请参阅图 1, 本发明所提供的行动装置付费方法, 是使用者 1使用行动装置 11 (Mobile Device)通过电信公司 3 (Telecom Company)以金流管理平台 2为储值 货币或消费使用货币, 为由行动装置 11、 金流管理平台 2、 电信公司 3所构成。
所述金流管理平台 2 (Cash flow management platform)其开通使用者 1专 用的号码帐户 21的方法, 是包括有以下步骤:
注册者 1,利用所述金流管理平台 2在所述线上注册的一服务网页下输入一 注册个人帐号(Personal account number) , 包含个人数据、 使用者 1的电话号 码(Phone numbers) (如为 0912345678)与个人识另 'J码(Personal identification code) (如为 8888);
所述金流管理平台 1 接收注册通知并根据所述电话号码派发简码(Brief code)分别传送给使用者 1与电信公司 3;
若使用者 1通过网页显示或行动装置 11有接收到简码, 则以注册的电话号 码主动输入简码加上个人识别码传送至电信公司 3;
所述电信公司 3 进行电话号码真实性检查(Plausibility check) , 并将真 实状况(Real es tate)通知金流管理平台 2, 金流管理平台 1 同步检查简码以确 定注册者 Γ是否为使用者 1;确认使用者 1个人数据为用户姓名(Address name) 供日后储值、 消费使用;
若注册者 Γ 为使用者 1, 则金流管理平台 2依照注册的电话号码自动产生 一组结合防祚骗码的号码帐户 21 (Numbered account); 所述金流管理平台 1 自 动产生的结合防诈骗码的号码帐户 21,提供使用者 1所拥有的实质帐户 12 (Real account)存入货币(Money)供给使用者 1 日后于行动装置 11使用, 如图 2所示。 当使用金流管理平台 2 小额付费时, 所述金流管理平台 2 以用户电话号码 (Phone 議 bers)作为身份验证(Ident i ty va l ida t ion) , 以供曰后使用者 1 储 值货币或消费使用货币。 因为电话号码等于金流管理平台 2 中个人专用结合防 诈骗码的号码帐户 21, 使金流管理平台 2得以快速安全进行比对使用者 1的结 合防诈骗码的号码帐户 21与储值货币。
开通金流管理平台 2 小额付费的方法, 当使用者 1初次在网络使用金流管 理平台 2 , 需依照金流管理平台 2网页的索引或提示输入使用者 1的电话号码, 此时将由金流管理平台 2网页端显示简码(如为 911)并同步派发简码传送给电信 公司 3。 次之, 依金流管理平台 2网页指示, 由使用者 1通过网页显示或行动装 置 11 以注册个人帐号时的电话号码(0912345678)主动输入简码(911)加上个人 识别码(8888) ,并再操作行动装置 11发送简讯(或拨打电话)传送至电信公司 3。 又, 所述电信公司 3进行电话号码真实性检查, 为电信公司 3辨识使用者 1 的 行动号码与 国 际行动用 户 辨识码 (Interna t i ona l Mob i le Subscr iber Ident i ty, IMS I)是否为使用者 1至所述电信公司 3 申请电话号码, 所述电信公 司 3所提供电话号码与用户识别卡上的 IMS I码是否相同, 且金流管理平台 2同 步检查简码以确定注册者 Γ 是否为使用者 1。 最后, 若注册者 1, 为使用者 1 , 则金流管理平台 2 依照注册的电话号码自动产生一组结合防诈骗码的号码帐户 21 (如为 55165 912345678)。 其中, 本发明的所述金流管理平台 2结合电信公司 3提供确认使用者 1申请的电话号码与金流管理平台 2内结合防诈骗码的号码帐 户 21的数据验证(Data va l idat ion) , 以比对其真实性与正确性,也一并将 IMSI 码由电信公司 3设定, 通过电信网络传输不会有侧录风险。 再由使用者 1 所拥 有的实质帐户 12 (000247513588 (非公开资讯))内货币转入至金流管理平台 1 内 使用者 1所拥有的结合防诈骗码的号码帐户 21 , 做为启动结合防诈骗码的号码 帐户 21并即时储值结合防诈骗码的号码帐户 21的货币。
如图 2所示, 储值时使用者 1能通过网络自动存提款机(Web ATM)或实体自 动存提款机(ATM) , 由使用者 1注册个人帐号时所拥有的实质帐户 12转入(或将 帐户内货币汇入)使用者 1于金流管理平台 2结合防诈骗码的号码帐户 21 ; 当汇 入金额成功后, 金流管理平台 2会发送简讯告知使用者 1储值结合防诈骗码的 号码帐户 21成功, 同时告知使用者 1结合防诈骗码的号码帐户 21 内的存款金 额。 上述步骤即完成储值程序。
如图 3所示, 若所述使用者 1 未经注册个人帐号即先储值货币到金流管理 平台 2, 所述金流管理平台 2是包括以下处理步骤:
所述金流管理平台 2 的系统将设定使用者 1其首次汇入的实体帐号为绑定 帐号;
次之, 并由金流管理平台 2 发送时效性简讯(Timeliness Message) , 通知 使用者 1须于系统设定时间内至金流管理平台 2 内注册使用者 1 的电话号码与 个人识别码;
另, 所述金流管理平台 2 接收注册通知并根据所述电话号码派发简码分别 传送给使用者 1与电信公司 3;
若使用者 1通过网页显示或行动装置 11有接收到简码, 则以注册的电话号 码主动输入简码加上个人识别码传送至电信公司 3;
所述电信公司 3 进行电话号码真实性检查, 并将真实状况通知金流管理平 台 2, 金流管理平台 2同步检查简码以确定注册者 Γ 是否为使用者 1;
若注册者 Γ 为使用者 1, 则金流管理平台 2依照注册的电话号码自动产生 一组结合防诈骗码的号码帐户 21;
若使用者 1 未在系统设定时间内至金流管理平台 2 完成注册, 则金流管理 平台 2将此汇入储值货币视为无效, 并退款至使用者 1原汇款帐号。
请进而参考图 4, 所述使用者 1以行动装置 11使用金流管理平台 2 内结合 防诈骗码的号码帐户 21 (55165912345678)来消费使用货币, 以供使用者 1使用 结合防诈骗码的号码帐户 21进行网络消费(如: 网拍、 购买点数、 网络购物等) 付款的方法, 其是包括有以下步骤:
使用者 1利用装置选取一线上付款的商品, 确认所述消费商品后点选结帐; 使用者 1利用所述行动装置 11在所述线上付款的一商家 4网页的索引或提 示下输入一使用者 1的电话号码;
所述金流管理平台 2 收到使用者 1 消费请求后, 即派发一组交易验证码 (Transaction certification code) (如为 577)由商家 4网页显示给使用者 1; 使用者 1依照商家 4网页的索引或提示将交易验证码(577)加上个人识别码 (8888)通过使用者 1的行动装置 11回传传送至电信公司 3;
所述电信公司 3 进行电话号码(0912345678)真实性检查, 并将真实状况通 知金流管理平台 2, 金流管理平台 2 同步验证交易验证码(577)与结合防诈骗码 的号码帐户 21 (55165 912345678);
若电信公司 3判断电话号码(0912345678)为真实, 所述金流管理平台 2也 判定交易验证码(577)相符合, 进行使用者 1的电话号码与所注册个人帐号的数 据验证, 验证相符合后导向结帐画面, 并告知使用者 1 将从结合防诈骗码的号 码帐户 21 (551 65 912 345678)扣除消费金额;
若所述交易确定(C l os e-t he- dea l ), 则金流管理平台 2 从结合防诈骗码的 号码帐户 21 (55165 91 2 345678)扣款, 同时立即通知商家 4出货, 并将消费者的 结合防诈骗码的号码帐户 2 1 (55 1 65 91 2345678)所扣除的消费金额即时汇入金流 管理平台 2内的商家银行帐户 4 1 内。
再者, 当所述使用者 1以行动装置 1 1使用金流管理平台 2内结合防诈骗码 的号码帐户 21来消费使用货币,以供使用者 1使用结合防诈骗码的号码帐户 21 进行消费付款的方法, 其是包括有以下步骤:
使用者 1提供电话号码给商家 4,商家 4向金流管理平台 2请求使用者 1消 费;
所述金流管理平台 2 收到使用者 1 消费请求后, 即派发一组交易验证码给 商家 4与使用者 1 ;
使用者 1将交易验证码加上个人识别码, 通过使用者 1的行动装置 1 1回传 传送至电信公司 3 ;
所述电信公司 3 进行电话号码真实性检查, 并将真实状况通知金流管理平 台 2, 金流管理平台 1同步验证交易验证码与结合防诈骗码的号码帐户 21 ; 若电信公司 3判断电话号码为真实, 所述金流管理平台 2也判定交易验证 码相符合, 进行使用者 1 的电话号码与所注册个人帐号的数据验证, 验证相符 合后导向结帐画面;
若所述交易确定, 则金流管理平台 2从结合防诈骗码的号码帐户 21扣款, 同时立即将消费者的结合防诈骗码的号码帐户 2 1所扣除的消费金额即时汇入金 流管理平台 1内的商家银行帐户 41 内。
本发明所提供的行动装置付费方法, 与其他现有技术相互比较时, 更具有 下列的优点:
1、 本发明需先将消费额储值于虚拟帐户中, 无形间产生一种约束作用, 不 会有一般行动装置小额付费因使用者个人消费习惯不良, 而容易造成不知不觉 花费太多的问题; 且帐单是由金流管理平台统一出具, 不是与电话帐单一起出 帐, 故整体的消费隐私性高。
2、 本发明可将行动装置的虚拟帐户内的金额即刻告知使用者, 帐户有多少 存款就花多少存款, 管控使用者的消费量。
3、 本发明是由金流管理平台直接收付款, 无需通过电信公司, 故不像行动 装置(或行动电话)小额付费大多经由财经公司处理, 除了支付商品费用外, 还 要支付手续费, 因此本发明可节省不必要的费用支出。
4、 本发明的储值跟消费都需要使用者证认码以及行动装置, 使用者不必考 虑信用卡或金融卡被盗用、 盗刷或是卡号外漏的问题, 让消费更安心。
