发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的在于提供三工位隔离接地开关, 以解决现有的采用齿轮齿条传动机构 的三工位隔离接地开关的体积大的问题。
[0004] 为了解决上述问题, 本发明的三工位隔离接地开关采用以下技术方案: 三工位隔离 接地开关, 包括动触头座, 所述动触头座上转动装配有对应的绝缘杆, 所述绝缘杆具有用于 与驱动装置传动连接的动力输入端及装配有齿轮的动力输出端; 动触头座内活动导向装配有 动触头, 所述动触头上固定设置有沿动其活动方向延伸且与所述齿轮啮合的齿条, 其特征在 于: 所述的动触头内具有安装室, 所述齿条装配于所述安装室内; 所述动触头的外壁上具有 至少一个导向长孔, 所述绝缘杆的动力输出端通过对应的导向长孔穿入安装室内且与该导向 长孔在动触头的活动方向上导向配合; 所述的齿轮于安装室内与齿条啮合。

[0009] 本发明的三工位隔离接地开关的实施例 1 , 如图 1-2所示, 具有壳体 1 , 壳体 1内通 过一盆式绝缘子 2固定装配有动触头座 3, 动触头座 3内具有一导向通道并通过其导向通道 活动导向装配有动触头 4, 壳体 1 内于动触头座 3的导向通道两端处均设置有静触头 5, 动 触头 4内具有一安装室并于其安装室内设置有齿条 6, 齿条 6沿动触头 4的活动方向, 即动 触头座 3的导向通道的导向方向延伸, 动触头座 3上还转动装配有绝缘杆 7, 绝缘杆 7具有 用于与驱动装置传动连接的动力输入端和止旋装配有齿轮 8的动力输出端, 绝缘杆 7的动力 输入端从动触头 4的一侧穿入安装室并伸入安装室的对侧, 齿轮 8位于动触头 4的安装室内 并与齿条 6啮合; 动触头的外壁上具有相对设置的两导向长孔 9, 绝缘杆 7通过其中一个导 向长穿入安装室并与该导向长孔在动触头的活动方向上导向配合, 绝缘杆 7的动力输出端从 一个导向长孔穿入安装室后延伸至另一导向长孔。 由于绝缘杆 7的动力输出端为悬伸结构, 因此导向长孔 9可限制绝缘杆 7的悬伸端在旋转时的抖动; 另外, 由于动触头 4在工作时是 需要往复活动的, 导向长孔 9还可以避免绝缘杆妨碍动触头 4的活动。 本发明的三工位隔离 接地开关在工作过程中, 首先通过对应的驱动装置来驱动绝缘杆转动, 进而通过齿轮驱动齿 条运动, 由于固定装配于动触头上, 因此动触头与齿条同步运动从而实现与静触头的分合; 由于所述的齿条及齿轮均装配于所述安装室内, 从而大大地改善了绝所述缘杆周围的电场分 布, 使对应隔离接地开关的壳体的内径可以减小, 从而解决了现有的采用齿轮齿条传动机构 的三工位隔离接地开关的体积大的问题; 另外, 由于所述动触头内具有所述安装室, 可知动 触头为空心结构, 从而降低了动触头的质量, 降低了开关操作时的操作功。 说 明 书

3.根据权利要求 1 或 2所述的三工位隔离接地开关, 其特征在于: 所述动触头于其活动方 向上的两端之间具有圆柱形段, 所述齿轮的中心位于所述圆柱形段的中心线上。
