Description

Clothes dryer and washing dryer
The present invention relates to a drum-type clothes dryer for drying clothes and a drum-type clothes dryer having a washing function and a clothes drying function.
In conventional drum-type clothes dryers and washing dryers, first, drying air is blown into the drum through the air passage. Then, the clothes put in the drum are brought into contact with the drying air to remove moisture from the clothes, thereby drying the clothes. Furthermore, it has the structure which discharges the drying air which became moisture and became high humidity to the air path outside a drum (for example, refer patent document 1 and patent document 2).
Hereinafter, the conventional drum-type washing and drying machines described in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 will be described with reference to FIGS. 9 and 10.
FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating a schematic configuration of a conventional drum-type washing and drying machine. FIG. 10 is an enlarged cross-sectional view for explaining a hot air blowing portion of a conventional drum type washing and drying machine.
As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the conventional drum-type washing and drying machine is provided with a nozzle 320 that opens into the drum 300, and the hot air blown from the nozzle 320 is supplied to the drum 300 by the drying air guide member 310. The clothes are directly applied to the clothes in the drum 300 to dry the clothes.
However, the conventional drum-type washing and drying machine has a configuration in which warm air made of drying air is directly applied to clothing in the drum 300 from the nozzle 320. Therefore, warm air concentrates in a part of the drum 300, and the warm air does not uniformly contact the clothing in the drum 300, so that there is a problem that uneven drying of the clothing is likely to occur.
In addition, there is a problem in that tangling of clothing tends to occur because the rotation direction of the drum 300 is constant when drying air and clothing contact during drying.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a clothes dryer of the present invention is supported in a housing, is provided in front of the drum, and is provided at the front of the drum, and protrudes from the top toward the bottom of the drum. The window glass which has a shape, and the ventilation part which ventilates the air for drying are provided. Furthermore, the first air passage having a first air outlet that opens to the front of the drum and blows out the drying air, and the first air outlet is provided outside the drum so as to blow out the air for drying toward the window glass. A nozzle. And a window glass has the structure which guides the air for drying blown off from the nozzle to the downward direction of a drum.
This prevents the hot air of the drying air from concentrating on a part of the drum and allows the drying air to be evenly blown into the drum. As a result, drying unevenness of clothing can be effectively suppressed.
In addition, the clothes dryer of the present invention is rotatably supported in the housing, has a drum that stirs the clothes, and is provided in front of the drum and protrudes toward the bottom of the drum from the top to the bottom. A window glass and a blower that blows air for drying are provided. Furthermore, the first air passage having a first air outlet that opens to the front of the drum and blows out the drying air, and the first air outlet is provided outside the drum so as to blow out the air for drying toward the window glass. A nozzle. And a second air passage having a second air outlet that opens to the rear of the drum and blows drying air into the drum, and an air passage switching unit that selectively switches between the first air passage and the second air passage, A storage unit that stores at least the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time, and a control unit having a timer are provided. The control unit selectively selects the first air path and the second air path via the air path switching unit when the timer measures the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time stored in the storage unit. Perform switching control.
Thus, it is possible to avoid the heat of the drying air from being concentrated on a part of the drum and to blow the drying air evenly into the drum. As a result, uneven drying of clothing can be suppressed. Furthermore, by switching the first air outlet or the second air outlet based on the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time according to the drying state of the clothes, the air volume and the air speed of the drying air are changed, and the clothes You can guess. As a result, it is possible to prevent the generation of wrinkles in clothing, shorten the drying time, and reduce power consumption.
Further, the laundry dryer of the present invention includes at least the clothes dryer having the above-described configuration, and a water tank that contains the drum and stores the washing water.
This makes it possible to realize a washing / drying machine with low power consumption and less unevenness of clothes drying, wrinkles and entanglement.

(Embodiment)
Below, the drum type washing / drying machine of embodiment of this invention is demonstrated using FIG. 1 and FIG.
FIG. 1 is a side sectional view showing a schematic configuration of a drum-type washing / drying machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram showing a schematic configuration of a main part of FIG.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the drum-type washing / drying machine of the present embodiment has a bottomed cylindrical drum 1 that has a bottom portion and a bottom portion that supports the laundry. In addition, it is configured to be enclosed in a bottomed cylindrical water tank 2 for storing washing water. A drum drive motor 3 (drum drive unit) is attached to the rear surface of the water tank 2 so as to rotate the drum 1 by tilting the rotating shaft forward.
The housing 100 is provided with a door body 35 facing the opening side of the drum 1, and a window glass 90 is provided at a position facing the drum 1 of the door body 35. And a user can put in and take out clothes (laundry) in the drum 1 by opening the door body 35. At this time, the window glass 90 protrudes toward the bottom of the drum as it goes from the upper side to the lower side. For example, the cross-sectional shape is an arc shape and has a bowl shape.
In addition, a water supply pipe (not shown) provided with a water supply valve and a drain pipe 40 provided with a drain valve 27 are connected to the water tank 2.
Hereinafter, the circulation path of the drying air for drying the clothes in the drum type washing and drying machine of the present embodiment will be specifically described.
As shown in FIG. 1, first, drying air for drying clothes is blown into the drum 1 through the blowing unit 4. The blown drying air takes moisture from the laundry in the drum 1 and becomes humid. The humid drying air is discharged out of the drum 1 through the discharge port 5 provided at a position around the side surface of the drum 1. The discharged drying air is dehumidified by the dehumidifying unit 6. The drying air dehumidified by the dehumidifying unit 6 is heated by the heating unit 7.
Further, the heated drying air is switched to either the first air path 11 or the second air path 9 by the air path switching unit 12 via the air blowing unit 4. Then, the drying air that has been switched and led to either the first air passage 11 or the second air passage 9 circulates so as to blow out into the drum 1 again, and dries the clothes in the drum 1.
