下面结合具体实施例来详细的说明在上述网络系统架构下, 一手机用户如何实现固话 仿真, 本发明实施例以 GSM网络作为移动网络为例来进行相关的说明, 当移动网络为 UTMS 网络等移动网络时, 处理方式与本实施例所述方法相同, 参见图 3, 一种固话仿真的方法, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 201 : 主叫方向 GSM网络控制实体发送呼叫请求;
其中, 主叫方为用户端手机, GSM网络控制实体为 MSC等交换机设备;
具体地, 在 GSM 网络内, 主叫方向为其提供服务的基站发送呼叫请求, 基站将该呼叫 请求转发给 GSM网络控制实体, 其中, 呼叫请求中包含被叫方号码;
另外, 在主叫方向为其提供服务的基站发送呼叫请求之前, 即主叫方与为其提供服务 的基站建立连接时, 主叫方会向为其提供服务的基站发送注册请求, 该注册请求中包含主 叫方的注册信息, 其中, 注册信息可以包含用户名和运营商信息等信息;
基站在将呼叫请求转发给 GSM网络控制实体时, 会将主叫方所属小区的小区 ID及注册 信息发送给 GSM网络控制实体;
GSM网络控制实体可以根据主叫方的注册信息向 HLR (Home Location Register, 归属 位置寄存器)查询该主叫方的手机号码及签约信息, 其中, HLR数据库为负责移动用户管理 的数据库, 存储所管辖移动用户的用户信息、 签约信息及移动用户的位置信息等信息; 其中, 签约信息可以包括: 触发到智能平台的地址等内容; 用户信息可以包括: 用户 名、 用户手机号码及用户类别等内容;
步骤 202: GSM网络控制实体根据主叫方开户时的签约信息向固话仿真平台发送触发请 求, 其中, 触发请求包括主叫方手机号码、被叫方号码和主叫方所属小区的小区 ID等信息;
GSM网络控制实体在向网络控制实体发送触发请求时,将接收到的呼叫请求中的被叫方 号码、 GSM网络内为主叫方提供服务的基站所发送的主叫方所属小区的小区 ID及查询得到 的主叫方手机号码等信息放到触发请求中, 并按照查询得到的签约信息中的触发到智能平 台的地址信息将触发请求发送给相应的固话仿真平台;
步骤 203: 固话仿真平台接收到 GSM网络控制实体所发送的触发请求后, 根据主叫方所 属小区的小区 ID来判断主叫方是否在仿真区域内, 如果是, 执行步骤 204, 如果不是, 执 行步骤 214;
本步骤所提供的一个实施例为: 固话仿真平台本地维护两个数据库: 基站信息数据库 和固话仿真用户数据库; 其中, 基站信息数据库可以存储有移动网络内以小区 ID标识的各 基站的中心坐标; 固话仿真用户数据库存储有用户手机号码与仿真区域间的绑定关系、 用 户手机号码与固话号码间的绑定关系, 仿真区域由仿真区域中心坐标和仿真区域半径来标 识。
其中, 固话仿真平台对上述两个数据库进行维护包括: 对数据库内的信息进行导入、 修改、 删除和定期清理等。
这里, 在手机用户入网 (例如手机用户加入 GSM 网络) 时, 手机用户可以确定与手机 号码对应的固话号码, 固话仿真平台将该用户手机号码与固话号码间的绑定关系存储在固 话仿真用户数据库中, 例如, 可以将手机用户的手机号码与其家庭的固话号码绑定, 和 /或 还可以将手机用户的手机号码与其办公室的固话号码绑定等;
本发明实施例中,根据主叫方所属小区的小区 ID来判断主叫方是否在仿真区域内包括: 根据主叫方所属小区的小区 ID查询基站信息数据库得到主叫方所属小区的小区 ID所 对应的基站的中心坐标;
