Abstract

Ein Kältegerät (1), insbesondere Haushaltskältegerät, mit einer ersten zu kühlenden Kammer (3) und einer zweiten zu kühlenden Kammer (5), einem Kältemittelkreislauf zum Kühlen der Kammern (3, 5), der einen Verdichter (7) zum Verdichten von Kältemitteldampf, einen dem Verdichter (7) nachgeschalteten Verflüssiger (9) zum Kondensieren des Kältemitteldampfes, und einen dem Verflüssiger (9) nachgeschalteten und dem Verdichter (7) vorgeschalteten Verdampfer (11) zum Verdampfen des verflüssigten Kältemittels, wobei ein erster Sensor (17) zur Erfassung einer ersten Temperatur in der ersten Kammer (3) und ein zweiter Sensor (19) zur Erfassung einer zweiten Temperatur in der zweiten Kammer (5) vorgesehen sind, wobei ein Ventil (21) zwischen dem Verflüssiger (9) und dem Verdampfer (11) geschaltet ist, das aus dem Verflüssiger (9) ausströmendes Kältemittel über einen ersten Kältemittelkanal (31) oder einen zweiten Kältemittelkanal (33) dem Verdampfer (11) in Abhängigkeit von der ersten Temperatur und/oder von der zweiten Temperatur leitet.