In the first air passage 11, the nozzle 30 that blows out the drying air blown by the blower 4 and the blowing direction of the drying air are changed to enter the drum 1 from the first blower outlet 10 through the window glass 90. An air guide member for drying 80 for guiding is provided. On the other hand, the second air passage 9 is provided with a second air outlet 8 that opens behind the drum 1.
1 and 2, the surface 80a on the inner side of the drum 1 of the drying air guide member 80 is formed so as to be inclined from the tip of the inner surface 30a of the nozzle 30 toward the window glass 90. The nozzle 30 is provided in the upper right part of the casing 100 as viewed from the front surface (window glass 90 side) of the casing 100 (that is, the upper right part from the rotation center of the drum 1) toward the rotation center of the drum 1. ing. Thereby, the drying air blown out from the tip of the nozzle 30 is guided in the direction of the window glass 90 from the first air outlet 10 by the surface 80a of the drying air guide member 80, and after hitting the window glass 90, the inside of the drum 1 Is blown out.
At this time, the air passage sectional area of the first air outlet 10 of the first air passage 11 is formed to be smaller than the air passage sectional area of the second air outlet 8 of the second air passage 9. Thereby, the drying air having a higher pressure and higher wind speed than the second blow-out port 8 is blown out toward the window glass 90, and the drying air can be blown out into the drum 1 after hitting the window glass 90.
The air passage cross-sectional area of the second air outlet 8 of the second air passage 9 is formed so that the air passage cross-sectional area is larger than that of the first air outlet 10. For this reason, it is possible to blow out a large amount of air for drying into the drum 1 with less pressure loss than the first air passage 11.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, in the case of a drum type washing and drying machine, the gap between the front of the rotating drum 1 and the water tank 2 is usually as small (narrow) as possible so that clothes are not caught. Is formed. For this reason, it is difficult in terms of space to provide an air outlet having a wide opening with little pressure loss in the gap. Therefore, the first air outlet 10 having a relatively small air passage cross-sectional area is provided in the gap between the front of the drum 1 and the water tank 2.
On the other hand, at the bottom of the back of the drum 1, there is a space for providing the second air outlet 8 having a relatively large opening. In view of this, a second air outlet 8 with relatively little pressure loss is provided at the bottom of the rear of the drum 1. At this time, the second blower outlet 8 is covered with the cover 26 having a large opening ratio made up of a large number of small-diameter holes through which ventilation is possible, thereby preventing the clothing from being caught in the second blower outlet 8.
In addition, when the clothes are stirred by rotating the rotating shaft of the drum 1 provided to be inclined forward as in the drum type washing and drying machine of the present embodiment, for example, small clothes such as socks, handkerchiefs, and briefs. Is easily shifted to the rear back of the drum 1. On the other hand, for example, long clothes such as long-sleeved underwear, long-sleeved cutter shirts, and long-sleeved pajamas are easily shifted to the front of the drum 1.
Therefore, when drying is performed in a state where small clothes and long clothes are mixed, if drying air is blown out from the first air outlet 10 provided at a position in front of the drum 1, the air tends to be shifted to the front of the drum 1 and is being dried. The stirring speed of the long clothes, which tends to twist the sleeves, increases the drying speed. Further, when the drying air blown out and diffused from the first air outlet 10 is applied to the long clothing, the long clothing moves well (stirred) by the drying air. Thereby, the heat of the drying air is transmitted over a wide range. As a result, the effect of suppressing unevenness in drying of clothing and the effect of reducing the generation of wrinkles on clothing are improved.
On the other hand, when drying is performed in a state where small clothes and long clothes are mixed, if a large amount of drying air is blown out from the second air outlet 8 provided at a position in the back of the drum 1, the back of the drum 1 is shifted to the back. The drying air comes into contact with the small clothes first. Thereafter, the dry air that has passed through reaches the long clothing in front of the drum 1 while contacting the small clothing. That is, by blowing out a large amount of air for drying from the first air outlet 10, both small clothing and long clothing can be efficiently dried with little drying unevenness. At this time, in particular, small clothes can be dried with relatively little wrinkles.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, an air path switching unit 12 is provided at a branch portion between the first air path 11 and the second air path 9 formed on the downstream side of the air blowing unit 4, so that the amount and type of clothing can be changed. Depending on the situation, the passage for drying air is switched to either the first air passage 11 or the second air passage 9.
Here, the air path switching unit 12 includes a valve 12a pivotally supported by a branch portion between the first air path 11 and the second air path 9, and a drive unit (not shown) that rotationally drives the valve 12a. It has. At this time, when the valve 12a is rotated to the a side in FIG. 1 and the first air passage 11 is closed, the second air passage 9 side is opened, and the drying air blown by the blower 4 is the second air passage 9. Pass through. On the other hand, when the valve 12a is rotated to the b side in FIG. 1 and the twelfth air passage 9 is closed, the first air passage 11 side is opened, and the drying air blown by the blower 4 passes through the first air passage 11. pass. That is, the passage of the drying air can be switched to the first air path 11 or the second air path 9 by rotating the valve 12a constituting the air path switching unit 12 to the a side or the b side.
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the circulation air passage 13 is provided with a blower unit 4 and an air passage switching unit 12 in the middle of the circulation air passage 13. Then, the circulation air passage 13 passes through the air passages such as the drum 1, the discharge port 5, the dehumidifying portion 6, and the heating portion 7 in order, and then is switched again by the air passage switching portion 12. The drying air is fed into the drum 1 from the first air outlet 10 or the second air outlet 8 communicating with the two air passages 9. Thereby, the drying air can be circulated in the drum-type washing and drying machine.
