在一些实施方式中, 需除脂的部位进行局部加热前, 可先将需除脂的部位 吸起形成皱褶; 也可以先在需除脂的部位上涂抹防冻剂或铺设防冻膜, 再将需 除脂的部位吸起形成皱褶。 由此, 可以切断需除脂的部位与人体其他部位之间 的血液循环,使得加热或冷冻只在需除脂的部位进行,减少加热或冷冻的时间, 强化除脂减肥的效果。
在一些实施方式中, 局部加热的时间可以是 5〜40分钟, 局部冷冻的时间可 以是 40〜120分钟。 一般来说, 局部加热和局部冷冻的温度、 时间都是根据所 处环境的温度和脂肪层的厚度进行设定的。
根据本发明的另一个方面, 提供了一种应用上述除脂减肥方法的减肥仪, 包括输入单元、 控制单元和加热制冷单元:
输入单元, 接收用户的操作, 向控制单元输出代表用户操作的信号; 控制单元, 根据接收的代表用户操作的信号向加热冷却单元输出加热信号 或者制冷信号;
加热制冷单元, 接收控制单元的加热信号, 进行加热, 或者, 接收控制单 元的制冷信号, 进行制冷。
本发明的减肥仪, 通过对肌肤加热, 使得血液与脂肪完全分离, 可以避免 血液在冷冻溶脂的过程中被固化从而造成的组织坏死等伤害。
在一些实施方式中, 减肥仪还可以包括主机和工作头, 输入单元设于工作 头的表面, 控制单元设于主机和工作头的内部, 加热制冷单元设于工作头内。 工作头设有腔体, 腔体下端设有开口, 上端设有气嘴, 气嘴通过气管与设于主 机内的负压泵相连。腔体的开口贴近肌肤,主机内的电机带动负压泵进行工作, 从而将贴近腔体的肌肤吸入腔体的空间内。 由此, 可以切断需除脂的部位与人 体其他部位之间的血液循环, 使得加热或冷冻只在需除脂的部位进行, 减少加 热或冷冻的时间, 强化除脂减肥的效果。
在一些实施方式中, 加热制冷单元可以位于工作头的腔体的左右两侧。 由 此, 可以均勾地对需除脂的部位进行加热或冷冻, 防止由于集中加热或冷冻而 对肌肤造成损害。
在一些实施方式中, 工作头还可以设有手柄。 由此, 可以方便用户操作。 在一些实施方式中, 控制单元可以是单片机, 加热制冷单元可以是半导体 制冷片。 半导体制冷片包括热端和冷端, 热端用于给肌肤加热, 冷端用于给肌 肤制冷。 由于半导体制冷片没有滑动部件, 也没有无制冷剂污染, 用于工作头 的腔体内, 可使得减肥仪既安全又环保。
在一些实施方式中, 半导体制冷片的背部设有散热器, 主机内设有散热水 箱, 散热水箱设有进水口和出水口, 进水口和出水口通过水管连接, 水管盘绕 在散热器背部, 散热水箱内设有水泵, 以使得散热水箱里的水和水管里的水形 成循环回路。 散热水箱里面的水从出水口出来, 经过水管, 吸收了散热器的热 量, 并在流入进入口的水管中将热量传递到空气中进行冷却, 然后流入散热水 箱中。 散热器主要用于降低半导体制冷片热端的热量, 从而降低冷端的温度, 达到制冷的目的。 由此, 可以加快半导体制冷片的制冷速度, 并可使半导体制 冷片达到更加低的温度。
在一些实施方式中, 腔体可以由硅胶或软性材料制成。 由此, 可以使得腔 体能与人体肌肤紧密贴合, 不产生空隙, 有利于将肌肤吸入腔体内。
在一些实施方式中, 腔体可以是透明的。 由此, 可以透过腔体观察腔体内 的肌肤变化情况, 以便在突发情况时及时关掉减肥仪。
在一些实施方式中, 腔体内可以设有温度传感器。 通过温度传感器检测工 作区 (半导体制冷片和肌肤) 的温度变化, 并根据温度变化来控制减肥过程。 由此, 可以避免加热或制冷的时间过长或过短。
在一些实施方式中, 腔体顶部可以设有 LED灯, 包括红光、 绿光、 蓝光等 不同颜色的 LED灯。 其中, 红光的 LED灯用于给腔体内的肌肤增加血氧量、 促进腔体内的肌肤的血液循环和新陈代谢, 可以提高减肥仪的效果; 绿光的 LED灯在给肌肤冷冻的时候开启, 具有消炎作用, 可以有效防止冷冻对肌肤表 皮造成的伤害。 附图说明