根据主叫方手机号码来查询固话仿真用户数据库得到主叫方手机号码所对应的仿真区 域, 其中, 仿真区域由区域中心坐标和区域半径来标识;
根据主叫方所属小区的小区 ID所对应的基站的中心坐标与主叫方手机号码所对应的仿 真区域的区域中心坐标, 计算主叫方所属小区的小区 ID所对应的基站与主叫方手机号码所 对应的仿真区域的区域中心之间的距离, 当距离不大于主叫方手机号码所对应的仿真区域 的区域半径时, 主叫方位于仿真区域内, 当距离大于主叫方手机号码所对应的仿真区域的 区域半径时, 主叫方不在仿真区域内。
本步骤所提供的另一个实施例为: 固话仿真平台本地维护两个数据库: 仿真区域信息 数据库和固话仿真用户数据库, 其中, 仿真区域信息数据块包括与各仿真区域对应的基站 的小区 ID信息, 固话仿真用户数据库存储有用户手机号码与仿真区域间的绑定关系, 固话 仿真平台对上述两个数据库内的信息进行导入、 修改、 删除和定期清理等;
这里, 在手机用户入网 (例如手机用户加入 GSM 网络) 时, 手机用户可以确定与手机 号码对应的固话号码, 固话仿真平台将该用户手机号码与固话号码间的绑定关系存储在固 话仿真用户数据库中, 例如, 可以将手机用户的手机号码与其家庭的固话号码绑定, 和 /或 还可以将手机用户的手机号码与其办公室的固话号码绑定等;
本发明实施例中,根据主叫方所属小区的小区 ID来判断主叫方是否在仿真区域内包括: 根据主叫方手机号码查询固话仿真用户数据库得到主叫方手机号码所对应的仿真区 域;
根据主叫方手机号码所对应的仿真区域查询仿真区域信息数据库得到该仿真区域对应 的基站的小区 ID; 其中, 根据仿真区域的位置和 /或大小的不同, 一个仿真区域对应的基站 的小区 ID的数量可以为 1个, 也可以为 2个或以上; 例如, 在一个仿真区域刚好在一个基 站的覆盖范围内时, 则该仿真区域对应一个基站的小区 ID; 在一个仿真区域在多个基站的 覆盖范围内时, 则该仿真区域对应该多个基站的小区 ID;
当主叫方所属小区的小区 ID 与主叫方手机号码所对应的仿真区域内各基站的小区 ID 中的一个小区 ID相匹配时, 主叫方在仿真区域内, 当主叫方所属小区的小区 ID不与主叫 方手机号码所对应的仿真区域内各基站的小区 ID中的任一个小区 ID相匹配时, 所述主叫 方不在所述仿真区域内。
当然, 在本发明的另一个实施例中, 固话仿真平台可以仅保存各仿真区域内基站的小 区 ID信息, 此时, 固话仿真平台可以直接根据主叫方所属小区的小区 ID确定主叫方是否 在仿真区域内, 具体为: 固话仿真平台将主叫方所属小区的小区 ID与保存的各仿真区域内 基站的小区 ID信息进行匹配, 当主叫方所属小区的小区 ID与保存的各仿真区域内基站的 小区 ID中的一个小区 ID相匹配时, 主叫方在仿真区域内, 当主叫方所属小区的小区 ID不 与保存的各仿真区域内基站的小区 ID中的任一个小区 ID相匹配时, 主叫方不在仿真区域 内。
步骤 204; 固话仿真平台确定与主叫方手机号码相绑定的固话号码, 并将被叫号码加上 路由前缀;
其中, 固话仿真平台确定与主叫方手机号码相绑定的固话号码包括: 根据主叫方手机 号码查询固话仿真用户数据库, 得到与主叫方手机号码相绑定的固话号码。
上述过程实现了手机号码与固话号码的绑定, 在仿真区域内, 可以将手机号码转换为 固话号码, 以便用户按固话的拨号方式进行拨号, 从而实现固话预付费和集团短号互拨的 功能。