Further, the blower unit 4 includes a blower fan 4a and a blower fan motor 4b, and is provided between the heating unit 7 and the air path switching unit 12. Then, by driving the blower fan 4a by the blower fan motor 4b, the drying air heated by the heating unit 7 is sent out to the downstream side of the circulation air passage 13 (the air passage switching unit 12 side).
At this time, when the air path switching unit 12 switches to the first air path 11, the air blowing unit 4 has a predetermined speed that the air speed of the drying air passing through the first air path 11 is faster than the air speed of the second air path 9. The fan 4a for ventilation is rotated so that it may become a wind speed. For example, when the wind speed of the drying air passing through the second air outlet 8 is about 10 m / s, the air blowing fan 4a is set so that the air speed of the drying air passing through the first air outlet 10 is about 50 m / s. Rotate. In addition, the wind speed of the drying air which passes the 1st blower outlet 10 and the 2nd blower outlet 8 is not limited to this. For example, if the wind speed of the drying air in the 1st blower outlet 10 satisfy | fills conditions faster than the wind speed of the drying air in the 2nd blower outlet 8, it can be set to arbitrary wind speeds.
On the other hand, when the air path switching unit 12 switches to the second air path 9, the air blowing unit 4 causes the air volume of the drying air passing through the second air outlet 8 of the second air path 9 to pass through the first air outlet 10. The blower fan 4a is rotated so that the predetermined air volume is larger than the passing air volume.
That is, in the drum type washing and drying machine of the present embodiment, the drying air in which the wind speed of the drying air that passes through the first air outlet 10 of the first air passage 11 passes through the second air outlet 8 as necessary. The air path switching unit 12 is controlled in the middle of the drying process so that the air volume passing through the second air path 9 is higher than the air speed, or the air volume passing through the first air path 11 is larger than the first air path 11. The air path 11 and the second air path 9 are switched.
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the discharge port 5 for discharging the drying air in the drum 1 is disposed at a position where the distance from the first blower outlet 10 is relatively shorter than the distance from the second blower outlet 8. It is installed. Therefore, the discharge port 5 is provided closer to the front than the rear of the drum 1. In addition, you may provide the discharge port 5 in the vicinity of the 1st blower outlet 10 in front of the drum 1 so that the distance from the 2nd blower outlet 8 may become the longest.
The discharge port 5 is disposed on the upper side of the drum 1 and effectively discharges the drying air after coming into contact with clothes from above. In the case of a drum type clothes dryer having no washing function, the discharge port 5 may be provided at a place other than above the drum 1. However, in the case of the drum type washing and drying machine, since it is affected by the washing water, it is preferable to provide the discharge port 5 above the washing water level.
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, a damper 14 and a cloth amount detection unit 15 provided in the damper 14 are disposed below the water tank 2. The damper 14 supports the water tank 2 and attenuates the vibration of the water tank 2 that occurs when the drum 1 is rotated in a weight unbalanced state due to a shift of clothing during dehydration. The cloth amount detection unit 15 detects the amount of clothing by detecting the amount of displacement of the axis of the damper 14 up and down due to a change in the weight of the clothing in the water tank 2 to be supported.
Further, the drum type washing and drying machine of the present embodiment includes a heat pump device 50 that performs heat pump type dehumidification and heating.
As shown in FIG. 1, the heat pump device 50 includes a compressor 16, a radiator 17, a throttle unit 18, a heat absorber 19, and a pipe line 20. The compressor 16 compresses the refrigerant, and the radiator 17 radiates the heat of the refrigerant that has been compressed to high temperature and pressure. The throttle unit 18 is compressed to reduce the pressure of the high-pressure refrigerant. The heat absorber 19 takes heat from the surroundings by the refrigerant that has been depressurized to a low pressure. The pipe line 20 circulates the refrigerant by connecting four members including the compressor 16, the radiator 17, the throttle unit 18, and the heat absorber 19. In this case, the heat absorber 19 of the heat pump device 50 corresponds to the dehumidifying unit 6 described above, and the radiator 17 corresponds to the heating unit 7.
Note that the drum-type washing and drying machine of the present embodiment is not limited to a configuration that performs clothes drying by a heat pump system. For example, the dehumidifying unit 6 may be a water-cooled type in which water is sprayed directly on the drying air, and the heating unit 7 may be a heater.
Hereinafter, the configuration and arrangement of the nozzle 30 and the drying air guide member 80 provided in the water tank of the drum type washing and drying machine of the present embodiment will be specifically described with reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. Explained.

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the water tank of FIG. 3 viewed from the inside. FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the water tank 2 cut in the circumferential direction and the inside of the water tank 2 viewed from the rear side of the housing 100 toward the window glass 90.
As shown in FIG. 3, a nozzle 30 communicating with the first air passage 11 (not shown) is formed integrally with the water tank 2 on the side wall of the water tank 2.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the drying air guide member 80 is circular along the periphery of the circular opening 101 formed in the housing 100 so as to correspond to the opening in front of the water tank 2. It is formed in an arc shape. The drying air guide member 80 is supported and attached to the support member 80 b along the peripheral edge of the circular opening 101 formed in the housing 100 in order to put clothes in and out of the drum 1.
At this time, the window glass 90 is attached so that the lower side is inclined toward the inside of the drum 1. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, the drying air blown out from the first outlet 10 by the drying air guide member 80 provided in an arc shape is, for example, a window glass as indicated by a white arrow W in the figure. It converges toward the center of 90 and blows out. Then, the drying air hit by the window glass 90 is blown out according to the shape of the window glass 90 so as to be dispersed toward the inside of the drum 1 as indicated by the white arrow Y in the figure.
