本发明公开一种衣架,特别是一种纸塑衣架。
背景技术
衣架是人们日常生活中的必需品,每家每户都会用到。目前的衣架都是竹制、木制、铁制或塑料制成,竹制或木制材料的衣架会对自然环境造成直接破坏,铁制或塑料制成的衣架,当其损坏后,只能当固体废物丢弃,铁制或塑料制成的衣架很难降解,容易造成白色污染,对环境造成破坏,不够环保。
发明内容
针对上述提到的现有技术中的衣架不够环保的缺点,本发明提供一种特殊的纸塑衣架结构,其可以采用纸或可降解塑料等可降解材料制成主体,当其损坏后,可在自然界中降解,不会造成污染。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种纸塑衣架,衣架包括挂钩、支撑条和可降解材料制成的主体,主体为一长条型的凹腔体,凹腔的开口开在底部,挂钩设于主体中间,挂钩两侧主体顶部对称设有凹槽,所述的主体的凹腔顶部内壁设有支撑条,挂钩与支撑条及主体安装在一起。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案进一步还包括:
为增加强度,主体底部边缘处四周设有向外或向内伸出的加强凸缘。
与所述主体配合设有同样为长条型的凹腔结构的支撑体,支撑体嵌入主体的凹腔体内,两者紧贴配合,或两者侧壁紧贴,顶部分离配合。
所述两者紧贴配合的主体与支撑体,其配合为支撑体可嵌入主体凹腔体内,嵌入后两者的连接,可以是通过相互之间的粘接或卡接实现。
所述的支撑体上除对称设有与主体上的凹槽位置对应的支撑体凹槽外,还对称设有可增加其强度的增强凹槽。
所述的支撑体和/或主体外表面做表面防水处理。
所述的支撑体底部边缘处四周设有向外或向内伸出的凸缘。
所述的主体的凹腔顶部内壁设有支撑条容置槽,支撑条设置在支撑条容置槽内。
所述的支撑体的凹腔顶部外壁设有支撑体支撑条容置槽,支撑条设置在支撑体支撑条容置槽内。
所述的可降解材料为纸质材料、纤维材料或可降解塑料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明主体采用可降解材料制成,当其损坏后,可在自然界中进行自然降解,不会对环境造成任何污染,符合环保理念,而且,本发明中的挂钩和支撑条都是采用金属制成,二者采用螺纹连接,可重复使用。本发明中还设计有多处加强结构,完全可以满足本发明的强度需要。

具体实施方式
本实施例为本发明优选实施方式,其他凡其原理和基本结构与本实施例相同或近似的,均在本发明保护范围之内。
请参看附图1、附图2和附图3,本发明主要包括两大部分,即主体2和挂钩3,本实施例中,主体2采用可降解材料,可降解材料为纸或可降解塑料或纤维材料等,本实施例中,主体2按照预先设计好的形状,采用可降解材料压制而成,具体实施时,将可降解材料、粘合剂和其他添加剂混合在一起压合成型。本实施例中,主体为一个长条形的凹腔体,即主体2呈空心状,主体2的凹腔开口设置在主体2的底部。本实施例中,主体2内设有支撑体1,通过支撑体1可以增强本发明自身的强度,具体实施时,也可以根据实际需要,不设置支撑体1。本实施例中,主体2的内部空心形状(即主体2的凹腔)与支撑体1相吻合,主体2罩装在支撑体1外侧,即支撑体1嵌装在主体2的凹腔体内,二者紧密贴合。本实施例中,支撑体1也采用可降解材料,可降解材料为纸或可降解塑料或纤维材料等,本实施例中,支撑体1按照预先设计好的形状,采用可降解材料压制而成,具体实施时,将可降解材料、粘合剂和其他添加剂混合在一起压合成型。本实施例中,主体2做表面防水处理,具体实施时,可在主体2外表面刷防水漆或者在主体2外表面覆一层防水膜均可。本实施例中,支撑体1也做表面防水处理,具体实施时,可在支撑体1外表面刷防水漆或者在支撑体1外表面覆一层防水膜均可。本实施例中,可在支撑体1上设有卡头,将主体2和支撑体1卡接在一起,也可以将主体2和支撑体1通过胶水粘合在一起。
