如图 2、 图 3所示, 根据本发明的一些实施例, 搅拌件 2和碎;水件 3被驱动装置 5同步 地驱动。 需要说明的是, 搅袢件 2、 碎水件 3可以分别由驱动装置驱动。 例如分别与电机连 接。 也可以通过传动装置将搅拌件 2和碎冰件 3相连接。 可以通过设置在第一转动轴 21或 碎水件 3的转动轴上的电机驱动器 6与转动动力源连接, 例如转动动力源可以为电机。
才艮据本发明的一个实施例, 搅拌部 22可以与第一转动轴 21—体形成, 也可以和第一转 动轴 21通过焊接或通过螺栓进行连接,只要使第一转动轴 21与搅拌部 22稳固的连接即可。
碎水件 3设置在储水盒体 1内, 且包括可枢转地连接至储水盒体 1的第二转动轴 31及 设置在第二转动轴 31之上的由多个旋转刀片构成的旋转刀片组 32。 设置旋转刀片组 32可 以提高碎水效率, 通过与搅拌件 1的配合使用, 使出水效率大大提高。
如图 2、 图 3所示, 根据本发明的一些示例, 驱动装置 5包括: 第一齿轮 51、 第二齿轮 52 以及电机驱动器 6, 所述第一齿轮 51连接至第一转动轴 21, 第二齿轮 52连接至第二转 动轴 31 ; 电机驱动器 6用于驱动所述第一齿轮 51或者第二齿轮 52 , 其中第一齿轮 51与第 二齿轮 52啮合。 这样只需驱动第一转动轴 21或第二转动轴 11即可实现搅拌、 碎;水和出水 整个过程。
如图 2、 图 3所示, 根据本发明的一些示例, 搅拌件 2的搅拌部 22为框状体, 第一转动 轴 21轴线位于框状体的平面内。这样搅拌部 11的框状体结构可以起到搅拌水块的作用。 第 一转动轴 21轴线位于框状体的平面内这样使搅拌件 1在搅拌时处于一个较稳定的状态, 搅 拌效率较高。 同时, 框状体中间的空间部分可以方便其上方的水块下落, 进一步提高了搅拌 效率。
更进一步地, 如图 3-图 6所示, 储水盒体 1中可以进一步设置有间隔件 19 , 其中第一 齿轮 51和第二齿轮 52与搅拌件 2和碎水件 3分别位于通过间隔件 19所分开的两个容纳空 间内。 这样可以将驱动装置 5与搅拌件 2、 碎水件 3及水块隔离, 以使碎水过程顺利进行。
有利地, 框状体可以为矩形框或者圆形框, 都可以起到提供高搅拌效率的作用, 同时可 以方便水块的下落, 进一步提高了搅拌效率。
如图 3、 图 6所示, 才艮据本发明的一个具体示例, 储水盒体 1的下部形成有收紧部 1 5 , 收紧部 15由加水口方向朝向出水口方向使储水盒体的宽度逐渐变小。 可以将碎水 3件设置 在收紧部 1 5内, 这样的结构使水块在下降过程中向碎水件 3集中, 使水块被破碎的更加彻 底, 提高了碎水件 3的碎;水效率, 加快了出水速度。
如图 3、 图 6所示, 根据本发明的一个实施例, 出水口 12设置在收紧部 15上或设置在 储水盒体 1的下端面上。 这样的结构可以方便使用者进行取冰操作。
下面将参照附图来简单描述该碎水装置的使用步骤。
首先, 将水放入储水盒体 1内, 例如可以采用人工手动加水的方式将水块放入储水盒体 1内备用。 当需要取水的时候, 动力源对驱动装置 5提供动力, 这样驱动装置 5带动搅水件 2和碎水件 3动作。 搅水件 2搅动水块, 碎水件 3将较大的水块破碎, 以使水块可以从出水 口 12取出。 这里需要说明的是, 动力源对驱动装置 5提供动力, 可以是通过电机对驱动装 置 5提供动力; 也可以通过人工为驱动装置 5提供动力, 例如可以设置与搅水件 2和碎水件 3连动的选装手把使搅水件 2和碎;水件 3动作。
下面将结合图 1来描述包括上述碎水装置的的水箱,其中图 1示意地显示了包括该碎水 装置的水箱。
参见图 1所示, 根据本发明上述实施例提出了一种具有该碎水装置的种水箱, 包括: 箱 体 8和门体 9 , 箱体 8上形成有腔室 7 ; 门体 9安装在箱体 8上, 用于闭合腔室 7 , 其中门 体上安装有如上所述的碎水装置。 该水箱既可以是单门水箱、 也可以是双门;水箱、 法式;水箱 或者意式水箱等。 此处, 图 1中所示的水箱只是出于示例的目的, 而不是为了限制本发明的 保护范围。