As described above, according to the drum type washing and drying machine of the present embodiment, the nozzle 30 that blows the drying air blown by the blower 4 is provided on the outside of the drum 1. Further, a drying air guide member 80 is provided for guiding the drying air to a position where the drying air blown out from the nozzle 30 directly contacts the window glass 90 while changing the air direction of the drying air. Further, a window glass 90 having a shape for guiding the inside of the drum 1 so as to be rolled up from the lower portion of the drum 1 while diffusing the drying air is provided.
That is, as in a conventional drum-type washing / drying machine, the direction of blowing air against the drying air guide member 80 is not changed into the drum 1 but temporarily applied to the window glass 90.
Thereby, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of drying unevenness due to concentration of high-temperature drying air in a part of the drum 1. As a result, drying unevenness of clothing can be suppressed and clothing can be evenly dried.
Further, according to the drum type washing and drying machine of the present embodiment, the drying air guide that guides the drying air into the drum 1 after changing the wind direction of the drying air and applying the drying air to the window glass 90. A member 80 is provided. Therefore, the nozzle 30 can be provided outside the drum 1. Thereby, it is not necessary to make the front-end | tip of the nozzle 30 protrude in the drum 1 (inside the accommodation space of the clothing to be dried). As a result, it is possible to prevent the clothing from being damaged by hitting the tip of the nozzle 30 during the drying operation.
Further, according to the drum type washing and drying machine of the present embodiment, the drying air guide member 80 is formed in an arc shape along the peripheral edge of the circular opening 101 formed in the housing 100. Therefore, as compared with the conventional configuration in which the drying air is guided into the drum 1 from a straight, flat, and slender nozzle, the drying air can be hardly spread. Thereby, the drying air can be converged and guided to a predetermined position of the window glass 90, and can be guided into the drum 1 while the drying air is diffused by the window glass 90.
Hereinafter, the rotating operation of the drum 1 when the drying air is blown out from the nozzle 30 in the drum type washing and drying machine of the present embodiment will be specifically described.
When the drying air is blown out from the nozzle 30, first, for example, the inner wall of the water tank 2 in the substantially vertical downward direction of the rotation center of the drum 1, the inner wall of the water tank 2 in the substantially vertical upward direction of the rotation center of the drum 1, and the rotation of the drum 1. The drum 1 is rotated in the order of the inner wall of the water tank 2 in the upper right part of the center. Thereafter, for example, the inner wall of the water tank 2 at the upper right part of the rotation center of the drum 1, the inner wall of the water tank 2 in the substantially vertical upward direction of the rotation center of the drum 1, and the inner wall of the water tank 2 in the substantially vertical downward direction of the rotation center of the drum 1. Then, the drum 1 is rotated. Accordingly, the drum 1 rotates so as to alternately move between the inner wall of the left water tank 2 at the rotation center of the drum 1 and the inner wall of the right water tank 2 at the rotation center of the drum 1. That is, the drum 1 repeats a half-rotation operation in the left and right directions, which is composed of right rotation and left rotation as viewed from the front surface (door body 35 side) of the housing 100. As a result, the movement of the garment due to the rotation of the drum 1 being lifted to the predetermined height of the drum 1 and the movement of the garment are repeated.
At this time, the drying air blown out from the nozzle 30 hits the window glass 90 from the nozzle 30 and is then blown to the clothes in the drum 1 while diffusing. Therefore, the movement of lifting the clothes in the drum 1 is promoted by the drying air that is diffused and blown.
More specifically, as shown by the arrows in FIG. 2, the drying air blown out from the nozzle 30 is blown out by the drying air guide member 80 toward the window glass 90 that hits the inner inner wall B of the door body 35. The Thereafter, the drying air guided along the window glass 90 having a shape protruding in an arc shape, for example, toward the bottom of the drum 1 is blown to the lower inner wall C of the drum 1 while being diffused. The glass is guided into the drum 1 by the window glass 90.
That is, the drying air guided by the drying air guide member 80 once strikes the window glass 90 of the door body 35, strikes the lower inner wall C of the drum 1 while diffusing, and comes into contact with the clothing while being rolled up. Thereby, clothing can be dried, moving clothing efficiently.
That is, the clothes housed in the drum 1 are stirred while being lifted as the drum 1 rotates, and when the lifted clothes fall, the drying air blown up and blown up to the lower inner wall C of the drum 1 and Contact. At this time, the relative speed when the clothes and the drying air come into contact with each other is increased by the falling speed of the lifted clothes and the speed of the drying air rising from the lower inner wall C of the drum 1. Thereby, clothes can be dried, moving clothes effectively.
Also, since the drying air spreads throughout the drum 1 while diffusing, it comes into contact with the entire clothing. As a result, the clothes can be effectively dried while suppressing uneven drying of the clothes. Furthermore, since the clothes can be dried while being stretched, the wrinkles of the clothes can be reduced.
In addition, since the clothes can be frequently swung up by repeating the half rotation of the drum 1 to the left and right in a short time, the clothes can be dried while suppressing uneven drying and tangling of the clothes.
The nozzle 30 may be provided in the upper left part of the casing 100 when viewed from the front of the casing 100, and the drum 1 may be continuously rotated in the left rotation, right rotation, and left and right half rotation when viewed from the front of the casing 100. The same effects as described above can be obtained.
Hereinafter, the operation of the drum type washing and drying machine of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 5 is a block diagram showing a schematic configuration of the drum-type washing / drying machine according to the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 5, the drum type laundry dryer of the present embodiment has a control unit 70 that controls the operation of the drum type laundry dryer.
That is, the control unit 70, based on setting information input from the user via the input setting unit 32 and information for monitoring the operation state of each unit, a series of washing, rinsing, dehydration, and drying shown below. Control driving behavior.
