图6和图7中的锯片(10)(优选中心孔孔径较大的锯片)的锯片体(11)上设有可部分容纳轴向限位片的凹入(16),在锯切宽度一定的条件下,便于设置轴向限位片有合理的材料厚度。
轴向限位片可以设置成呈碟状或外齿垫状或波形环状。碟状、外齿垫状和波形环状的轴向限位片可以减少轴向限位片接触锯片的面积,同时又有一定的弹性,可以降低圆锯机的制造精度要求。
图8中的装有锯片组的圆锯机(40), 机壳体内设有的马达和传动系统,马达通过传动系统驱动同心且旋向相反的内外输出轴(48,41)旋转,带动夹持在内外输出轴法兰(48,41)上的锯片组进行工作,锯片组包括一对圆锯片(10,20),其中每一锯片各有一个锯片体(11,21)和设在锯片体周边上的切割元件(12,22),切割元件为由硬金属制成的锯齿或覆盖有金刚砂的弧段;其中第一锯片适宜在第一方向上环绕一条旋转轴线(r)旋转,而第二锯片适宜在与第一方向相反的第二方向上环绕同一旋转轴线(r)旋转,并且两个锯片在旋转时适宜互相平行地接近,这两个锯片中的锯片的切割元件,在朝向另一锯片方向上,相对其锯片体轴向凸出,在这两个锯片中间,还设置有至少一片不与任一锯片相连接的轴向限位片(30),且该轴向限位片(30)的外径(D2)为锯片的外径(D1)的0.5~0.95倍,以防止两个锯片旋转过程中发生碰撞。轴向限位片(30)上,还设置有接受圆锯机输出轴法兰(41)上驱动输出单元(43)驱动的接受驱动单元(33),轴向限位片(30)可和锯片(10)同时接受同一输出轴法兰(41)的驱动,实现该轴向限位片(30)与该锯片(10)同步旋转。
图9中的装有锯片组的圆锯机(50),轴向限位片(30)不与任一输出轴法兰(41,48)或任一锯片(10,20)形成径向形状锁合,即轴向限位片(30)不设置有接受圆锯机输出轴法兰(41)上驱动输出单元(43)驱动的接受驱动单元(33),,它只通过其中心孔(35)插套在一输出轴法兰的定心突缘(42)上起定心作用,轴向限位片可相对任一锯片作定心自由滑动。
实际应用中,可以通过合理设置传动系统的结构对圆锯机进行优化。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种锯片组, 包括一对圆锯片,其中每一锯片各有一个锯片体和设在锯片体周边上的切割元件,锯片体上设有中心孔,切割元件为硬金属锯齿或覆盖有金刚砂的弧段;其中第一锯片适宜在第一方向上环绕一条旋转轴线旋转,而第二锯片适宜在与第一方向相反的第二方向上环绕同一旋转轴线旋转,并且两个锯片在旋转时适宜互相平行地接近,这两个锯片中的至少有一个锯片的切割元件,在朝向另一锯片方向上,相对其锯片体轴向凸出,其特征在于:在这两个锯片中间,还设置有至少一片不与任一锯片相连接的轴向限位片,且该轴向限位片的外径为锯片的外径的0.5~0.95倍,以防止两个锯片旋转过程中发生碰撞。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的锯片组,其特征在于:所述的轴向限位片上,设置有接受圆锯机输出轴法兰驱动的接受驱动单元。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的锯片组,其特征在于:所述的轴向限位片的中心孔和一锯片的中心孔有相等的内接圆直径,可接受圆锯机输出轴法兰上的定心突缘的定心。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的锯片组,其特征在于: 所述的锯片中,至少有一片锯片(优选中心孔孔径较大的锯片)的锯片体上设有可部分容纳轴向限位片的凹入。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的锯片组,其特征在于:所述的轴向限位片接触锯片的至少一个面上设有与轴向限位片是一体或连接成一体的凸点或凸筋或凸环。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的锯片组,其特征在于:所述的轴向限位片接触锯片的至少一个面上附有减摩层。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的锯片组,其特征在于:所述的轴向限位片呈碟状或外齿垫状或波形环状。
  8. 一种含有锯片组的圆锯机, 机壳体内设有的马达和传动系统,马达通过传动系统驱动同心且旋向相反的内外输出轴旋转,带动夹持在内外输出轴法兰上的锯片组进行工作,锯片组包括一对圆锯片,其中每一锯片各有一个锯片体和设在锯片体周边上的切割元件,切割元件为由硬金属制成的锯齿或覆盖有金刚砂的弧段;其中第一锯片适宜在第一方向上环绕一条旋转轴线旋转,而第二锯片适宜在与第一方向相反的第二方向上环绕同一旋转轴线旋转,并且两个锯片在旋转时适宜互相平行地接近,这两个锯片中的至少有一个锯片的切割元件,在朝向另一锯片方向上,相对其锯片体轴向凸出,其特征在于:在这两个锯片中间,还设置有至少一片不与任一锯片相连接的轴向限位片,且该轴向限位片的外径为锯片的外径的0.5~0.95倍,以防止两个锯片旋转过程中发生碰撞。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的圆锯机,其特征在于:所述的轴向限位片上,设置有接受圆锯机输出轴法兰驱动的接受驱动单元,轴向限位片可和一锯片分别或同时接受同一输出轴法兰的驱动,实现该轴向限位片与该锯片同步旋转。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的圆锯机,其特征在于:轴向限位片不与任一输出轴法兰或任一锯片形成径向形状锁合,它只通过其中心孔插套在一输出轴法兰的定心突缘上起定心作用,轴向限位片可相对任一锯片作定心自由滑动。
