 请参阅下表， 为所述 身份信息与展位 18的对应关系。

当消费者拉动显示器 14以改变显示器 14对应的展位 18或商品时，此时控 制装置 38会根据接收到的所述信号的改变， 并相应控制显示器 14改变显示的 视频。
当然， 所述光感测器的数量并不限于 4个， 其还可以为 3个、 5个或 6个 等等， 在此不进行——列举， 其数量越多， 则能够表示的商品越多， 比如， 在 本实施方式中， 4个所述光感测器能够标识 15个商品， 即本实施方式中给出的 拒台 12上还可以多设置 6个展位， 以增加展示 6款商品。
控制装置 38接收所述信号， 从存储器 34中读取与所述信号相对应的指定 视频文件， 并控制显示器 14显示所述指定视频文件的内容。 在本实施方式中， 控制装置 38为具有电子芯片的电路板， 其与显示器 14、 存储器 34 以四个所述 光感测器均相互电性连接， 从而使所述电子芯片能够控制协调各电子元件之间 的工作。 比如， 当第一感测器 40a和第二感测器 40b 同时发出信号， 则此时显 示器 14停留在与第五展位 18 e对应的位置，所述电子芯片接收到二个所述信号 之后， 会从存储器 34中读取与第五展位 18e上当前陈列的商品， 相对应的视频 文件， 随即控制显示器 14显示所述视频文件的内容。
当消费者来到商品展示拒 10前时，其观察了在拒台 12上陈列的商品之后， 可能会对某一款商品感兴趣， 该商品即为指定商品， 希望更进一步了解该指定 商品的信息， 在一些情况下， 销售人员往往比较忙碌， 或者其并非对每款商品 都能够非常的了解， 所以消费者往往难以从销售人员处了解到足够的信息。 在 本实施方式中， 当消费者想要了解所述指定商品时， 其可以将显示器 14拉到与 所述指定商品相对应的位置， 此时显示器上便会显示针对所述指定商品的进行 介绍的视频， 该视频即为指定视频。 所述指定视频的内容可以为商品性能参数 信息、 适用工况信息、 使用方法以及用户体验信息等等， 如此能够全面的介绍 该款商品， 使得消费者能够轻易的全面了解该款商品， 进而能够做出决定是否 购买， 如此给消费者带来了极大的便利。
为了便于消费者了解该商品展示拒 10的使用方法， 当显示器 14播放完成 指定商品的指定视频文件之后， 或者循环播放几次之后， 或者显示器 14的位置 没有发生变化达到一预设时间长度时， 若显示器 14的位置仍旧没有发生变化， 则控制装置 38便控制显示器 14显示如何使用该商品展示拒 10的方法，在本实 施方式中，为提示消费者拉动显示器 14使其处于与消费者感兴趣的商品对应的 位置。
为了便于消费者拉动显示器 14时， 能够准确的定位显示器 14的位置， 使 得所述读取装置能够对准所述身份标记， 在拒台 12上对应每个展位 18的位置 设置有位置标记 42 , 在导向板 32上设置有位置指针 44。 消费者拉动显示器 14 至与某个展位 18相对应的位置， 当位置指针 44恰好指向该展位的位置标记 42 时， 此时所述读取装置恰好与所述身份标记相对准， 如此实现显示器 14准确定 位， 给消费者带来了便利。
当然， 本实施方式中的所述读取装置和所述身份标记并不限于设置光感测 器以及光反射标记的方式， 相应的， 所述身份标记为设置在拒台 12上并与所述 商品相对应的条形码， 所述读取装置为扫描仪。 如此当显示器 14移动到与某一 展位 18相对应的位置时，所述扫描仪便能够读取所述条形码信息形成了表示所 述商品的信号， 通过每个展位设置的条形码各不相同， 实现每个条形码唯一表 示了一个展位 18 , 即唯一表示了该展位 18上相应陈列的商品。 相应的， 所述 扫描仪和所述条形码的位置也并不限于上述描述， 如所述条形码可以设置在拒 台 12的上表面 12a上， 而所述扫描仪安装在显示器 14上， 并与所述条形码相 对设置， 实现所述扫描仪能够读取所述条形码。
同样， 所述身份标记为设置在拒台 12上并与所述商品相对应的发光元件， 所述读取装置为光电转换元件。所述光电转换元件的数量与展位 18的数量相对 应， 拒台 12上对应每个展位 18的位置均设置有一个所述发光元件， 并且与每 个所述发光元件相对应的所述光电感测元件是不同， 即将所述发光元件安装至 拒台 12对应展位 18的位置时， 通过在小范围的位置变化， 使显示器 14移动至 与展位 18对应的位置时， 与所述发光元件相对应的所述光电转换元件不相同， 如此实现对应每个展位 18 , 产生电信号的所述光电转换元件是不相同的， 如此 实现所述电信号唯一表示了一个展位 18 , 即唯一表示了该展位 18上相应陈列 的商品。 当然在本发明技术精髓的启示下， 本领域技术人员还可能做出其它变 更， 但只要其功能和效果与本发明相同或相似， 均应涵盖于本发明保护范围内。
