나노 갭을 갖는 수소저장합금의 제조방법, 및 수소저장합금이 제공된다. 본 발명은, 탄성기판을 마련하는 제1 공정; 상기 기판상에 Mg 또는 Mg합금의 제1 박막을 형성하는 제2 공정; 상기 제1 박막상에 Ti, Ni, Al, Fe, Pd, Cu, V, Sc, Co, Mm 및 Ce중 선택된 1종 이상의 제 2 합금 박막을 형성하는 제3 공정; 상기 제2 공정과 제3 공정을 반복함으로써 상기 탄성기판상에 상기 제2 박막을 최외층으로 하는 다수의 제1 박막-제2 박막의 배열체를 형성하는 제4 공정; 및 상기 탄성 기판에 인장력을 작용시켜 상기 탄성 기판 표면에 형성된 상기 박막 배열체의 표면에서 내부로 다수의 나노 갭을 형성하는 제5 공정;을 포함하는 나노 갭을 갖는 수소저장합금의 제조방법과, 상기 제조방법으로 제조되는 수소저장합금에 관한 것이다.
Description
본 발명은 나노 갭을 갖는 수소저장합금의 제조에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 그 표면에서 내부로 형성된 다수의 나노 갭을 갖는 수소저장합금의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
현재 주된 연료로 사용되는 화석연료의 경우에 여러 가지 환경문제에 수반하여 자원고갈문제가 대두 되면서 새로운 에너지 자원에 대한 연구가 활발해지고 있다. 이러한 새로운 에너지 자원중 수소는 연소 시 공해를 유발하지 않으며, 중량당 에너지 밀도가 높고 지구의 70%를 차지하는 물을 분해하여 제조할 수 있어 자원이 무한하다는 장점이 있다.
그러나 수소는 상온과 상압에서 기체로 존재하기 때문에 체적당 에너지밀도가 낮을 뿐만 아니라 저장과 운반이 불편하다는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 상기 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 수소저장기술을 개발하기 위한 연구가 지속적으로 이어지고 있다.
수소저장기술은 압축기체 저장법, 액체수소 저장법과 수소 저장재를 이용하는 방법 등으로 분류할 수 있으며, 각각 장단점을 가지고 있어 목적에 맞는 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 이들 중 수소 저장재를 이용하는 방법은 저장밀도가 크며 저장과정에서 에너지 손실이 상대적으로 작을 뿐만 아니라 안전성도 높다는 장점을 가지고 있어, 다양한 방면에 적용하기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행중에 있다.
한편 수소 저장재 중에서 마그네슘계 수소저장합금은 중량당 수소저장량이 매우 높고 자원이 풍부하여 경제성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 경량이라는 장점을 가지고 있다. 그러나 마그네슘계 수소저장합금은 수소와 강한 이온결합을 형성함으로써 안정성이 높아 저온에서 수소 흡,탈착 반응이 느릴 뿐만 아니라 활성화에너지가 높은 단점이 있다. 즉, 순수 마그네슘의 경우 수소 저장에 350도 정도의 높은 온도가 필요하게 되고 시간도 굉장이 오래 걸린다는 단점이 있다.
이것을 해결하기 위해, 팔라듐 또는 니켈을 멀티레이어로 하여 수소 저장량이 조금 줄어드는 대신에 낮은 온도와 빠른 반응속도를 얻을 수 있는 기술이 문헌상 보고되고 있으나, 우수한 수소 저장능 및 빠른 반응속도 측면에서 이용에 다소 한계가 있다.
따라서 본 발명은 상기 종래기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 기판상에 다수의 박막층의 배열체를 형성한 후 상기 기판에 인장 응력을 부여함으로써 상기 금속층에 나노 갭을 형성시켜 우수한 수소 저장능 및 빠른 반응속도를 갖는 수소저장합금 제조방법을 제공함을 그 목적으로 한다.