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
图 1示意性地显示了本发明的一种实施方式的减肥仪的结构原理图。 如图 1所示, 一种减肥仪, 包括输入单元 A、 控制单元 B和加热制冷单元 C, 其中,
输入单元 A, 接收用户的操作, 向控制单元 B输出代表用户操作的信号; 控制单元 B, 根据接收的代表用户操作的信号向加热冷却单元 C输出加热 信号或者制冷信号;
加热制冷单元 C, 接收控制单元 B的加热信号, 进行加热, 或者, 接收控 制单元 B的制冷信号, 进行制冷。
图 2示意性地显示了包含图 1所示功能单元的一种实施方式的减肥仪的结 构示意图。
如图 2所示, 一种减肥仪, 包括主机 1、 工作头 2、 弹簧管 3。 输入单元 A 设于工作头 2的表面, 控制单元 B是单片机, 可以设于主机 1和工作头 2的内 部, 加热制冷单元 C设于工作头 2内。
主机 1包括机体 11、 设于机体 11上的用于放置工作头 2的支撑架 12。 机 体 11的表面设有显示屏 13 ,机体下方设有四个车轮 14,机体 11内设有负压泵、 驱动负压泵的电机、 散热水箱。 散热水箱设有进水口和出水口, 进水口和出水 口通过水管 28连接,散热水箱内设有水泵, 启动水泵, 可以使得散热水箱里的 水和水管 28里的水形成循环回路。
如图 3、 图 4和图 5所示, 工作头 2设有手柄 21、 主体 22、 用于吸起肌肤 的腔体 23。 手柄 21固定在主体 22后端。 腔体 23位于主体 22的下方。
输入单元 A设于工作头 2的表面, 具体是在主体 22的表面设置的操作键 盘 221。 同时, 控制单元 B也设于主体 22内。
腔体 23是由硅胶或软性材料制成的透明体, 其底部敞开形成开口 231 , 其 顶部设有 LED灯板 232, LED灯板 232上设有红光、 绿光、 蓝光等不同颜色的 LED灯珠。 腔体 23内设有温度传感器 24。
腔体 23的顶部还设有气嘴 233 , 气管 25的一端与气嘴 233相连, 使腔体 与气管 25连通,气管 25的另一端穿过工作头 2的主体 22与设于主机 1内的负 压泵相连。
加热制冷单元 C是半导体制冷片 26, 位于腔体 23的左右两侧。 半导体制 冷片 26包括热端和冷端, 热端用于给肌肤加热, 冷端用于给肌肤制冷。
半导体制冷片 26的背部设有散热器 27, 散热器 27的背部盘绕有水管 28。 水管的 28的一端穿过工作头 2的主体 22与主机 1内的散热水箱的进水口相连, 另一端穿过工作头 2的主体 22与主机 1内的散热水箱的出水口相连。
弹簧管 3的一端与主机 1相连接, 另一端与工作头 2相连接。 气管 25、 水 管 28、 及其他连接主机 1和工作头 2的数据线均被包裹在弹簧管 3里面。
在需要除脂的肌肤上涂抹一层防冻剂或铺设一层防冻膜, 将工作头 2的腔 体 23的开口 231与肌肤贴合形成密闭的空间。 本实施例中的防冻剂为烷基胺, 在其他实施例中, 防冻剂可以为低碳醇、二元醇(聚丙二醇、聚乙二醇)、酰胺、 酸性磷酸酯胺盐、 烷基胺、 脂肪酸酰胺、 有机酸酯或烷基丁二酰亚胺。
开启主机 1 , 使电机带动负压泵工作, 此时, 关闭散热器 27和散热水箱的 循环系统。 负压泵通过气管 25将腔体 23与肌肤之间的密闭空间的空气吸出, 在负压的作用下,肌肤被吸入腔体 23内形成皱褶,吸起肌肤与其他肌肤之间的 血液循环被切断。
在操作键盘 221上按下加热的按钮, 控制单元 B发出加热信号, 此时, 通 过半导体制冷片 26和红光的 LED灯对肌肤进行加热。 腔体 23内的温度传感器 24将腔体 23内的温度数据传输至控制单元, 并在显示屏 13上显示。 控制腔体 23内的温度为 37 ~ 60°C (如 45 °C ), 持续对肌肤进行加热, 加速腔体 23内肌 肤的局部血液循环, 持续加热 5〜40分钟(如 10分钟), 直至血液、 肌肉与脂 肪分离。 血液、 肌肉与脂肪分离的分离情况, 可以通过在腔体 23 内设置 B超 等装置, 将肌肤的内部变化情况传输至控制单元, 并在显示屏 13上显示。 通过 在显示屏 13观察, 从而判定血液、 肌肉与脂肪是否完全分离。