为了便于消费者拉动显示器 14 , 在显示器 14上可以安装有把手 46 , 如此 给消费者带来了便利。
请参阅图 4 , 本发明第二实施方式提供的商品展示拒 48与第一实施方式提 供的商品展示拒 10的功能结构基本相同， 其不同之处在于： 消费者通过输入装 置 36输入表示指定商品的信号之后， 显示器 14能够自动移动至与所述指定商 品相对应的位置， 即与所述指定商品的展位相对应的位置。
在本实施方式中， 移动装置还包括安装在显示器 14上的电机 49 , 以及由 电机 49驱动的传动机构 51。 传动机构 51 包括电机 51驱动转动的齿轮， 以及 设置在拒台 12上与所述齿轮配合的齿条。 优选地， 电机 49为步进电机， 并由 控制装置 38进行控制， 实现通过控制步进电机， 进一步控制显示器 14的位置， 即当控制装置 38接收到的信号对应的位置与其当前位置不同时，则控制步进电 机转动固定的圏数， 使显示器 14能够移动一预定的距离， 实现显示器 14移动 至与接收到的信号相对应的位置。
为了不占用拒台 12的上表面的空间， 所述齿条设置在拒台 12的内部， 并 且所述电机也位于拒台 12的内部并与导向板 32相固定连接， 当所述电机转动 时， 通过带动导向板 32进一步带动显示器 14整体移动。
输入装置为设置在拒台 12上的开关 50 , 其类型可以为机械式开关或触摸 式开关， 并且开关 50的位置和数量与展位 18相对应。
输入装置与控制装置 38之间可以通过电线连接，或者输入装置与控制装置 38通过无线通信技术实现所述信号传递。 在本实施方式中， 输入装置与控制装 置 38通过无线通信技术实现所述信号传递， 即在开关 50上设置有无线数据发 送模块， 在控制装置 38上设置有无线数据接收模块。 相应的， 当开关 50被触 发时， 其无线数据发送模块会发出能够唯一表示开关 50的信号， 即所述信号能 够唯一表示指定商品及其展位 18。 比如当对应第二展位 18b的开关 50被触发 时， 开关 50的无线数据发送模块会发出数字 2给控制装置 38 , 则数字 2即为 所述信号表示的身份信息， 控制装置 38接收所述数字 2之后， 会从存储器 34 中读取与数字 2相对应的视频文件， 并控制显示器 14播放所述视频文件。 与此 同时， 控制装置 38会控制移动装置， 使显示器 14处于与第二展位 18b相对应 的位置。
当然， 第二实施方式中的输入装置并不限于上述描述， 其也可以具有第一 实施方式中提供的读取装置和身份标记， 藉由所述读取装置和所述身份标记形 成所述信号， 并通过电线或无线数据发送模块将所述信号发送给控制装置 38。 即所述读取装置设置在拒台 12上， 身份标记设置在商品上， 如此消费者可操作 的将商品的身份标记对准所述读取装置， 使所述读取装置读取所述身份标记形 成所述信号， 并通过在所述读取装置内部设置所述无线数据发送模块将所述信 号发送给所述控制装置。
进一步的， 所述输入装置也可以替换设置成键盘， 所述键盘上设置与展位 18的数量相对应的按键， 即每个按键能够唯一表示一个展位， 并且所述键盘也 可以通过电线或无线通信技术向控制装置 38传递所述信号。所述键盘的数量可 以与展位 18的数量相对应， 即在每个展位 18的周边均设置一个所述键盘， 如 此消费者相了解多个商品的信息以进行比较时， 无需走动， 仅需按下相应的按 键， 显示器 14便会显示相应的视频， 给消费者带来了便利。 当然， 键盘的数量 也可以仅为一个， 并设置在靠近拒台 12的上表面的中心位置， 以降低商品展示 拒的制造成本。
请参阅图 5 , 本发明第三实施方式提供的商品展示拒 52与第二实施方式提 供的商品展示拒 48基本相同， 其不同之处在于： 输入装置为设置在拒台上的感 测器， 其用于感测消费者在某一款商品处驻足， 或者感测消费者触控陈列在拒 台 12上的商品， 即感测得出受到消费者关注的指定商品。
在本实施方式中，输入装置包括至少一个设置在拒台 12上的非接触式感测 器 54 , 非接触式感测器 54 的位置和数量均与所述商品相对应。 在本实施方式 中， 拒台 12具有九个展位 18 , 共能够展示九款商品， 由此非接触式感测器 54 的数量也为九个以对应每款商品。
拒台 12具有与显示器 14的朝向相同的侧面 12b , 非接触式感测器 54设置 在侧面 12b上， 以当消费者在某一展位 18前驻足观察商品时， 非接触式感测器 54能够发出感测信号， 所述感测信号能够唯一表示一个展位， 即唯一标识了展 位 18上受到消费者关注的指定商品。
