The circumferentially annular web-shaped end face 6 is provided with wave-shaped profiles 7 which, according to the illustrations according to FIGS. 1 and 2, are designed to be evenly raised and recessed in the circumferential direction. Die gegenüberliegenden Seitenflanken des reifenförmigen Elastomerkörpers 3 sind im Bereich der Einspannabschnitte 4 mit einer Ringnut versehen, in die die ringstegförmige Stirnfläche 6 jedes Druckringes 5 in montiertem Zustand eintaucht (siehe Fig. 1 ). Die Profilierungen 7 der Stirnfläche 6 des Druckringes 5 sind derart gestaltet, dass sich in Axialrichtung höckerförmige Erhebungen ergeben, die gleichmäßig über den Umfang des Druckringes 5 verteilt angeordnet sind (siehe Fig. 2). Jeder Druckring 5 ist mit Hilfe von Schraubverbindungen axial mit dem zugehörigen Ringflansch des jeweiligen Kupplungsteiles 2a, 2b verbunden. Die Lage der Schraubverbindungen ist in Fig. 1 durch Axialbohrungen 8 angedeutet. Jeder Druckring 5 wird mittels eines geeigneten Guss- oder Schmiedewerkzeuges in einem Guss- oder Schmiedevorgang als einstückiges metallisches Bauteil, vorzugsweise aus einer Stahl- oder einer Aluminiumlegierung, hergestellt. Eine Werkzeugform des entsprechenden Schmiede- oder Gusswerkzeugs ist derart gestaltet, dass bereits bei der Herstellung des jeweiligen Druckringes 5 die Profilierungen - - mit ausgeprägt werden. Eine nachträgliche Oberflächenbehandlung der Stirnfläche 6 in einem weiteren Verfahrensgang entfällt hierdurch. Die Werkzeugform des Guss- oder Schmiedewerkzeugs ist im Bereich der Stirnfläche des herzustellenden Druckringes mit Gegenprofilierungen versehen, die komplementär zu den Profilierungen 7 des Druckringes gestaltet sind. Dadurch werden beim Herstellen des Druckringes 5 zwangsläufig die wellenförmigen Profilierungen 7 geschaffen. Die Oberflächenrauheit im Bereich der Profilierungen 7 und der Stirnfläche 6 des Druckringes 5 entspricht der Oberflächenrauheit des Druckringes 5 nach der Entformung aus dem Guss- oder Schmiedewerkzeug. Eine nachträgliche Bearbeitung der Oberfläche des Druckringes 5 ist nicht notwendig. Jeder Druckring 5 ist bereits nach dem Guss- oder Schmiedevorgang ohne zusätzliche Oberflächenbearbeitungsschritte zur Einspan- nung eines entsprechenden reifenförmigen Elastomerkörpers 3 zwischen zwei Kupplungsteilen 2a, 2b einsetzbar. Die formschlüssigen Profilierungen 7 in Verbindung mit der durch den Guss- oder Schmiedevorgang erzielten Oberflächenrauheit jedes Druckringes 5 gewährleisten nach einer Montage im Bereich des jeweiligen Ringflansches des zugeordneten Kupplungsteiles 2a, 2b eine hohe Drehmomentübertragung, die bei Elastomerkupplungen gemäß dem Stand der Technik allenfalls durch nachträgliche Bearbeitungsschritte der Oberfläche eines Druckringes erzielbar sind. Each pressure ring 5 is manufactured by means of a suitable casting or forging tool in a casting or forging process as a one-piece metallic component, preferably of a steel or an aluminum alloy. A tool shape of the corresponding forging or casting tool is designed such that already in the production of the respective pressure ring 5, the profilings - - be pronounced with. A subsequent surface treatment of the end face 6 in a further process process thereby eliminated. The tool shape of the casting or forging tool is provided in the region of the end face of the pressure ring to be produced with counterprofiles, which are designed to be complementary to the profiles 7 of the pressure ring. Each pressure ring 5 can already be used after the casting or forging process without additional surface processing steps for clamping a corresponding tire-shaped elastomer body 3 between two coupling parts 2a, 2b. Elastomerkupplung mit zwei Kupplungsteilen, zwischen denen wenigstens ein Elastomerkörper eingespannt ist, wobei wenigstens ein Kupplungsteil einen axial gegen einen Einspannabschnitt des Elastomerkörpers gepressten metallischen Druckring aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckring (5) an seiner dem Einspannabschnitt (4) zugewandten Stirnfläche (6) mit Profilierungen (7) versehen ist, die gemeinsam mit der Herstellung des Druckringes (5) in einem einstufigen Guss- oder Schmiedevorgang hergestellt sind. 1.