또한 본 발명은 상기 제조방법에 의해 제조된 그 표면에서 내부로 형성된 다수의 나노갭을 수소저장합금을 제공함을 그 목적으로 한다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은,
탄성 기판을 마련하는 제1 공정;
상기 기판상에 Mg 또는 Mg합금의 제1 박막을 형성하는 제2 공정;
상기 제1 박막상에 Ti, Ni, Al, Fe, Pd, Cu, V, Sc, Co, Mm 및 Ce중 선택된 1종 이상의 제 2 합금 박막을 형성하는 제3 공정;
상기 제2 공정과 제3 공정을 반복함으로써 상기 탄성 기판상에 상기 제2 박막을 최외층으로 하는 다수의 제1 박막-제2 박막의 배열체를 형성하는 제4 공정; 및
상기 탄성 기판에 인장력을 작용시켜 상기 탄성 기판 표면에 형성된 상기 박막 배열체의 표면에서 내부로 다수의 나노 갭을 형성하는 제5 공정;을 포함하는 나노 갭을 갖는 수소저장합금의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에서 상기 인장력의 인가 시에, 상기 박막층은 인장력이 작용한 방향으로 인장되는 동시에, 인장력이 작용한 방향의 수직 방향으로 압축되고, 상기 인장력의 회수 시에, 상기 박막층은 인장력이 회수된 방향으로 다시 압축되는 동시에, 인장력이 회수된 방향의 수직방향으로 다시 인장되는 것에 의해 상기 나노 갭이 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명에서 상기 탄성 기판은 0.3~0.7의 프와송 비(poisson's ratio)를 가질 수 있다.
또한 상기 인장력은 상기 탄성기판이 1.05 내지 1.50배로 신장되도록 인가될 수 있다.
본 발명에서 상기 탄성기판을 이루는 탄성 소재는 천연고무, 합성고무, 또는 폴리머 일 수가 있다.
또한 상기 합성고무는 부타디엔계 고무, 이소프렌계 고무, 클로로프렌계 고무, 니트릴계 고무, 폴리우레탄계 고무, 및 실리콘계 고무로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나일 수 있고, 상기 실리콘계 고무는 PDMS(polydimethylsiloane)일 수 있다.
상기 Mg합금은 Mg와, Ti, Ni, Al, Fe, Pd, Cu, V, Sc, Co, Mm 및 Ce중 선택된 1종 이상의 금속의 합금인 것이 바람직하다.
상기 박막 배열체의 전체 두께는 100nm~10 mm인 것이 바람직하다.
박막 배열체를 이루는 제1 박막과 제2 박막은 그 두께가 각각 1nm ~ 100㎛ 범위에 있는 것이 바람직하며, 보다 바람직하게는 3nm ~ 100nm, 그리고 가장 바람직하게는 5nm ~ 15nm범위에 있는 것이다.
상기 나노갭은 그 폭이 1nm ~ 10㎛범위에 있음이 바람직하다.
또한, 본 발명은,
탄성 기판;
상기 탄성 기판상에 형성된 Mg 또는 Mg합금의 제1 박막과, 상기 제1 박막상에 형성된 Ti, Ni, Al, Fe, Pd, Cu, V, Sc, Co, Mm 및 Ce중 선택된 1종 이상의 제 2 합금 박막의 반복으로 이루어진, 상기 제2 박막을 최외층으로 하는 다수의 제1 박막-제2 박막의 배열체; 및
상기 박막 배열체의 표면에서 내부로 형성된 다수의 나노갭;을 포함하는 나노갭을 갖는 수소저장합금에 관한 것이다.
상술한 바와 같은 구성의 본 발명의 수소저장합금은 나노 갭의 형성에 따라 넓은 표면적으로 수소와의 접촉 면적을 확대할 수 있으므로 우수한 수소 저장능을 나타내며, 아울러 Mg기반 합금이용으로 비교적 저렴한 가격에 제품을 공급할 수 있다.
또한 그 표면에 Pd 등 박막층을 형성함으로써 표면산화물의 형성을 억제할 수 있음과 아울러, 활성화에너지의 감소를 도모할 수 있으므로 보다 낮은 온도에서 수소의 저장이 가능하다.
아울러, co-sputtering공정으로 상기 박막 배열체를 손쉽게 제조할 수 있으므로 경제적인 기술로 평가할 수 있다.

이하, 첨부도면을 참조하여 본 발명을 상세히 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 수소저장합금의 제조공정을 나타내는 공정 개략도이다.
도 1 (a)에 나타난 바와 같이, 본 발명에서는 먼저 탄성 기판(10)을 마련한다. 상기 기판(10)은 인장력을 인가할 때 그 방향으로 신장 될 수 있고, 다시 인장력을 제거하면 본래의 형상으로 회복될 수 있는 탄성 소재로 이루어질 수 있다.
본 발명에서 상기 탄성 기판(10)을 이루는 탄성 소재로는 인장력을 인가할 때 그 방향으로 신장 될 수 있고, 다시 인장력을 제거하면 본래의 형상으로 회복될 수 있는 어떠한 소재라도 사용 가능한데, 그 예로는 천연고무, 합성고무, 또는 폴리머를 이용하는 것 등이 있다.
