优选地, 所述发起拨号请求的终端归属网络对应的网间交换网关设置 在所述多网核心网上, 或设置在所述发起拨号请求的终端归属网络的核心 网上; 所述拨号请求所指示的各终端的归属网络对应的网间媒体网关设置 在所述多网核心网上, 或设置在所述拨号请求所指示的各终端的归属网络 的核心网上。
本发明相关实施例提供一种跨网络实现终端通信的方法及系统, 本发 明相关实施例的网络包括但不局限于电信网、 互联网和广电网, 本发明相 关实施例通过支持多网接入的、 与发起拨号请求的终端归属网络对应的网 间交换网关将拨号请求发送至设置于多网核心网上的点击拨号业务平台, 解决了多网环境下拨号请求的传递问题, 再通过点击拨号业务平台根据拨 号请求建立拨号请求所指示的终端之间的通信链路, 拨号请求所指示的终 端为位于同一网络或不同网络的至少两个终端, 同时实现了位于同一网络 或不同网络的至少两个终端之间通信链路的建立, 实现了多网环境下, 跨 网络终端的通信。 附图说明

下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一
本实施例中的跨网络通信包括电信网、 互联网和广电网等, 图 1 为本 发明实施例一种跨网络实现终端通信的方法的流程图, 如图 1 所示, 该方 法包括以下步驟:
511、 支持多网接入的、 与发起拨号请求的终端归属网络对应的网间交 换网关将所述拨号请求发送至设置于多网核心网上的点击拨号业务平台。
512、 点击拨号业务平台根据所述拨号请求建立所述拨号请求所指示的 终端之间的通信链路。
本实施例拨号请求所指示的终端为位于同一网络或不同网络的至少两 个终端, 建立所述拨号请求所指示的终端之间的通信链路之后, 本实施例 还可包括: 如果所述拨号请求所指示的各终端位于同一网络, 则执行 S13, 如果所述拨号请求所指示的各终端位于不同网络, 则执行 S14。
S 13、通过所述拨号请求所指示的终端归属网络对应的网内媒体网关完 成通信。 由于所述拨号请求所指示的各终端位于同一网络, 因此可通过该 网络内的网内媒体网关完成通信。
S 14、通过所述拨号请求所指示的各终端的归属网络对应的网间媒体网 关完成通信。
本实施例发起拨号请求的可以是终端上的一个应用模块, 拨号请求所 指示的终端可以包括也可以不包括发起拨号请求的终端本身, 位于任一网 络内的任一终端都可以作为发起拨号请求的终端, 或作为拨号请求所指示 的终端, 因此, 任一网络都配置有对应的、 支持多网接入的网间交换网关 和网间媒体网关。 本实施例的网间交换网关是在多网环境下的交换设备, 支持多种类型网络的接入, 可以有软交换、 硬交换、 或者软硬结合的模式, 具备多网之间协议转义、 交换、 链路保持等功能。 本实施例的网内媒体网 关与传统固化或移动通信网络中的媒体网关类似, 用于完成本网的媒体处 理, 本实施例的网间媒体网关具备协议转义、 交换、 链路保持、 媒体适配、 媒体流控制处理等功能, 由于不同网络媒介间媒体协议的差异, 所以本实 施例的网间媒体网关既要具备网内媒体网关的基本功能, 还要完成网间不 同媒体协议的交互。 本实施例终端之间的通信包括文本、 音频或视频等媒 体数据的传输。 本实施例的网间交换网关可设置在多网核心网上, 或设置 在发起拨号请求的终端归属网络的核心网上; 网间媒体网关可设置在多网 核心网上, 或设置在拨号请求所指示的各终端的归属网络的核心网上。
实施例二
本实施例中的跨网络通信包括电信网、 互联网和广电网等, 图 2为本 发明另一实施例一种跨网络实现终端通信的方法的流程图, 如图 2所示, 该方法包括以下步驟:
521、 各终端在原网络模式下的接入环境下接入, 这样可以保证客户有 很好的感知, 发起拨号请求的终端将拨号请求通过自身归属网络的原通信 链路汇聚后发送到与自身归属网络对应的、 支持多网接入的网间交换网关。
本实施例的网间交换网关是在多网环境下的交换设备, 支持多种类型 网络的接入, 可以有软交换、 硬交换、 或者软硬结合的模式, 具备多网之 间协议转义、 交换、 链路保持等功能。
522、 发起拨号请求的终端归属网络对应的、 支持多网接入的网间交换 网关接入设置于业务层的点击拨号能力开放接入网关, 将拨号请求发送至 点击拨号能力开放接入网关, 点击拨号能力开放接入网关对外提供标准的 能力开放接入协议(如网络服务的开放式服务接口 ( Parlay X )协议或表述 性状态转移架构(REST, Representational State Transfer )协议等), 由点击 拨号能力开放接入网关完成接入请求汇聚, 完成预设处理, 包括: 接入鉴 权、 认证、 服务策略检查、 计费或统计处理中的一种或多种。 点击拨号能 力开放接入网关再将拨号请求转发给设置于多网核心网上的高速核心网点 击拨号业务平台。