输入装置可以通过电线或无线通信技术将所述信号传送给控制装置 38 , 以 使控制装置 38控制移动装置 16使显示器 14移动至与所述信号表示的展位 18 相对应的位置， 并且控制显示器 14显示相应视频。
在本实施方式中， 非接触式感测器 54为红外感测器。 当消费者进入商店准 备购买商品之前， 其会浏览商品信息， 或者拿起一款商品进行体验， 此时消费 者便会驻足在某款商品的前方， 由此所述红外感测器会感测到消费者并发出感 测信号， 进一步的控制装置 38接收所述信号之后， 控制移动装置 16使显示器 14移动至与所述信号表示指定商品相对应的位置， 并且控制显示器 14显示相 应视频， 如此消费者便能够便捷的了解指定商品。
本实施方式中的非接触式感测器 54并不限于红外感测器，其还可以为感测 热辐射的感测器， 即通过感测消费者的体温发出的热辐射而发出感测信号形成 所述身份信息。
当然， 为了避免当消费者从拒台 12旁边走过时， 出现控制装置 38不断控 制移动装置 16带动显示器 14移动的情况，可以在输入装置或控制装置 38 内部 设置延时功能， 即通过设置延时电路或者计数电路的方式， 实现仅当某一非接 触式感测器 54持续发出感测信号达到一预定时间长度时， 控制装置 38才会相 应的控制移动装置 16和显示器 14 , 否则保持现状。
当出现几个非接触式感测器 54均发出感测信号时， 控制装置 38会按照所 述信号的产生时间先后顺序进行相应的操作， 即首先播放最先产生的信号对应 的视频文件， 当最先产生的所述信号的视频播放完成之后， 再次播放当前产生 时间最早的所述信号对应的视频。
更进一步的， 输入装置 36并不限于在拒台 12上设置非触摸式感测器 54 , 其也可以为接触式感测器。 比如， 输入装置可以为压力感测器， 且所述压力感 测器设置在拒台 12上放置每个所述商品的位置， 即在每个展位 18上均设置有 压力感测器。 商品放置在展位 18上， 所述压力感测器会产生感测信号， 每个所 述压力感测器所产生的感测信号便能够唯一表示一个展位或一款商品。 当商品 放置在展位 18上之后， 由于其重力是固定不变的， 由此， 在没有除重力之外的 外力作用在商品上时， 所述压力感测器感测到的压力是固定不变的， 即其产生 的感测信号不会出现变化。 当消费者对某一款商品感兴趣， 会触摸、 推动、 按 压或拿起所述指定商品时， 此时压力感测器受到的压力发生变化， 而致使其产 生的感测信号也相应发生变化， 输入装置会将发生变化的感测信号传送给控制 装置 38 , 如此实现针对消费者感兴趣的指定商品进行宣传介绍。
请参阅图 6 , 本发明第四实施方式提供的商品展示拒 56与上述实施方式提 供的商品展示拒基本相同， 其不同之处在于： 输入装置 36设置在拒台 12陈列 的商品上， 将所述商品进行改进使其仅作为展示目的使用， 或者直接制作用于 展示的样品。 输入装置 36与控制装置 38之间可以釆用电线或无线通信技术进 行信息传递， 即可以在所述商品上设置电线连接至控制装置 38 , 或者在所述商 品内部设置无线数据发送模块， 以发送所产生的信号。 输入装置 36也可以为设置在商品上的感测器，所述感测器可以为振动感测 器或压力感测器， 使得消费者移动或者握持所述商品时均能够被感测到， 并且 通过每个所述感测器对应一款商品， 实现其发出的感测信号便能够形成唯一表 示该商品的身份信息，使得控制装置 38能够进行相应的控制。在本实施方式中， 所述感测器为振动感测器并设置在所述商品内部， 当消费者触动所述商品时会 产生振动而被所述振动感测器所感测， 从而进一步发出感测信号至控制装置 38。
对应设置不同感测器的方案， 所述感测器在商品上的位置会不同， 当所述 感测器为振动感测器时， 其设置在商品上即可， 当所述感测器为压力感测器时， 则需要设置在商品的握持部分， 以便于感测商品是否被消费者握持。
当然， 输入装置 36还可以为设置在商品上的开关， 当消费者触发所述开关 时， 则所述开关会向控制装置 38发出唯一表示所述商品的信号。 所述开关可以 为机械开关， 也可以为触摸式开关。
本发明第四实施方式提供一种商品展示方法， 所述商品展示方法使用上述 介绍的商品展示拒展示商品， 所述商品展示方法包括：
A 1 : 通过输入装置输入表示一个指定商品的信号。
消费者通过上述任一实施方式中描述的输入装置输入表示一个指定商品的 信号。
A3 : 控制装置接收所述信号， 并从存储器中存储的视频文件中获取与所述 指定商品对应的指定视频文件。
通过编程设置， 使得控制装置接收所述信号之后， 从存储器中读取相应的 视频文件。

