本发明的实施例公开了一种付费节目的点播方法、装置及系统,涉及电视技术领域,为使用户完成缴费后能够自动播放已点播的付费节目而发明。该方法包括:向EPG服务器发送点播请求,接收EPG服务器发送需要充值的金额,向支付平台发送重定向请求,重定向请求中携带有EPG服务器提供的HTTPURL,由支付平台保存该HTTPURL,接收支付平台发送的重定向响应,该重定向响应中携带有HTTPURL,根据该HTTPURL定向到付费节目的点播处理页面,从付费节目的点播处理页面中获取RTSPURL,并根据该RTSPURL向CDN请求播放所述付费节目。本发明主要应用于付费节目点播领域。

付费节目的点播方法、 装置及系统
本申请要求于 2011 年 09 月 07 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201110264032.9、 发明名称为 "付费节目的点播方法、 装置及系统" 的中国专 利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及电视技术领域, 尤其涉及一种付费节目的点播方法、 装置 及系统。
背景技术
数字电视是一种使用数字信号对电视信号进行处理、 传输、 发射 和接收的电视设备, 该设备通过机顶盒 ( Se t-top Box , STB ) 接收经 过压缩的数字信号, 并将数字信号解压转换成为数字电视可以显示的 图像信号。数字电视技术增加了交互功能,赋予了电视包括视频点播、 网上购物、 远程教学、 远程医疗在内的全新功能, 使人们可以按照自 己的需求获取各种网络服务。
目前的数字电视业务主要采用预付费的付费方式, 即用户账户余 额必须大于本次点播费用才允许用户点播付费节目, 这种付费方式可 以防止用户欠费, 最大限度的保证了运营商的合法利益。
现有付费节目播放的技术, 在用户点播付费节目时, 如果用户的 账户余额不足以支付本次付费节目, 则系统通知用户缴费, 用户通过 与机顶盒相连的付费输入终端输入银行卡账号和密码进行缴费, 缴费 完成后用户重新点播该付费节目以进行浏览。
在实现上述付费节目点播的过程中, 发明人发现现有技术中至少 存在如下问题: 用户完成缴费后, 不能直接观看已点播的付费节目, 而需在电子节目菜单 (E l ec t ron i c Program Gu i de , EPG ) 服务器中重 新点播该付费节目, 为用户点播付费节目带来了不便。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种付费节目的点播方法、 装置及系统, 能 够在用户完成缴费后, 自动播放已点播的付费节目, 为用户点播付费 节目带来了便捷。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的实施例采用如下技术方案: 一种付费节目的点播方法, 包括:
向电子节目菜单服务器 EPG服务器发送点播请求, 以便所述 EPG服 务器根据所述点播请求向运营支撑系统发送扣费请求;
当所述运营支撑系统的扣费结果为余额不足时, 接收所述 EPG服务 器发送需要充值的金额;
在向所述 EPG服务器发送充值请求后,向支付平台发送重定向请求, 所述重定向请求中携带有所述 EPG 服务器提供的网络统一资源定位符 HTTP URL , 由所述支付平台保存所述 HTTP URL , 所述 HTTP URL为所述 付费节目的点播处理页面地址; 当充值完成后, 接收所述支付平台发送的重定向响应, 所述重定向 响应中携带有所述 HTTP URL , 根据所述 HTTP URL定向到所述付费节目 的点播处理页面;
当所述运营支撑系统完成扣费后, 从所述付费节目的点播处理页面 中获取实时流传输协议统一资源定位符 RTSP URL ,并根据所述 RTSP URL 向内容分发网络 CDN请求播放所述付费节目。
一种付费节目的点播方法, 包括:
接收用户终端发送的重定向请求, 所述重定向请求中携带有由所述 EPG服务器提供的 HTTP URL , 所述 HTTP URL为所述付费节目的点播处 理页面地址; 保存所述 HTTP URL ;
当充值完成后, 在重定向响应中向所述用户终端携带所述 HTTP URL。 一种用户终端, 包括:

本发明实施例中的用户终端以 S TB 为例进行说明, 但实际中的用 户终端并不限于此。
实施例一
本发明实施例提供一种付费节目的点播方法, 如图 1 所示, 包括 以下步骤:
1 01、 向 EPG服务器发送点播请求。 该点播请求为用户点播的某一个付费节目。
1 02、 EPG服务器向运营支撑系统发送扣费请求。
1 03、 当运营支撑系统的扣费结果为余额不足时, 接收 EPG服务器 发送需要充值的金额。 本发明实施例中以对付费节目按次付费为例进行说明, 实际应用中 本实施例也适用于用户使用包年的付费方式, 此种方式下, 当用户账户 余额不足以支付点播的付费节目的费用时,运营支撑系统向 STB发送需 要充值的金额。
本实施例中采用按次付费的付费方式, 所需充值的金额至少为用户 所点播的付费节目的价格减去用户账户余额所形成的差额。
104、 向 EPG服务器发送充值请求。

Network, CDN ) 请求播放用户所点播的付费节目。 本发明实施例提供的付费节目的点播方法, 在用户向支付平台发 送充值请求时, 由 STB在对支付平台的重定向请求中携带 EPG服务器 提供的 HTTP URL, 支付平台暂时保存该 HTTP URL。 当运营支撑系统对 付费节目完成扣费后,支付平台在重定向响应中返回 HTTPURL给 STB, 以便 STB根据该 HTTP URL定向到付费节目的点播处理页面并从该页面 中获取用于播放付费节目的 RTSP URL。 避免了现有技术中运营支撑系 统对付费节目完成扣费后, 还需用户重新点播所述付费节目的问题,
节省了用户的操作步骤, 为用户点播付费节目带来了便捷。
实施例二
本实施例提供一种付费节目的点播方法, 如图 2 所示, 包括以下 步骤:
2 01、 接收 STB发送的重定向请求, 该重定向请求中携带有由 EPG 服务器提供的 HTTP URL。
该 HTTP URL为付费节目的点播处理页面地址。
2 02、 保存所接收到的 HTTP URL。
2 0 3、当充值完成后,在重定向响应中向 S TB携带步骤 2 01中的 HTTP 肌。

实施例三
本发明实施例提供一种付费节目的点播方法, 如图 3 所示, 包括 以下步骤:
3 01、 向 EPG服务器发送点播请求。 该点播请求为用户点播的某一个付费节目。
3 02、 EPG服务器根据该点播请求向运营支撑系统发送扣费请求。
该扣费请求中包括: 用户业务账号、 付费节目编号以及消息事务, 其中, 用户业务账号为用户所使用的 STB的账号, 付费节目编号为用户 点播的付费节目在 EPG中的编号, 消息事务用于携带其他辅助信息。
3 03、 运营支撑系统对该付费节目进行综合定价。
运营支撑系统根据用户点播的付费节目的产品价格、 用户的消费记 录、用户订购的套餐类型以及运营商的优惠政策对该付费节目进行综合 定价,并且根据该定价以及用户账户的余额向 EPG服务器发送扣费结果。
3 04、 当运营支撑系统的扣费结果为余额不足时, 接收 EPG服务器 发送需要充值的金额。
S TB接收需要充值的金额的参数包括: 提示信息、 点播费用以及需 要充值的金额, 其中,
提示信息用于提示用户是否需要充值, 点播费用为运营支撑系统对 付费节目综合定价后的费用价格,需要充值的金额为用户所点播的付费 节目的价格减去用户账户余额所形成的差额。
本发明实施例中以对付费节目按次付费为例进行说明, 实际应用中 本实施例也适用于用户使用包年的付费方式, 此种方式下, 当用户账户 余额不足以支付点播的付费节目的费用时,运营支撑系统向 STB发送需 要充值的金额。

