Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for printing a printed image on a sheet-like component by means of a printing process by a printing device.
- Digital printing refers to a group of printing processes in which the print image is transferred directly from a computer to a digital printer without the use of a static printing form.
- an electrophotographic printing system such as a laser printer
- the inkjet printing process is used for digital printing, which is a particularly preferred field of use of the present invention.
- the present invention can also be used in all other known printing methods, including those which have not been mentioned at the outset.
- this refers in particular to inkjet printing, which is suitable for flat and in particular large-sized components with a corresponding surface.
- digital printing does not require a fixed print template in the form of a printing form or roller, so that successively different print images can be printed.
- digital printing it is possible to print individual sheets or entire rolls of printing paper. Digital printing is therefore less expensive than other printing methods, especially for smaller print volumes, while offset printing and, in particular, intaglio printing are currently suitable for larger print quantities.
- a preferred field of application of digital printing is the printing of printing paper for use in building or furniture panels or the printing of the building or furniture panels per se. If printing paper for such building or furniture panels printed, so it is, unless it is not already present in the form of individual sheets, then cut on sheets.
- the blanks are then hot pressed with flat bodies, which are usually made of a wood material. This is usually done via a KT-pressing device. Before pressing and usually after printing, the printing paper has been completely or partially doctored to ensure the connection with the body by the pressing process. After hot pressing, the base body is usually cut to the building or furniture panels. Subsequently, in the case of building panels usually a marginal profiling to produce a tongue and groove connection, before the plates are used as building panels.
- the components After printing a printed image on flat components by means of a digital printing process by a digital printing device, the components are supplied for their further use. As previously stated, the components are often subsequently cut to size, connected to other components or elements, or otherwise processed and processed in any other way. Usually, the further processing of the component is independent of the digital printing method. For further processing the printed component is used as it is. In the case of further mechanical or even manual processing / machining, problems may arise if the relevant processor does not insert the component correctly into a processing machine, for example, or undertakes other improper processing or machining measures on the component.
- the invention is based on the fact that in the production of the digital print data or the artwork for the print image for subsequent processing, applications or the subsequent use of the component already information / data recorded and in connection with the digital printing of the printed image at the appropriate for the application Position to be printed in the form of a marker.
- This data can be printed on components, larger areas with multiple elements, but also in a wide variety of formats up to three-dimensional shapes.
- the term "capture” is to be understood very broadly in the present case. “Capture” may mean that certain usage data is first measured and determined. The “capture” can also mean the recourse to known size as usage data.
- the supply of the usage data for the digital printing device recorded in the aforementioned manner can be carried out by the measuring point itself or also manually in the electronics of the printing device.
- the component can basically be any planar component that can be digitally printed.
- the component is preferably a printing paper in the form of a single sheet or else of the roll for use in building panels such as panels or furniture panels or building or furniture panels as such, which preferably already have a printing paper layer on the top or on the printing side.
- Usage data and the resulting printed markings may vary depending on the purpose:
- the usage data relates to at least one middle bar for aligning the component.
- this makes it possible to realize parallel cuts in particular to decor course can.
- the middle bar is provided outside the printed image, so the middle bar ultimately just in the aforementioned application only serves to align the component correctly, for example, for a blank.
- the middle bar is then cut off during the cutting of the component.
- the usage data relate to at least one positioning and / or mounting mark.
- a mark can be used as an aid when a subassembly is to be built or assembled from several components.
- the usage data it is possible, for example, for the usage data to have at least one fitting designation which corresponds to a fitting bag number of a fitting bag with a fitting.
- the processor is then in a simple manner possible to provide the fitting in the right place of the component.
- the aforementioned positioning and / or mounting mark which is provided on the component, in particular in so-called self-assembly or other products in which components of the type according to the invention by the consumer / user themselves are suitable.
- the usage data relate to at least one marking for the synchronization and / or laying of components on a ground. This concerns just the application of building panels that are to be laid on the wall, floor or ceiling in a certain way.
- the usage data relate to at least one machine-readable coding.
- This can be an EAN code and / or a QR code.
- This coding which is read out during further use of the component by a corresponding reading device, can include information / data for an intelligent system technology, such as dividing saws, automatic drills, milling machines, CNC machining centers or for fitting assembly, either alone or in combination, and / or or may include a reference to such data, for example, defining a unique number or address where the data is stored and retrievable.
- the coding may also include information / data for material acquisition, product identification and for the registration of the component in ERP systems.
- the usage data relate to at least one blank information in the form of predetermined geometric formats and / or shapes in order to be able to cut component-optimized components from the printed component.
- Cutting information is ultimately a cutting aid or hints and information that allow the fabricator to cut / separate individual elements from the digitally printed surface / plate in a cutting-optimized manner, which also represent different shapes, formats and sizes.
- the usage data have at least one development information in order to assemble a plurality of components to the overall image of the aforementioned type.
- the abovementioned usage data can be provided individually or in any combination with one another on a component in one or more markings.
- the marking on or on the component in the region of the printed image.
- the marking on the component is at least partially concealed after being connected to a further component or an element by the further component and / or the element.
- the marking which contains, for example, a fitting (bag) number, to be obscured by the fitting after the fitting has been positioned.
- the marking contains assembly or positioning aids for further elements or components, wherein the marking is preferably completely concealed after assembly.
- the supplementary marking is printed with a different from the ink of the printed image, selectively made visible or detectable to make marker color.
- the supplementary marking or the related use data is housed on the component.
- a fluorescent ink is used as the marking color, wherein the data of the marking can only be read out using a fluorescent system which makes the fluorescent color visible.
- the marking contains information, for example, as a signpost, emergency exit, reference to steps or other attention information.
- an electrically conductive ink is used as the marking color, wherein the usage data of the marking can only be read out using an electronic reading system.
- conductor tracks can be produced by the electrically conductive paint.
- the use of a color system with a conductive ink has the advantage that the conductive ink can be used for data transport, as a motion detector, in conjunction with light for the transport of electrical energy or other effects, but also for material data acquisition / product identification and capture in merchandise management systems.
- the conductive marking ink is applied to the component together with the printing ink for the printed image.
- electrically conductive paint In the case of electrically conductive paint is applied and according to a variant of the invention, it is not necessary that usage data be printed. Such electrically conductive paint systems can also be used only for the production of printed conductors.
- Such a method can be defined as follows: A method for printing a printed image on a sheet-like component by means of a printing method, for example a digital printing method, by a printing device, characterized in that electrically conductive paint are used for producing printed conductors and that the printed conductors during printing printed in the printed image.
- a color system with a conductive ink has the advantage that the conductive ink can be used for data transport, as a motion detector, in conjunction with light for the transport of electrical energy or other effects.
- O-LED color As an electrically conductive color, for example, O-LED color can be used.
