首先请同时参阅图 1〜图 3所示, 图中揭示本发明电动卷门的离合器切换装 置立体图; 如图所示, 该离合器切换装置 1可安装结合于墙壁表面上, 用来连 结并拉动一离合器拉绳 2; 其主要包括有: 一壳体 10; 设置于壳体 10内的一转 盘 13, 用来连结该离合器拉绳 4; 以及与该转盘 13连结的一拨杆 14, 该拨杆 14可经由扳动而使该转盘 13拨转移动至一个手动模式位置或一个自动模式位 置。
壳体 10主要是以一底座 11与一外盖 12所组合而成, 在底座 11的一侧设 有一可供离合器拉绳 4通过的一导线器 15,让离合器拉绳 4能够自壳体 10上端 穿入壳体 10内部; 此外, 在底座 11上设有一圆孔 111。
其中, 该转盘 13的旋转中心具有一扳动部 132, 扳动部 132对正位于底座 11上所设的圆孔 111上, 让扳动部 132可凭借具有适配的一扳转工具连结并扳 转, 进而将该转盘 13扳转切换到手动模式位置或自动模式位置。
换言之, 除了可以通过拨杆 14来扳动转盘 13之外, 也可利用适配的一扳 转工具穿过底座 11并且和扳动部 132相互连接后, 就能通过该扳转工具扳转转 盘 13, 将转盘 13拨转切换到手动模式位置或自动模式位置。
如图所示, 本实施例中所揭的转盘 13进一步包括有枢接于壳体 10上并且 具有扳动部 132的一旋转轴 131, 以及套接连结于旋转轴 131上的一盘体 133。 在实施时, 旋转轴 131与盘体 133也可以是一体成型的单一构件。
在本实施例中, 扳动部 132是一个六角形凹槽或一个六角形孔, 适配的扳 转工具即为一般所知的外六角扳手; 在实际实施时, 扳动部 132也可以是一个 六边形柱体, 适配的扳转工具则是一般所知的内六角套筒扳手。
请参阅图 4A及图 4B所示,图中分别显示离合器切换装置的转盘 13切换到 自动模式位置 (如图 4A所示) 和手动模式位置 (如图 4B所示) 时的平面示意 图; 如同前面所述, 利用适配的一扳转工具穿过底座 1 1并且和扳动部 132相互 套接连接后, 即可将原本位于自动模式位置的转盘 13切换到手动模式位置。
为使转盘 13切换到不同模式位置时能够保持定位, 在壳体 10内进一步设 有一活动定位件 16,且在转盘 13上的侧缘具有一个第一定位孔 134与一个第二 定位孔 135, 当转盘 13位于手动模式位置时, 该第一定位孔 134恰好位于对应 接受活动定位件 16卡掣的位置上; 当转盘 13位于该自动模式位置时, 该第二 定位孔 135恰好位于对应接受该活动定位件 16卡掣的位置上。
请参阅图 5,图中显示本发明电动卷门的离合器切换装置结合于一墙壁上的 使用示意图; 首先在墙壁 2预先挖设一贯穿孔 21 , 然后再将离合器切换装置 1 结合于墙壁内侧 22表面, 并且安装位于扳动部 132对正于贯穿孔 21能够涵盖 的区域位置上; 如此一来, 扳动部 132即可凭借具有适配的一扳转工具从墙壁 外侧 23经由贯穿孔 21穿入而连结并且扳转, 进而可将转盘 13扳转切换到手动 模式位置或自动模式位置。
为了避免贯穿孔 21外露而遭宵小或有心人士以扳转工具对离合器切换装置
1进行操控; 在墙壁外侧 23可以再设 一个能够罩盖住贯穿孔 21的一锁盒 3 , 且在锁盒 3上具有一个需要经由钥匙才能开启的门板 31 , 或是在锁盒 3加装一 颗需要以钥匙才能开启的挂锁。
经由上述说明可知, 本发明是一种可以经由外部操控的电动卷门的离合器 切换装置, 当停电而导致电动卷门无法电动启闭的时候, 位于室外的人也可以 从室外将设置在室内离合器切换装置切换成手动模式。
以上说明对本发明而言只是说明性的, 而非限制性的, 本领域普通技术人 员理解, 在不脱离权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下, 可作出许多修改、 变化或等效, 但都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求
