Description

Tape holder and tape attaching apparatus using the same
The present invention relates to a tape holder for holding a reel-like tape in a state where the tape can be fed and a tape applying device including the tape holder.
As a tape adhering device provided with a tape holder (tape support device), for example, there is a tape adhering device for adhering a double-sided tape to a terminal portion serving as a seam of a roll paper used in a rotary press (see Patent Document 1). ).
In this type of apparatus, an annular plate portion that is fixed while being inserted through the reel shaft, a reel auxiliary plate that clamps the tape in cooperation with the plate portion, and the reel auxiliary plate are pressed against the plate portion side. A tape holder provided with a tape tightening nut is used.
In order to replace the tape reel in this tape holder, it is necessary to first remove the tape tightening nut and the reel auxiliary plate. After replacing the tape reel in this state, a reel auxiliary plate is mounted, and a tape tightening nut is further attached and tightened. Then, the tape reel is pressed against the plate portion by the reel auxiliary plate, and the tape replacement is completed.
In this tape holder, it is possible to mount tape reels of a plurality of types of tape widths by adjusting the screwing amount of the tape tightening nut or by attaching / detaching a liner plate corresponding to the tape width. .
Further, there is a tape holder further provided with screwing means for preventing loosening of the tape tightening nut. According to this tape holder, since the tape tightening nut can be fixed using this screwing means, the tape tightening nut is prevented from loosening during use of the tape holder, and the tape holding state is reliably maintained. .
Utility Model Registration No. 3010771
Incidentally, in the above tape holder, in order to replace the tape reel, it is necessary to remove the tape clamping nut and the reel auxiliary plate apart. Then, after replacing the tape reel, it is necessary to mount the reel auxiliary plate again and attach and tighten the tape tightening nut. Therefore, there is a risk that the removed tape tightening nut or reel auxiliary plate may be misplaced or accidentally dropped during the tape reel replacement operation. And if these members are actually dropped, it takes time for the replacement work. On the other hand, in order to prevent dropping of these members, the replacement work time is also prolonged when handling the removed members more carefully. Moreover, when the replacement time of a tape reel becomes long, there exists a possibility that tape sticking efficiency may fall.

And a thin sandwiching portion 82b. A stepped portion 82c (see FIG. 6) located on the front side of the sandwiching portion 82b is formed on the outer periphery of the fitting portion 82a. The external shape (stepped portion shape) of the fitting portion 82a and the external shape of the clamping portion 82b are both circular and are arranged concentrically around the shaft 81. In the embodiment, the fixed platen 82 is a disk-shaped member, but may be any member as long as it can hold the roll R. For example, the fixed platen 82 is a member provided with an insertion portion 82a and a holding portion 82b intermittently. There may be.
The fitting portion 82 a is a portion that is fitted into the through portion Rh (inner diameter portion) at the center of the roll R held by the tape holder 64. And the diameter of the insertion part 82a is set so that it may correspond to the diameter (inner diameter) of the penetration part Rh of the roll R to hold | maintain. Accordingly, the roll R set in the tape holder 64 is in a state where the inner peripheral surface of the through-hole Rh is in contact with the cylindrical outer peripheral surface (stepped portion 82c) of the fitting portion 82a over the entire circumference. Retained. That is, the roll R is held by the tape holder 64 in a state where positional deviation in the radial direction (direction orthogonal to the shaft body) is prevented.
The sandwiching portion 82b is a portion where one side surface of the roll R held by the tape holder 64 comes into contact. The diameter of the sandwiching portion 82b is larger than the inner diameter of the roll base Rc (the diameter of the through-hole Rh of the roll R) and smaller than the outer diameter of the roll base Rc. Therefore, the roll R set in the tape holder 64 is held by the tape holder 64 in a state in which the side surface on one side (rear side) of the roll base Rc is in contact with the clamping portion 82b.
The presser plate 83 is a member that holds the roll R in cooperation with the fixed platen 82, and is disposed to face the fixed platen 82. Further, the presser plate 83 is disposed at a position closer to the shaft end portion on the front side of the shaft body 81 than the fixed platen 82.
