본 발명은 다수개의 담배수납파이프로 이루어진 담배수납하우징이 내장된 담배 케이스에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 담배 케이스 내부에 담배를 수납할 수 있는 하우징을 가지는 담배 케이스이며, 담배 수납은 물론 담배꽁초까지 수납 할뿐만 아니라, 뚜껑을 열지 않고서도 담배 케이스 내부의 담배 및 담배꽁초를 확인 가능한 다수개의 담배수납파이프로 이루어진 담배수납하우징이 내장된 담배 케이스에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 판매되고 있는 담배는 담배 케이스에 포장되어 판매되고 있으며, 흡연자가 담배를 구입하여 흡연하고자 할 때 외부의 비닐포장지를 벗겨내고, 담배 케이스의 뚜껑을 개봉하여 은박지 등으로 이루어진 내부 포장재를 정리, 수납된 담배를 하나씩 인출하여 흡연하며, 흡연을 마친 후 꽁초는 재떨이에 소화를 시킨 후 버리게 된다. 그러나 보행 중에 흡연을 행하는 경우 꽁초를 도로나 인도, 하수구 등에 무단으로 투기하는 경우가 많아 공공질서는 문란해지며, 완전히 소화를 시키지 않은 채 꽁초를 무단 투기할 경우 산불 등 화재사고의 원인이 되어왔을 뿐만 아니라, 주변 환경이 심각하게 오염되고 있어 이를 방지하기 위한 법적인 제도의 마련 등 여러 조치를 취하고 있으나 그 실효성은 부족한 실정이다. 이러한 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 방안이 절실히 요망되고 있다.
이를 보완하기 위해서, 한국공개특허 제2011-0028092호에서는 담배를 외부의 충격으로부터 안전하게 보관하면서도 흡연 후 인출한 투입공에 담배꽁초를 다시 삽입하여 투입공 내부에서 담뱃불을 자동으로 소화시키는 담배 케이스를 제안하였다. 하지만 이 경우, 상기 문제점은 해결되었지만, 또 다른 문제점이 발생하게 된다. 그 문제점은 담배 1갑을 모두 흡연한 후에는 담배 케이스와 이너 케이스, 담배꽁초는 각각 분리하여 쓰레기통에 투입, 수거하지만, 담뱃재가 이너케이스 안에 묻어 있어 세척이 쉽지 않을 것이며, 제대로 세척이 되지 않은 상태에서 재활용이 된다면, 비위생적인 부분이나 악취등과 같이 여러 가지 문제가 발생할 것이라는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로써, 본 발명의 목적은 담배를 외부의 충격으로부터 안전하게 보관하기 위해서 다수개의 원통으로 구성된 다수개의 담배수납파이프로 이루어진 담배수납하우징이 내장된 담배 케이스를 제공함에 있다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은, 담배수납하우징을 만들 때는 금속, 내열성을 갖는 합성수지, 내화자기 중 어느 하나를 사용하여 다수개의 담배수납파이프로 이루어진 담배수납하우징이 내장된 담배 케이스를 제공함에 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은, 바닥면에 밀폐용 돌기 부분이 있어 보다 효율적으로 담배꽁초를 소화 시킬 수 있는 다수개의 담배수납파이프로 이루어진 담배수납하우징이 내장된 담배 케이스를 제공함에 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은, 담배수납하우징의 바닥부분이 착탈이 가능하여, 실외에서 흡연을 마친 후 담배꽁초를 담배수납하우징에 넣어두었다가 실내로 돌아와서는 담배수납하우징과 바닥면을 분리하여 꽁초는 버리고 담배수납하우징과 바닥면을 세척 후 다시 결합하여 사용할 수 있는 다수개의 담배수납파이프로 이루어진 담배수납하우징이 내장된 담배 케이스를 제공함에 있다.
본 발명의 마지막 목적은, 담배 케이스의 뚜껑부의 상부면을 투명하게 처리하여 담배 수납 상태를 용이하게 확인 할 수 있는 다수개의 담배수납파이프로 이루어진 담배수납하우징이 내장된 담배 케이스를 제공함에 있다.

도 1은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 담배수납하우징(200)이 내장된 담배 케이스(100)의 사시도이다. 도 1을 참조하면, 담배수납하우징(200)이 내장된 담배 케이스(100)에 담배(400)를 넣은 후 담배 케이스(100)의 뚜껑부(110)를 열어 놓은 모습이 도시되어 있으며, 상기 담배(400)를 각각 수납 할 수 있는 담배수납 파이프(210) 다수개가 인접하여 배열라인을 형성하고, 상기 배열라인은 상기 본체부(120)에 부설되어 후면으로부터 전면으로 하향으로 경사지게 배열되어 있다. 상기 배열라인은 의 경사각을 가지고 있어서 상기 담배(400)를 담배수납파이프(210)에서 인출하기가 쉽다. 상기 배열라인에 경사각을 가지게 하므로 인해서 마구리가 날카로워 질수 있는데 이로 인해 사용자들이 다칠 수 있으므로, 마구리 부분을 라운딩 처리 하여 다치지 않도록 하는 것이 바람직 할 것이다.