当消费者关注某一商品时， 该商品即为指定商品， 会移动至指定商品附近 进行仔细观察， 而此时设置在拒台上的非接触式感测器因感测到消费者而发出 感测信号， 从而形成表示所述指定商品的信号。
为了避免本步骤中， 因消费者从拒台前走过致使显示器不断移动的情况， 所述输入装置还包括延时电路， 当所述非接触式感测器感测到消费者并且持续 达到一预设时间长度时， 所述输入装置输出所述身份信息至控制装置。 或者仅 当所述控制装置持续收到所述身份信息达到一预设时间长度时， 所述控制装置 才会读取与所述商品对应的视频文件， 并控制所述显示器显示所述视频文件的 内容。

商品展示台 60 包括： 用于摆放商品的展台 62 , 能够显示介绍商品信息的 显示装置 64 , 以及将显示装置 64支撑于展台 62上方的支撑装置 66。
展台 62具有摆放商品的台面 68 , 消费者能够直观的观察或触摸商品。 台 面 68的形状可以方形或圆形， 在本实施方式中， 其为方形。 为了使台面 68上 的商品摆放更加整齐和有秩序， 可以将台面 68 划分成若干商品摆放区 70 , 每 个商品摆放区 70 内摆放预定数量或预定款式的商品，从而便于消费者了解或查 找商品。 在本实施方式中， 将台面 68划分成 6个商品摆放区 70 , 每个商品摆 放区 70 内摆放一款商品， 如此使得台面 68上的商品整齐有序， 便于消费者分 辨。
台面 68 距离地面的高度会影响消费者了解或体验商品的便捷度。 当台面 68上摆放的商品体积较小时， 如所述商品为手持电动工具， 具体的为电钻、 电 锤、 螺丝批、 电圆锯、 摆动切割机等等， 在此限于篇幅不进行——列举， 台面 68距离地面应该设置的略高一些， 如此消费者可以容易观察商品或操作体验商 品。 对应于展示较大体积的商品， 如打草机、 割草机以及吹吸机等， 在此限于 篇幅不在——列举， 台面 68距离地面应该设置的较低， 否则若台面 68距离地 面较高反而不适于消费者操作体验。 当然， 所述商品并不限于上述列举的商品， 其还可以为其它任意商品， 如珠宝首饰、 手机或相机等等， 在此限于篇幅不再 ——列举。
在本实施方式中， 在台面 68下方设置有基座 72 , 以使台面 68能够得到稳 定的支撑。 基座 72包括支撑板 74和固定在展台 62与支撑板 74之间的安装臂 76。 安装臂 76分别与展台 62和支撑板 74的中心位置连接， 进一步的， 安装臂 76沿着水平面的截面面积小于展台 62以及支撑板 74沿着水平面的截面面积， 使得在展台 62与支撑板 74之间围绕安装臂 76的位置可以存放商品，如此节省 了空间。
显示装置 64 能够显示介绍商品的视频， 使得消费者能够通过显示装置 64 了解商品信息。 在本实施方式中， 显示装置 64为平板电脑， 其内存储有介绍商 品的视频文件， 通过软件设计， 在显示装置 64的屏幕上提供有与视频文件对应 的菜单， 进一步的菜单可以通过图片或文字的方式表明其对应的商品， 当消费 者选择某一菜单时， 显示装置 64会播放与菜单对应的视频文件， 实现向消费者 介绍商品。
在显示装置 64上固定安装有固定件 84。 固定件 84用于与支撑装置 66连 接， 实现将显示装置 64稳定的支撑于台面 68上方。
支撑装置 66用于将显示装置 64 支撑于台面 68上方， 并能够使显示装置 64相对于台面 68转动， 以便于消费者观看视频， 并可以操作体验商品。 在本 实施方式中， 支撑装置 66包括依次转动连接第一支撑臂 78、 第二支撑臂 80和 第三支撑臂 82。
第一支撑臂 78与展台 62相转动连接并形成第一转动轴线 R1。在本实施方 式中， 第一支撑臂 78与方形的台面 68的一边中间位置连接， 并具有垂直于水 平面的第一转动轴线 R1 , 如此消费者能够操作显示装置 64 围绕第一转动轴线 R1相对于台面 68转动， 以调节显示装置 64的位置， 如此实现便于消费者观看 显示装置 64播放的视频， 从而便于消费者了解商品。
第一支撑臂 78相对于展台 62倾斜延伸，同时第一支撑臂 78在相对于第一 转动轴线 R1转动时， 在空间上避免与台面 68上摆放的商品发生干涉， 所以需 要根据第一支撑臂 78与台面 68之间的距离适宜的选择商品。 进一步的， 可以 将第一支撑臂 78设置成能够围绕第一转动轴线 R1转动， 并且也能够围绕一个 平行于水平面的第五转动轴线转动，如此便可以根据台面 68上摆放的商品调节 第一支撑臂 78相对于台面 68的倾斜角度。

第一支撑臂 78、 第二支撑臂 80以及第三支撑臂 82在台面 68上投影的长 度小于方形的台面 68任意一条边的长度， 如此避免显示装置 64始终伸出至台 面 68之外， 占用了额外的空间。
