Description

Road sweeper
The present invention relates to a road surface cleaning vehicle including a dust recovery device that recovers dust on a road surface, and more particularly, to a road surface cleaning vehicle including a mechanism for raising and lowering the dust recovery device.
As a conventional road surface cleaning vehicle, a dust collecting device having a main brush arranged at the rear of the vehicle and configured to sweep up dust on the road surface to the front of the vehicle, and disposed in front of the dust collecting device and collected from the road And a hopper configured to store the generated dust.
And as a mechanism for discharging the dust stored in the hopper, there are a rear dump system for discharging to the rear of the vehicle and a side dump system for discharging to the side of the vehicle. In the rear dump system, there is a system (hereinafter referred to as “rear dump system 1”) in which the hopper is lifted upward and moved rearward to get over the dust collecting device, and in this state, the hopper is tilted rearward and discharged to the rear of the vehicle. is there. As another rear dump system, there is a system (hereinafter referred to as “rear dump system 2”) in which the dust collecting device is lifted upward and then the hopper is tilted backward together with the dust collecting device to discharge the dust to the rear of the vehicle. is there. On the other hand, the side dump method includes a method of discharging dust by tilting the hopper to the side of the vehicle.
Since the above-described rear dump system 1 lifts the hopper upward, there is a problem that the structure for that is complicated and the manufacturing cost increases. In addition, the side dump system has a problem that a large space is required in the vehicle width direction when dust is discharged, and therefore, a usable disposal site is limited. For this reason, in the conventional road sweeper, the above-mentioned rear dump system 2 is often employed.
In a conventional road cleaning vehicle that employs the rear dump method 2, the position of the dust collecting device is changed according to the usage mode. Specifically, the dust collecting device is arranged between a cleaning position for grounding the main brush on the road surface, a forwarding position for separating the main brush from the road surface, and a dust discharging position for discharging dust from the hopper. The position of is switched.
Patent Document 1 describes an example of a road sweeper employing a rear dump method 2. In this road cleaning vehicle, the dust collecting device is moved up and down between the cleaning position and the forwarding position by a mechanism including a chain and a fluid pressure cylinder. Further, when the dust is discharged backward from the hopper, the dust collecting device is further swung upward by the fluid pressure cylinder as described in FIG.
In recent years, it has been obliged to install a bumper at the rear of the dust collecting device installed at the rear of the road sweeper. For this reason, the dust collecting device protrudes rearward and increases in size, and when the hopper is tilted when dust is discharged, the bumper of the dust collecting device may interfere with the ground. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 12 of Patent Document 1, the dust collecting device is swung upward to prevent interference between the bumper and the ground.
However, as described above, the lifting mechanism of the dust collecting apparatus in Patent Document 1 is a complicated one including a chain and a fluid pressure cylinder, and the manufacturing cost is high.
FIG. 9 shows that the dust collecting apparatus 100 is moved up and down between the cleaning position and the forwarding position by a parallel link 101 and a pair of left and right fluid pressure cylinders 102 instead of a chain. FIG. 9 shows a state in which the dust collecting device 100 is pulled up and the main brush 103 is separated from the road surface R at the time of forwarding.
Further, in the configuration of FIG. 9, when lifting and lowering the dust collection device 100 between the forward position and the dust discharge position, a pair of left and right fluid pressure cylinders 104 disposed above the vehicle are used. In this configuration, a mechanism composed of a combination of a chain and a fluid pressure cylinder is not required, so that the configuration is simplified to some extent.
However, in the configuration shown in FIG. 9, the lifting / lowering of the cleaning position / forwarding position and the lifting / lowering position of the dust collection device 100 are performed by separate fluid pressure cylinders 102 and 104. Therefore, the number of required fluid pressure cylinders increases, and the manufacturing cost correspondingly increases.
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-described circumstances in the prior art, and provides a road cleaning vehicle that can achieve the lifting and lowering of the dust collecting device with a simple configuration and that can reduce the manufacturing cost. It is aimed.
In order to solve the above-described problems, a road cleaning vehicle according to the present invention includes a hopper arranged on a chassis and configured to store dust collected from the road surface, and a dust disposed on the road surface at the rear of the vehicle. A brush 8 and a dust transport mechanism 9 that transports the dust swept up by the main brush 8 to the inlet of the hopper 4 are mounted.
