Description

一种多通道考勤管理系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种员工考勤管理系统;更具体的,本发明涉及一种通过计算机管理实现对员工进行人性化考勤管理的多通道考勤管理系统。
背景技术
通过计算机系统对员工进行考勤管理已经是一种常规方法,现有技术中已有多种关于考勤管理的专利公开。其中,最常规的方式是由考勤人员使用其所在公司或单位或部门特制的专用考勤卡进行刷卡考勤。但是随着社会的发展,人们工作和生活的节奏也逐渐加快,丢三落四的事情也就不可避免的会发生;同时,由于当今社会使用的卡片种类繁多,完全无需增加更多的卡,而可以一卡多用,并且这些卡外形相似,员工忘记带卡或者带错卡的事情就时有发生,从而导致无法刷卡记录考勤;另外,目前的考勤系统对被考勤人而言几乎没有选择方式,通常都是被动接受,并且被考勤人通常也无法查询自己的过往考勤数据。因此,迫切需要一种能够兼容多种刷卡方式、同时便于让员工自行选择考勤方式的考勤系统,以实现对员工的考勤记录,从而体现一种人性化的管理方式。
中国专利申请200610035055.1公开了一种身份证/指纹识别考勤及门禁人事管理系统,其是一种结合生物识别技术对身份真假进行识别、查询的身份证/指纹识别/考勤及门禁/人事管理的综合系统。另一篇,中国专利申请200710084555.9公开了一种员工出勤综合管理方法及装置,其通过给员工分配唯一的代码,并预先收集员工的图像存档,在考勤时提取员工唯一代码和图像存档。上述两篇文献中公开的技术都是以单一/指定方式进行刷卡考勤,不具有方便性,这种管理方式不够人性化,不符合现代公司的以人为本的人性化管理方式。另外,生物特征识别技术由于成本相对较高,不利于推广普及使用。当然,本发明中的人性化管理是以诚信为前提的。相应的只要通过制定非常严厉的“代打卡”惩罚措施,让“代打卡”的成本非常之高,即可避免此类现象。
发明概述
鉴于上述原因,本发明的目的在于提供一种多通道的考勤管理系统,该系统包括:多通道数据读取模块,其具有至少3个不同类型的读数器通道以及一个扩展通道,各个通道分别用于读取匹配各自类型的卡数据或输入数据;数据处理及控制模块,其与门禁装置连接,并根据所述数据读取模块的至少3个不同类型的读数器通道以及一个扩展通道所读取的数据进行分类处理和辨识,并根据辨识结果来控制门禁装置进行相应动作;管理模块,其与数据处理和控制模块、数据库、录入及删除模块、员工端模块、以及输出模块交互连接,并对它们进行控制和管理;数据库,其存储与员工信息相关的多项记录,并且所述多项记录至少有一项不能为空记录;录入及删除模块,其提供用于录入和删除与员工信息相关的记录的入口,根据员工信息的更新和变动对数据库中的相关记录进行更新;员工端模块,其通过软件方式设置于员工的工作计算机中或者是单独的装置,该员工端模块提供被考勤员工自行变更或选择自己的员工信息记录以及查询自己的考勤数据的通道;输出模块,其用于输出所需的考勤统计和管理数据;以及门禁装置,其根据所述数据处理及控制模块的辨识结果,允许或禁止通过。
根据本发明的多通道的考勤管理系统,其中所述至少3个不同类型的读数器通道包括:默认卡读数器通道、身份证读数器通道、密码键盘输入通道。
根据本发明的多通道的考勤管理系统,其中所述至少3个不同类型的读数器通道进一步包括:公交卡读数器通道和/或手机卡读数器通道。

