DECLARATION SELON ARTICLE 19 PCT
REPONSE AU RAPPORT DE RECHERCHE INTERNATIONALE RELATIF A LA DEMANDE PCT/FR2012/051428, déposée le 22 juin 2012
Au nom de : SAIPEM S.A.
Intitulée « Procédé de liquéfaction de gaz naturel à triple circuit fermé de gaz réfrigérant » N/Réf. H52 314 CAS 88 WO (MD/JP-13.492)
Nous vous soumettons un nouveau jeu de revendications dans lequel les revendications ont été modifiées comme suit.
La revendication 1 a été modifiée en incorporant la caractéristique de l'ancienne revendication 3 et, en outre, il a été rajouté dans la revendication 1 une caractéristique relative à la faculté de variation différenciée de puissance apportée au premier compresseur tirée de la description page 16, lignes 5-10 entre autres.
La revendication 2 a été modifiée en supprimant le mode préféré de réalisation final de l'ancienne revendication 2.
Une nouvelle revendication 3 a été ajoutée portant sur une caractéristique décrite dans la description page 16, lignes 27 et suivantes.
La nouvelle revendication 4 porte sur la caractéristique préférée supprimée dans l'ancienne revendication 2.
Les nouvelles revendications 5-15 correspondent aux anciennes revendications 4-14.
Dans la nouvelle revendication 13 (ancienne revendication 12) on a ajouté la caractéristique relative à la turbine à gaz décrite dans le dernier alinéa de l'ancienne revendication 1 et une caractéristique relative à la variation différenciée de puissance au niveau du premier compresseur à l'aide du premier moteur tirée de la description page 16, lignes 5-10.
La nouvelle revendication 14 (ancienne revendication 13) a été limitée en supprimant l'expression « au moins » aux paragraphes i) et ii).
En conséquence, nous vous prions de bien vouloir poursuivre la procédure de délivrance sur la base de ce nouveau jeu de revendications.