3 05、 向 EPG服务器发送充值请求。
3 06、向 EPG服务器发送充值请求后,向支付平台发送重定向请求, 该重定向请求中携带有 EPG服务器提供的 HTTP URL。
此 HTTP URL 为用户点播的付费节目的点播处理页面地址。 同时将 用户提供的用户银行账号及密码发送给支付平台以便运营商对用户的 缴费进行转账。
与 HTTP URL—同发送的还包括: 用户业务账号和付费节目名称。
3 07、 支付平台接收 STB发送的 HTTP URL并对此 HTTP URL进行保 存。
3 08、 运营商根据用户提供的银行账号及密码将用户的缴费进行转 账。
步骤 304中向 STB发送需要充值的金额至少为用户所点播的付费节 目与用户账户余额的差值,但是在转账时用户可以选择缴纳多于需要充 值金额的费用存在用户位于运营支撑系统中的用户账户上, 以便在以后 的点播中进行扣费。
3 09、 支付平台判断所述用户是否缴费成功, 如果缴费成功则支付 平台将用户的缴费充值到用户位于运营支撑系统中的用户账户上。
当运营商接收到来自银行系统的转账时, 判断结果为用户缴费成功, 当运营商没有接收到来自银行系统的转账时,判断结果为用户缴费失败。
3 1 0、 当充值完成后, 接收支付平台发送的重定向响应, 该重定向 响应中携带有支付平台保存的 HTTP URL。
3 1 1、 接收到 HTTP URL后, STB根据该 HTTP URL定向到付费节目的 点播处理页面。
3 1 2、 运营支撑系统对付费节目进行扣费。 扣费额度为步骤 304中向 STB发送需要充值的金额, 亦即付费节目 的价格减去用户账户余额所形成的差额。
3 1 3、运营支撑系统完成扣费后, S TB从付费节目的点播处理页面中 获取 RTSP 肌。

此外本发明实施例提供的付费节目的点播方法, 在对付费节目定 价时, 根据该付费节目的产品价格、 用户的消费记录、 用户订购的套 餐类型以及运营商的优惠政策对该付费节目进行综合定价, 与现有技 术中只根据付费节目的产品价格进行定价相比, 实现了产品的精细化 运营。
实施例四 本发明实施例提供一种 STB , 如图 4所示, 包括:
第一发送单元 4 1、 第一接收单元 42、 重定向单元 4 3、 第二接收单 元 44以及第一获取单元 45 , 其中,
第一发送单元 4 1 , 用于向 EPG 服务器发送点播请求, 以便该 EPG 服务器根据该点播请求向运营支撑系统发送扣费请求。
该扣费请求中包括: 用户业务账号、 付费节目编号以及消息事务, 其中, 用户业务账号为用户所使用的 STB的账号, 付费节目编号为用户 点播的付费节目在 EPG中的编号, 消息事务用于携带其他辅助信息。
第一接收单元 42 ,用于当所述运营支撑系统的扣费结果为余额不足 时, 接收所述 EPG服务器发送需要充值的金额。
S TB接收需要充值的金额的参数包括: 提示信息、 点播费用以及需 要充值的金额, 其中,
提示信息用于提示用户是否需要充值, 点播费用为运营支撑系统对 付费节目综合定价后的费用价格,需要充值的金额为用户所点播的付费 节目的价格减去用户账户余额所形成的差额。

STB根据该 HTTP URL定向到付费节目的点播处理页面。 第一获取单元 45, 用于当运营支撑系统完成扣费后, STB从付费节 目的点播处理页面中获取 RTSP URL, 并根据该 RTSP URL向 CDN请求播 放所述付费节目。 进一步可选的,如图 5所示, EPG服务器还包括:第二获取单元 51, 用于获取由 EPG服务器接收到的运营支撑系统发送的扣费结果。 本实施例还提供一种支付平台,如图 6所示, 包括: 接收单元 61、 保存单元 62以及重定向单元 63, 其中, 接收单元 61, 用于接收 STB发送的重定向请求, 该重定向请求中携 带有由 EPG服务器提供的 HTTP URL, 该 HTTP URL为所述付费节目的 点播处理页面地址。 保存单元 62, 用于保存接收到的 HTTP URL。

此外本发明实施例提供的 STB, 在对付费节目定价时, 根据该付费 节目的产品价格、 用户的消费记录、 用户订购的套餐类型以及运营商 的优惠政策对该付费节目进行综合定价, 与现有技术中只根据付费节 目的产品价格进行定价相比, 实现了产品的精细化运营。