当然， 第一转动轴线 Rl、 第二转动轴线 R2和第三转动轴线 R3并不限于 垂直于水平面的技术方案， 其与水平面成角度设置即可， 如 70° 、 80° 等， 较 佳的角度范围为 45 ° 至 90° , 优选地为 90° 。
当消费者想要了解商品展示台 10上的某一款商品时，消费者可以握住显示 装置 64 , 并向显示装置 64施力使第三支撑臂 82相对于第二支撑臂 80转动， 使得显示装置 64 面向消费者， 若消费者进一步拉动显示装置 64 , 则第二支撑 臂 80会相对于第一支撑臂 78转动， 并进而带动第一支撑臂 78相对于展台 62 转动， 当第一支撑臂 78、 第二支撑臂 80 以及第三支撑臂 82在台面 68上的投 影在一条直线上时， 显示装置 64与消费者之间的距离达到最近， 此时消费者可 以操作显示装置 64播放其关注的商品的视频， 并结合操作摆放的商品， 实现深 入的了解商品。 进一步的， 在调节显示装置 64位置的过程中， 消费者也可以使 显示装置 54 围绕第四转动轴线 R4转动， 以进一步调节显示装置 64的面对方 向， 以便于消费者观看视频。
在本实施方式中，由于釆用了显示装置 64能够同时围绕第一转动轴线 Rl、 第二转动轴线 R2、 第三转动轴线 R3 以及第四转动轴线 R4转动的方式， 使得 显示装置 64所面对的方向可以任意调节。
当然， 支撑装置 66并不限于釆用第一支撑臂 78、 第二支撑臂 80以及第三 支撑臂 82的结构， 其也可以仅包括第一支撑臂 78 , 也可以包括第一支撑臂 78 和第二支撑臂 80。 当然， 在本发明技术精髓启示下， 本领域技术人员还可能做 出其它变更， 但只要其功能和效果与本发明相同或相似， 均应涵盖于本发明保 护范围内。 为了便于给显示装置 64供电的同时， 也避免将电源线暴露在台面 68上影 响美观， 在本实施方式中， 电源线沿着第三支撑臂 82、 第二支撑臂 80 以及第 一支撑臂 78延伸， 优选地电源线位于第三支撑臂 82、 第二支撑臂 80以及第一 支撑臂 78 内部， 并从第一支撑臂 78与展台 62连接的部分延伸至展台 62下方 与外接电源连接。 所述外接电源可以为交流电源也可以为直流电源。 直流电源 可以为电池包。
请参阅图 9 , 为本发明第六实施方式提供的商品展示台 86。 商品展示台 86 与第一实施方式提供的商品展示台 60 的功能及结构基本相同， 其不同之处在 于： 商品展示台 86 用于展示体积较大的商品， 商品摆放在展台 88 的台面 90 上。 展台 88下方可以不设置支撑， 而直接将展台 88放置在地面上。 当然， 也 可以在展台 88下方设置支撑设施， 以调节台面 90距离地面的高度， 具体情况 可以根据需要展示的商品体积大小相应设置。
支撑装置 92包括相对于展台 90固定设置的第一支撑臂 94和与第一支撑臂 94转动连接的第二支撑臂 96。
在本实施方式中， 第一支撑臂 94沿着垂直水平面的方向延伸， 其侧面为长 方形， 在所述侧面上可以设置商品的商标， 以达到品牌宣传的目的。 第一支撑 臂 94固定安装在台面 90的中心位置， 如此设置使得支撑装置 92与展台 88的 结合更加稳固。
在本实施方式中， 第二支撑臂 96与第一支撑臂 94的顶端转动连接形成第 二转动轴线 R2 ,使得第二支撑臂 96能够相对于第一支撑臂 94和展台 88转动。 第二支撑臂 96远离第一支撑臂 94的端部与显示装置 98连接， 如此设置， 使得 显示装置 98能够与第二支撑臂 96—同围绕第一支撑臂 94转动。 进一步的， 消 费者能够将显示装置 98转动至其关注的商品处，从而能够在观看视频介绍的同 时操作体验商品， 能够增进消费者对商品的了解， 带给消费者较佳的购物体验。
与现有技术相比， 本发明的商品展示台， 通过显示装置能够围绕转动轴线 转动， 实现调节显示装置面对的方向， 如此实现消费者处在任何位置均可以通 过调节显示装置面对的方向， 实现观察显示装置显示的视频， 进而配合操作商 品深入了解商品， 可见本发明的商品展示台非常便于消费者了解商品。
请参见图 10 , 为本发明第七实施方式提供的一种商品介绍系统 100 , 所述 商品介绍系统 100 包括摆放有商品的展台 102 , 设置在展台 102上供消费者使 用的客户端通信装置 104 , 供工作人员使用的工作台 106 , 设置在工作台 106 上供工作人员使用的服务端通信装置 108。 客户端通信装置 104 能够与服务端 通信装置 108通信， 使得工作人员能够通过服务端通信装置 108向消费者介绍 摆放在展台 102上的商品。
