Abstract

본 발명은 수증기 버블 형태의 캐비테이션이 붕괴되는 출구측의 작용력이 대폭 증대됨에 따라 바이오디젤 제조, 유화, 수처리, 스케일 제거, 입자분쇄 등의 활용시 효과가 배가될 수 있도록 한 수리동력학적 슈퍼캐비테이션장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 수리동력학적 슈퍼캐비테이션장치는, 일측에는 유체를 공급하는 유체공급라인이 연결되고 내부에는 횡단면적이 점차 감소되는 단면감소공간부가 형성되며 상기 단면감소공간부의 일측에는 상기 유체공급라인과 연통되는 대공간부가 형성되고 상기 단면감소공간부의 타측에는 소공간부가 형성되는 본체와, 상기 본체의 일단에 결합되고 내부 일측에는 상기 본체의 소공간부와 연통되는 제 1 단면증대공간부가 형성되고 내부 타측에는 제 1 단면증대공간부보다 적은 횡단면적에서부터 횡단면적이 점차 증대되는 제 2 단면증대공간부가 형성되는 출구캡과, 상기 본체의 타단에 결합되어 상기 본체의 타단을 폐쇄하는 마감캡과, 상기 마감캡에 일단이 지지결합되고 상기 본체의 내부를 관통하여 상기 출구캡의 제 2 단면증대공간부까지 연장되는 중앙바아를 포함하여 이루어진다.
