Description

一种疏水热利用的干衣机 /烘干机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种余热利用的干衣机, 特别是一种疏水热利用的 干衣机 /烘干机。
背景技术
干衣机是通过蒸汽热能或电能加热的空气来烘干洗涤织物的一 种洗涤机械, 俗称烘干机。 干衣机的烘干过程实质上就是以消耗能 量来换取空间和时间的过程, 尤其是蒸汽加热型机器比电加热型要 多消耗近 20%的能源。 人们对快速烘干的追求与国家的绿色低碳的 理念产生了矛盾。 究其原因在于现有的干衣机中的疏水热在整个工 作工程中没有被利用起来。 所以为缓解矛盾, 对干衣机 /烘干机的内 部结构进行改进, 需要一种既能快速烘干, 又能节约能源的烘干机。 发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术中的干衣机传统蒸汽加热器疏水 热能未被利用的问题, 提供一种疏水热能和自身散失热能得到利用 的干衣机。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明是这样实现的:
一种疏水热利用的干衣机 /烘干机, 包括: 壳体、 主加热器、 筒 体和转笼, 其中, 所述筒体内设有该转笼, 其特征在于: 在该壳体 和筒体之间留有空隙, 形成一环形风道, 该环形风道下部设有进风 口; 还包括辅助加热器, 该辅助加热器设置在主加热器附近的环形 风道中部, 主加热器与辅助加热器由疏水管道连接, 主加热的出风 口与筒体上部设有的进风口对应。
所述的疏水热利用的干衣机 /烘干机, 其特征在于: 该辅助加热 器的上方设有所述主加热器。
所述的疏水热利用的干衣机 /烘干机, 其特征在于: 该辅助加热 器设置有两个, 并别置于主加热器的两边, 主加热器和辅助加热器 处于同一水平线上。
所述的疏水热利用的干衣机 /烘干机, 其特征在于: 该主加热器 为双列竖立, 并呈中空状态, 气流由两边入、 中间出。
所述的疏水热利用的干衣机 /烘干机, 其特征在于: 该辅助加热 器置于主加热器的上方。
所述的疏水热利用的干衣机 /烘干机, 其特征在于: 该主加热器 为蒸汽加热器。
本发明的优点是热能得到充分利用, 加热迅速、 能量效率高; 环形风道的设计不仅利用了机器本身的失散热, 而且降低了机器对 环境的热辐射, 也减少了保温材料的使用, 制造成本低; 加热器结 构简单, 容易实现。

具体实施方式
请参阅图 1, 它是本实用新型疏水热利用的干衣机 /烘干机实施 例 1的结构示意图。 如图所示: 它包括: 干衣机壳体 4、 主加热器 1、 干衣机筒体 5、 转笼 6, 其中, 所述干衣机筒体 5内设有该转笼 6, 其 特征在于: 在该干衣机壳体 4和筒体 5之间留有空隙, 形成一环形风 道 9, 该环形风道 9下部设有进风口 7; 还包括一辅助加热器 3, 该辅 助加热器 3设置在环形风道 9的中部,在辅助加热器 3的上方设有所述 主加热器 1, 主加热器 1与辅助加热器 3由疏水管道 2连接, 即主加热 器 1的出水口与辅助加热器 3的进水口对接,辅助加热器 3充分利用主 加热器 1排出的疏水, 对干衣机内部进行加热, 不但解决了主加热器 1可能存在的漏水问题, 而且对疏水收回在利用, 绿色环保。 主加热 器 1的出风口与筒体 5上部设有的进风口 8对应。
所述主加热器 1为蒸汽加热器。
工作时, 在风机的作用下, 空气从风道下部的进风口 7进入环形 风道, 经干衣机筒体外壁的加热获得一定的热量, 空气继续上升, 穿过辅助加热器后, 获得更高的热量。 而后, 进入主加热器加热成 为干热空气, 最后, 从主加热器的出风口进入干衣机筒体内的干衣 转笼, 与洗涤织物进行湿、 热交换成为湿热空气, 由风机排出。 实施例 2
图 2中, 与实施例 1不同的是辅助加热器位置的变化, 具体是: 辅助加热器 3置于主加热器 1的两边, 并处于同一水平线上。
这一实施例, 最大的好处是, 辅助加热器的迎风面积得以增加, 进而可降低系统的风阻。
实施例 3
图 3中,与上述实施例 1不同的是主加热器 1的结构变化,具体是: 主加热器由单行横向变为双列竖立, 并呈中空状态, 气流由两边入, 由中间出。
这一实施例, 最大的好处是, 主加热器中空处可设置旁通进风 道, 旁通进风道可使外部的冷空气直接参与烘干工艺流程中的风冷 过程, 并可大大加快这一进程, 从而节约烘干时间。
实施例 4
图 4中, 与实施例 3不同的是辅助加热器位置的变化, 具体是: 辅助加热器 3置于主加热器 1的两侧。
这一实施例,最大的好处是辅助加热器可与主加热器合为一体, 结构简单。
实施例 5
图 5中, 与上述实施例不同的是辅助加热器位置和形式的变化, 具体是: 辅助加热器 3置于主加热器 1的上边, 并且合二为一。 这一实施例, 最大的好处是辅助加热器结构简单, 成本低, 容 易实现

1、 一种疏水热利用的干衣机 /烘干机, 包括: 壳体、 主加热器、 筒体和转笼, 其中, 所述筒体内设有该转笼, 其特征在于: 在该壳 体和筒体之间留有空隙, 形成一环形风道, 该环形风道下部设有进 风口; 还包括辅助加热器, 该辅助加热器设置在主加热器附近的环 形风道中部, 主加热器与辅助加热器由疏水管道连接, 主加热的出 风口与筒体上部设有的进风口对应。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的疏水热利用的干衣机 /烘干机, 其特 征在于: 该辅助加热器的上方设有所述主加热器。