Further, the dust collecting device 6 can swing around a pair of left and right wheels (frame support means) 10 that contacts the road surface R and supports the main body frame 7 during cleaning and an axis that extends the main body frame 7 in the vehicle width direction. And a pair of left and right shaft members (frame connection means) 11 connected to the vehicle. The wheel 10 is provided on the main body frame 7 so as to be rotatable around a vertical axis. The pair of left and right shaft members 11 extend from the main body frame 7 in the vehicle width direction (left and right direction) (FIG. 3).
In the dust collecting device 6, the shaft 12 of the main brush 8 is supported by one end of each of the pair of left and right main brush arms 13, and the other end of each main brush arm 13 is connected to the dust collecting device. 6 is supported so as to be rotatable about an axis extending in the vehicle width direction.
The dust transport mechanism 9 includes a pulley 14 and a conveyor belt 15 that is stretched over the pulley 14, and a plurality of conveyor paddles 16 that project dust and transport it upward to the inlet of the hopper 4 protrude from the conveyor belt 15. ing.
A first end 18 of each of the pair of left and right lift arms 17 shown in FIG. 4 is rotatably connected to the hopper 4 shown in FIG. 1, and a second end of each lift arm 17 is connected. 19 is rotatably connected to the shaft member 11 of the dust collection device 6. A pressing portion 20 is provided between the first end portion 18 and the second end portion 19 of the lift arm 17. The lift arm 17 has a distal end portion including the first end 18 bent in a substantially L shape, and the pressing portion 20 protrudes upward.
The tip of piston 22 of a pair of left and right fluid pressure cylinders 21 composed of a hydraulic cylinder or the like is rotatably connected to lift arm 17 at a position below pressing portion 20. The base end portion 24 of the cylinder main body 23 of the fluid pressure cylinder 21 is rotatably connected to the chassis 3 of the road sweeper.
As shown in FIG. 1, to the hopper 4, base end portions 26 of a pair of left and right lift frames 25 are rotatably connected. As shown in FIG. 4, the first end 18 of the lift arm 17 and the base end 26 of the lift frame 25 are connected to the hopper 4 so as to have a common rotation axis 27.
The lift frame 25 includes a frame upper portion 29 including a pressed portion 28 that is pressed from below by the pressing portion 20 of the lift arm 17 and a lift guide that a part of the dust collecting device 6 lifted by the lift arm 17 comes into contact with the lift frame 25. And a frame lower part 31 including a part (contact part) 30.
The fluid pressure cylinder 21 is moved up and down by rotating the lift arm 17 by moving the piston 22 forward and backward. Specifically, the cleaning position where the main brush 8 contacts the road surface R, the forward position where the lift arm 17 is raised together with the dust collecting device 6 until the pressing portion 20 contacts the pressed portion 28, and the lifting arm 17 The position of the lift arm 17 is changed between the position when the dust is discharged and the dust collecting device 6 is further lifted together with the lift frame 25.
When the pressing part 20 of the lift arm 17 comes into contact with the pressed part 28 of the lift frame 25, a limit switch (not shown) is activated, and the pumping of the working fluid (hydraulic oil) to the fluid pressure cylinder 21 is stopped. At this time, the flow path of the working fluid is closed by a valve, and the holding force of the fluid pressure cylinder 21 is maintained. The fluid pressure cylinder 21 and the limit switch constitute the raising / lowering drive means in this embodiment.
The lift guide portion 30 of the lift frame 25 guides the lift operation of the dust collecting device 6 that moves simultaneously when the lift arm 17 moves between the cleaning position and the forwarding position. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, when the lift arm 17 moves from the cleaning position to the forwarding position, the lifting guide section 30 moves the dust collection device 6 backward as the lift arm 17 moves up. Thus, the inclined guide surface 32 inclined and the vertical guide surface 33 formed following the inclined guide surface 32 and extending in the vertical direction are included. The raising / lowering guide part 30 is mounted | worn with respect to the main body of the lift frame 25 so that replacement | exchange is possible.
The dust collecting device 6 includes a rolling roller (regulating member) 34 that moves while contacting the lifting guide portion 30 of the lift frame 25 and restricts the operation of the dust collecting device 6 (FIGS. 2 and 3).
Next, with reference to FIG. 5 to FIG. 8, the lifting and lowering operation of the dust collection device 6 in the road sweeper according to this embodiment will be described.