本实施例的点击拨号能力开放接入网关属于应用接入网关, 是业务层 的接入网关, 可设置在多网核心网上, 本实施例由各网络媒介转发向多网 核心网的点击拨号业务首先被发送到点击拨号能力开放接入网关, 由点击 拨号能力开放接入网关完成业务的接入鉴权、 认证、 服务策略检查、 计费、 统计等功能之后, 再将拨号请求转向点击拨号业务平台。
523、 点击拨号业务平台发出通信链路建立请求来建立通信链路, 具体 过程为: 点击拨号业务平台解析拨号请求所携带的该拨号请求所指示的各 终端的地址信息, 并根据该拨号请求所指示的各终端的地址信息识别该拨 号请求所指示的各终端的归属网络, 将通信链路建立请求通过该拨号请求 所指示的各终端的归属网络所对应的网间通信网关, 发送至各终端的归属 网络, 各终端的归属网络完成本网内的通信链路的建立。
本实施例的网间通信网关具备多网之间通信链路建立请求的传送、 通 信链路的建立、 协议转义、 交换、 链路保持、 状态报告等功能, 通过网间 通信网关链路的信息会携带媒体信息, 例如 SIP协议。 根据不同的业务, 点击拨号业务平台也可以完成业务的计费、 统计等功能。 针对本实施例多 网环境下的业务处理, 点击拨号业务平台底层的通信核心网需要驱动多种 网络媒介, 在不同网络媒介间建立会话、 完成媒体适配等功能。
524、拨号请求所指示的各终端的归属网络通过与自身所对应的网间通 信网关将链路建立状态上报给点击拨号业务平台, 再由点击拨号业务平台 通过点击拨号能力开放接入网关、 发起拨号请求的终端归属网络对应的网 间交换网关将该链路建立状态上报给发起拨号请求的终端。
S25、 拨号请求所指示的各终端开始传输媒体数据, 如果拨号请求所指 示的各终端位于不同的网络, 则通过拨号请求所指示的各终端的归属网络 对应的网间媒体网关传输媒体数据; 如果拨号请求所指示的各终端位于同 一网络, 则通过拨号请求所指示的终端归属网络对应的网内媒体网关传输 媒体数据。
本实施例的网内媒体网关与传统固化或移动通信网络中的媒体网关类 似, 用于完成本网的媒体处理, 本实施例的网间媒体网关具备协议转义、 交换、 链路保持、 媒体适配、 媒体流控制处理等功能, 由于不同网络媒介 间媒体协议的差异, 所以本实施例的网间媒体网关既要具备网内媒体网关 的基本功能, 还要完成网间不同媒体协议的交互。
本实施例发起拨号请求的可以是终端上的一个应用模块, 拨号请求所 指示的终端可以包括也可以不包括发起拨号请求的终端本身, 位于任一网 络内的任一终端都可以作为发起拨号请求的终端, 或作为拨号请求所指示 的终端, 因此, 任一网络都配置有对应的、 支持多网接入的网间网关, 包 括网间交换网关、 网间通信网关和网间媒体网关, 本实施例的网间网关不 仅是在单一通信媒介中起作用, 更重要的是均具备多种通信媒介间通信协 议的转义、 接续、 链路保持等功能, 网间网关可以有软交换、 硬交换、 或 者软硬结合的模式。 本实施例终端之间的通信包括文本、 音频或视频等媒 体数据的传输。 本实施例的网间网关, 包括网间交换网关、 网间通信网关 和网间媒体网关可设置在多网核心网上, 或设置在各终端归属网络的核心 网上。
实施例三
一种跨网络实现终端通信的系统, 所述网络包括电信网、 互联网和广 电网, 该系统包括: 网间交换网关和点击拨号业务平台, 其中, 网间交换网关为支持多网接入的、 与发起拨号请求的终端归属网络对 应的网间交换网关, 用于将所述拨号请求发送至点击拨号业务平台;
点击拨号业务平台设置于多网核心网上, 用于根据所述拨号请求建立 所述拨号请求所指示的终端之间的通信链路, 所述拨号请求所指示的终端 为位于同一网络或不同网络的至少两个终端。
进一步, 该系统还包括: 点击拨号能力开放接入网关;
所述点击拨号能力开放接入网关设置在所述多网核心网上, 用于接收 所述网间交换网关发送的拨号请求, 并执行预设处理, 再将所述拨号请求 发送至所述点击拨号业务平台; 预设处理包括接入鉴权、 认证、 服务策略 检查、 计费或统计处理中的一种或多种。
进一步, 该系统还包括: 所述拨号请求所指示的各终端的归属网络所 ^于应的网间通信网关;
所述网间通信网关, 用于将所述点击拨号业务平台发出的通信链路建 立请求发送至所述拨号请求所指示的各终端的归属网络; 还用于, 将所述 拨号请求所指示的各终端的归属网络发出的链路建立状态发送至所述点击 拨号业务平台, 并通过所述点击拨号业务平台和所述与发起拨号请求的终 端归属网络对应的网间交换网关上报给所述发起拨号请求的终端。