도2는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 담배수납하우징(200)이 내장된 담배 케이스(100)에서 담배(400)를 뺀 사시도이다.
도 2를 참조하면, 담배수납하우징(200)이 내장된 담배 케이스(100)가 있으며, 담배수납하우징(200)이 내장된 담배케이스(100)의 뚜껑부(110)를 열어 놓은 모습이며, 담배수납파이프(210)에서 담배(400)를 모두 빼놓았다. 그리고 담배 케이스(100)는 뚜껑부(110)와 본체부(120)로 나뉘며, 뚜껑부(110)는 본체부(120)의 후면 상단에 힌지 결합되어 전면으로 개폐되도록 구성되어 있다.
도 3(a)는 담배 케이스의(100) 평면도이고, 도 3(b)는 뚜껑부(110)를 개봉한 담배케이스(100)의 평면도이다.
도 3을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 상기 담배수납하우징(200)이 내장된 담배 케이스(100)의 뚜껑부(110)에는 투명창(111)이 형성되어 있는데, 상기 담배수납하우징(200)이 내장된 담배 케이스(100)의 뚜껑부(110)를 열어보지 않고서도 상기 담배수납하우징(200)이 내장된 담배 케이스(100)의 뚜껑부(110)에 있는 상기 투명창(111)을 통하여 상기 담배수납하우징(200)이 내장된 담배 케이스(100)의 내부 모습을 볼 수 있게 되는 것이다. 이와 같은 경우 상기 담배수납하우징(200)이 내장된 담배 케이스(100)의 내부에 있는 잔량의 담배(400) 및 수거한 담배꽁초의 확인 여부가 상기 담배수납하우징(200)이 내장된 담배 케이스(100)의 뚜껑부(110)를 열어보지 않고서도 가능하게 되어, 매번 내부를 확인하기 위해 뚜껑부(110)를 열어보는 불편함이 없어지게 된다.
도 4는 담배수납하우징(200)과 바닥면(300) 그리고 담배 케이스(100)의 분해도이고, 도 5는 담배수납하우징(200)과 바닥면(300) 그리고 담배 케이스(100)의 분해 측면도이다.
도 4 및 도 5를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 담배수납하우징(200)과 바닥면(300)은 착탈이 가능하도록 구성되어, 외부에서 흡연을 한 후 상기 담배수납파이프(210)에 넣어두었던 담배꽁초를 실내에 돌아와서 상기 바닥면(300)을 때어내고 담배꽁초를 쓰레기통에 버린 후, 상기 담배수납하우징(200) 및 상기 바닥면(300)을 물로 깨끗이 세척하고 완전히 건조시킬 수 있어 위생적으로 사용할 수 있다. 만약, 상기 담배수납하우징(200)과 상기 바닥면(300)이 착탈이 가능하지 않고 일체로 형성되어져 있다면 세척을 한다고 하더라도 담뱃재가 남아 있을 수 있어, 장기간 사용 할 경우 담뱃재가 상기 담배수납하우징(200)에서 축적되어 악취를 유발할 수 있다. 이러한 문제점 해결을 위해 본 발명의 일실시예에서는 담배수납하우징(200)과 바닥면(300)을 끼움결합을 통하여 착탈이 가능하게 구성하였다. 담배수납하우징(200)과 바닥면(300)이 끼움결합을 할 수 있도록 담배수납하우징(200)에는 끼움돌기(220)가 형성되어 있고, 바닥면(300)에는 클램프(320)가 형성되어 있다. 상기 끼움돌기(220)와 상기 클램프(320)는 각각 담배수납하우징(200)과 바닥면(300)의 측면에 형성되어 있다.
한편, 바닥면(300)에 있는 밀폐용 돌기(310)는 담배수납하우징(200)과 바닥면(300)이 결합된 상태일 때, 담배꽁초를 소화하는데 효과적인 역할을 하게 된다. 상기 밀폐용 돌기(310)의 경우는 담배(400)를 피고난후 담배꽁초를 담배수납파이프(210)에 넣게 되면 상기 밀폐용 돌기(310)로 인해 공기 공급이 차단되어 자동으로 소화되어 안전하게 보관되므로 인하여 흡연자들이 흡연후 담배꽁초를 길이나 산등과 같은 자연에 버리지 않게 되어 자연보호 및 산불예방에 아주 효과적이다.