상기 합성 고무의 예로는 부타디엔계 고무, 이소프렌계 고무, 클로로프렌계 고무, 니트릴계 고무, 폴리우레탄계 고무, 및 실리콘계 고무중 선택된 1종을 이용할 수 있으며, 바람직하게는 접촉 자유 에너지(interfacial free energy)가 낮아 후속하는 공정에서 기판상에 형성된 박막 배열체를 성형 가공하기 좋고, 내구성이 좋은 실리콘재 고무 탄성재인 PDMS(polydimethylsiloane)를 사용할 수 있다. 상기 PDMS 이외에도 폴리이미드(Polyimide)계 고분자 물질, 폴리우레탄(Polyurethane)계 고분자 물질, 플로로카본(Fluorocarbon)계 고분자 물질, 아크릴(Acrylic)계 고분자 물질, 폴리아닐린(Polyaniline)계 고분자 물질, 폴리에스테르(polyester)계 고분자 물질 등도 상기 박막 배열체에 인장력을 전달할 수 있다면 탄성을 적절하게 조절하여 사용할 수 있다.
도 2를 참조하면, 탄성 소재에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 바와 같이, 탄성 소재를 종 방향(x 방향)으로 인장할 때, 종 방향의 인장변형율 성분 이외에, 다른 아무런 조건이 없는 한, 탄성 소재는 종 방향으로 늘어남에 따라 횡 방향(y 방향)의 수축이 일어날 것으로 예상된다. 그리고, 상기 횡 방향(y 방향)의 수축변형율은 종 방향 인장변형율과 일정한 비율을 유지하면서 수축하게 된다. 다시 인장된 탄성 소재에 인가된 인장력을 회수하거나, 탄성 소재를 단축방향으로 압축시키는 경우, 횡 방향으로는 인장변형율이 발생하게 되고, 이때 횡 방향 인장변형율과 종 방향 수축변화율 사이에도 인장시와 동일한 일정비를 유지하면서 변형되게 된다. 이러한 횡 방향 인장변형율과 종 방향 수축변화율이 갖는 일정 비의 값을 탄성 소재의 프와송 비(poisson's ratio)라 한다.
본 발명에서 상기 탄성기판(10)은 0.2내지 0.8의 프와송 비(poisson's ratio)를 갖는 것이 바람직하고, 0.3 내지 0.7 의 프와송 비(poisson's ratio)를 갖는 것이 더욱 바람직하며, 0.5의 프와송 비(poisson's ratio)를 갖는 것이 가장 바람직하다.
그리고 도 1 (b)에 나타난 바와 같이, 상기 기판(10)상에 Mg 또는 Mg합금의 제1 박막(31)을 형성한다. 그리고 상기 제1 박막(31)상에 Ti, Ni, Al, Fe, Pd, Cu, V, Sc, Co, Mm 및 Ce중 선택된 1종 이상의 제 2 합금 박막(33)을 형성한다.
계속하여, 본 발명에서는 상기 공정들을 반복함으로써 상기 탄성기판(10)상에 상기 제2 박막(33)을 최외층으로 하는 다수의 제1 박막-제2 박막의 배열체(30)를 형성한다.
즉, 본 발명에서 상기 박막 배열체(30)는 제1 박막(31)과 제2 박막(33)이 다수로 교대 배열되어 있으며, 그 최외층은 표면층의 산화를 방지하기 위하여 제2 박막(33)으로 이루어져 있다.
상기 박막 배열체(30)를 이루는 제1 박막(31)과 제2 박막(33)을 탄성기판(10)상에 형성하는 방법으로는 당업계에서 통상 사용되고 있는 어떠한 방법도 사용 가능하며, 그 예로는 통상 사용되는 스퍼터링(Sputtering), 이베포레이션(Evaporation) 등의 물리적 증착법과, 화학기상법(CVD: chemical vapor deposition), 원자층 증착법(ALD: atomic layer deposition) 등의 화학적 증착법이 사용될 수 있다. 본 발명에서는 상기 탄성 기판(10)상에 제1 박막층(31)과 제2 박막층(33)을 번갈아 형성함으로써 용이하게 박막 배열체(30)에 이를 수 있다.