进一步, 该系统还包括: 所述拨号请求所指示的各终端的归属网络对 应的网间媒体网关和网内媒体网关, 如果所述拨号请求所指示的终端位于 不同网络, 所述拨号请求所指示的各终端的归属网络对应的网间媒体网关, 用于在所述拨号请求所指示的各终端之间完成通讯; 如果所述拨号请求所 指示的终端位于同一网络, 所述网内媒体网关, 用于在所述拨号请求所指 示的终端之间完成通信。
进一步, 所述发起拨号请求的终端归属网络对应的网间交换网关设置 在所述多网核心网上, 或设置在所述发起拨号请求的终端归属网络的核心 网上; 所述拨号请求所指示的各终端的归属网络对应的网间媒体网关设置 在所述多网核心网上, 或设置在所述拨号请求所指示的各终端的归属网络 的核心网上; 所述拨号请求所指示的各终端的归属网络对应的网间通讯网 关设置在所述多网核心网上, 或设置在所述拨号请求所指示的各终端的归 属网络的核心网上。

本实施例中所述拨号请求所指示的终端为两个位于不同网络的终端, 所述发起拨号请求的终端为所述拨号请求所指示的终端其中之一, 本实施 例各终端归属网络对应的网间网关, 包括网间交换网关、 网间通信网关和 网间媒体网关, 均设置在各终端归属网络的核心网上。
一种跨网络实现终端通信的系统, 所述网络包括电信网、 互联网和广 电网, 该系统包括网间交换网关 31、 点击拨号能力开放接入网关 32、 点击 拨号业务平台 33、 网间通信网关 34、 网内通信网关 35、 网间媒体网关 36、 网内媒体网关 37; 其中,
发起拨号请求的终端归属网络对应的网间交换网关 31 , 用于将所述拨 号请求发送至点击拨号能力开放接入网关 32;
点击拨号能力开放接入网关 32设置多网核心网上, 用于接收所述网间 交换网关 31发送的拨号请求, 并执行预设处理, 再将所述拨号请求发送至 所述点击拨号业务平台 3; 预设处理包括接入鉴权、 认证、 服务策略检查、 计费或统计处理中的一种或多种;
点击拨号业务平台 33设置于多网核心网上, 用于根据所述拨号请求建 立所述拨号请求所指示的终端之间的通信链路; 具体用于: 解析所述拨号 请求携带的指示的各终端的地址信息, 并根据各终端的地址信息识别各终 端的归属网络, 将通信链路建立请求通过各终端的归属网络所对应的网间 通信网关 34发送至各终端的归属网络; 各终端的归属网络通过网内通信网 关 35完成本网内的通信链路的建立;
所述拨号请求所指示的各终端的归属网络所对应的网间通信网关 34 , 用于将所述点击拨号业务平台 33发出的通信链路建立请求发送至所述拨号 请求所指示的各终端的归属网络; 还用于, 将所述拨号请求所指示的各终 端的归属网络发出的链路建立状态发送至所述点击拨号业务平台 33 , 并通 过所述点击拨号业务平台 33和所述与发起拨号请求的终端归属网络对应的 网间交换网关 31上报给所述发起拨号请求的终端;
如果所述拨号请求所指示的终端位于不同网络, 所述拨号请求所指示 的各终端的归属网络对应的网间媒体网关 36, 用于在所述拨号请求所指示 的各终端之间完成通讯; 当然如果所述拨号请求所指示的终端位于同一网 络, 所述网内媒体网关 37 , 用于在所述拨号请求所指示的终端之间完成通 信。 能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术领域的 普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干简单 推演或替换, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种跨网络实现终端通信的方法, 所述网络包括电信网、 互联网和 广电网, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
支持多网接入的、 与发起拨号请求的终端归属网络对应的网间交换网 关将所述拨号请求发送至设置于多网核心网上的点击拨号业务平台;
所述点击拨号业务平台根据所述拨号请求建立所述拨号请求所指示的 终端之间的通信链路, 所述拨号请求所指示的终端为位于同一网络或不同 网络的至少两个终端。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述支持多网接入的、 与 发起拨号请求的终端归属网络对应的网间交换网关将所述拨号请求发送至 设置于多网核心网上的点击拨号业务平台为:
所述网间交换网关将所述拨号请求发送至设置于所述多网核心网上的 点击拨号能力开放接入网关;