1.一种电动卷门的离合器切换装置, 用来连结一离合器拉绳, 其特征在于: 该离合器切换装置包括有:
一壳体;
一转盘, 以能够相对于该壳体旋转的关系设置于该壳体内, 用来连结该离 合器拉绳; 及
一拨杆, 与该转盘连结, 并且能够扳动该转盘拨转移动至一手动模式位置 与一自动模式位置;
其中, 该转盘的旋转中心具有一扳动部, 该扳动部能够接受适配的一个扳 转工具连结并且扳动该转盘变换位置。
2.根据权利要求 1所述电动卷门的离合器切换装置, 其特征在于: 该扳动部 是一个多边形凹槽或一个多边形孔。
3.根据权利要求 1所述电动卷门的离合器切换装置, 其特征在于: 该扳动部 是一个多边形柱体。
4.根据权利要求 1所述电动卷门的离合器切换装置, 其特征在于: 该壳体内 设有一个活动定位件, 且该转盘上具有一个第一定位孔与一个第二定位孔, 当 该转盘位于该手动模式位置时, 该第一定位孔恰好位于对应接受该活动定位件 卡掣的位置上; 当该转盘位于该自动模式位置时, 该第二定位孔恰好位于对应 接受该活动定位件卡掣的位置上。
5.根据权利要求 1所述电动卷门的离合器切换装置, 其特征在于: 该转盘进 一步包括有:
枢接于该壳体的一旋转轴, 该旋转轴具有该扳动部; 及
一盘体, 套接连结于该旋转轴上。
6.根据权利要求 5所述电动卷门的离合器切换装置, 其特征在于: 该扳动部 是一个多边形凹槽或一个多边形孔。
7.根据权利要求 5所述电动卷门的离合器切换装置, 其特征在于: 该扳动部 是一个多边形柱体。
8.根据权利要求 5所述电动卷门的离合器切换装置, 其特征在于: 该壳体内 设有一个活动定位件, 且该转盘的盘体上具有一个第一定位孔与一个第二定位 孔, 当该盘体位于该手动模式位置时, 该第一定位孔恰好位于对应接受该活动 定位件卡掣的位置上; 当该转盘位于该自动模式位置时, 该第二定位孔恰好位 于对应接受该活动定位件卡掣的位置上。
9.一种电动卷门的离合器切换装置, 结合于一墙壁的内侧表面上, 用来连结 一离合器拉绳, 且该墙壁设有一贯穿孔, 其特征在于, 该离合器切换装置包括 有:
一壳体;
一转盘, 以能够相对于该壳体旋转的关系设置于该壳体内, 用来连结该离 合器拉绳; 及
一拨杆, 与该转盘连结, 并且能够扳动该转盘拨转移动至一手动模式位置 与一自动模式位置;
其中, 该转盘的旋转中心具有一个扳动部, 且该扳动部位于该贯穿孔所涵 盖的区域内, 使该扳动部能够接受适配的一扳转工具从墙壁的外侧通过该贯穿 孔连结并且扳动该转盘变换位置。
10.根据权利要求 9所述电动卷门的离合器切换装置, 其特征在于: 该墙壁 的外侧表面上进一步设有罩盖于该贯穿孔的一锁盒。

12.根据权利要求 9所述电动卷门的离合器切换装置, 其特征在于: 该扳动 部是一个多边形柱体。
13.根据权利要求 9所述电动卷门的离合器切换装置, 其特征在于: 该壳体 内设有一个活动定位件, 且该转盘上具有一个第一定位孔与一个第二定位孔, 当该转盘位于该手动模式位置时, 该第一定位孔恰好位于对应接受该活动定位 件卡掣的位置上; 当该转盘位于该自动模式位置时, 该第二定位孔恰好位于对 应接受该活动定位件卡掣的位置上。
14.根据权利要求 9所述电动卷门的离合器切换装置, 其特征在于: 该转盘 进一步包括有:
枢接于该壳体的一个旋转轴, 该旋转轴具有该扳动部; 及
一个盘体, 套接连结于该旋转轴上。
15.根据权利要求 14所述电动卷门的离合器切换装置, 其特征在于: 该扳动 部是一个多边形凹槽或一个多边形孔。
16.根据权利要求 14所述电动卷门的离合器切换装置, 其特征在于: 该扳动 部是一个多边形柱体。
17.根据权利要求 14所述电动卷门的离合器切换装置, 其特征在于: 该壳体 内设有一个活动定位件, 且该转盘的盘体上具有一个第一定位孔与一个第二定 位孔, 当该盘体位于该手动模式位置时, 该第一定位孔恰好位于对应接受该活 动定位件卡掣的位置上; 当该转盘位于该自动模式位置时, 该第二定位孔恰好 位于对应接受该活动定位件卡掣的位置上。
