Abstract
L'invention concerne un circuit hydraulique pour machines-outils comprenant une unité électrique (P) pour pressuriser un fluide hydraulique, une unité de distribution (D) comprenant une pluralité de soupapes proportionnelles en aval de l'unité électrique (P), une unité de commande (C) raccordée à l'unité de distribution proportionnelle (C), une pluralité de groupes d'actionneurs hydrauliques (GA, GT, GS) qui peuvent être raccordés à l'unité électrique (P) par l'unité de distribution proportionnelle (D), et un tableau de commande (CO) raccordé à l'unité de commande (C). Le circuit hydraulique comprend un déviateur de flux (DF) placé entre l'unité de distribution (D) et les groupes d'actionneurs hydrauliques (GA, GT, GS), de sorte que ces derniers soient sélectivement raccordables à l'unité de distribution (D) au moyen du déviateur (DF). Le déviateur de flux (DF) est commandé manuellement ou par un programme au moyen de l'unité de commande (C). Le nombre de soupapes proportionnelles de l'unité de distribution (D) est égal au nombre maximum d'actionneurs qui peuvent être simultanément activés. Un groupe d'actionneurs hydrauliques (GS) est destiné à exécuter une phase de stabilisation de la machine en activant des stabilisateurs correspondants (4).
