所述调整模块, 还用于当所述当前通知数目小于所述公共控制信道上 通知信道块数能承载的通知的最少数目时, 将所述公共控制信道上通知信 道块数调小。
所述的基站控制器, 还包括:
存储模块, 用于保存各种预设通知信道块数各自对应的数目区间, 所 述数目区间的最大值为对应预设通知信道块数能承载的通知的最多数目、 最小值为所述对应预设通知信道块数能承载的通知的最少数目, 各数目区 间之间没有交集, 大的预设通知信道块数能承载的通知的最少数目大于小 的预设通知信道块数能承载的通知的最多数目。
本发明实施例提供了一种公共控制信道配置的调整系统, 包括: 基站收发台, 用于发送小区内组呼业务的当前通知数目信息或者按周 期发送所述小区内组呼业务的多个通知信道负载指示;
基站控制器, 用于根据所述当前通知数目信息或者多个通知信道负载 指示确定所述小区内组呼业务的当前通知数目; 当所述当前通知数目大于 所述小区当前的公共控制信道上通知信道块数能承载的通知的最多数目 时, 将所述公共控制信道上通知信道块数调大; 当所述当前通知数目小于 所述公共控制信道上通知信道块数能承载的通知的最少数目时, 将所述公 共控制信道上通知信道块数调小。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案, 当小区内组呼业务的当前通知数目大 于小区当前的 CCCH上 NCH块数能承载的通知的最多数目时, 将 CCCH 上 NCH块数调大,相比现有 CCCH信道的静态配置,该技术方案避免出现 NCH块数配置过少而小区内通知较多的情况, 使终端用户及时地接入组呼 业务, 保证通知的调度效率。
进一步地, 当小区内组呼业务的当前通知数目小于小区当前的 CCCH 上 NCH块数能承载的通知的最少数目时, 基站控制器将 CCCH上 NCH块 数调小, 相比现有 CCCH信道的静态配置, 上述调整方法避免出现小区内 通知较少而 NCH块数配置过多的情况,避免造成 CCCH信道的浪费, 不影 响立即指派及寻呼消息的发送效率。 附图说明

为使本发明实施例要解决的技术问题、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下 面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
如图 1 所示, 本发明实施例提供一种公共控制信道配置的调整方法, 包括:
步驟 101、 基站控制器确定小区内组呼业务的当前通知数目。
步驟 102、在当前通知数目大于小区当前的 CCCH上 NCH块数能承载 的通知的最多数目时, 基站控制器将 CCCH上 NCH块数调大。
其中, 步驟 101可具体实施为以下方式:
基站控制器获取基站收发台发送的当前通知数目信息 (记录当前通知 数目 ); 基站控制器可根据当前通知数目信息直接确定出当前通知数目。
或者, 步驟 101可具体实施为以下方式:
基站控制器获取基站收发台在连续多个周期中发送的多个 NCH负载指 示(每个通知数目子信息中记录信息发送时刻的通知数目 ); 基站控制器根 据多个 NCH负载指示确定当前通知数目。
具体地,基站控制器可预先配置各种不同大小的预设 NCH块数各自能 承载的通知的最多数目和最少数目, 以数目区间的形式表示 (数目区间的 最大值为最多数目、 最小值为最少数目, 各数目区间没有交集), 并将各预 设 NCH块数与数目区间对应保存。 其中, 一种预设 NCH块数能承载的通 知的最多数目可根据用户对接入及时性的要求等进行配置, 若用户要求接 入业务要快, 则最多数目可配置为一较小值, 若用户对接入及时性没有要 求, 则最多数目可配置为一较大值; 另外, 一种预设 NCH块数能承载的通 知的最多数目还可以等于该预设 NCH块数乘以一个通知信道块数能承载的 通知的最多数目。一种预设 NCH块数能承载的通知的最少数目可根据系统 对通知信道有效利用率的要求等进行配置, 若系统要求通知信道的有效利 用率要高, 则最少数目可配置为一较大值, 若系统要求通知信道的有效利 用率低, 则最少数目可配置为一较小值; 另外, 一种预设 NCH块数能承载 的通知的最少数目还可以等于该预设 NCH块数能承载的通知的最多数目减 去一个 NCH块数能承载的通知的最多数目。 通常, 大的 NCH块数能承载 的通知的最少数目大于小的 NCH块数能承载的通知的最多数目。 优选地, 可设置成如下述表 1所示的形式。