본 발명에서 상기 제1 박막(31)을 이루는 Mg합금은 Mg와, Ti, Ni, Al, Fe, Pd, Cu, V, Sc, Co, Mm 및 Ce중 선택된 1종 이상의 금속의 합금인 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명에서는 상기 박막 배열체(30)의 전체 두께는 100nm~10 mm로 제한함이 바람직하다. 만일 그 두께가 너무 크면 하층의 탄성 기판의 인장 응력 부여에도 나노갭의 크렉의 형성이 곤란하고, 너무 작으면 수소 저장능이 문제가 되기 때문이다.
또한 본 발명에서는 상기 형성되는 제1 박막(31)층과 제2 박막(33)층의 두께를 각각 1nm ~ 100㎛ 범위에 있는 것이 바람직하며, 보다 바람직하게는 3nm ~ 100nm, 그리고 가장 바람직하게는 5nm ~ 15nm범위에 있는 것이다.
후속하여 본 발명에서는, 도 1 (c)와 같이 탄성기판(10)에 인장응력을 부여함으로써 상기 박막 배열체(30)의 표면에서 내부로 나노 갭(50)을 형성하며, 이때, 상기 나노 갭은 100㎚ 내지 100㎛의 폭을 갖는 것이 바람직하다.
즉, 상기 탄성기판(10)에 형성된 상기 박막 배열체(30)는 인장력 작용방향으로 인장됨과 동시에 그 수직 방향으로는 압축된다. 또한, 상기 탄성 기판(10)에 인가된 인장력을 다시 회수하게 되면, 상기 박막 배열체(30)는 인장력이 회수된 방향으로 압축됨과 동시에, 그 수직방향으로는 다시 인장된다.
따라서, 본 발명은 상기 탄성 기판(10)에 인장력을 부과하는 간단한 방법으로 상기 박막 배열체에 물리적인 스트레인을 부과하며, 이를 통해 단시간에 값싸고 손쉽게 나노 갭을 갖는 박막 배열체(30)를 제조할 수 있다.
다시 말하면, 상기 탄성 기판(10)에 인장력을 부과하는 간단한 방법으로 상기 탄성 기판(10)의 표면에 일체로 형성된 박막 배열체(30)에 물리적인 스트레인을 부과할 수 있고, 물리적인 스트레인이 부과된 상기 박막 배열체(30)에는, 수직으로 교차하여, 나노 갭(11)이 형성되게 된다.
상기 탄성 기판(10)에 작용된 인장력은 상기 박막 배열체(30)에 그대로 전달되기 때문에, 상기 탄성 기판(10)이 갖는 프와송 비(poisson's ratio)에 의해 상기 박막 배열체(30)의 인장방향(x 방향), 또는 그 수축 방향(y 방향)으로의 인장과 수축의 비율이 결정되게 된다.
본 발명에서, 상기 박막 배열체는 인장력이 작용한 x 방향으로 인장됨과 동시에, 인장력이 작용한 방향의 수직 방향인 y 방향으로 수축하게 된다. 따라서, 상기 박막 배열체(30)에 작용하는 물리적인 스트레인, 및 스트레인에 의한 나노 갭(50)의 효율적인 형성을 종합적으로 고려하여 상기 탄성 기판(10)에 작용하는 인장력의 크기를 조절할 필요가 있다.
또한, 상기 탄성 기판(10)에 작용하는 인장력은 상기 탄성 기판의 특성과 상기 탄성 기판의 표면에 일체로 형성된 상기 박막 배열체(30)의 두께, 재질 및 성질 등을 종합적으로 고려하여, 상기 배열체(30)에 균일하게 나노 갭(50)이 형성될 수 있도록, 상기 탄성 기판(10)이 인장되는 것이 바람직하며, 상기 탄성 기판(10)이 1.05 내지 1.50 배로 신장되도록 인가되는 것이 가장 바람직하다.
상기 박막 배열체(30)가 형성된 탄성 기판(10)에 인장력을 인가하게 되면, 상술한 바와 같이, 상기 박막 배열체(30)는 인장력이 인가된 x 방향으로 인장함과 동시에 y 방향으로 수축하여 물리적인 스트레인을 받게 되어 나노 갭(50)을 형성하게 된다. 이때, 단 1회라도 인장력을 인가하더라도 상기 박막 배열체에는 나노 갭(50)이 형성될 수 있으나, 나노 갭(50)이 형성될 때의 방향성 및 균일성을 고려하면, 상기 탄성 기판(10)에 작용하는 인장력은 1회 이상 반복하여 작용하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 인장력의 인가는 단순히 하나의 특정 방향으로만 인가될 수도 있으나, 이에 제한되는 것은 아니며, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 하나 이상의 방향, 예를 들면, 2 방향, 3 방향으로 인장력을 인가하여 상기 박막 배열체에 나노 갭이 형성하는 것을 촉진할 수도 있다.