所述点击拨号能力开放接入网关接收到所述拨号请求之后, 执行预设 处理, 再将所述拨号请求发送至所述点击拨号业务平台。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述预设处理包括: 接入 鉴权、 认证、 服务策略检查、 计费或统计处理中的一种或多种。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述点击拨号能力开放接 入网关提供能力开放接入协议, 所述能力开放接入协议为网络服务的开放 式服务接口 (Parlay X )协议或表述性状态转移架构 (REST )协议中的一 种。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述点击拨号业务平台根 据所述拨号请求建立所述拨号请求所指示的终端之间的通信链路为:
所述点击拨号业务平台解析所述拨号请求携带的指示的各终端的地址 信息, 并根据各终端的地址信息识别各终端的归属网络; 将通信链路建立请求通过各终端的归属网络所对应的网间通信网关发 送至各终端的归属网络;
各终端的归属网络完成本网内的通信链路的建立。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括: 各终端的 归属网络通过与自身对应的网间通信网关将链路建立状态上报给所述点击 拨号业务平台; 所述点击拨号业务平台通过所述与发起拨号请求的终端归 属网络对应的网间交换网关将所述链路建立状态上报给所述发起拨号请求 的终端。
7、如权利要求 1至 6任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于,该方法还包括: 如果所述拨号请求所指示的终端位于不同网络, 则通过所述拨号请求所指 示的各终端的归属网络对应的网间媒体网关完成通信; 如果所述拨号请求 所指示的终端位于同一网络, 则通过所述拨号请求所指示的终端归属网络 对应的网内媒体网关完成通信。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述发起拨号请求的终端 归属网络对应的网间交换网关设置在所述多网核心网上, 或设置在所述发 起拨号请求的终端归属网络的核心网上; 所述拨号请求所指示的各终端的 归属网络对应的网间媒体网关设置在所述多网核心网上, 或设置在所述拨 号请求所指示的各终端的归属网络的核心网上。
9、 一种跨网络实现终端通信的系统, 所述网络包括电信网、 互联网和 广电网, 其特征在于, 该系统包括: 网间交换网关和点击拨号业务平台, 其中,
所述网间交换网关为支持多网接入的、 与发起拨号请求的终端归属网 络对应的网间交换网关, 用于将所述拨号请求发送至所述点击拨号业务平 台 .
所述点击拨号业务平台设置于多网核心网上, 用于根据所述拨号请求 建立所述拨号请求所指示的终端之间的通信链路, 所述拨号请求所指示的 终端为位于同一网络或不同网络的至少两个终端。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统还包括: 点击拨 号能力开放接入网关;
所述点击拨号能力开放接入网关设置在所述多网核心网上, 用于接收 所述网间交换网关发送的拨号请求, 并执行预设处理, 再将所述拨号请求 发送至所述点击拨号业务平台;
所述预设处理包括接入鉴权、 认证、 服务策略检查、 计费或统计处理 中的一种或多种。
11、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统还包括: 所述拨 号请求所指示的各终端的归属网络所对应的网间通信网关;
所述网间通信网关, 用于将所述点击拨号业务平台发出的通信链路建 立请求发送至所述拨号请求所指示的各终端的归属网络; 还用于将所述拨 号请求所指示的各终端的归属网络发出的链路建立状态发送至所述点击拨 号业务平台, 并通过所述点击拨号业务平台和所述与发起拨号请求的终端 归属网络对应的网间交换网关上报给所述发起拨号请求的终端。
12、 如权利要求 9至 11任一项所述的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统还包 括: 所述拨号请求所指示的各终端的归属网络对应的网间媒体网关和网内 媒体网关;
如果所述拨号请求所指示的终端位于不同网络, 所述拨号请求所指示 的各终端的归属网络对应的网间媒体网关, 用于在所述拨号请求所指示的 各终端之间完成通讯; 如果所述拨号请求所指示的终端位于同一网络, 所 述网内媒体网关, 用于在所述拨号请求所指示的终端之间完成通信。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述发起拨号请求的终 端归属网络对应的网间交换网关设置在所述多网核心网上, 或设置在所述 发起拨号请求的终端归属网络的核心网上; 所述拨号请求所指示的各终端 的归属网络对应的网间媒体网关设置在所述多网核心网上, 或设置在所述 拨号请求所指示的各终端的归属网络的核心网上。