此外本发明实施例提供的付费节目的点播系统, 在对付费节目定 价时, 根据该付费节目的产品价格、 用户的消费记录、 用户订购的套
餐类型以及运营商的优惠政策对该付费节目进行综合定价, 与现有技 术中只根据付费节目的产品价格进行定价相比, 实现了产品的精细化 运营。
通过以上的实施方式的描述, 所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了 解到本发明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件的方式来实现, 当然也可以 通过硬件, 但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。 基于这样的理解, 本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软 件产品的形式体现出来, 该计算机软件产品存储在可读取的存储介质 中, 如计算机的软盘, 硬盘或光盘等, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计 算机设备 (可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等) 执行本发 明各个实施例所述的方法。

Claims
1、 一种付费节目的点播方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
向电子节目菜单服务器 EPG服务器发送点播请求, 以便所述 EPG服 务器根据所述点播请求向运营支撑系统发送扣费请求;
当所述运营支撑系统的扣费结果为余额不足时, 接收所述 EPG服务 器发送需要充值的金额;
在向所述 EPG服务器发送充值请求后,向支付平台发送重定向请求, 所述重定向请求中携带有所述 EPG 服务器提供的网络统一资源定位符 HTTP URL , 由所述支付平台保存所述 HTTP URL , 所述 HTTP URL为所述 付费节目的点播处理页面地址;
当充值完成后, 接收所述支付平台发送的重定向响应, 所述重定向 响应中携带有所述 HTTP URL , 根据所述 HTTP URL定向到所述付费节目 的点播处理页面;
当所述运营支撑系统完成扣费后, 从所述付费节目的点播处理页面 中获取实时流传输协议统一资源定位符 RTSP URL ,并根据所述 RTSP URL 向内容分发网络 CDN请求播放所述付费节目。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的付费节目的点播方法, 其特征在于, 在 所述 EPG服务器根据所述点播请求向运营支撑系统发送扣费请求之后, 还包括: 获取由所述 EPG服务器接收到的所述运营支撑系统发送的扣费结果, 其中,所述运营支撑系统根据所述扣费请求对所述付费节目进行综合定 价, 按照综合定价确定的价格进行扣费处理, 获取扣费结果。
3、 根据权利要求 2 所述的付费节目的点播方法, 其特征在于, 所 述运营支撑系统根据所述扣费请求对所述付费节目进行综合定价包括: 根据所述付费节目的产品价格、 用户的消费记录、 所述用户订购的 套餐类型以及运营商的优惠政策对所述付费节目进行综合定价。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的付费节目的点播方法, 其特征在于, 所 述需要充值的金额至少为播放所述付费节目所需支付的金额。
5、 根据权利要求 1 所述的付费节目的点播方法, 其特征在于, 在 所述接收所述支付平台发送的重定向响应之前, 还包括:
所述支付平台判断所述用户是否缴费成功;
当运营商接收到来自银行系统的转账时, 所述支付平台的判断结果 为所述用户缴费成功,所述支付平台将所述用户的缴费充值到位于所述 运营支撑系统中的用户账户上;
当所述运营商没有接收到来自所述银行系统的转账时, 所述支付平 台的判断结果为所述用户缴费失败。
6、 根据权利要求 5 所述的付费节目的点播方法, 其特征在于, 在 所述支付平台将所述用户的缴费充值到位于所述运营支撑系统中的用 户账户上之后, 还包括: 所述运营支撑系统对所述用户账户进行扣款;
所述扣款的金额为播放所述付费节目所需支付的金额。
7、 一种付费节目的点播方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收用户终端发送的重定向请求, 所述重定向请求中携带有由所述 EPG服务器提供的 HTTP URL , 所述 HTTP URL为所述付费节目的点播处 理页面地址;
保存所述 HTTP URL ;
当充值完成后, 在重定向响应中向所述用户终端携带所述 HTTP URL。
8、 一种用户终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一发送单元, 用于向 EPG服务器发送点播请求, 以便所述 EPG服 务器根据所述点播请求向运营支撑系统发送扣费请求;
第一接收单元, 用于当所述运营支撑系统的扣费结果为余额不足时, 接收所述 EPG服务器发送需要充值的金额;
重定向单元, 用于在向所述 EPG服务器发送充值请求后, 向支付平 台发送重定向请求, 所述重定向请求中携带有所述 EPG 服务器提供的 HTTP URL , 由所述支付平台保存所述 HTTP URL , 所述 HTTP URL为所述 付费节目的点播处理页面地址;
第二接收单元, 用于当充值完成后, 接收所述支付平台发送的重定 向响应, 所述重定向响应中携带有所述 HTTP URL , 根据所述 HTTP URL 定向到所述付费节目的点播处理页面; 第一获取单元, 用于当所述运营支撑系统完成扣费后, 从所述付费 节目的点播处理页面中获取 RTSP URL , 并根据所述 RTSP URL向 CDN请 求播放所述付费节目。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的用户终端, 其特征在于, 还包括: 第二获取单元, 用于获取由所述 EPG服务器接收到的所述运营支撑 系统发送的扣费结果, 其中, 所述运营支撑系统根据所述扣费请求对所 述付费节目进行综合定价, 按照综合定价确定的价格进行扣费处理, 获 取扣费结果;
所述运营支撑系统根据所述付费节目的产品价格、 用户的消费记录、 所述用户订购的套餐类型以及运营商的优惠政策对所述付费节目进行 综合定价。

