Abstract

본 발명은 유입원수를 전처리하여 순수로 생산하는 전처리수단과, 상기 전처리된 순수가 유입되어 포화 염화나트륨수용액을 생산하는 것으로, 염화나트륨을 수용하는 소금저장조와, 상기 포화 염화나트륨수용액이 유입되는 양극실과 상기 전처리된 순수가 유입되는 음극실 및 상기 양극실과 음극실을 구획하는 이온교환막이 구비된 유격막 전해조와, 상기 양극실의 전해반응을 통해 생성된 염소가스와 양극수를 저장하는 양극수 저장조와, 상기 음극실에서 전해반응을 통해 생성된 가성소다를 저장하고 수소가스를 폭발한계 이하로 희석하여 배출하는 음극수 저장조와, 상기 양극수 저장조에서 공급되는 염소가스와 음극수 저장조에서 생성된 가성소다가 반응하여 차아염소산나트륨을 생성하는 차아염소산나트륨 반응조 및 상기 차아염소산나트륨 반응조에서 생성된 차아염소산나트륨을 저장하는 차아염소산나트륨 저장조로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차아염소산나트륨 발생장치를 제공한다. 이와 같은 본 발명은 소독부산물의 저감화를 도모할 수 있으며, 유지관리 비용의 절감과 용이성을 제공할 수 있다. 특히, 염소살균으로 인한 염소누출의 위험성을 사전에 방지할 수 있으며, 염소의 이송과정 없이 현장에서 직접 염화나트륨에 의해 살균소독제를 생성함으로 위험성을 크게 낮출 수 있다.