展台 102具有摆放商品的商品展示面， 商品可以按照一定规则或者杂乱的 摆放在所述商品展示面上。 商品可以为日常生活中需要进入商店购买才能够得 到的任何物品， 在本实施方式中， 商品为电动工具。
客户端通信装置 104设置在展台 102上， 消费者通过客户端通信装置 104 与处于工作台 106的工作人员通信， 使得消费者能够询问商品的相关信息。
客户端通信装置 104可以为电脑或手机。 在本实施方式中， 客户端通信装 置 104为客户端电脑 104。 客户端电脑 104可以为台式电脑、 笔记本电脑或平 板电脑， 优选地客户端电脑 104为平板电脑。 客户端电脑 104设置有麦克风和 扬声器， 使得消费者能够与工作人员进行语音对话。 进一步地， 客户端电脑 104 还设置有摄像装置， 使得工作人员能够看到消费者的状态， 比如消费者拿起某 一款商品进行观察， 避免出现工作人员介绍的商品与消费者感兴趣的商品不对 应的情况发生。
客户端通信装置 104可操作的向服务端通信装置 108发出通信请求， 使得 在消费者不需要向工作人员咨询问题时， 客户端通信装置 104无需与服务端通 信装置 108建立通信。 在本实施方式中， 消费者需要咨询问题时， 会操作客户 端电脑 104发出通信请求， 比如在客户端电脑 104上显示一个选项， 用户触摸 该选项则会促使客户端电脑 104发出通信请求。
麦克风和扬声器以及摄像装置均可以釆用与客户端电脑 104分体设置的方 式， 并通过电线与客户端电脑 104电性连接。 当然麦克风、 扬声器和摄像装置 也可以集成在客户端电脑 104 内。 在本实施方式中， 麦克风、 扬声器和摄像装 置均集成在客户端电脑 104上， 使得展台 102有更多的空间摆放商品。
工作台 106供工作人员使用， 其上面摆放有与展台 102相同的商品， 以便 于工作人员在介绍商品时， 可以拿起实物进行讲解演示， 能够让消费者更加全 面的了解商品。
服务端通信装置 108设置在工作台 106上， 工作人员能够通过操作服务端 通信装置 108与消费者进行通信， 向消费者讲解演示商品， 或者解答消费者的 问题。 服务端通信装置 108可以为电脑或手机。 在本实施方式中， 服务端通信 装置 108 为服务端电脑 108。 服务端电脑 108 可以为台式电脑、 笔记本电脑或 平板电脑。 优选地， 服务端电脑 108为台式电脑。 服务端电脑 108设置有麦克 风 120和扬声器 122 , 使得工作人员能够与消费者进行语音对话。 进一步地， 服务端电脑 108还设置有摄像装置 124 , 使得工作人员和消费者虽然在不同的 空间位置， 但二者仍旧可以做到面对面的交流， 工作人员可以针对消费者的问 题， 有针对性的介绍产品或进行演示。
服务端通信装置 108可选择的接受客户端通信装置 104发出的通信请求， 使得工作人员较为忙碌时， 其可以拒绝接受通信请求。 在本实施方式中， 服务 端电脑 108收到通信请求之后， 会在服务端电脑 108的显示器上显示接受或拒 绝通信请求的按钮， 工作人员操作服务端电脑 108点击接受按钮或拒绝按钮相 应的接受或拒绝通信请求。
当然， 客户端通信装置 104和服务端通信装置 108并不限于电脑或手机， 二者还可以为对讲机。 在本发明技术精髓启示下， 本领域技术人员还可能釆用 其他产品作为客户端通信装置 104或服务端通信装置 108 , 但只要其实现的功 能和效果与本发明相同或相似均应涵盖于本发明保护范围内。
对应服务端通信装置 108与客户端通信装置 104均为电脑， 商品介绍系统 100还包括网络互连设备 126。 服务端通信电脑 18和客户端电脑 104通过网络 互连设备 126建立通信。 网络互连设备 126可以为路由器、 交换器或集线器， 在本实施方式中， 网络互连设备 126为路由器。 服务端电脑 108与客户端电脑 104之间的通信可以为有线网络通信也可以是无线网络通信。 在本实施方式中， 网络互连设备 126为无线路由器， 使得服务端电脑 108和客户端电脑 104无需 与网络互连设备 126釆用网线连接， 使得客户端电脑 104可以方便地移动至不 同的展台 102上。
在服务端电脑 108和客户端电脑 104上安装有通信软件， 使得工作人员和 消费者能够进行通信， 通信软件可以为 Facetime、 腾讯 QQ、 Skype或 MSN等， 在本实施方式中， 釆用 Facetime软件实现消费者和工作人员进行通信。
服务端电脑 108与客户端电脑 104的通信方式并不限于语音视频的方式， 也可以釆用文字对话的方式， 如此给聋哑人询问问题带来了便利。 当然， 服务 端电脑 108和客户端电脑 104也可以仅设置文字对话的通信方式， 使得消费者 和工作人员仅能够通过文字沟通信息， 而服务端电脑 108和客户端电脑 104均 不必设置摄像装置、 麦克风以及扬声器等装置， 节约了成本。