当多个 NCH负载指示各自携带的通知数目位于不同的数目区间时,确 定最后获取的 NCH负载指示携带的通知数目或者最少的通知数目为当前通 知数目;当多个 NCH负载指示各自携带的通知数目位于相同的数目区间时, 确定多个 NCH负载指示中任一 NCH负载指示携带的通知数目为当前通知 数目; 其中, 数目区间对应一预设 NCH 块数, 数目区间的最大值为预设 NCH块数能承载的通知的最多数目、 最小值为预设 NCH块数能承载的通 知的最少数目, 各数目区间之间没有交集, 大的预设 NCH块数能承载的通 知的最少数目大于小的预设 NCH块数能承载的通知的最多数目。
此时, 步驟 102可具体实施为以下方式:
在当前通知数目大于小区当前的 CCCH上 NCH块数能承载的通知的最 多数目时, 确定当前通知数目所处的当前数目区间;
将当前的 CCCH上 NCH块数调整为当前数目区间对应的预设 NCH块 数。
本发明实施例提供的公共控制信道配置的调整方法, 当小区内组呼业 务的当前通知数目大于小区当前的 CCCH上 NCH块数能承载的通知的最多 数目时, 基站控制器将 CCCH上 NCH块数调大, 相比现有 CCCH信道的 静态配置,上述调整方法避免出现 NCH块数配置过少而小区内通知较多的 情况, 使终端用户及时地接入组呼业务, 保证通知的调度效率。
另外, 现有技术还存在另一个问题: 如果通过配置多个 NCH块(大于 等于两块)来解决通知调度效率的问题, 当小区的组呼业务少时,由于 NCH 与 AGCH、 PCH 共享 CCCH, 势必造成 NCH 块数的浪费, 也就造成 NCHCCCH块数的浪费(这是因为 NCHCCCH块包含 NCH块), 进而影响 立即指派及寻呼消息的发送效率。 为了解决现有技术的上述问题, 本发明 实施例提供的上述调整方法还可以包括以下步驟:
在当前通知数目小于 CCCH上 NCH块数能承载的通知的最少数目时, 基站控制器将 CCCH上 NCH块数调小。
该步驟可具体实施为以下方式:
在当前通知数目小于 CCCH上 NCH块数能承载的通知的最少数目时, 确定当前通知数目所处的当前数目区间;
将当前的 CCCH上 NCH块数调整为当前数目区间对应的预设 NCH块 数。
上述调整方法, 当小区内组呼业务的当前通知数目小于小区当前的 CCCH上 NCH块数能承载的通知的最少数目时, 基站控制器将 CCCH上 NCH块数调小, 相比现有 CCCH信道的静态配置, 上述调整方法避免出现 小区内通知较少而 NCH块数配置过多的情况, 避免造成 NCHCCCH块数 的浪费, 不影响立即指派及寻呼消息的发送效率。
需要说明的是, 在调整 NCH块数时, 可注意调整幅度, 尤以使当前通 知数目落入调整后的 NCH块数能承载的通知的数目区间为宜,这样不仅能 使终端用户及时地接入组呼业务, 保证通知的调度效率, 而且还不会造成 NCH块数的浪费, 不影响立即指派及寻呼消息的发送效率。
下面举具体实施例说明本发明实施例提供的调整方法: 第一步、 NCH块数动态调整涉及的相关配置。
1、 CCCH配置的初始态默认配置一个 NCH块数, 并下发给基站; 后续 CCCH信道的配置情况可以通过后台查询获取;
2、 配置 NCH负载的上报周期为 1秒, 并下发给基站;
3、 BSC ( Base Station Controller, 基站控制器 ) 配置 NCH块数 1到 7 块各自能承载的通知的最多数目和最少数目, 表示为通知数目区间, 如下 表 1所示:

第二步、 基站上电后, BTS ( Base Transceiver Station, 基站收发台) 以 1秒为周期向 BSC上报 NCH负载指示, NCH负载指示包含上报时刻小区 内组呼业务的通知数目。
第三步、 BSC根据连续 3个周期上报的 NCH信道负载指示进行 NCH 块数的动态调整。
NCH信道负载指示序号及通知数目如下表 2:

1、 BSC确定当前通知数目;
根据表 1 , 如果当前 NCH块数为 1 , 则当前 NCH块数能承载的通知的 最多数目为 10;
根据表 2, 指示 1、指示 2、指示 3中分别携带了 8、 9、 11的通知数目, 由于 8、 9、 11处于表 1中的不同数目区间, 则 BSC可确定当前通知数目为 11或者 8; 如果这三个指示中分别携带了 8、 9、 8的通知数目, 由于 8、 9、 8处于表 1中的同一数目区间, 则 BSC可确定当前通知数目为 8。
2、 BSC根据当前通知数目与当前 NCH块数能承载的最多数目或最少 数目的大小关系、 以及表 1对 NCH块数进行调整;