Specifically, the control unit 70 performs the following control in the drying process, for example. First, the control unit 70 controls the rotation of the drum drive motor 3 via the motor drive circuit 22. Further, the control unit 70 controls the operations of the blower unit 4 and the heat pump device 50. Further, the control unit 70 controls the air path switching unit 12 to switch between the first air path 11 and the second air path 9 based on, for example, a first predetermined time and a second predetermined time measured by the timer 71. The first predetermined time and the second predetermined time will be described in detail later.
そして、制御部70は、例えば図示しないCPU(Central Processing Unit)、プログラムを記憶するROM(Read Only Memory)、各種処理の実行時にプログラムやデータを記憶するRAM(Random Access Memory)、入出力インタフェースおよびこれらを接続するバスなどにより構成されている。 The control unit 70 includes, for example, a CPU (Central Processing Unit) (not shown), a ROM (Read Only Memory) that stores programs, a RAM (Random Access Memory) that stores programs and data when various processes are executed, an input / output interface, and the like. It is composed of a bus for connecting them.
Further, the control unit 70 has a timer 71 that counts the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time described above. As the timer 71, an internal timer incorporated as an internal function in the operation of the control unit 70 or a timer device independent of the control unit 70 can be used. At this time, the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time are stored in advance as a standard time, for example, in a storage unit (not shown) of the control unit 70, or input by the input setting unit 32 or the clothing described below. It is stored by changing the setting according to the amount.
In addition, in this Embodiment, although demonstrated by the example which provided only the 2nd blower outlet 8 of the 2nd air path 9, it is not restricted to this, For example, the structure which provides two or more 2nd blower outlets 8 may be sufficient. Similarly, although an example in which only one first air outlet 10 of the first air passage 11 is provided has been described, the present invention is not limited to this, and a configuration in which a plurality of first air outlets 10 are provided may be used. Thereby, drying air can be equally applied to clothing and drying unevenness can be suppressed more.
Further, according to the present embodiment, the discharge port 5 is disposed at a position close to the first air outlet 10 in front of the drum 1 and far from the second air outlet 8. As a result, the distance between the second outlet 8 and the outlet 5 becomes longer, so that the drying air is widely spread into the drum 1 while the drying air is blown from the second outlet 8 behind the drum 1. Can be spread. As a result, the clothes and the drying air can be efficiently brought into contact with each other in the drum 1 to dry the clothes with a small amount of power consumption.
Hereinafter, the control operation of the drum type washing / drying machine of the present embodiment, particularly the control operation in the drying process and the drum rotation sequence will be described with reference to FIG.
The drying process is usually composed of three periods: the beginning of drying, the middle of drying, and the end of drying.
And the timing of the beginning of drying, the middle of drying, and the end of drying in the drying process is set by the time from the start of the drying process.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, based on the time from the start of the drying process, which is measured by the timer 71 of the control unit 70, the beginning of drying, the middle of drying and the end of drying are determined. Specifically, the period from the start of the drying process until the first predetermined time elapses is defined as the early stage of drying. Further, the period from the start of the first predetermined time to the elapse of the second predetermined time that is longer than the first predetermined time after the start of the drying process is defined as a middle drying stage. Furthermore, the period until the drying process is completed after the elapse of the second predetermined time is defined as the final stage of drying.
Then, the control unit 70 controls the air path switching unit 12 based on the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time measured by the timer 71 to switch between the first air path 11 and the second air path 9 with good timing. In the following, the drying process shown in FIG. 6 is performed.
FIG. 6 is a time chart showing an example of a timing at which the air path switching unit switches between the first air path and the second air path and a drum rotation sequence in the drum type washer / dryer according to the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 6, the control unit 70 controls the air path switching unit 12 to control the air path switching unit 12 during the period of the beginning of drying and the middle of drying until the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time elapse from the start of the drying operation. Switch to 1 air path 11.
As a result, the blower fan motor 4b of the blower section 4 is obtained by rotating at a high rotational speed from the first blower outlet 10 communicating with the first air passage 11 having an air passage cross-sectional area near the blower outlet smaller than the second blower outlet 8. The drying air is started by applying a high wind speed and a small amount of drying air to the window glass 90.
And the control part 70 starts time measurement by the timer 71 simultaneously with the start of drying operation, and continues the open state of the 1st air path 11 until 2nd predetermined time passes.
At this time, as shown in the drum rotation sequence in FIG. 6, the drum 1 is first rotated to the right for 57 seconds at a speed of 51 r / min (rpm). Next, after the rotation of the drum is stopped for 3 seconds, the drum 1 is rotated to the left for 57 seconds at a speed of 51 r / min. Next, the drum 1 is stopped for 3 seconds. That is, a so-called tumbling forward / reverse operation is performed in which forward / reverse of the drum 1 is repeated for 123 seconds.
Thereafter, the drum 1 is first rotated to the right at a speed of 60 r / min for 0.5 seconds and then stopped for 0.4 seconds. Next, the drum 1 is rotated to the left for 0.5 seconds at a speed of 60 r / min, and then stopped for 0.4 seconds. That is, a so-called quick forward / reverse operation is performed in which forward / reverse of the drum 1 is repeated for 8 seconds. The rotation speed, rotation time, and stop time of the drum are not limited to this, and can be set to any speed and time.
The drum 1 repeats the tumbling forward inversion operation and the quick forward inversion operation to perform the rotation operation in the drying early period and the intermediate drying period until the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time elapse.