本实施例中,支撑体1和主体2两端分别对应开有凹槽,支撑体1和主体2两端的凹槽对称设置,其中,支撑体1上为第二凹槽6,主体2上为第一凹槽5,第二凹槽6和第一凹槽5对应设置,且形状相吻合,当采用本发明晾晒吊带裙等衣物时,可将吊带放在凹槽内,防止被风吹落,同时,还可以起到增强本发明强度的作用。本实施例中,支撑体1上还开设有增强凹槽4,可使本发明支撑体更加牢固,主体2上对应于增强凹槽4处可开设与之相应的槽,也可不开设,本实施例中,未在主体2上开设与增强凹槽4相应的槽。本实施例中,在支撑体1和主体2之间设有支撑条9,支撑条9呈长条形,中间位置开有螺纹孔10,支撑体1上开有容置槽12,支撑条9设置在容置槽12内,具体实施时,也可将容置槽12开设在主体2的内侧上壁上,本实施例中,支撑条9上开有螺纹孔10,挂钩3底部设有螺纹,将其定义为螺纹部,挂钩3与支撑条9之间通过螺纹固定在一起,本实施例中,支撑体1上对应于挂钩3安装位置开设有第一通孔7,主体2上对应于挂钩3安装位置开设有第二通孔8,挂钩3对应于第一通孔7和第二通孔8设置。具体实施时,可在支撑体1内设有螺母等带有螺纹的装置安装在挂钩3底部。本实施例中,在支撑体1底部边缘四周设置有向外凸起的第一加强凸缘13,可对支撑体1起到加强的作用,使支撑体1更加牢固,具体实施时,第一加强凸缘13也可以设计为向内凸起。本实施例中,在主体2底部边缘四周也可以设置有向外凸起的第二加强凸缘14,具体实施时,也可以不设置第二加强凸缘14,或者将第二加强凸缘14设计为向内凸起。
请参看附图4,本实施例的基本结构与实施例一相同,不同之处在于,本实施例中的支撑条和容置槽比实施例一中的要长,使本发明的结构更加牢固。
本发明在使用时,可将衣服挂在衣架主体上,即可对其进行晾晒,或放在衣柜里。
本发明主体采用可降解材料制成,当其损坏后,可在自然界中进行自然降解,不会对环境造成任何污染,符合环保理念,而且,本发明中的挂钩和支撑条都是采用金属制成,二者采用螺纹连接,可重复使用。本发明中还设计有多处加强结构,完全可以满足本发明的强度需要。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种纸塑衣架,其特征是:所述的衣架包括挂钩、支撑条和可降解材料制成的主体,主体为一长条型的凹腔体,凹腔的开口开在底部,挂钩设于主体中间,挂钩两侧主体顶部对称设有凹槽,所述的主体的凹腔顶部内壁设有支撑条,挂钩与支撑条及主体安装在一起。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的纸塑衣架,其特征是:为增加强度,主体底部边缘处四周设有向外或向内伸出的加强凸缘。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的纸塑衣架,其特征是:与所述主体配合设有同样为长条型的凹腔结构的支撑体,支撑体嵌入主体的凹腔体内,两者紧贴配合,或两者侧壁紧贴,顶部分离配合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的纸塑衣架,其特征是:所述两者紧贴配合的主体与支撑体,其配合为支撑体可嵌入主体凹腔体内,嵌入后两者的连接,可以是通过相互之间的粘接或卡接实现。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的纸塑衣架,其特征是:所述的支撑体上除对称设有与主体上的凹槽位置对应的支撑体凹槽外,还对称设有可增加其强度的增强凹槽。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的纸塑衣架,其特征是:所述的支撑体底部边缘处四周设有向外或向内伸出的凸缘。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的纸塑衣架,其特征是:所述的支撑体和/或主体外表面做表面防水处理。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2或4或5或6所述的纸塑衣架,其特征是:所述的主体的凹腔顶部内壁设有支撑条容置槽,支撑条设置在支撑条容置槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2或4或5或6所述的纸塑衣架,其特征是:所述的支撑体的凹腔顶部外壁设有支撑体支撑条容置槽,支撑条设置在支撑体支撑条容置槽内。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2或4或5或6所述的纸塑衣架,其特征是:所述的可降解材料为纸质材料、纤维材料或可降解塑料。