步骤 205:固话仿真平台通过呼叫控制指令将固话号码和加上路由前缀的被叫号码发送 给 GSM网络控制实体;
具体地, 固话仿真平台向 GSM网络控制实体发送呼叫控制指令, 该呼叫控制指令包括: 修改为固话号码的主叫方号码信息和加上路由前缀的被叫方号码信息等, 以便移动网络控 制实体将呼叫被叫方的呼叫请求中的主叫号码转换为该固话号码, 将该呼叫请求中的被叫 号码修改为增加了路由前缀的被叫号码, 并根据该增加了路由前缀的被叫号码呼叫被叫方。 其中, 路由前缀是预先设置的与固网控制实体对应的号码, GSM网络控制实体可以根据该路 由前缀将呼叫路由至固网控制实体。
步骤 206: GSM网络控制实体接收到固话仿真平台发送的呼叫控制指令后, 将呼叫请求 中的主叫方手机号码修改为固话号码, 将呼叫请求中的被叫号码修改为增加了路由前缀的 被叫号码, 并根据被叫方号码的路由前缀将呼叫请求路由到固网控制实体 (如 SSP) 上; 步骤 207: 固网控制实体接收到呼叫请求后, 将该呼叫请求中的被叫方号码的路由前 缀剥离;
步骤 208: 由于此时的主叫方号码为手机号码的绑定固话号码, 因此固网控制实体检查 该呼叫请求中的主叫方号码是否注册有增值业务, 如果有, 执行步骤 209, 否则, 执行步骤 212;
进一步地, 在被叫号码为固话号码时, 固网控制实体也可以进一步判断被叫号码是否 注册有增值业务。
步骤 209: 固网控制实体与固网增值业务平台建立连接, 并向增值业务平台发送增值业 务请求;
步骤 210: 增值业务平台解析接收到的增值业务请求, 执行相应的增值业务流程, 如向 主叫方进行信息提示、 致欢迎词等, 执行步骤 211 ;
步骤 211 : 在主叫方与被叫方的通过过程中或通话结束时, 固网计费系统对本次呼叫收 取费用, 结束操作;
在主叫方与被叫方通话过程中或通话结束时, 固网关口局对通话信息进行记录, 其中, 通话信息的记录称为呼叫话单, 固网计费系统从固网关口局上读取呼叫话单, 对读取的呼 叫话单按照固话收费标准收取费用, 这样, 本次由主叫方手机发起的呼叫的收费就按照固 话收费标准收取而不是采用移动话费收费标准收取, 其中, 通话信息包括主叫方号码、 被 叫方号码、 修改后得到的主叫方固话号码及通话时间;
具体地, 针对预付费的主叫方和 /或被叫方, 在主叫方与被叫方的通话过程中, 固网计 费系统从固网关口局上取出呼叫话单并根据呼叫话单按照固网收费标准进行计价, 收取费 用; 针对后付费的主叫方和被叫方, 在主叫方与被叫方的通话结束时, 固网计费系统从固 网关口局上取出呼叫话单并根据呼叫话单按照固网收费标准进行计价, 收取费用;
步骤 212:固网控制实体继续呼叫被叫方,所述呼叫包含修改为固话号码的主叫方号码, 以指示具有来电显示功能的被叫方的来电显示固话号码;
步骤 213: 在主叫方与被叫方的通过过程中或通话结束时, 固网计费系统对本次呼叫收 取费用, 结束操作;
在主叫方与被叫方通话过程中或通话结束时, 移动网络内控制实体(如 MSC)对通话信 息进行记录, 其中, 通话信息的记录称为呼叫话单, 移动网络内控制实体对记录的通话信 息进行分析, 并在分析通话记录得出主叫方号码是由手机号码修改为固话号码时, 将呼叫 话单删除, 这样, 移动网络内的计费系统将无法从移动网络控制实体上读取相应的呼叫话 单, 不对本次呼叫进行收费, 其中, 通话信息包括主叫方号码、 被叫方号码、 修改后得到 的主叫方固话号码及通话时间;
