Abstract

L'invention porte sur un appareil pour mettre en lots, emballer et palettiser un produit granuleux, lequel appareil est conçu pour recevoir un écoulement régulé de produits, pour introduire une quantité prédéterminée de ceux-ci dans un sac (1) et pour empiler une pluralité de ces sacs (1), fermés et de forme carrée, sur une palette (2). L'appareil (100) comprend : une structure de support (10) comprenant une surface plate (11) et un cadre supérieur (12) ; une unité de remplissage de sacs (20), supportée par le cadre (12) et conçue pour réaliser lesdits sacs fermés (1) en séquence, pour les remplir dans une trémie, pour souder l'extrémité supérieure de ceux-ci puis pour les éloigner de la zone de remplissage vers une zone intermédiaire (5) à l'aide de bras de saisie (25) ; une unité de palettiseur (30), située dans la structure de support (10) en aval de l'unité de remplissage de sacs (20) et conçue de façon à recevoir les sacs (1) venant de cette dernière unité de façon à les disposer sur une palette (2) selon des séquences prédéterminées. L'unité de palettiseur (30) comprend des moyens de manipulation (31) pour les sacs (1), montés à la partie supérieure de l'unité de palettiseur (30) et conçus pour prendre les sacs (1) à partir de la zone intermédiaire (5) et pour les disposer sur la palette (2). L'appareil (100) comprend de plus une unité de transport et de mise sous une forme carrée (40), montée sur la surface plate (11) dans la zone intermédiaire (5), en aval de l'unité de remplissage de sacs (20) et en amont de l'unité de palettiseur (30), conçue pour recevoir les sacs (1) à partir des moyens de saisie (25), pour les mettre sous une forme carrée et pour ajuster leur position afin de les rendre accessibles aux moyens de manipulation (31), et une unité de traitement programmable, pour commander et synchroniser les séquences de fonctionnement de ladite unité de remplissage de sacs (20), de ladite unité de palettiseur (30) et de ladite unité de transport et de mise sous une forme carrée (40) précédemment mentionnées.