5、 再者本发明的商家不仅是网络商家, 也可以是实体店家, 买家消费时只 要告付款方式后, 即用行动装置的虚拟帐户付款, 让使用者外出身上不用带太 多现金, 保护个人安全。
以上说明对本发明而言只是说明性的, 而非限制性的, 本领域普通技术人 员理解, 在不脱离以下所附权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下, 可做出许 多修改, 变化, 或等效, 但都将落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种行动装置付费方法, 其特征在于, 是使用者使用行动装置通过电信 公司以金流管理平台为储值货币或消费使用货币, 其开通使用者专用的号码帐 户的方法, 是包括有以下步骤:
注册者利用所述金流管理平台在线上注册的一服务网页下输入一注册使用 者的电话号码与个人识别码;
所述金流管理平台接收注册通知并根据所述电话号码派发简码分别传送给 使用者与电信公司;
若使用者有接收到简码, 则以注册的电话号码主动输入简码加上个人识别 码传送至电信公司;
所述电信公司进行电话号码真实性检查, 并将真实状况通知金流管理平台, 金流管理平台同步检查简码以确定注册者是否为使用者;
若注册者为使用者, 则金流管理平台依照注册的电话号码自动产生一组结 合防诈骗码的号码帐户。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的行动装置付费方法, 其特征在于, 所述使用者能将 所拥有的实质帐户内货币转入至金流管理平台内使用者所拥有的号码帐户, 做 为启动号码帐户并即时储值号码帐户的货币。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的行动装置付费方法, 其特征在于, 所述使用者以行 动装置使用金流管理平台内结合防诈骗码的号码帐户来消费使用货币, 以供使 用者使用号码帐户进行网络消费付款的方法, 其是包括有以下步骤:
使用者利用装置选取一线上付款的商品;
使用者利用所述行动装置在所述线上付款的一商家网页下输入一电话号 码;
所述金流管理平台收到使用者消费请求后, 即派发一组交易验证码由商家 网页显示给使用者;
使用者依照商家网页的索引或提示将交易验证码加上个人识别码, 通过使 用者的行动装置回传传送至电信公司;
所述电信公司进行电话号码真实性检查, 并将真实状况通知金流管理平台, 金流管理平台同步验证交易验证码与号码帐户;
若电信公司判断电话号码为真实, 所述金流管理平台也判定交易验证码相 符合, 进行使用者的电话号码与所注册个人帐号的数据验证, 验证相符合后导 向结帳画面;
若所述交易确定, 则金流管理平台从结合防诈骗码的号码帐户扣款, 同时 立即通知商家出货, 并将消费者的号码帐户所扣除的消费金额即时汇入金流管 理平台内的商家银行帐户内。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的行动装置付费方法, 其特征在于, 所述使用者以行 动装置使用金流管理平台内结合防诈骗码的号码帐户来消费使用货币, 以供使 用者使用号码帐户进行消费付款的方法, 其是包括有以下步骤:
使用者提供电话号码给商家, 商家向金流管理平台请求使用者消费; 所述金流管理平台收到使用者消费请求后, 即派发一组交易验证码给商家 与使用者;
使用者将交易验证码加上个人识别码, 通过使用者的行动装置回传传送至 电信公司;
所述电信公司进行电话号码真实性检查, 并将真实状况通知金流管理平台, 金流管理平台同步验证交易验证码与号码帐户;
若电信公司判断电话号码为真实, 所述金流管理平台也判定交易验证码相 符合, 进行使用者的电话号码与所注册个人帐号的数据验证, 验证相符合后导 向结帳画面;
若所述交易确定, 则金流管理平台从号码帐户扣款, 同时立即将消费者的 号码帐户所扣除的消费金额即时汇入金流管理平台内的商家银行帐户内。
5、 一种行动装置付费方法, 其特征在于, 是使用者使用行动装置以金流管 理平台为储值货币或消费使用货币, 若所述使用者未经注册即先储值货币到金 流管理平台, 所述金流管理平台是包括以下处理步骤:
所述金流管理平台的系统将设定使用者其首次汇入的实体帐号为绑定帐 号;
所述金流管理平台发送时效性简讯, 通知使用者须于系统设定时间内至金 流管理平台内注册使用者的电话号码与个人识别码;
所述金流管理平台接收注册通知并根据所述电话号码派发筒码分别传送给 使用者与电信公司;
若使用者有接收到简码, 则以注册的电话号码主动输入简码加上个人识别 码传送至电信公司;
所述电信公司进行电话号码真实性检查, 并将真实状况通知金流管理平台, 金流管理平台同步检查简码以确定注册者是否为使用者;
若注册者为使用者, 则金流管理平台依照注册的电话号码自动产生一组结 合防诈骗码的号码帐户;
若使用者未于系统设定时间内至金流管理平台完成注册, 则金流管理平台 将此汇入储值货币视为无效, 并退款至使用者原汇款帐号。
