Abstract

Procédé et dispositif de refroidissement cryogénique comprenant un cryo-refroidisseur (18) principal comportant une tête froide (19) disposée dans une première enceinte (16) sélectivement mise sous vide, un réservoir (9) de fluide de travail disposé dans une seconde enceinte (10) sélectivement mise sous vide, un organe (8) à refroidir étant disposé dans le réservoir (9) en échange thermique avec le fluide de travail, la tête (19) froide du cryo-refroidisseur (18) principal étant reliée thermiquement avec un échangeur de chaleur (17), lui-même relié fluidiquement avec le réservoir (9) via des conduites (30, 31) formant une première boucle de circulation pour le fluide de travail, les conduites (30, 31) transitant de la première (16) à la seconde (10) enceinte, caractérisé en ce que les volumes sélectivement sous vide des première (16) et seconde (10) enceintes sont indépendants et en ce que le dispositif comporte un cryo-refroidisseur (1) secondaire comprenant une tête froide (7) disposée dans une troisième enceinte (4) sélectivement mise sous vide, la tête (7) froide du cryo-refroidisseur (1) secondaire étant reliée thermiquement avec un échangeur de chaleur (2), lui-même relié fluidiquement avec le réservoir (9) via des conduites (130, 131) formant une seconde boucle de circulation pour le fluide de travail, et en ce que le volume sélectivement sous vide de la troisième enceinte (4) est indépendant des volumes sélectivement sous vide des première (16) et seconde (10) enceintes.
