Abstract
(a) 목적 핵산분자의 전체 서열의 적어도 일부를 구성하는 핵산 단편들을 제공하는 단계; (b) 상기 핵산 단편들을 바코드 서열들(barcode sequences)로 태깅(tagging)하는 단계; (c) 상기 바코드 서열들로 태깅된 핵산 단편들의 서열을 확인하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 서열 확인된 핵산 단편들 중 소망하는 핵산 단편들을 상기 바코드 서열들을 이용하여 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 핵산분자의 제조방법이 제공된다.