本步骤所述的收费方式, 使得在仿真区域内转换为固话号码的手机用户在呼出和接听 电话时, 通话计费将会记到转换的固话号码上, 并按照资费较低的固话收费标准收取通话 费用, 这将提升用户申请手机号码的意愿, 快速增加手机用户的数量, 从而带来一定话务 量的提升;
步骤 214: 固话仿真平台指示 GSM网络控制实体以主叫方手机号码呼叫被叫方, 以指示 具有来电显示功能的被叫用户的来电显示为手机号码;
步骤 215 : 在主叫方与被叫方通话的过程中或结束时, GSM网络计费系统对本次呼叫收 取费用, 结束操作;
具体地, 针对预付费的主叫方和 /或被叫方, 在主叫方与被叫方的通话过程中, 移动网 络控制实体对通话信息进行记录, 其中, 通话信息的记录称为呼叫话单, 移动网络计费系 统从移动网络控制实体读取呼叫话单, 并根据呼叫话单按照移动收费标准进行计价, 并收 取费用;
针对后付费的主叫方和被叫方, 在主叫方与被叫方的通话结束时, 移动网络控制实体 对通话信息进行记录, 其中, 通话信息的记录称为呼叫话单, 移动网络计费系统从移动网 络控制实体读取呼叫话单, 并根据呼叫话单按照移动收费标准进行计价, 并收取费用; 通过步骤 214至步骤 215,使得在仿真区域外的手机用户在呼出和接听电话时依然为手 机的身份, 收费依然采用移动网络的收费标准进行收取, 保证移动运营商在仿真区域外的 收入;
通过上述技术方案的实现, 在仿真区域内, 使得手机用户与固话相绑定, 在手机用户 以固话的身份呼出和接听电话, 并在通话期间采用低于移动通信收费标准的固话收费标准 收取通话资费, 这样可以提高用户体验, 并且在一定程度上可以增加用户申请手机号码的 意愿, 快速增加入网用户; 在仿真区域外, 手机用户不再与固话相绑定, 以手机的身份呼 出和接听电话, 并在通话期间内, 采用移动通信网路的收费标准收费相应的资费, 保证移 动运营商在仿真区域外的收入。 那么, 通过合理的控制仿真区域和非仿真区域, 合理的实 现手机用户与固话的绑定, 便可以达到快速增加入网用户的数量并保证运营商的收入的效 果。 实施例 3
参见图 4, 一种固话仿真方法, 该方法的执行主体为综合网路运营商所部署的固话仿真 平台, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 301 : 接收触发请求, 其中, 触发请求包括被叫方固话号码;
具体地, 接收的触发请求由固网控制实体在判断得出被叫方固话号码绑定有手机号码 时所发送。
步骤 302: 获取与被叫方固话号码相绑定的手机号码;
步骤 303: 判断手机号码是否在仿真区域内;
步骤 304: 当手机号码在仿真区域内时, 指示固网控制实体同时或者顺序呼叫被叫方固 话号码和手机号码。
通过上述技术方案的实现, 使多个用户终端 (手机和固话) 支持同振, 顺振, 方便呼 叫出和接听; 当固话终端是办公电话时, 在办公区域产生的通话费用由公司承担, 解决了 是公务电话但却由自己掏钱的矛盾, 降低了在办公区域或家中漏接电话的可能性。
下面结合具体实施例来详细说明上述的一种固话仿真方式:
手机用户可以与现有固网中的固话相绑定, 如将手机号码与个人家庭号码相绑定, 或 / 和将手机号码与公司内的办公电话相绑定, 那么, 主叫方在拨打了在仿真区域内的绑定了 手机的固话号码时, 可以实现固话和手机同震或顺震效果, 参见图 5, 为本发明实施例提供 的另一种固话仿真的方法, 具体步骤如下- 步骤 401 : 主叫方向固网控制实体发送呼叫请求, 该呼叫请求包括被叫方固话号码; 其中, 固网控制实体具体包括 SSP ( Service Switching Point , 业务交换点) 等交换 机设备;