根据本发明实施例的水箱其结构简单、 实施起来比较容易, 在有限的空间内可以顺利的 完成储水、碎水和出水;碎水装置设置在水箱门体 9上, 与水箱配合使用,其制造成本较低; 在碎水装置内设置有搅水件 2和碎水件 3, 在碎;水的同时, 加快了碎水装置的出水速度。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种碎;水装置, 所述碎水装置用于;水箱, 包括:
储;水盒体, 所述储水盒体上设置有加;水口和出;水口;
搅拌件, 所述搅拌件设置在所述储;水盒体内, 且绕着水平轴线可枢转地转动, 以搅动容 纳在所述储水盒体中的冰块; 以及
碎水件, 所述碎冰件设置在所述储冰盒体内且位于所述搅拌件的下方, 用于将被所述搅 拌件搅动的水块破碎成适于从所述出水口供给。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的碎水装置, 其特征在于, 所述搅拌件包括:
第一转动轴, 所述第一转动轴水平地且可枢转地连接至所述储水盒体; 以及
搅拌部,所述搅拌部连接至所述枢转轴且构造成适于搅动容纳在所述储水盒体中所述水 块。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的碎水装置, 其特征在于, 所述搅拌件的第一转动轴的轴线平 行于或者垂直于所述水箱的门体。
4、 根据权利要求 1-3任一所述的碎;水装置, 进一步包括:
驱动装置, 所述驱动装置用于分别驱动所述搅拌件和所述碎水件转动。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的碎水装置, 其特征在于, 所述搅拌件和所述碎水件被所述驱 动装置同步地驱动。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的碎水装置, 其特征在于, 所述碎水件设置在所述储水盒体内, 且所述破碎件包括:
第二转动轴, 所述第二转动轴可枢转地连接至所述储;水盒体; 以及
旋转刀片组, 所述旋转刀片组设置在所述第二转动轴之上且由多个旋转刀片构成。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的碎冰装置, 其特征在于, 所述驱动装置包括:
第一齿轮, 所述第一齿轮连接至所述第一转动轴,
第二齿轮, 所述第二齿轮连接至所述第二转动轴; 以及
电机驱动器, 所述电机驱动器用于驱动所述第一齿轮或者所述第二齿轮, 其中所述第一 齿轮与所述第二齿轮啮合。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的碎水装置, 其特征在于, 所述储;水盒体中进一步设置有间隔 件,其中所述第一齿轮和所述第二齿轮与所述搅拌件和所述碎水件分别位于通过所述间隔件 所分开的两个容纳空间内。
9、 根据权利要求 3所述的碎水装置, 其特征在于, 所述搅拌件的搅拌部为框状体, 所 述第一转动轴轴线位于所述框状体的平面内。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的碎水装置, 其特征在于, 所述框状体为矩形框或者圆形框。
11、根据权利要求 1所述的碎水装置,其特征在于,所述储冰盒体的下部形成有收紧部, 所述收紧部由加水口方向朝向出冰口方向使所述储冰盒体的宽度逐渐变小,所述碎水件设置 在所述收紧部内。
12、根据权利要求 9所述的碎;水装置, 其特征在于, 所述出水口设置在所述收紧部上或 设置在所述储)水盒体的下端面上。
1 3、 一种;水箱, 其特征在于, 包括:
箱体, 所述箱体上形成有腔室; 和
门体, 所述门体安装在所述箱体上, 用于闭合所述腔室, 其中
所述门体上安装有如权利要求 1-12任一所述的碎水装置。