At this time, the clothes in the drum 1 are lifted by the movement of the drum 1 due to the drying air blown out while being diffused into the drum 1 from the first blower outlet 10 through the window glass 90. Promoted. Thereby, while being able to suppress the drying nonuniformity of clothing, generation | occurrence | production of the wrinkle of clothing can be suppressed. As a result, a good dry finish of clothing can be realized.
Thereafter, in the final drying period after the elapse of the second predetermined time, the control unit 70 controls the air path switching unit 12 to switch to the second air path 9. The reason for this is that at the end of drying, the amount of water contained in the clothing is small, so it takes time to evaporate a small amount of water in contact with the drying air. In this case, it is necessary to increase the chance that moisture and drying air come into contact with each other by blowing a large amount of drying air into the drum 1.
Therefore, the control unit 70 switches to the second air passage 9 having a large air passage cross-sectional area and a small pressure loss, and blows drying air having a large air volume and a low air speed from the second air outlet 8 at the rear of the drum 1 and hits the clothes. . That is, when the timer 71 measures the elapse of the second predetermined time, the control unit 70 controls the air path switching unit 12 to open the second air path 9 side, and controls the air blowing unit 4 to control the air blowing fan. The rotational speed of the motor 4b is lowered.
And the control part 70 continues the open state of the 2nd air path 9 until completion | finish of a drying process.
At this time, as shown in the drum rotation sequence in FIG. 6, the drum is first rotated to the right for 57 seconds at a speed of 51 r / min, as in the period of the early drying stage and the middle drying stage.
In the final drying period after the elapse of the second predetermined time, the drum 1 repeats the tumbling forward / reverse operation and the quick forward / reverse operation to execute the rotation operation.
At this time, since the pressure loss of the second air passage 9 is small, even if the rotational speed of the blower fan motor 4b is relatively low and the blower unit 4 is driven with low power consumption, a large amount of drying air is generated. Obtainable. Then, a large amount of air for drying is blown into the drum 1 to increase the chance that the moisture in the clothing and the drying air come into contact with each other, and the drying time of the clothing can be shortened. As a result, the drying time and the power consumption can be reduced in the final stage of the drying process.
That is, unlike conventional drum-type washing and drying machines, there is no need to blow out high-pressure, high-air-speed drying air directly toward clothing at all times. Further, in order to increase the air volume of the drying air, for example, it is not necessary to always use two fan motors for blowing. As a result, the drying process can be executed in a short time and with a reduced total power consumption. In addition, it is possible to efficiently achieve a dry finish of clothes by suppressing unevenness in drying of clothes and suppressing generation of wrinkles of clothes.
In the present embodiment, the example in which the window air drying air is applied from the first air passage during the drying early stage and the middle drying period of the drying process has been described, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, drying air may be blown out from the second air passage into the drum during the early stage of the drying process. This is effective in preventing wrinkles and entanglement of clothes when the drying rate of the clothes before the drying process is low.
Further, according to the present embodiment, the drying air guide member from the nozzle 30 provided in the first air passage 11 supplies drying air having a high air speed and a small air volume during the period from the beginning of drying to the middle of drying or the middle of drying. The air for drying is applied to the window glass 90 through 80. Then, the drying air hitting the window glass 90 is blown out toward the lower inner wall C of the drum 1 while being dispersed along the shape of the window glass 90. At this time, when the clothes lifted with the rotation of the drum 1 falls on the lower inner wall C of the inner wall of the drum 1, the clothes come into contact with the drying air sprayed on the lower inner wall C of the drum 1. Thus, the movement of the clothes in the drum 1 can be increased, and the heat of the drying air can be spread throughout the drum 1 to dry the clothes while stretching. As a result, drying unevenness can be suppressed and clothes can be efficiently dried. Moreover, the mechanical force for suppressing the wrinkle of clothes can be made to act efficiently on clothes, and generation | occurrence | production of the wrinkle of clothes can be prevented.
Further, according to the present embodiment, a large amount of air for drying with a small amount of air is blown from the second air outlet 8 of the second air passage 9 in at least one period of the beginning and end of the drying process. It is against clothing. In this way, by switching between the first air path 11 and the second air path 9 in the drying process and applying drying air to the clothes, the generation of uneven drying and wrinkles of the clothes is reduced, and the drying process is saved. Electricity can be achieved.
Further, according to the present embodiment, the first air passage 11 and the second air passage 9 are switched with good timing during the drying process. Thereby, clothing can be dried with one ventilation part 4, reducing generation | occurrence | production of drying unevenness and a wrinkle effectively.
Hereinafter, another example of the control operation in the drying process of the drum type washing / drying machine of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 1 and FIG.
FIG. 7 and FIG. 8 are time charts showing an example of the timing at which the air passage switching unit in another example of the drum type washing and drying machine according to the embodiment switches between the first air passage and the second air passage. 7 shows a time chart when the amount of clothing is small, and FIG. 8 shows a time chart when the amount of clothing is large.
In the present embodiment, the setting of the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time is changed according to the amount of clothes put into the drum 1 by using the cloth amount detection unit 15 shown in FIG. This is different from the above embodiment.
That is, in the embodiment described with reference to FIG. 6, the control unit 70 starts the drying process in the drying process based on the time (first predetermined time and second predetermined time) set in advance from the start of the drying process. The timing of each period of the middle stage and the final stage of drying is judged.
However, the time of the entire drying process and the length of each period usually vary depending on the amount of clothing to be dried.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the cloth amount detection unit 15 detects the amount of clothing to be dried, and based on the detected result of the cloth amount, a first predetermined time that is a criterion for each period in the drying process. The setting of the second predetermined time is changed by the following method.