具体实施方式
图1示出了本发明的多通道考勤管理系统的具体实施方式的结构示意图,该考勤管理系统包括:多通道数据读取模块10,该多通道数据读取模块10具有至少3个不同类型的读数器通道(例如图中所示的默认卡读数器通道101、身份证读数器通道102和密码键盘输入通道103,另外也可以设置有一卡通公交卡读数器通道104或手机卡读数器通道105,等等,其中可以与各个通道对应的分别安装一个门禁装置,也可以是所有通道只对应安装一个门禁装置)以及一个扩展通道109,各个通道分别设置相应的读数器,用于读取匹配各自类型的卡数据或接收密码键盘的密码输入数据;数据处理及控制模块30,该数据处理及控制模块30与门禁装置20连接,并根据所述数据读取模块10的至少3个不同类型的读数器通道以及一个扩展通道所读取的数据进行分类处理和辨识,包括将接收到的数据与图2中所示数据结构中的一个数据项进行比较,以及根据辨识结果来控制门禁装置20进行相应动作;管理模块50,该管理模块50与数据处理及控制模块30、数据库40、录入及删除模块60、员工端模块80以及输出模块70交互连接,并对它们进行控制和管理,例如负责将数据库40中预存储的员工信息记录数据发送到所述数据处理及控制模块30、记录员工的考勤数据、控制输出模块的输出、以及对数据库40中的数据进行更新;数据库40,该数据库40中预先存储有与员工信息相关的多项记录,并且所述多项记录至少有一项不能为空记录;录入及删除模块60,该录入及删除模块60提供用于录入和删除与员工信息相关的记录的入口,可以根据员工的个人使用习惯和偏好,对员工信息进行更新和变动,并进一步对数据库40中的相关记录进行更新;员工端模块80,其可以通过软件方式设置于员工的工作计算机中,或者也可以是单独的装置(例如类似于常见的ATM提款机),被考勤员工在自己的工作电脑上或者单独的装置上通过该员工端模块80输入自己的员工编号和相应的密码就可以查询自己的过往考勤数据,也可以选择自己所偏好的考勤方式,或者关闭某些不再使用的考勤方式,还可以例如当手机SIM卡发生变动时,更改自己的员工信息记录,即可实现对自己的考勤进行管理;输出模块70,用于根据公司或单位的管理需要,输出所需的考勤统计和相关的管理数据;以及门禁装置20,根据所述数据处理及控制模块的辨识结果,开启或者不开启门禁,以允许或禁止刷卡员工通过。
图2所示为本发明的多通道的考勤管理系统所采用的数据库中的一个示意性的员工信息的数据结构示意图。如图所示,每一员工编号下对应的包含多项数据记录(如图中的默认卡数据项、身份证数据项、键盘密码输入数据项、公交卡数据项、手机卡数据项等,扩展通道数据项),所述多项数据记录可以根据员工的个人使用习惯和偏好通过所述录入及删除模块60来仅保留部分项,即在预存储员工信息数据时,员工可以选择性的保留自己习惯或常用的刷卡方式,也可以选择多种刷卡方式,或者通过预设密码的方式。而其余项可以为空记录,但是每一员工编号下所对应的多项数据记录至少有一项不能为空记录。另外,通过软件设置可以实现每一考勤日内只能有一种数据项保持为有效数据。
由于本发明的考勤系统能够兼容多种常用的个人证件或卡数据的读取,并且便于让员工自行选择自己偏好的考勤方式,甚至可以对自己的考勤自行进行管理,从而极大的方便了员工的考勤方式,并让员工对自己的考勤可以自主管理,体现了对员工的一种人性化管理理念。
另外需要说明的是,人性化管理是以诚信为前提的。相应的,通过制定严厉的“代打卡”惩罚措施,让“代打卡”的成本非常之高,从而即可避免此类现象。通过这种人性化的考勤管理方式也有助于规范社会的诚信体系。
以上所述的本发明的实施方式仅仅是对本发明进行说明,而非对本发明的限制,相关技术领域的技术人员在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,也可以做出各种变换或变型或改变,因此所有等同的技术方案也应该属于本发明的范畴,本发明的保护范围由权利要求书进行限定。

Claims (1)

  1. 1.一种多通道考勤管理系统,该系统包括:
    多通道数据读取模块,其具有至少3个不同类型的读数器通道以及一个扩展通道,各个通道分别用于读取匹配各自类型的卡数据或输入数据;
    数据处理及控制模块,其与门禁装置连接,并根据所述数据读取模块的至少3个不同类型的读数器通道以及一个扩展通道所读取的数据进行分类处理和辨识,并根据辨识结果来控制门禁装置进行相应动作;
    管理模块,其与所述数据处理和控制模块、数据库、录入及删除模块、员工端模块、以及输出模块交互连接,并对它们进行控制和管理;
    数据库,其存储与员工信息相关的多项记录,并且所述多项记录至少有一项不能为空记录;
    录入及删除模块,其提供用于录入和删除与员工信息相关的记录的入口,根据员工信息的更新和变动对数据库中的相关记录进行更新;
    员工端模块,其通过软件方式设置于员工的工作计算机中或者是单独的装置,该员工端模块提供被考勤员工自行变更或选择自己的员工信息记录以及查询自己的考勤数据的通道;
    输出模块,其用于输出所需的考勤统计和管理数据;以及
    门禁装置,其根据所述数据处理及控制模块的辨识结果,允许或禁止通过。
    2.根据权利要求1的多通道考勤管理系统,其特征在于:所述至少3个不同类型的读数器通道进一步包括:默认卡读数器通道、身份证读数器通道、密码键盘输入通道。
    3.根据权利要求1或2的多通道考勤管理系统,其特征在于:所述至少3个不同类型的读数器通道进一步包括:公交卡读数器通道和/或手机卡读数器通道。