FIG. 5 shows a state where the main brush 8 is set on the road surface R and the road surface R is being cleaned while the road cleaning vehicle is running. In this state, the piston 22 of the fluid pressure cylinder 21 is at the retracted position, and the lift arm 17 is at a position spaced apart from the lift frame 25 (cleaning position).
During cleaning, the wheel 10 of the dust collecting device 6 is in contact with the road surface R, and the wheel 10 rolls on the road surface R when the road cleaning vehicle is traveling. The dust on the road surface R swept forward by the main brush 8 is conveyed upward from the inlet 9A (FIG. 2) of the dust conveying mechanism 9 to the inlet of the hopper 4 by the conveyor paddle 15.
FIG. 6 shows a state in which the main brush 8 is separated from the road surface R and the road surface cleaning vehicle is forwarded without cleaning. When switching from the cleaning state shown in FIG. 5 to the forwarding state shown in FIG. 6, the fluid pressure cylinder 21 is driven to extend the piston 22 in the retracted position upward, The lift arm 17 is lifted by rotating counterclockwise around the rotation axis 27 (FIG. 4).
When the lift arm 17 is lifted in this way, the dust collecting device 6 connected to the lift arm 17 is lifted simultaneously. At this time, the rolling roller 34 of the dust collecting device 6 is brought into contact with the inclined guide surface 32 (FIG. 4) of the lift guide portion 30 of the lift frame 25, and moves upward while rolling on it. Here, since the inclination guide surface 32 of the raising / lowering guide part 30 protrudes back as it goes upwards, the dust collection | recovery apparatus 6 moves back with the raise.
When the lift arm 17 is lifted by the fluid pressure cylinder 21, the limit switch is activated when the pressing portion 20 comes into contact with the pressed portion 28 of the lift frame 25, and the working fluid (working oil) is pumped to the fluid pressure cylinder 21. Is stopped. At this time, the flow path of the working fluid is closed by a valve, and the holding force of the fluid pressure cylinder 21 is maintained. At this time, the rolling roller 34 of the dust collecting device 6 is located on the vertical guide surface 33 (FIG. 4) of the lift guide portion 30 of the lift frame 25.
FIG. 7 shows a state where the dust collecting device 6 is further lifted upward in order to discharge the dust from the hopper 4. When switching from the forwarding state shown in FIG. 6 to the dust discharging state shown in FIG. 7, the fluid pressure cylinder 21 is driven to extend the piston 22 further upward. As a result, the pressed portion 28 of the lift frame 25 is pressed upward by the pressing portion 20 of the lift arm 17, and the lift frame 25 rotates around the rotation axis 27 counterclockwise. At the same time, the dust collecting device 6 is lifted upward by the lifting guide portion 30 of the lift frame 25 to the state shown in FIG.
From this state, as shown in FIG. 8, the fluid pressure cylinder (for hopper) 35 is driven and the hopper 4 is tilted backward. Then, the discharge door 4A provided at the rear part of the hopper 4 is opened, and dust is discharged to the rear of the vehicle. At this time, as shown in FIG. 7, the dust collection device 6 is lifted in advance, so that the dust collection device 6 does not get in the way when the dust is discharged from the hopper 4. Further, the dust collecting device 6 does not contact the road surface R when the hopper 4 is tilted.
As described above, according to the road cleaning vehicle according to the present embodiment, the height position of the dust collecting device 6 is set for each of cleaning, forwarding, and dust discharging by the pair of left and right fluid pressure cylinders 21. The position can be appropriately switched to a position, and the lifting mechanism of the dust collection device 6 can be simplified. Thereby, the manufacturing cost of a road sweeper can be reduced.
Further, when the dust collecting device 6 is moved from the cleaning position to the forwarding position, the dust collecting device 6 is lifted in the rearward oblique direction due to the presence of the lifting guide portion 30, and therefore the dust collecting device 6. Interference between the upper opening of the hopper 4 and the insertion opening of the hopper 4 can be prevented.
Further, since the rolling roller 34 provided in the dust collecting device 6 rolls on the lifting guide portion 30, the progress of wear of the guide surfaces 32 and 33 of the lifting guide portion 30 can be suppressed.
Further, since the elevating guide 30 is replaceably attached to the main body of the lift frame 25, when the guide surfaces 32, 33 of the elevating guide 30 are worn, only the elevating guide 30 can be replaced. As a result, the labor and cost of maintenance can be reduced.