상기 3 방향으로 인장력이 인가되는 경우에는, 제1방향, 상기 제1방향과 수직을 이루는 제2방향, 및 상기 제1방향 및 상기 제2방향과는 다른 방향을 이루는 제3방향으로 1회 이상 반복하여, 상기 박막 배열체에 작용하는 스트레인을 효과적으로 집중시킬 수 있고, 이를 통해 상기 박막 배열체에 나노 갭을 형성시킬 수 있으며, 이때 상기 인장력이 인가되는 제2방향은 상기 제1방향과 90°의 각도를 갖고, 상기 인장력이 인가되는 제3방향은 상기 제1방향 및 제2방향과 ±0° 보다 크거나 ±90°보다 작은 각도를 갖는 경우에 상기 박막 배열체에 작용하는 스트레인을 효과적으로 집중시킬 수 있다.
상술한 바와 같은 공정으로 제조된 본 발명의 나노갭을 갖는 수소저장합금은, 탄성 기판(10); 상기 탄성 기판(10)상에 형성된 Mg 또는 Mg합금의 제1 박막(31)과, 상기 제1 박막상에 형성된 Ti, Ni, Al, Fe, Pd, Cu, V, Sc, Co, Mm 및 Ce중 선택된 1종 이상의 제 2 합금 박막(33)의 반복으로 이루어진, 상기 제2 박막(33)을 최외층으로 하는 다수의 제1 박막-제2 박막의 배열체(30); 및 상기 박막 배열체(30)의 표면에서 내부로 형성된 다수의 나노 갭(50);을 포함하여 구성된다.
이하, 실시예를 통하여 본 발명을 상세히 설명한다.
(실시예)
PDMS 기판상에 Co-sputtering 공정을 이용하여 그 최외층을 Pd박막으로 하는 Mg-Pd 박막을 365개 교대로 적층하여 도 4와 같이, Mg-Pd박막 배열체를 형성하였다. 이때 상기 적층된 Mg-Pd 박막 배열체의 총 두께는 1㎛로 관리하였으며, Pd막과 Mg(82%)막의 두께는 각각 1.0nm와 4.5nm로 관리하였다.
한편 비교를 위하여 상기와 동일한 조건으로 Mg-Pd 박막 배열체를 Si기판상에 형성하였다.
그리고 상기와 같이 그 상부에 Mg-Pd 박막 배열체가 형성된 PDMS기판을 일방으로 20% 인장시켜, 그 상부에 형성된 Mg-Pd 박막 배열체의 표면에서부터 내부로 나노갭 크랙을 형성하였다.
상기와 같이 나노 갭이 형성된 Mg-Pd 박막 배열체를 갖는 PDMS기판의 수소흡수능을 100℃에서 측정하여 도 5에 나타내었으며, 이때 비교를 위하여 Si 기판을 이용하고 나노 갭이 형성되지 않은 Mg-Pd 박막 배열체에 대한 수소흡수능도 동시에 측정하여 도 5에 나타내었다.
도 5에 나타난 바와 같이, 100℃에서 그 표면에서 내부로 나노 갭이 형성된 Mg-Pd 박막 배열체를 갖는 PDMS기판이 Si기판의 경우보다 우수한 수소흡수능을 나타냄을 알 수 있다. 구체적으로, 100℃에서 1MPa에서 PDMS기판의 경우가 Si 기판에 비해 3.5배, 최대 3.7배의 수소 흡수능을 가짐을 알 수 있다.
한편 도 6은 나노 갭이 형성된 Pd-Mg 박막 배열체를 갖는 PDMS기판의 시간에대한 수소흡수능을 나타내는 그래프로서, 모두 3분이내의 짧은 시간내에 수소가 급격한 속도로 저장됨을 알 수 있다.
본 발명은 상술한 실시형태 및 첨부된 도면에 의해 한정되는 것이 아니라, 첨부된 청구범위에 의해 해석되어야 한다. 또한, 본 발명에 대하여 청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 다양한 형태의 치환, 변형 및 변경이 가능하다는 것은 당해 기술분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 자명할 것이다.