根据表 1 , 如果当前 NCH块数为 1 , 则当前 NCH块数能承载的通知的 最多数目为 10; 如果当前通知数目为 11 , 由于 11 (当前通知数目 ) 大于 10 (当前 NCH块数能承载的通知的最多数目 ), 因此, BSC应将 CCCH上 NCH块数调大, 根据表 1 , 由于 11处于 NCH块数为 2所能承载的通知的 数目区间, 因此, BSC可将 CCCH上 NCH块数调为 2个; 如果当前通知 数目为 8, 由于 8 (当前通知数目 )既不大于 10 (当前 NCH块数能承载的 通知的最多数目), 也不小于当前 NCH块数能承载的通知的最少数目, 因 此, BSC不调整 CCCH上 NCH块数, 保持 CCCH当前配置不变。
根据表 1 , 如果当前 NCH块数为 2, 则当前 NCH块数能承载的通知的 最少数目为 11; 如果当前通知数目为 8, 由于 8小于 11 , 因此, BSC应将 CCCH上 NCH块数调小, 根据表 1 , 由于 8处于 NCH块数为 1所能承载 的通知的数目区间, 因此, BSC可将 CCCH上 NCH块数调为 1个。
该具体实施例利用本发明实施例提供的调整方法, 根据当前通知数目 动态调整 CCCH上 NCH块数,使 CCCH上 NCH块数与小区组呼业务实际 需要协调配合, 避免出现 NCH块数配置过少而小区内通知较多的情况, 使 终端用户及时地接入组呼业务, 保证通知的调度效率。 进一步地, 避免出 现小区内通知较少而 NCH块数配置过多的情况, 避免造成 NCH块数的浪 费, 不影响立即指派及寻呼消息的发送效率。
如图 2所示, 对应上述公共控制信道配置的调整方法, 本发明实施例 还提供了一种基站控制器, 包括:
确定模块, 用于确定小区内组呼业务的当前通知数目;
调整模块, 用于在当前通知数目大于小区当前的公共控制信道上通知 信道块数能承载的通知的最多数目时, 基站控制器将公共控制信道上通知 信道块数调大。
上述调整模块, 还用于在当前通知数目小于公共控制信道上通知信道 块数能承载的通知的最少数目时, 将公共控制信道上通知信道块数调小。
另外, 上述的基站控制器, 还可包括:
存储模块, 用于保存各种预设通知信道块数各自对应的数目区间, 数 目区间的最大值为对应预设通知信道块数能承载的通知的最多数目、 最小 值为对应预设通知信道块数能承载的通知的最少数目, 各数目区间之间没 有交集, 大的预设通知信道块数能承载的通知的最少数目大于小的预设通 知信道块数能承载的通知的最多数目。
本发明实施例提供的上述基站控制器根据当前通知数目动态调整
CCCH上 NCH块数, 使 CCCH上 NCH块数与小区组呼业务实际需要协调 配合, 避免出现 NCH块数配置过少而小区内通知较多的情况, 使终端用户 及时地接入组呼业务, 保证通知的调度效率。 进一步地, 避免出现小区内 通知较少而 NCH块数配置过多的情况, 避免造成 NCHCCCH块数的浪费, 不影响立即指派及寻呼消息的发送效率。
另外, 对应上述公共控制信道配置的调整方法, 本发明实施例还提供 了一种公共控制信道配置的调整系统, 包括:
基站收发台, 用于发送小区内组呼业务的当前通知数目信息或者按周 期发送小区内组呼业务的多个通知信道负载指示;
基站控制器, 用于根据当前通知数目信息或者多个通知信道负载指示 确定小区内组呼业务的当前通知数目; 在当前通知数目大于小区当前的公 共控制信道上通知信道块数能承载的通知的最多数目时, 将公共控制信道 上通知信道块数调大; 在当前通知数目小于公共控制信道上通知信道块数 能承载的通知的最少数目时, 将公共控制信道上通知信道块数调小。
本发明实施例提供的上述公共控制信道配置的调整系统, 根据当前通 知数目动态调整 CCCH上 NCH块数,使 CCCH上 NCH块数与小区组呼业 务实际需要协调配合,避免出现 NCH块数配置过少而小区内通知较多的情 况, 使终端用户及时地接入组呼业务, 保证通知的调度效率。 进一步地, 避免出现小区内通知较少而 NCH块数配置过多的情况, 避免造成 NCH块 数的浪费, 不影响立即指派及寻呼消息的发送效率。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解, 实现上述事实的方法中的全部或部分 步驟是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 上述的程序可以存储于一 计算机所可读取的存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 包括上述的步驟。 上述 的存储介质, 可以是 ROM/RAM、 磁盘、 光盘等。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普 通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下, 还可以作出若干改 进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种公共控制信道配置的调整方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 基站控制器确定小区内组呼业务的当前通知数目;
