Abstract
Procédé pour déterminer le plan prosthétique chez les patients souffrant d'un défaut de l'intégrité des rangées dentaires qui est caractérisé en ce que l'on détermine une projection de l'horizontale de Camper sur le visage du patient par le transfert du point Po (bord supérieur du canal auditif) et Sna (os nasal frontal) obtenus au moyen de la tomographie assistée par ordinateur en projection saggitale, sur le visage du patient, et l'on détermine la position du plan prosthétique comme un plan parallèle au plan de Camper ; on détermine sur la base de la ligne des pupilles en projection frontale la position de la base maxillaire supérieure en cire puis on l'égalise en suivant la ligne des pupilles obtenue au moyen de la tomographie assistée par ordinateur de la tête du patient en projection frontale.
