本实用新型涉及一种防爆波闸阀，特别涉及一种安装在防护工程给水管道起端的防爆波闸阀。 
背景技术
现有技术中的波闸阀安全性差，对水的冲击波只起到缓冲作用，没有真正意义上的安全感。 
发明内容
发明目的：本实用新型的目的在于克服上述已有技术的不足，提供一种安全强度高的防爆波阀门，使用极限检测达到2.4Mpa。 
技术方案：为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所述的防爆波阀门，它包括阀体，以及设在该阀体两头的进水法兰和出水法兰，在所述阀体中部设有安全装置，在该安全装置靠所述进水法兰一侧设有连接杆，该连接杆上套有阀座，以及设在该连接杆前端的阀板，并且在该连接杆上设有弹簧。 
所述连接杆通过螺母固定连接在所述安全装置上。 
在所述连接杆上设有支撑板。 
所述弹簧设在所述阀板和支撑板之间。 
在所述阀体上设有消波室，在该消波室上设有放水孔。 
所述安全装置伸出所述阀体至外部。 
在所述进水法兰内侧设有锥形进水口。 
有益效果：本实用新型与现有技术相比，其显著优点是：本装置结构简单，防护性强，保障人身安全。

如图1所示，本实用新型所述的防爆波阀门，它包括阀体1，以及设在该阀体1两头的进水法兰2和出水法兰3，在所述阀体1中部设有安全装置4，在该安全装置4靠所述进水法兰2一侧设有连接杆5，该连接杆5上套有阀座6，以及设在该连接杆5前端的阀板7，并且在该连接杆5上设有弹簧8；所述连接杆5通过螺母9固定连接在所述安全装置4上；在所述连接杆5上设有支撑板10；所述弹簧8设在所述阀板7和支撑板10之间；在所述阀体1上设有消波室11，在该消波室11上设有放水孔12；所述安全装置4伸出所述阀体1至外部；在所述进水法兰2内侧设有锥形进水口13。本实用新型结构简单，防护性强，保障人身安全。

1.一种防爆波阀门，其特征在于：它包括阀体(1)，以及设在该阀体(1)两头的进水法兰(2)和出水法兰(3)，在所述阀体(1)中部设有安全装置(4)，在该安全装置(4)靠所述进水法兰(2)一侧设有连接杆(5)，该连接杆(5)上套有阀座(6)，以及设在该连接杆(5)前端的阀板(7)，并且在该连接杆(5)上设有弹簧(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防爆波阀门，其特征在于：所述连接杆(5)通过螺母(9)固定连接在所述安全装置(4)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防爆波阀门，其特征在于：在所述连接杆(5)上设有支撑板(10)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防爆波阀门，其特征在于：所述弹簧(8)设在所述阀板(7)和支撑板(10)之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防爆波阀门，其特征在于：在所述阀体(1)上设有消波室(11)，在该消波室(11)上设有放水孔(12)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防爆波阀门，其特征在于：所述安全装置(4)伸出所述阀体(1)至外部。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防爆波阀门，其特征在于：在所述进水法兰(2)内侧设有锥形进水口(13)。
