Le système de commande pour la commande par l'utilisateur d'un dispositif multimédia d'accès au réseau au moyen d'un moteur valorisé à l'exécution qui fait l'objet de la présente invention comprend : un ou plusieurs fournisseurs de médias qui sont sélectionnés parmi un fabricant fournissant un appareil d'affichage, une entreprise de médias et un portail ou un fournisseur de services de réseautage social sous contrat avec ladite entreprise de médias pour fournir des médias à un consommateur final ; au moins une passerelle de médias qui comporte un contrôleur servant de médiateur pour le ou les fournisseurs de médias afin qu'un dispositif portatif personnel appartenant à l'utilisateur soit employé comme télécommande et qui est connectée à un affichage externe qu'elle commande de manière à ce que cet affichage externe puisse éventuellement être commandé par le dispositif électronique portatif, une unité du moteur d'exécution servant à fournir dynamiquement à l'utilisateur du dispositif personnel portatif une configuration constituée de différents menus, et une unité du moteur de GUI ; une unité du moteur d'exécution/unité de commande qui assure la commande des données émises et reçues à destination et en provenance des fournisseurs de médias ou des passerelles de médias, qui assure la commande d'une sélection de canal de médias, des demandes d'informations détaillées et du réglage du volume, et qui échange des données avec une application installée sur des terminaux appartenant à d'autres utilisateurs ; une unité à mémoire qui sert à conserver un moteur d'exécution devant être piloté dans un système d'exploitation ainsi que des données ; une unité GPS/unité de localisation qui permet de définir des informations sur la localisation de l'utilisateur ; une unité d'affichage qui fait office de surface d'écran ; et une unité de communication sans fil destinée à la communication.