As shown in FIG. 7, the presser plate 83 is disposed in a state where the rear plane portion is orthogonal to the shaft body 81, and has an insertion hole 84 h formed at the center of the presser plate 83 and the same diameter as the insertion hole 84 h. And a flange portion (cylindrical portion) 85 formed so as to protrude to the front side of the presser plate 83 (the side opposite to the fixed platen).
The insertion hole 84h is slidably inserted into the shaft body 81. Accordingly, the presser plate 83 is movable in the rotation axis direction X with respect to the shaft body 81, and is attached to the front roll attaching / detaching position (tape body attaching / detaching position, see FIG. 6) separated from the fixing plate 82 It can be moved between the approaching front roll holding position (tape body holding position, see FIG. 4).
The presser plate 83 includes an insertion portion through which the through portion Rh of the roll R (tape body) can be inserted. Specifically, the insertion portion has a width that connects a pair of arcuate clamping portions 83b (abutting portions) that are in contact with the roll R (tape body) and the both clamping portions 83b. A narrow portion 84n is provided. The narrow portion 84n is attached to the shaft 81 in a state where the longitudinal direction thereof is in the vertical direction (Z direction) in FIG. The shape of the insertion portion is not particularly limited as long as the penetration portion Rh of the roll R (tape body) can be inserted. For example, a track-shaped member of a track stadium, a front (planar) view ellipse The shape is almost rectangular.
Both longitudinal ends (a pair of sandwiching portions 83b) of the presser plate 83 are formed in an arc shape (see FIG. 5), and both arcs have the same radius of curvature and are located on the circumference of the same circle C. is there. The diameter of the circle C (the outer diameter of the roll base Rc) is shorter than the diameter of the stationary platen 82 (see FIG. 4) and longer than the inner diameter of the through-hole Rh of the roll R. The diameter of the arc portion is more preferably equal to or less than the outer diameter of the roll base portion Rc of the roll R.
In the narrow portion 84n of the presser plate 83, three connection holes 84a into which a connection member 92 described later is inserted are formed (see FIG. 5).
On the other hand, both end portions in the width direction of the narrow portion 84n are portions indicated by the length Lb in FIG. 7, and both sides are linearly extending in parallel. The width dimension Ln of the narrow portion 84n is shorter than the longitudinal length La of the presser disc body 84, and is shorter than the inner diameter dimension of the penetration portion Rh of the roll R, and the penetration portion Rh of the annular roll R. It is a width dimension that can be passed through. Accordingly, the roll R is arranged between the fixed plate 82 and the press plate 83 without removing the press plate 83 from the shaft 81 by passing the penetration portion Rh of the roll R through the press plate 83 attached to the shaft 81. The roll R between the fixed platen 82 and the presser plate 83 can be removed (see FIG. 6).
In addition, the dimension between the linear parts of the narrow part 84n is a dimension shorter than the diameter dimension of the penetration part Rh of the roll R. Because of such dimensions, when the penetrating portion Rh of the roll R is passed through the upper end (longitudinal direction) of the press plate 83 (the front end of the upper clamping portion 83b), the narrow portion 84n of the press plate 83 is formed. The upper end portion 84u (see FIG. 6) can be positioned on the outer side (upper side) of the outer side (upper side) Ru of the roll R, and the penetration portion Rh of the roll R can be passed through the narrow portion 84n (see FIG. 6). 6)
The presser plate 83 capable of passing through the penetration part of the roll R is a dimension in which the dimension from the outer peripheral surface of the shaft body 81 to the upper end portion 84u of the narrow part of the presser plate 83 is longer than the tape width dimension of the roll R. It is the one formed by.
As shown in FIG. 4, the presser plate 83 has a thick fitting portion 83a on the center side thereof and a thin sandwiching portion formed over the outer periphery of the fitting portion 83a, as with the fixed plate 82. 83b. A stepped portion 83c is formed on the outer periphery of the fitting portion 83a. The stepped portion 83c is located on the front side of the clamping portion 83b.
The outer shape of the insertion portion 83a (stepped portion shape) and the outer shape of the clamping portion 83b are both track-shaped, and the arc portion of the outer periphery of the insertion portion 83a and the arc portion of the outer periphery of the clamping portion 83b are concentric with the shaft 81 as the center. Arranged in a shape. Although the press plate 83 is a track-shaped member in the embodiment, it is sufficient that the tape R can be clamped in cooperation with the fixed plate 82 through the penetration portion Rh of the roll R. For example, A member in which a plurality of insertion portions 83a and clamping portions 83b are provided intermittently in the arc portion may be used.