接收单元, 用于接收用户终端发送的重定向请求, 所述重定向请求 中携带有由所述 EPG服务器提供的 HTTP URL , 所述 HTTP URL为所述付 费节目的点播处理页面地址;
保存单元, 用于保存所述 HTTP URL ;
重定向单元, 用于当充值完成后, 在重定向响应中向所述用户终端 携带所述 HTTP URL。
1 1、 一种付费节目的点播系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 用户终端、 EPG 服务器、 支付平台以及运营支撑系统, 其中: 所述用户终端用于向所述 EPG服务器发送点播请求, 以便所述 EPG 服务器根据所述点播请求向所述运营支撑系统发送扣费请求, 当所述运 营支撑系统的扣费结果为余额不足时,接收所述 EPG服务器发送需要充 值的金额, 在向所述 EPG服务器发送充值请求后, 向支付平台发送重定 向请求, 所述重定向请求中携带有所述 EPG服务器提供的 HTTP URL , 由所述支付平台保存所述 HTTP URL , 所述 HTTP URL为所述付费节目的 点播处理页面地址, 当充值完成后, 接收所述支付平台发送的重定向响 应, 所述重定向响应中携带有所述 HTTP URL , 根据所述 HTTP URL定向 到所述付费节目的点播处理页面, 当所述运营支撑系统完成扣费后, 从 所述付费节目的点播处理页面中获取 RTSP URL , 并根据所述 RTSP URL 向 CDN请求播放所述付费节目; 所述 EPG服务器用于接收所述用户终端发送的所述点播请求, 根据 所述点播请求向运营支撑系统发送扣费请求, 当所述运营支撑系统的扣 费结果为余额不足时, 向所述用户终端发送需要充值的金额, 接收所述 用户中端发送的充值请求,在所述用户终端向所述支付平台发送重定向 请求时为所述用户终端提供所述 HTTP URL ; 所述支付平台用于接收所述用户终端发送的所述重定向请求, 所述 重定向请求中携带有由所述 EPG服务器提供的所述 HTTP URL ,所述 HTTP
URL为所述付费节目的点播处理页面地址, 保存所述 HTTP URL , 当充值 完成后, 在重定向响应中向所述用户终端携带所述 HTTP URL ; 运营支撑系统用于接收所述 EPG 服务器发送的所述扣费请求, 根据 所述扣费请求对所述付费节目进行综合定价, 按照综合定价确定的价格 进行扣费处理, 获取扣费结果, 并将所述扣费结果发送给所述 EPG服务 器, 对所述付费节目进行扣费。