步骤 402:固网控制实体根据接收到的呼叫请求中的被叫方号码规则确定是否触发增值 业务, 如果是, 执行步骤 403, 如果不触发, 执行步骤 405;
优选地, 固网内的控制实体预先存储有固话号码段与增值业务间的对应关系, 当固网 内的控制实体接收到呼叫请求后, 查询固话号码段与增值业务间的对应关系, 如果能够查 找得到呼叫请求中的被叫号码段所对应的增值业务, 则触发增值业务, 如果不能够查找得 到呼叫请求中的被叫号码段所对应的增值业务, 则不触发增值业务;
例如,号码为 0755-2878开头的固话号码对应的增值业务为为主叫方进行信息提示(如 剩余划分提示等)、 号码为 021-3683 开头的固话号码对应的增值业务为为主叫方提供来电 筛选服务等;
当然, 在具体实现时, 网内的控制实体预先存储有固话号码与增值业务间的对应关系, 当固网内的控制实体接收到呼叫请求后, 查询固话号码与增值业务间的对应关系, 如果能 够查找得到呼叫请求中的被叫号码所对应的增值业务, 则触发增值业务, 如果不能够查找 得到呼叫请求中的被叫号码所对应的增值业务, 则不触发增值业务;
以上所述仅为较佳实现方式, 凡在本实现方式的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等 同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内;
步骤 403: 固网控制实体与固网增值业务平台建立连接, 并向增值业务平台发送增值业 务请求;
步骤 404: 增值业务平台解析接收到的增值业务请求, 并执行相应的增值业务流程, 如 向主叫方进行信息提示、 致欢迎词等功能;
步骤 405:固网控制实体判断该呼叫请求中的被呼叫号码是否绑定了手机号码,如果是, 执行步骤 406, 如果不是, 执行步骤 410;
具体地, 固网控制实体根据用户的注册信息判断被呼叫号码是否绑定了手机号码, 其 中, 用户的注册信息包括: 固话号码, 是否绑定手机号码等信息;
步骤 406: 固网控制实体向固话仿真平台发送触发请求, 其中, 触发请求包括被叫方固 话号码;
步骤 407: 固话仿真平台接收固网控制实体所发送的触发请求, 并获取与被叫方固话 号码绑定的手机号码;
具体地, 由实施例 2中步骤 203所述的内容可以知道, 固话仿真平台可以在固话仿真 用户数据库中查询与被叫方固话号码绑定的手机号码;
步骤 408: 固话业务仿真平台判断步骤 407所获取的手机号码是否在仿真区域内, 如果 所述手机号码在仿真区域内, 则执行步骤 409, 否则, 执行步骤 410;
具体地, 由实施例 2中步骤 203所述内容可以知道, 固话仿真平台可以在固话仿真用 户数据库中查询得到与所述手机号码所对应的仿真区域; 固话仿真平台根据所述手机号码 向 HLR (Home Location Register, 归属位置寄存器) 数据库查询手机号码所对应的移动用 户的位置信息, 其中, HLR数据库为负责移动用户管理的数据库, 存储所管辖移动用户的用 户信息、 签约信息及移动用户的位置信息等信息; 固话仿真平台对比查询得到的位置信息 与查询得到的仿真区域是否一致, 当查询得到的位置信息与查询得到的仿真区域一致时, 手机号码在仿真区域内, 当查询得到的位置信息与查询得到的仿真区域不一致时, 手机号 码不在仿真区域内;