The fitting portion 83a is a portion that is fitted into the center through portion Rh of the roll R held by the tape holder 64. And the diameter of the insertion part 83a is set so that it may correspond to the diameter of the penetration part Rh of the roll R to hold | maintain. Therefore, the roll R set in the tape holder 64 is held by the tape holder 64 in a state where the inner peripheral surface of the through portion Rh is in contact with the outer peripheral surface (surface of the stepped portion 83c) of the fitting portion 83a over the entire circumference. Is done. That is, the roll R is held by the tape holder 64 in a state in which the positional deviation in the radial direction (direction orthogonal to the shaft body) is prevented.
The clamping portion 83b is a portion where the other side surface of the roll R held by the tape holder 64 comes into contact. The diameter of the pinching portion 83b is larger than the inner diameter of the roll base Rc (the diameter of the through-hole Rh of the roll R) and smaller than the outer diameter of the roll base Rc. Accordingly, the roll R set in the tape holder 64 is in a state where the other side (front side) side surface of the roll base Rc is in contact with the clamping portion 83b and the movement in the front-rear direction (rotation axis direction X) is restricted. It is held by the holder 64.
The flange portion 85 is disposed in the center portion of the side surface of the presser plate 83 opposite to the flat portion on the rear side of the fitting portion 83a. Therefore, when the presser plate 83 is attached to the shaft body 81 in an extrapolated state, the flange portion 85 protrudes from the presser plate 83 toward the front side. A plunger 91 described later is attached to the flange portion 85.
The fixing member 90 is for fixing the presser plate 83 to the fixed platen 82, and includes a plunger 91 for stopping the presser plate 83 at a roll attaching / detaching position, which will be described later, and the fixed platen 82 and the presser plate 83. And a connecting member 92 to be connected.
The plunger 91 has a male thread portion (not shown) formed at the tip portion formed on the flange portion 85 in a state where the tip end (engagement portion) 91a is directed to the axial center side of the shaft body 81 at one end portion. And is attached to the flange portion 85 of the presser plate 83 by a lock nut 91n. The plunger 91 has a tip (engagement portion) 91a that can be projected and retracted toward the inner space of the flange portion (cylindrical portion) 85, and a biasing member (not shown) built in the plunger 91 ( For example, the tip 91a is lowered by the action of a spring, and the tip 91a is located at an engagement position (see FIG. 6) that has advanced into the flange internal space. On the other hand, when the shaft body 81 is present in the flange portion 85, the plunger 91 is maintained in the retracted state, and the distal end 91a thereof is positioned at the engagement release position (see FIG. 4) retracted from the flange internal space.
For example, when the presser plate 83 is located at the roll attachment / detachment position (see FIG. 6), the plunger 91 (the tip 91a thereof) is located at the engagement (advance) position. In this manner, by engaging the tip 91a of the plunger 91 with the engaging portion 81a at the tip of the shaft body 81, the movement of the presser plate 83 in the direction approaching the fixed platen 82 is restricted. On the other hand, when the plunger 91 is lifted (pulled back) and positioned at the disengagement position, the restriction between the distal end 91a of the plunger 91 and the engagement portion 81a at the distal end of the shaft body 81 is released, thereby releasing the restriction. Thus, the holding plate 83 can be moved to the fixed plate 82 side. That is, by retracting (immersing) the plunger 91 (the tip 91a) from the flange internal space, the plunger 91 (the tip 91a) can be disengaged from the engaging portion 81a, and the plunger 91 (the tip 91a) Is advanced (protruded) into the flange internal space and engaged with the locking portion 81a, the presser plate 83 is stopped at the roll attaching / detaching position (see FIG. 6).
As described above, the retaining plate 83 has a retaining structure that retains the retaining plate 83 at the roll attaching / detaching position by the plunger 91 and the engaging portion 81a of the shaft 81.
