Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de commercialisation utilisant un téléphone intelligent sur un réseau comprenant un serveur d'annonceur ou un serveur de fabricant d'application qui signe un contrat de publicité à l'aide d'un téléphone intelligent prédéterminé en provenance du serveur d'annonceur et comprend une application de téléphone intelligent prédéterminée dans celui-ci. Le procédé de commercialisation de la présente invention comprend : une première étape consistant à permettre au serveur d'annonceur ou au serveur de fabricant d'application de transmettre l'application de téléphone intelligent prédéterminée au téléphone intelligent prédéterminé d'un client selon une requête du téléphone intelligent du client ; une deuxième étape consistant à permettre au serveur d'annonceur ou au serveur de fabricant d'application de transmettre un message comprenant les informations de commercialisation prédéterminées ayant une rétroaction particulière du client au téléphone intelligent du client ayant l'application de téléphone intelligent prédéterminée transmise ; et une troisième étape consistant à transmettre la rétroaction particulière du client du téléphone intelligent du client au serveur d'annonceur ou au serveur de fabricant d'application par l'intermédiaire du réseau par utilisation de l'application de téléphone intelligent prédéterminée devant être utilisée par le téléphone intelligent du client. La présente invention peut rendre maximal l'effet de commercialisation à l'aide du téléphone intelligent en permettant au client utilisant le téléphone intelligent de transmettre un signal prédéterminé à l'entreprise correspondante ou à l'annonceur correspondant par l'intermédiaire de différents procédés de façon à recevoir différents avantages fournis à partir de l'annonceur.