도 6은 담배수납하우징(200)과 바닥면(300)의 분해도이고, 도 7은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 담배수납하우징(200)과 바닥면(300)의 사시도이며, 도 8은 담배수납하우징(200)과 바닥면(300)의 구성도이다.
도 6, 도 7 및 도 8을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 상기 담배수납하우징(200)의 하부에는 담배수납하우징의 끼움돌기(220)가 양측면에 있으며, 상기 바닥면(300) 또한 상기 담배수납하우징의 끼움돌기(220)와 대응되는 클램프(320)가 양측면에 있다. 상기 담배수납하우징의 끼움돌기(220)와 상기 클램프(320)는 끼움결합으로 담배수납하우징(200)과 바닥면(300)의 착탈을 가능하게 한다. 또한, 상기 담배수납하우징(200)과 상기 바닥면(300)의 끼움 결합시 끼움돌기(220)와 결합하는 클램프(320)의 끝부분이 돌출되어 있어서 견고한 끼움결합을 할 수 있도록 구성하는 것이 바람직할 것이다.
그리고, 담배수납하우징(200)을 구성하는 담배수납파이프(210)의 개수는 보통 담배 한 갑을 모두 수용할 수 있는 개수이다.
한편, 바닥면(300)을 보면 담배수납파이프(210)에 대응되어 결합되는 밀폐용 돌기(310)가 형성되어 있다.
본 발명의 일실시예에서는 상기 밀폐용 돌기(310)를 동전과 같이 납작한 원통형 형상으로 형성하였는데, 상기 밀폐용 돌기(310)의 모습을 반드시 납작한 동전 형상으로 한정 할 필요 없으며, 상기 밀폐용 돌기(310)의 상단을 볼록하게 형성한 물방울 모양 등 다양한 형태로 구성할 수 있는 것은 물론이다. 다시 말하면 상기 바닥면의 밀폐용 돌기(310)는 담배수납하우징(200)과 바닥면(300)이 끼움결합 하였을 때, 담배수납파이프(210)과 대응되어 결합하며 담배 보관 및 담배꽁초의 소화하는 역할을 하게 되고, 따라서 상기 바닥면의 밀폐용 돌기(310)의 형태는 어떤 모습으로 한정시키기 보다는 효율적으로 소화시키는 형태면 어떤 형태가 되던 가능하다는 것이다.
본 발명에 따르면 담배를 각각 수납할 수 있는 담배수납파이프 다수개를 구비하는 구조로 이루어져 담배를 외부의 충격으로부터 안전하게 보관할 수 있으며, 다 핀 담배 혹은 피고 남은 담배를 다시금 담배수납파이프에 넣으면 공기 공급이 차단되어 자동으로 소화되어 화재사고를 예방할 수 있으므로 산업상 이용가능성이 매우 크다.
Claims (6)
- 뚜껑부와 본체부로 나뉘며, 뚜껑부는 본체부의 후면 상단에 힌지 결합되어 전면으로 개폐되도록 구성된 담배 케이스에 있어서,상기 담배 케이스의 내부에 안치되며, 담배를 각각 수납 할 수 있는 담배수납파이프 다수개가 인접하여 배열라인을 형성하고, 상기 본체부의 후면으로부터 전면으로 하향으로 경사지게 배치된 다수개의 배열라인으로 이루어지며, 양 측면의 하부에는 외측으로 돌출된 끼움돌기가 형성되어 있는 담배수납하우징; 및상기 담배수납하우징의 끼움돌기와 끼움 결합하도록 끝부분이 내측으로 돌출되어 있는 결합 클램프가 양 측면에 부설되어 있는 바닥면을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다수개의 담배수납파이프로 이루어진 담배수납하우징이 내장된 담배 케이스.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 다수 개의 배열라인이 배치된 경사각은 상기 본체부의 후면으로부터 전면으로 수평면을 기준으로 하여 30~40°인 것을 특징으로 하는 다수개의 담배수납파이프로 이루어진 담배수납하우징이 내장된 담배 케이스.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 담배수납하우징의 마구리 부분은 라운딩 처리하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다수개의 담배수납파이프로 이루어진 담배수납하우징이 내장된 담배 케이스.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 담배수납하우징의 재질은 금속, 내열성을 갖는 합성수지, 내화자기 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 다수개의 담배수납파이프로 이루어진 담배수납하우징이 내장된 담배 케이스.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 바닥면의 내측면에 상기 담배수납파이프와 대응되는 곳에 각각 형성되는 다수개의 밀폐형 돌기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다수개의 담배수납파이프로 이루어진 담배수납하우징이 내장된 담배 케이스.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 담배 케이스의 뚜껑부의 상부면은 투명창을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다수개의 담배수납파이프로 이루어진 담배수납하우징이 내장된 담배 케이스.
