Abstract
이에 본 발명에서는 액체수소를 저장하는 저장탱크, 고온고압 냉매를 팽창 감압시켜 저온저압 냉매로 전환하는 냉매순환부, 상기 냉매순환부에서 전환된 저온저압 상태의 냉매가 상기 저장탱크의 내부로 순환하도록 장치되고, 내부에서 순환하는 냉매의 흡열 작용으로 상기 저장탱크 내의 액체수소에서 증발 및 기화된 자연기화가스를 냉각하여 액화시키는 열교환튜브 및 상기 냉매순환부를 통해 외부로부터 공급되는 기체수소를 냉각하여 액체 상태로 상기 저장탱크에 충전하는 수소액화부를 포함하는 수소 액화 및 자연기화가스 억제 시스템을 개시한다.

Claims (7)
- 액체수소를 저장하는 저장탱크(10); 고온고압 냉매를 팽창 감압시켜 저온저압 냉매로 전환하는 냉매순환부(20); 상기 냉매순환부(20)에서 전환된 저온저압 상태의 냉매가 상기 저장탱크(10)의 내부로 순환하도록 장치되고, 내부에서 순환하는 냉매의 흡열 작용으로 상기 저장탱크(10) 내의 액체수소에서 증발 및 기화된 자연기화가스를 냉각하여 액화시키는 열교환튜브(30); 외부로부터 공급되는 기체 상태의 수소를 상기 냉매순환부(20)를 순환하는 냉매와 열교환으로 냉각하여 액화시킨 후 상기 저장탱크(10)에 충전하는 수소액화부(40); 상기 냉매순환부(20)의 냉매가 상기 저장탱크(10)의 내부의 상기 열교환튜브(30)로 유입되도록 상기 냉매순환부(20)와 상기 열교환튜브(30)를 연결하는 냉매유입라인(31)의 중간에 설치되어 유량을 조절하는 유량조절밸브(50); 상기 냉매순환부(20)의 냉매가 상기 냉매유입라인(31)을 통해 상기 저장탱크(10)의 내부의 상기 열교환튜브(30)로 유입되는 유량을 조절하기 위해 상기 저장탱크(10) 내 액체수소의 수위를 측정하여 상기 유량조절밸브(50)에 제어 신호를 전송하는 수위전송기(60);를 포함하며;
상기 냉매순환부(20)는, 제1냉매순환라인(21)을 따라 순환하는 냉매를 압축하는 냉매압축부(22); 상기 냉매압축부(22)를 거친 냉매를 냉각하는 냉매냉각부(23); 상기 제1냉매순환라인(21)을 따라 순환하는 고온고압 냉매와 저온저압 냉매 간에 열 에너지를 교환하도록 설치되어 냉매를 예비 냉각시키는 예냉부(24); 상기 제1냉매순환라인(21)을 따라 순환하는 고온고압 냉매와 저온저압 냉매 간에 열 에너지를 교환하는 적어도 하나 이상의 열교환부(25); 및 상기 냉매냉각부(23)와 열교환부(25)를 거쳐 냉각된 냉매를 팽창시키는 팽창부(26)로 구성하고;
상기 열교환튜브(30)는, 상기 저장탱크(10)의 내부에 장치되어 상기 냉매순환부(20)의 기상 냉매 유입을 위해 상기 냉매순환부(20)와 냉매유입라인(31)으로 연결되고, 상기 냉매유입라인(31)을 통해 내부로 유입되는 기상 냉매를 상기 냉매순환부(20)의 제1냉매순환라인(21)으로 되돌려 순환시키기 위해 상기 냉매순환부(20)와 냉매배출라인(32)으로 연결되도록 구성하며;
상기 수소액화부(40)는, 외부의 기체수소를 상기 열교환부(25)를 지속적으로 순환하는 냉매와 열교환으로 냉각하여 상기 저장탱크(10)에 공급하기 위해 배관된 수소공급라인(41), 상기 수소공급라인(41)을 통해 공급되는 Feed gas를 압축하여 상기 열교환부(25)로 공급하는 수소압축부(42) 및 상기 수소공급라인(41)을 통해 상기 열교환부(25)를 거친 기체수소를 팽창 감압시키는 팽창밸브(43)로 구성하고;
상기 예냉부(24)는, 상기 제1냉매순환라인(21)에 인접하여 제2냉매순환라인(29)이 구비되며, 상기 제2냉매순환라인(29)에 상기 제1냉매순환라인(21)을 따라 흐르는 냉매보다 낮은 온도의 냉매를 순환시켜 제2냉매순환라인(29)을 따라 흐르는 냉매가 상기 제1냉매순환라인(21)을 따라 흐르는 냉매의 열을 흡수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 액화 및 자연기화가스 억제 시스템.