当一个商店设置有多个展台 102时， 则多个展台 102上的客户端电脑 104 可以均与一个服务端电脑 108对应， 也可以设置多个服务端电脑 108。 在本实 施方式中， 将商品被划分为至少一个商品分类， 客户端电脑 104具有与所述至 少一个商品分类对应的咨询选项， 每个咨询选项分别对应一个服务端电脑 108 , 可操作的选择一个所述咨询选项则客户端电脑 104向与所述咨询选项对应的服 务端电脑 108发出通信请求。 对应的服务端电脑 108接受所述通信请求之后， 消费者便可以与工作人员进行对话， 进一步地， 工作人员是其所在服务端电脑 108 对应的商品分类的产品专家， 如此实现消费者能够从工作人员处了解到足 够多且专业的信息， 对消费者购物有着重要的指导作用， 给消费者带来了便利。 在本实施方式中举例， 比如展台有 10个， 商品共有 50种但能够分为 5类， 则 可以仅设置 5个服务端电脑 108 , 每个服务端电脑 108对应一个商品分类， 如 此即节约了商家成本又能够满足消费者的咨询要求。 进一步地， 通过多个客户 端电脑 104与一个服务端电脑 108对应， 能够及时向消费者介绍商品信息， 同 时减少了工作人员的数量， 实现了较少的工作人员， 较低的工作人员产品培训 成本， 并能够向消费者提供专业的服务。
本发明实施方式提供一种商品介绍方法， 用于向消费者介绍商品信息， 该 商品介绍方法包括：
步骤 A1 : 提供一个摆放有商品的展台 102 , 在展台 102上设置有供消费者 使用的客户端通信装置 104 , 以及提供一个工作台 106 , 在工作台 106上设置有 供工作人员使用的服务端通信装置 108。
在本实施方式中， 在商店内设置展台 102 , 并在展台 102上摆放要销售的 商品， 在展台 102上设置客户端电脑 104 , 消费者进入商店之后， 会观察展台 102 上的商品， 由于不会有店员跟随在消费者的身后， 使得消费者得到了一个 无拘束的购物环境。 在商店的一处非购物区域或者一个独立的房间内， 设置一 个工作台 106 , 在工作台 106上设置服务端电脑 108 , 使得工作人员的工作区域 和消费者相对分离， 使得二者之间不会相互干扰。
步骤 A5 :消费者操作客户端通信装置 104向服务端通信装置 108发出通信 请求。
在本实施方式中， 消费者观察商品之后， 若对某一款商品感兴趣想要进一 步了解其性能， 或者消费者需要一些购物指导， 比如消费者只有一些使用需求 而不知道应该买什么样的商品时， 消费者需要向工作人员咨询， 则通过客户端 电脑 104向服务端电脑 108发出通信请求。 步骤 A7 : 服务端通信装置 108接受所述通信请求。
在本实施方式中， 工作人员发现存在通信请求之后， 操作服务端电脑 108 接受所述通信请求， 此时消费者便可以与工作人员开始通信， 比如通过文字对 话的方式进行对话。
步骤 Al l : 工作人员向客户介绍摆放在展台 102上的商品。
在本实施方式中， 根据消费者的需求， 工作人员向向消费者介绍商品。 比 如消费者想要了解商品的性能或质量，或者消费者告诉工作人员其使用需求等， 工作人员会向消费者介绍展台 102上的商品信息，或者根据消费者的使用需求， 推荐消费者购买相应的商品。
其中， 步骤 Al l还包括工作人员通过服务端通信装置 108向消费者演示商 品的用法。
在本实施方式中， 工作人员能够在介绍商品时， 演示商品的使用方法， 以 让消费者更加全面的了解商品，服务端电脑 108的摄像装置 26能够摄取工作人 员的演示过程的视频， 并通过服务端电脑 108与客户端电脑 104之间的通信连 接， 将视频传递至客户端电脑， 使得消费者能够在客户端电脑 104观看工作人 员的演示过程。
其中， 服务端通信装置 108对应多个客户端通信装置 104 , 在步骤 A7中， 若服务端通信装置 108正在与一个客户端通信装置 104通信， 则其它向服务端 通信装置 108发出通信请求的客户端通信装置 104按照提出通信请求的时间顺 序等待服务端通信装置 108响应。 进一步地， 等待中的客户端通信装置 104会 提示消费者处于通信等待中。