当所述当前通知数目大于所述小区当前的公共控制信道上通知信道块 数能承载的通知的最多数目时, 所述基站控制器将所述公共控制信道上通 知信道块数调大。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的调整方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
当所述当前通知数目小于所述公共控制信道上通知信道块数能承载的 通知的最少数目时, 所述基站控制器将所述公共控制信道上通知信道块数 调小。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的调整方法, 其特征在于, 所述基站控制器 确定小区内组呼业务的当前通知数目, 具体为:
所述基站控制器获取基站收发台发送的当前通知数目信息;
所述基站控制器根据所述当前通知数目信息确定所述当前通知数目; 或者,
所述基站控制器获取所述基站收发台在连续多个周期中发送的多个通 知信道负载指示;
所述基站控制器根据所述多个通知信道负载指示确定所述当前通知数 目。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的调整方法, 其特征在于, 所述基站控制器根据 所述多个通知信道负载指示确定所述当前通知数目, 具体为:
当所述多个通知信道负载指示各自携带的通知数目位于不同的数目区 间时, 确定最后获取的通知信道负载指示携带的通知数目或者最少的通知 数目为所述当前通知数目;
当所述多个通知信道负载指示各自携带的通知数目位于相同的数目区 间时, 确定所述多个通知信道负载指示中任一通知信道负载指示携带的通 知数目为所述当前通知数目;
其中, 所述数目区间对应一预设通知信道块数, 所述数目区间的最大 值为所述预设通知信道块数能承载的通知的最多数目、 最小值为所述预设 通知信道块数能承载的通知的最少数目, 各数目区间之间没有交集, 大的 预设通知信道块数能承载的通知的最少数目大于小的预设通知信道块数能 承载的通知的最多数目。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的调整方法, 其特征在于,
所述最多数目等于所述小区当前的公共控制信道上通知信道块数乘以 一个通知信道块数能承载的通知的最多数目, 或者根据用户对接入及时性 的要求进行配置;
所述最少数目等于所述小区当前的公共控制信道上通知信道块数能承 载的通知的最多数目减去一个通知信道块数能承载的通知的最多数目, 或 者根据系统对通知信道有效利用率的要求进行配置。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的调整方法, 其特征在于,
所述当所述当前通知数目大于所述小区当前的公共控制信道上通知信 道块数能承载的通知的最多数目时, 所述基站控制器将所述公共控制信道 上通知信道块数调大, 具体为:
当所述当前通知数目大于所述小区当前的公共控制信道上通知信道块 数能承载的通知的最多数目时, 确定所述当前通知数目所处的当前数目区 间;
将所述通知信道块数调整为所述当前数目区间对应的预设通知信道块 数;
和 /或, 所述当所述当前通知数目小于所述公共控制信道上通知信道块 数能承载的通知的最少数目时, 所述基站控制器将所述公共控制信道上通 知信道块数调小, 具体为:
当所述当前通知数目小于所述公共控制信道上通知信道块数能承载的 通知的最少数目时, 确定所述当前通知数目所处的当前数目区间;
将所述通知信道块数调整为所述当前数目区间对应的预设通知信道块 数。
7、 一种基站控制器, 其特征在于, 包括:
确定模块, 用于确定小区内组呼业务的当前通知数目;
调整模块, 用于当所述当前通知数目大于所述小区当前的公共控制信 道上通知信道块数能承载的通知的最多数目时, 所述基站控制器将所述公 共控制信道上通知信道块数调大。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的基站控制器, 其特征在于,
所述调整模块, 还用于当所述当前通知数目小于所述公共控制信道上 通知信道块数能承载的通知的最少数目时, 将所述公共控制信道上通知信 道块数调小。
