Abstract

본 발명은 BOP 조립체의 수중 보관을 위한 슬롯을 갖는 시추시스템에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 다른 시추공의 형성작업이나 다른 목적으로 BOP 조립체를 수중에 매달고 있는 드릴쉽의 단거리 이동이 요구될 경우, BOP 조립체를 선체 내부로 인양하지 않고 수중에 매단 채 드릴쉽의 이동이 가능하도록 하는 BOP 조립체의 수중 보관을 위한 슬롯을 갖는 시추시스템을 제공함에 있다. 이를 위한 본 발명의 시추시스템은 고정식 구조물 또는 부유식 구조물의 플랫폼에 설치된 데릭; 상기 데릭에 설치되며, 해저면에 시추공을 형성하고 형성된 시추공에 케이싱 파이프 조립체 및 BOP 조립체의 설치작업을 실시하는 엑티비티; 상기 데릭의 하부에 위치하도록 설치되어 상기 엑티비티와 함께 다수 개의 라이저와 BOP를 조립시켜 BOP 조립체를 형성하며, 형성된 BOP 조립체를 지지한 채로 이동하는 BOP용 트롤리; 및 상기 BOP용 트롤리의 이동방향과 평행하게 연장되도록 문풀의 작업단에 형성되어 수중에 위치한 BOP 조립체가 BOP용 트롤리에 의해 이동할 때 그리고 BOP 조립체가 수중 보관위치로 이동되었을 때, BOP 조립체로부터 연장되는 라이저의 흔들림을 억제하는 슬롯을 포함하는 것으로 구성된다.