First, the control unit 70 detects the amount (mass) of clothes put on the drum 1 before the start of washing by the cloth amount detection unit 15 shown in FIG. Specifically, first, the cloth amount detection unit 15 determines the position of the shaft of the damper 14 in a state where the water tank 2 is empty (no water is present in the water tank 2 and no clothes are put in the drum 1). Detect. Next, the position of the shaft of the damper 14 is detected before starting washing, before injecting water into the water tank 2 and in a state where clothing is present in the drum 1. Then, in the above two states, the control unit 70 detects the amount of clothes thrown into the drum 1 from the difference in the position of the axis of the damper 14 in the vertical direction, which is detected by the cloth amount detection unit 15.
Next, the control unit 70 sets the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time based on the amount of clothing detected by the cloth amount detection unit 15. Specifically, when the amount of clothes to be dried shown in FIG. 7 is small, the control unit 70 sets the first predetermined time to A1 and the second predetermined time to A2. On the other hand, when the amount of clothing shown in FIG. 8 is large, the control unit 70 sets the first predetermined time to B1 and the second predetermined time to B2.
That is, when the amount of clothing shown in FIG. 8 is large, the entire drying process time is longer than when the amount of clothing shown in FIG. 7 is small, and the timing at which the drying rate reaches 90% or 100% is also delayed. Become. Therefore, the control unit 70 sets the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time so that A1 <B1 and A2 <B2. That is, the control unit 70 sets the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time longer as the amount of clothes to be dried increases. Thereby, according to the amount of cloth, clothes can be dried on optimal drying conditions.
Hereinafter, another example of the control operation in the drying process of the drum type washing / drying machine of the present embodiment will be described in detail with reference to FIG. The control operation in the drying process of FIG. 8 is basically the same as the control operation of FIG. 7 except for the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time, and thus the description thereof is omitted.
As shown in FIG. 7, the control unit 70 controls the air path switching unit 12 to switch to the second air path 9 during the beginning of the drying period from the start of the drying operation until the first predetermined time A <b> 1 elapses. .
At this time, the low wind speed obtained by rotating the fan motor 4b of the blower unit 4 at a small rotational speed from the second blower outlet 8 communicating with the second air passage 9 having a large air passage cross-sectional area and a small pressure loss is large. The amount of air for drying blows out into the drum 1. Thereby, the blown-out drying air is applied to the clothes in the drum 1, and the drying operation is started.
And the control part 70 continues the open state of the 2nd air path 9 until the timer 71 time-measures 1st predetermined time A1.
In this case, since the pressure loss of the second air passage 9 is small, even if the rotational speed of the blower fan motor 4b is relatively low and the blower unit 4 is driven with low power consumption, a large amount of drying air is generated. Obtainable. Then, a large amount of drying air is blown into the drum 1 to increase the chance of contact between moisture in the clothing and the drying air, and drying of the clothing can be shortened. As a result, the drying time and power consumption can be reduced in the early stage of the drying process.
Next, in the period of the middle drying stage after the first predetermined time A1 is counted by the timer 71 of the control unit 70, the control unit 70 controls the air path switching unit 12 to switch to the first air path 11, and for air blowing. The rotation speed of the fan motor 4b is increased.
Thereby, in the period of the middle stage of the drying process, a high wind speed at a high pressure obtained by the rotation of the fan motor 4b at a large rotation speed from the first air outlet 10 having an air passage cross-sectional area smaller than that of the second air outlet 8. Then, a small amount of air for drying is blown into the drum 1.
And the control part 70 continues the open state of the 1st air path 11 until the timer 71 time-measures 2nd predetermined time A2.
In this case, as the drum 1 rotates, the clothes are agitated by the drying air at a high pressure, a high wind speed, and a small air volume, and are always spread. Thereby, the tangle of clothing and the generation of wrinkles can be reduced.
Next, in the final drying period after the second predetermined time A2 is counted by the timer 71 of the control unit 70, the control unit 70 controls the air path switching unit 12 to switch to the second air path 9 and The part 4 is controlled to reduce the rotational speed of the fan motor 4b for blowing.
This is because at the end of the drying process, the amount of moisture contained in the clothes is small, so it takes time to evaporate a small amount of moisture in contact with the drying air. In this case, it is necessary to increase the chance that moisture and drying air come into contact with each other by blowing a large amount of drying air into the drum 1.
Therefore, the air passage cross-sectional area is switched to the second air passage 9 where the pressure loss is small and the drying air having a large air volume and a low air speed is blown out from the second air outlet 8 behind the drum 1 and applied to the clothes.
And the control part 70 continues the open state of the 2nd air path 9 until the drying final stage of a drying process is complete | finished.
In this case, since the pressure loss of the second air passage 9 is small, even if the rotational speed of the blower fan motor 4b is relatively low and the blower unit 4 is driven with low power consumption, a large amount of wind can be obtained. it can. As a result, the drying time and the power consumption can be reduced in the final stage of the drying process.
According to another example of the present embodiment, it is possible to optimize the time (period) of the beginning of drying, the middle of drying, and the end of drying according to the amount of clothes to be dried. And based on the optimized time, the control part 70 can control the air path switching part 12, and can switch the 1st air path 11 and the 2nd air path 9 effectively. Thus, unlike the conventional drum-type washing and drying machine, there is no need to constantly blow high-pressure and high-air-speed drying air toward clothing.
Note that the method of changing the setting of the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time based on the amount of clothing and executing the drying process described in the above embodiment is described in the embodiment described with reference to FIG. Needless to say, it can be applied.
In the present embodiment, the cloth amount detection unit 15 has been described with respect to the method of detecting the vertical displacement amount of the shaft of the damper 14 as an example, but is not limited thereto. For example, a method for detecting the amount of clothes in the drum 1 by detecting the amount of change in the rotational speed, drive current, or torque of the drum drive motor 3 that rotates the drum 1 and detecting the amount of clothing in the drum 1 from the load variation of the drum drive motor 3. You may apply as a part.
