Abstract
이에 본 발명에서는 기체 수소 공급관(10)을 통해 고압으로 공급되는 기체 수소를 냉동기(20)를 통해 냉각시키고 냉각된 고압의 기체 수소를 팽창밸브(30)를 통해 압력 및 온도를 감소시켜 액화 상태로 저장탱크에 저장하는 수소 액화시스템을 개시한다.
본 발명은 상압 이상의 기체 수소를 그대로 활용하므로 수소 액화 효율을 크게 증대시켜 소모에너지를 절감할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Claims (7)
- 수소 액화시스템에 있어서,
기체 수소 공급관을 통해 고압으로 공급되는 기체 수소를 적어도 하나 이상의 냉동기를 통해 냉각시키고 냉각된 고압의 기체 수소를 팽창밸브를 통해 압력을 감소시켜 액화 상태로 저장탱크에 저장하는 수소 액화시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저장탱크에 액체 수소의 저장과정에서 기화 상태로 잔존하는 기체 수소를 액화시키도록 하는 2차 냉동기를 포함하는 수소 액화시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 저장탱크에서 생성되는 기체 수소를 상기 2차 냉동기로 전달하는 열교환기를 구비하는 수소 액화시스템.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 저장탱크에 상기 2차 냉동기가 적어도 2개 이상 설치되는 수소 액화시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기체 수소 공급관에 기체 수소의 밀도를 증가시켜 상기 냉동기로 공급하도록 압축기를 구비하는 수소 액화시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서,
상기 기체 수소 공급관에 상기 냉동기 공급전 미리 냉각시켜 공급하도록 예냉기를 구비하는 수소 액화시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기체 수소 공급관에 상기 냉동기가 적어도 2개 이상 설치되는 수소 액화 시스템.