본 발명은 차세대 대체 에너지인 수소를 저장하는 수소저장재인 수소저장합금의 제조방법과 그에 의해 생산된 제품에 이용이 가능하다.

- 탄성 기판을 마련하는 제1 공정;상기 기판상에 Mg 또는 Mg합금의 제1 박막을 형성하는 제2 공정;상기 제1 박막상에 Ti, Ni, Al, Fe, Pd, Cu, V, Sc, Co, Mm 및 Ce중 선택된 1종 이상의 제 2 합금 박막을 형성하는 제3 공정;상기 제2 공정과 제3 공정을 반복함으로써 상기 탄성 기판상에 상기 제2 박막을 최외층으로 하는 다수의 제1 박막-제2 박막의 배열체를 형성하는 제4 공정; 및상기 탄성 기판에 인장력을 작용시켜 상기 탄성 기판 표면에 형성된 상기 박막 배열체의 표면에서 내부로 다수의 나노 갭을 형성하는 제5공정;을 포함하는 나노 갭을 갖는 수소저장합금의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 인장력의 인가 시에, 상기 박막층은 인장력이 작용한 방향으로 인장되는 동시에, 인장력이 작용한 방향의 수직 방향으로 압축되고, 상기 인장력의 회수 시에, 상기 박막층은 인장력이 회수된 방향으로 다시 압축되는 동시에, 인장력이 회수된 방향의 수직방향으로 다시 인장되는 것에 의해 상기 나노 갭이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 나노 갭을 갖는 수소저장합금의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 기판은 0.3~0.7의 프와송 비(poisson's ratio)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 나노 갭을 갖는 수소저장합금의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 인장력은 상기 탄성기판이 1.05 내지 1.50배로 신장되도록 인가됨을 특징으로 하는 나노 갭을 갖는 수소저장합금의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 기판을 이루는 탄성 소재는 천연고무, 합성고무, 또는 폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 갭을 갖는 수소저장합금의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 합성고무는 부타디엔계 고무, 이소프렌계 고무, 클로로프렌계 고무, 니트릴계 고무, 폴리우레탄계 고무, 및 실리콘계 고무로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나일 수 있고, 상기 실리콘계 고무는 PDMS(polydimethylsiloane)인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 갭을 갖는 수소저장합금의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 Mg합금은 Mg와, Ti, Ni, Al, Fe, Pd, Cu, V, Sc, Co, Mm 및 Ce중 선택된 1종 이상의 금속의 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 갭을 갖는 수소저장합금의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 박막 배열체의 전체 두께는 100nm~10 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 갭을 갖는 수소저장합금의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 박막 배열체를 이루는 제1 박막과 제2 박막은 그 두께가 각각 1nm ~ 100㎛범위에 있음을 특징으로 하는 나노 갭을 갖는 수소저장합금의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 나노 갭은 그 폭이 1nm ~ 10㎛범위에 있음을 특징으로 하는 나노 갭을 갖는 수소저장합금의 제조방법.
- 탄성 기판;상기 탄성 기판상에 형성된 Mg 또는 Mg합금의 제1 박막과, 상기 제1 박막상에 형성된 Ti, Ni, Al, Fe, Pd, Cu, V, Sc, Co, Mm 및 Ce중 선택된 1종 이상의 제 2 합금 박막의 반복으로 이루어진, 상기 제2 박막을 최외층으로 하는 다수의 제1 박막-제2 박막의 배열체; 및상기 박막 배열체의 표면에서 내부로 형성된 다수의 나노 갭;을 포함하는 나노 갭을 갖는 수소저장합금.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 기판은 PDMS기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 갭을 갖는 수소저장합금.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 Mg합금은 Mg와, Ti, Ni, Al, Fe, Pd, Cu, V, Sc, Co, Mm 및 Ce중 선택된 1종 이상의 금속의 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 갭을 갖는 수소저장합금.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 박막 배열체의 전체 두께는 100nm~10 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 갭을 갖는 수소저장합금.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 박막 배열체를 이루는 제1 박막과 제2 박막은 그 두께가 각각 1nm ~ 100㎛범위에 있음을 특징으로 하는 나노 갭을 갖는 수소저장합금.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 박막 배열체를 이루는 제1 박막과 제2 박막은 그 두께가 각각 3nm ~ 100nm범위에 있음을 특징으로 하는 나노 갭을 갖는 수소저장합금.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 나노 갭은 그 폭이 1nm ~ 10㎛범위에 있음을 특징으로 하는 나노 갭을 갖는 수소저장합금.