In the present embodiment, the configuration in which the control unit 70 automatically changes the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time based on the detection result of the cloth amount detection unit 15 has been described as an example. I can't. For example, even when the cloth amount detection unit 15 does not exist, the control unit 70 may change the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time based on the amount of clothing input by the user from the input setting unit 32. .
In the present embodiment, the drum type washing and drying machine having both the washing function and the clothes drying function has been described as an example. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the present invention may be applied to a clothes dryer that does not have a washing function. That is, you may comprise a clothes dryer except a washing function from the drum type washing dryer shown in FIG. Specifically, as a clothes dryer that does not have a washing function, the water tank 2 is simply connected as the outer tank of the drum 1 without connecting the water supply pipe or the drain pipe 40 to the water tank 2 shown in FIG. What is necessary is just to comprise a structure similarly to the drum type washing-drying machine of FIG.
Further, in each of the above embodiments, the drum type washing and drying machine has been described as an example. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, a drying machine other than the drum type and a washing and drying machine may be used. A pulsator type vertical washer / dryer may be used.
In each of the above embodiments, the configuration in which the first air path and the second air path are switched via the air path switching unit has been described as an example, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, you may comprise only a 1st air path. Thereby, a structure can be simplified. Furthermore, once the structure is applied to the window glass, the heat of the drying air can be avoided from being concentrated on a part of the drum, and the drying air can be evenly distributed in the drum and blown. As a result, uneven drying of clothing can be suppressed.
As described above, the clothes dryer of the present invention is supported in the housing and has a drum that stirs the clothes, a shape that is provided in front of the drum, and protrudes from the top toward the bottom of the drum. And a blower that blows air for drying.
According to this configuration, the drying air blown from the nozzle provided outside the drum is once applied to the window glass and guided into the drum. That is, the air for drying is not directly guided into the drum by the air guide member for drying as in the prior art, but is applied to the window glass once. Thereby, it can avoid that the heat of drying air concentrates on a part in a drum, and can blow air for drying uniformly in a drum. As a result, uneven drying of clothing can be suppressed.
According to this configuration, the drying air blown from the nozzle provided at the first blower outlet outside the drum is once applied to the window glass and guided into the drum.
Further, the clothes dryer of the present invention has a configuration in which drying air is blown out toward the approximate center of the window glass.
According to this configuration, the drying air can be evenly blown into the drum.
In the clothes dryer of the present invention, the nozzle further includes a drying air guide member that guides the blowing direction of the drying air to the window glass. Further, the window glass is inclined downwardly into the drum.
According to this configuration, the drying air guided by the drying air guide member hits the window glass and then travels into the drum while diffusing. As a result, when the drying air is rolled up in the drum, it can be dried while coming into contact with the clothing and raising the clothing. As a result, the clothes can be efficiently dried while suppressing the wrinkles of the clothes.
Also, the clothes housed in the drum are agitated while being lifted as the drum rotates, and come into contact with the drying air that rises from the bottom of the drum while the clothes are dancing. At this time, the relative speed when the clothes and the drying air come into contact with each other is increased by the falling speed of the soared clothes and the speed of the drying air rising from the lower part of the drum. As a result, a physical force necessary and sufficient to dry the garment acts on the garment and the drying air spreads throughout the drum. As a result, the drying air efficiently contacts the details of the clothing or the entire clothing, and thus the clothing can be efficiently dried while suppressing drying unevenness.
In the clothes dryer of the present invention, the air guide member for drying is formed in an arc shape along the periphery of the circular opening formed in the housing.
According to this configuration, the drying air guide member is formed in an arc shape along the periphery of the opening. Thereby, compared with the structure which guides the air for drying into a drum from a flat elongate nozzle, it can make it difficult to spread the air for drying. As a result, the drying air can be converged and guided to a predetermined position of the window glass, and can be evenly guided to the lower part of the drum while the drying air is diffused by the window glass.
Moreover, the clothes dryer of the present invention has a configuration in which the air passage cross-sectional area of the first air outlet is smaller than the air passage cross-sectional area of the second air outlet.
According to this configuration, the air volume and speed of the drying air can be changed according to the drying condition of the clothes and applied to the clothes. As a result, it is possible to prevent the generation of wrinkles in clothing, shorten the drying time, and reduce power consumption.
Also, the clothes dryer of the present invention has a quick forward / reverse function that performs forward and reverse rotation of the drum in a short time.
According to this configuration, by repeatedly rotating the drum halfway to the left and right in a short time, the clothing can be frequently raised, and the clothing can be promoted in the drum. Accordingly, it is possible to dry the garment while bringing the drying air into contact with the garment evenly and effectively suppressing the occurrence of uneven drying and tangling of the garment while suppressing the generation of wrinkles on the garment.
In addition, the washing and drying machine of the present invention further includes a cloth amount detection unit that detects the amount of clothes in the drum, and the control unit includes a first predetermined time and a time according to the amount of clothes detected by the cloth amount detection unit. A second predetermined time is set.
According to this configuration, the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time can be set according to the amount of clothing. Therefore, it is possible to prevent drying unevenness and wrinkles from occurring on the basis of the amount of clothing to be dried, and to shorten the drying time and reduce power consumption.
Further, the laundry dryer of the present invention includes at least the clothes dryer having the above-described configuration, and a water tank that contains the drum and stores the washing water.
According to this configuration, by applying the clothes dryer, it is possible to realize a laundry dryer having low power consumption and less unevenness of clothes drying, wrinkles, and entanglement.
According to the present invention, it is useful in the technical fields of various clothes dryers and washing dryers such as drum type, hanging drying type, and pulsator type.