Note that the number of plungers 91 is preferably one considering the workability of attaching the roll R. Further, the plunger 91 is disposed between the pair of straight portions formed in the narrow portion 84h of the presser plate 83 as in the present embodiment, and is directed upward in the vertical direction from the internal space of the flange portion 85. An arrangement that extends is preferable (see FIG. 7). For example, when attaching the roll R, first, the tip of the pressing plate 83 (the tip of the upper clamping portion 83b) located on the head 91b side provided at the other end of the plunger 91 is passed through the penetration Rh of the roll R. After that, the workability is better if the opposite end (the end of the lower clamping portion 83b) is passed through the through portion Rh. Therefore, if the head 91b of the plunger 91 is in the vicinity of the upper end of the presser plate 83 (the front end of the upper holding portion 83b), the roll R can be attached from the upper side of the presser plate 83, and the workability is further improved.
The connecting member 92 is a rod-like member that connects the fixed plate 82 and the presser plate 83, and is used in three convenient ways at predetermined (equal) intervals on a concentric circle centered on the axis of the shaft 81. . Each connecting member 92 is inserted into a connecting hole 84a formed between a pair of linear portions formed in the narrow portion 84h of the presser plate 83, and one end of each connecting member 92 is connected to the fixed plate 82. It is fixed. Further, the other end of each connecting member 92 is configured to protrude forward (on the opposite side of the fixed plate) from the presser plate 83, and a large-diameter portion 92a is formed at the other end of each connecting member 92. Yes.
A coil spring (holding member) 93 is extrapolated to the connecting member 92 so as to be positioned between the large-diameter portion 92a of each connecting member 92 and the presser plate 83. The coil spring 93 is a kind of urging means, and is externally inserted into the connecting member 92 in a compressed state. That is, a force in a direction to bring the presser plate 83 close to the fixed platen 82 is always applied to the presser plate 83 from the coil spring 93. Accordingly, when the press plate 83 is positioned at the tape holding position with the roll R attached to the tape holder 64, the direction in which the press plate 83 is pressed against the fixed plate 82 side by the biasing force of the coil spring 93 (both plates 82, The force in the direction in which 83 is brought close to each other is applied to the press plate 83, and the roll R is held in a state of being sandwiched between the fixed plate 82 and the press plate 83.
In this embodiment, a coil spring is formed on the connecting member 92 to apply a biasing force to the presser plate 83 and press it against the fixed platen 82 side. However, the operator presses the presser plate 83 on the fixed platen 82 side. A fixing means for holding the roll R in a pressed state and fixing the position of the pressing plate 82 at that time may be provided. In the present embodiment, the roll R is set up with the rotation axis of the roll R as the horizontal direction. However, the roll R may be laid horizontally with the rotation axis of the roll R as the vertical direction. The pressing force of the board 83 may be such that the roll R is held by the gravity of the pressing board 83 itself.
Next, the replacement work of the roll R in the tape holder 64 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
Note that the tape holder 64 shown in FIG. 4 is in a state where the roll R is rotatably held.
When the tape application is performed by the tape application device 1, the tape holder 64 is in the state shown in FIG. Thereafter, when the tape of the roll R held by the tape holder 64 is exhausted, only the roll base Rc is held by the tape holder 64. In this state, the tape application operation is stopped, and the head 40 is moved to the roll replacement work position.
As the roll exchanging work position, for example, various positions such as a desired position in a space surrounded by the frame 10, a position carried into the dock 70, and a work position removed from the dock 70 are conceivable.
Here, a description will be given of a roll exchanging operation in the head 40 that has been carried into the dock 70 and then removed from the dock 70.
When the head 40 is fixed at the roll exchanging position, as shown in FIG. 6, the presser plate 83 is moved forward (direction away from the fixed plate 82) XF to be positioned at the roll attaching / detaching position.
At this time, the presser plate 83 is applied with a force in the direction of approaching the fixed platen 82 from the coil spring 93 formed on the connecting member 92, so that the presser plate 83 is moved to the roll attaching / detaching position against this force. Let
When the presser plate 83 is moved to the roll attaching / detaching position, the tip 91a of the plunger 91 reaches the position of the locking portion 81a at the tip of the shaft body 81. Then, the tip 91a of the plunger 91 engages with the locking portion 81a of the shaft body 81 by the action of a biasing means (not shown) configured on the plunger 91.