在本实施方式中， 当服务端电脑 108对应多个客户端电脑 104时， 由于多 数情况下不同消费者的感兴趣的商品或提出的问题是不同的， 使得工作人员无 法同时对多个消费者提出的问题进行答复， 如果将服务端电脑 108 同时与提出 通信请求的客户端电脑 104均建立通信， 则工作人员可能无法即使满足每个消 费者提出的问题而造成混乱， 所以优选地当服务端电脑 108与一个客户端电脑 104通信时， 其它提出通信请求的客户端电脑 104按照提出通信请求的时间顺 序等待服务端电脑 108响应。 当然， 本发明并不限于上述方式， 服务端电脑 108 可以与多个客户端电脑 104同时建立通信， 在工作人员针对某一个消费者的问 题进行讲解时， 其他消费者也进行也能够收到工作人员的讲解， 便于帮助消费 者从不同角度了解更多的商品信息。 与现有技术相比， 本发明的商品介绍系统及商品介绍方法， 使消费者进入 商店购物时， 无需店员跟随在消费者的身旁， 使得消费者在走动和观察商品时， 不会因店员一直跟在身旁而感到拘束， 当消费者想要针对某商品进行咨询时， 可以便捷的通过客户端电脑与工作人员沟通。 可见， 所述商品介绍系统及介绍 方法提供给消费者轻松无拘束感的消费环境的同时， 又能够及时答复消费者的 疑问， 从而给消费者的购物过程带来了便利。
本领域技术人员可以想到的是， 本发明还可以有其他的实现方式， 但只要 其釆用的技术精髓与本发明相同或相近似， 或者任何基于本发明做出的变化和 替换都在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种商品介绍系统， 包括：
摆放有商品的展台；
供工作人员使用的工作台；
其特征在于：
在所述展台上设置有供消费者使用的客户端通信装置， 所述工作台上设置 有供工作人员使用的服务端通信装置， 所述客户端通信装置能够与所述服务端 通信装置通信， 使得工作人员能够通过所述服务端通信装置向消费者介绍摆放 在所述展台上的所述商品。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述商品介绍系统， 其特征在于： 所述服务端通信装置为 服务端电脑， 所述客户端通信装置为客户端电脑， 所述商品介绍系统还包 括网络互连设备， 所述服务端电脑和所述客户端电脑通过所述网络互连设 备建立通信。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述商品介绍系统， 其特征在于： 所述客户端电脑可操作 的向所述服务端电脑发出开始通信的通信请求， 所述服务端电脑可选择的 接受所述通信请求。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述商品介绍系统， 其特征在于： 所述服务端电脑对应至 少一个所述客户端电脑， 当所述服务端电脑与一个所述客户端电脑进行通 信时， 其它所述客户端电脑按照提出所述通信请求的时间顺序等待所述服 务端电脑响应其它所述客户端电脑的所述通信请求。
5. 根据权利要求 2所述商品介绍系统， 其特征在于： 所述服务端电脑设置有 麦克风和扬声器， 所述客户端电脑设置有麦克风和扬声器， 工作人员通过 语音向消费者介绍所述商品。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述商品介绍系统， 其特征在于： 所述服务端电脑还设置 有摄像装置， 所述客户端电脑还设置有摄像装置， 工作人员通过语音和视 频演示向相消费者介绍所述商品。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述商品介绍系统， 其特征在于： 所述商品被划分为至少 一个商品分类，所述客户端通信装置具有与所述商品分类对应的咨询选项， 每个咨询选项分别对应一个所述服务端通信装置， 可操作的选择一个所述 咨询选项则所述客户端通信装置向与所述咨询选项对应的所述服务端通信 装置发出开始通信的通信请求。
8. 一种商品介绍方法， 所述商品介绍方法包括：
提供一个摆放有商品的展台， 在所述展台上设置有供消费者使用的客户端 通信装置， 以及提供一个工作台， 在工作台上设置有供工作人员使用的服务端 通信装置；
消费者操作所述客户端通信装置向所述服务端通信装置发出通信请求； 所述服务端通信装置接受所述通信请求；
工作人员向客户介绍摆放在所述展台上的商品。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述商品介绍方法， 在所述工作台上摆放有与所述展台相 同的商品， 所述服务端通信装置设置有摄像装置， 在工作人员介绍商品的 步骤中包括工作人员演示商品的用法。
10.根据权利要求 8所述商品介绍方法， 所述服务端通信装置对应多个所述客 户端通信装置， 在客户端通信装置发出通信请求的步骤中， 若所述服务端 通信装置正在与一个客户端通信装置通信， 则其它发出通信请求的所述客 户端通信装置按照发出通信请求的时间顺序等待服务端通信装置响应。
