Abstract

L'invention concerne un moyen de régulation du traitement d'un échantillon fluide (S) dans un système microfluidique (110). L'échantillon fluide (S) est introduit dans un port d'entrée de manière à ce que de l'air soit capturé dans le système microfluidique (110). Une avancée supplémentaire de l'échantillon fluide (S) n'est possible qu'après l'ouverture contrôlée d'un port d'aération (115), ledit courant s'arrêtant à un arrêt fluidique (130) avant d'atteindre le port d'aération (115). Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, le système microfluidique (110) est disposé dans une cartouche (100) et le port d'aération (115) est couvert par une feuille (102). Après l'insertion de la cartouche (100) dans un appareil de détection (150), ladite feuille peut être percée, débutant ainsi le remplissage du système microfluidique (110) et le traitement de l'échantillon fluide.
