背景技术
洗地车在对地面的清洗时, 由设置在洗地车的前部的刷盘旋转刷地, 清扫地面的污 垢, 在刷盘清扫出污垢后, 由设置在刷盘后部的水刮将污垢与污水一齐收纳于污垢箱。 在打扫过程中, 水刮会积粘污垢, 特别是对于清洗地毯等地面, 容易粘结长纤维污物, 缠结于水刮时影响水刮的清收效果, 同时也影响美观, 另外, 对于水刮在使用过程中造 成的水刮的磨损等, 常常需要拆卸水刮组件。

本发明的目的在于提供一种固定可靠、 拆卸方便的洗地车水刮的固定结构, 以保证 洗地车正常工作且方便工作人员操作。
一种洗地车水刮的固定结构, 包括水刮组件、 设置于水刮组件上的重心架、 固定于 车架上的水刮连接板, 所述水刮连接板上设置有开口向上的导向槽, 水刮组件上的重心 架上设有重心轴, 水刮组件通过重心轴卡接于连接板上的导向槽内。

如图 1和图 2, 本发明所述的洗地车水刮的固定结构, 包括水刮组件 1、 设置于水 刮组件上的重心架 2、 用于连接水刮组件的水刮连接板 3, 所述水刮连接板固定安装于 洗地车车架 5上, 在水刮连接板上设置有开口向上的导向槽, 水刮组件的重心架上设有 重心轴 4, 重心轴安装于连接板上的导向槽内, 使水刮组件与洗地车相连。