When the plunger 91 (the tip 91a thereof) engages with the locking portion 81a of the shaft body 81, the presser plate 83 is stopped at the roll attaching / detaching position.
In this state, the roll R of the tape holder 64 is replaced by the following procedure. That is, the roll base Rc that has lost the tape T is removed, and then a new roll R is attached.
In the detaching operation, first, the roll R (see the two-dot chain line R4) that has lost the tape T and has only the roll base Rc is separated from the fixed platen 82, and is oriented in one of the longitudinal directions of the presser plate 83 (downward in FIG. 6). ZD) and move to a position where the center of the roll base Rc is eccentric with respect to the shaft 81 (see the position of the two-dot chain line R3) (step 1. See S1 in FIG. 6). At this time, the inner peripheral surface of the penetrating portion Rh of the roll base Rc may be in contact with the outer peripheral portion of the shaft body 81 (for example, a state in which the roll base Rc is hung on the shaft 81).
Next, the roll base Rc is rotated around the position close to the shaft 81 (the upper end of the roll base Rc at the position R3 in FIG. 6) of the roll base Rc, and the position away from the shaft 81 ( The lower end of the roll base Rc at the position R3 in FIG. 6 is moved to the presser plate 83 side (S2). As a result, the penetrating portion Rh of the roll base Rc passes through the outside of the one clamping portion 83b of the presser plate 83, and a part of the roll base Rc is positioned outside the presser plate (front XF side) (2 (Refer to the position of dotted line R2).
In this state, the position (the upper end portion in FIG. 6) that is the rotation center of the roll base Rc is moved away from the shaft body 81 (in FIG. 6, the upper ZU opposite to the moving direction in the procedure 1) (two points). Refer to the position of the chain line R1, S3), and take out the roll R from the tape holder 64 (S4). That is, the roll R is taken out from the tape holder 64 without removing the presser plate 83 by passing the penetrating portion Rh of the roll R through the insertion portion (the clamping portion 83b and the narrow portion 84n) of the presser plate 83.
Then, a new roll R is attached to the tape holder 64 in the reverse order to the removal operation (see S5 to S8 in FIG. 6). That is, the roll R passes through the insertion portion (the clamping portion 83b and the narrow portion 84n) of the presser plate 83 so that the roll R can move between the fixed platen 82 and the presser plate 83 without removing the presser plate 83. Set in between.
Thereafter, the plunger 91 (the tip 91a thereof) is moved to the disengagement position (see the position of the two-dot chain line in FIG. 6 and the position of the solid line in FIG. 4). Then, the tip 91a of the plunger 91 is retracted from the flange internal space, and the engagement between the plunger 91 and the locking portion 81a of the shaft body 81 is released. When the engagement between the plunger 91 and the locking portion 81a is released, the presser plate 83 moves to the tape holding position (see FIG. 4) by the force in the direction of approaching the fixed plate 82 received from the coil spring 93. . As a result, the fitting portions 82a and 83a of the fixed plate 82 and the presser plate 83 are inserted into the through-hole Rh of the newly attached roll R, and the newly attached roll R is sandwiched between the fixed platen 82 and the presser plate 83. It is fixed in a state of being sandwiched between 82b and 83b (see FIG. 4). As a result, the roll R is set in a state of being sandwiched between the fixed platen 82 and the presser plate 83.
As described above, the holding plate 83 attached to the shaft 81 can cooperate with the fixed plate 82 to hold the roll R and can pass (pass) the through portion Rh of the roll R. Therefore, the roll R can be removed and attached while the presser plate 83 is positioned at the roll attaching / detaching position (without being completely detached from the shaft 81).
Thus, according to the tape holder of the present embodiment, the roll R can be exchanged while the presser plate 83 is still attached to the shaft 81. Therefore, the roll R can be quickly replaced after the presser plate 83 is moved to the roll attaching / detaching position.
In addition, if the roll can be replaced while the presser plate 83 is still attached to the shaft 81, the work of attaching and detaching the member such as the presser plate 83 is unnecessary and there is no risk of losing it. Can be replaced with a new roll.
Thus, according to the tape holder of this embodiment, roll exchange work can be performed easily and rapidly.
The present invention is useful as a device for quickly attaching a tape to a workpiece W having a portion that needs to be fixed by attaching a tape.