加热完成后, 先停止加热约 1分钟, 再开启散热器 27、 散热水箱的循环系 统和绿光的 LED灯, 对需除脂的部位在 -10 ~ 5 °C (如 -5 °C ) 下进行局部冷冻, 持续冷冻 40〜120分钟 (如 45分钟 ), 直至脂肪转为固体。 此时, 关闭主机 1 , 使得空气进入腔体 23中, 肌肤恢复原位, 完成整个除脂过程。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 除脂减肥方法, 包括:
先使需除脂的部位在 37 ~ 60°C下进行局部加热, 直至血液、 肌肉与脂肪分 离, 再使需除脂的部位在 -10 ~ 5 °C下进行局部冷冻, 直至脂肪转为固体。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的除脂减肥方法, 其特征在于, 先使需除脂的部位 在 37 ~ 60 °C下进行局部加热, 然后停止加热约 1 分钟, 再对需除脂的部位在 -10 ~ 5 °C下进行局部冷冻。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的除脂减肥方法, 其特征在于, 先在需除脂的部位 上涂抹防冻剂或铺设防冻膜, 再使需除脂的部位在 37 ~ 60°C下进行局部加热, 然后停止加热约 1分钟, 再对需除脂的部位在 -10 ~ 5 °C下进行局部冷冻。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的除脂减肥方法, 其特征在于, 先在需除脂的部位 上涂抹防冻剂或铺设防冻膜, 然后将需除脂的部位吸起形成皱褶, 再使需除脂 的部位在 37 ~ 60 °C下进行局部加热, 然后停止加热约 1分钟, 再对需除脂的部 位在- 10 ~ 5 °C下进行局部冷冻。
5、 一种应用权利要求 1 ~ 4任一项所述的除脂减肥方法的减肥仪, 其特征 在于, 包括输入单元、 控制单元和加热制冷单元:
输入单元, 接收用户的操作, 向控制单元输出代表用户操作的信号; 控制单元, 根据接收的代表用户操作的信号向加热冷却单元输出加热信号 或者制冷信号;
加热制冷单元, 接收控制单元的加热信号, 进行加热, 或者, 接收控制单 元的制冷信号, 进行制冷。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的减肥仪, 其特征在于, 还包括主机和工作头, 输 入单元设于工作头的表面, 控制单元设于主机的内部, 工作头设有腔体, 腔体 的下端设有开口, 上端设有气嘴, 气嘴通过气管与设于主机内的负压泵相连, 加热制冷单元位于工作头的腔体的左右两侧。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的减肥仪, 其特征在于, 工作头设有手柄, 控制单 元是单片机, 加热制冷单元是半导体制冷片。
8、根据权利要求 7所述的减肥仪, 其特征在于, 半导体制冷片的背部设有 散热器, 主机内设有散热水箱, 散热水箱设有进水口和出水口, 进水口和出水 口通过水管连接, 水管盘绕在散热器背部, 散热水箱内设有水泵, 散热水箱里 的水和水管里的水形成循环回路。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的减肥仪, 其特征在于, 腔体是透明的, 由硅胶或 软性材料制成。
10、根据权利要求 9所述的减肥仪, 其特征在于, 腔体内设有温度传感器, 腔体顶部设有 LED灯, 所述的 LED灯包括红光、 绿光、 蓝光的 LED灯。