步骤 409:固话仿真平台指示固网控制实体同时或者顺序呼叫被叫方固话号码和与被叫 方固话号码相绑定的手机号码;
例如, 指示固网控制实体同时呼叫被叫方固话号码和与被叫方固话号码相绑定的手机 号码, 或者, 指示固网控制实体先呼叫被叫方固话号码, 预定时间内无人接听时, 呼叫与 被叫方固话号码相绑定的手机号码, 或者, 指示固网网控制实体先呼叫与被叫方固话号码 相绑定的手机号码, 预定时间内无人接听时, 呼叫被叫方固话号码等;
步骤 410: 固网控制实体呼叫被叫方固话号码;
具体地, 固网控制实体可以在判断被叫方固话号码没有绑定手机号码时, 直接呼叫被 叫方固话号码; 也可以在接收到固话仿真平台的指示后呼叫被叫方固话号码, 该指示由固 话仿真平台确定被叫方固话号码绑定的手机号码没有在仿真区域时发送。
本实施例还包括如下操作: 在主叫方与被叫方的通过过程中或通话结束时, 计费系统 对本次呼叫收取费用;
具体地, 当运营商的计费策略是手机接听电话需要计费时, 如果用户在仿真区域内以 手机接听电话, 则在主叫方与被叫方通话过程中或通话结束时, 固网关口局对通话信息进 行记录, 其中, 通话信息的记录称为呼叫话单, 固网计费系统从固网关口局上读取呼叫话 单, 对读取的呼叫话单按照固话收费标准收取费用; 移动网络内控制实体(如 MSC)也会根 据通话信息产生呼叫话单, 并对通话信息进行分析, 在分析得出原主叫方号码由手机号码 修改为固话号码时, 将产生的呼叫话单删除, 这样, 移动网络内的计费系统将无法从移动 网络控制实体上读取相应的呼叫话单, 从而使移动网络内的不对本地呼叫进行收费 。
通过上述技术方案的实现, 使多个用户终端 (手机和固话) 支持同振, 顺振, 方便呼 叫出和接听; 当绑定的固话终端是办公电话时, 在办公区域产生的通话费用由公司承担, 解决了是公务电话但却由自己掏钱的矛盾, 降低了在办公区域或家中漏接电话的可能性。 实施例 4
参见图 6, 一种固话仿真平台, 该固话仿真平台由综合网络运营商部署, 具体包括: 接 收模块 501、 判断模块 502、 确定模块 503和发送模块 504;
其中, 接收模块 501, 用于接收移动网络控制实体发送的触发请求, 触发请求包括主叫 方手机号码、 被叫方号码和主叫方所属小区的小区 ID;
判断模块 502, 用于根据接收模块 501接收的主叫方所属小区的小区 ID来判断主叫方 是否在仿真区域内;
确定模块 503, 用于当判断模块 502判断得出主叫方在仿真区域内时, 确定与主叫方手 机号码相绑定的固话号码;
发送模块 504, 用于将确定模块 503得到的固话号码发送给移动网络控制实体, 以便移 动网络控制实体将主叫方手机号码修改为固话号码并呼叫被叫方。
下面详细介绍上述平台及平台各模块的具体功能- 平台还包括: 维护模块, 用于本地维护两个数据库: 基站信息数据库和固话仿真用户 数据库; 基站信息数据库存储有移动网络内以小区 ID标识的各基站的中心坐标, 固话仿真 用户数据库存储有用户申请的由用户手机号码所标识的仿真区域和用户手机号码与固话号 码间的绑定关系, 仿真区域由区域中心坐标和区域半径来标识。
则相应地, 判断模块 502包括:
第一查找单元, 用于根据主叫方所属小区的小区 ID查询基站信息数据库得到主叫方所 属小区的小区 ID所对应的基站的中心坐标;
第二查找单元, 用于根据主叫方手机号码查询固话仿真用户数据库得到主叫方手机号 码所对应的仿真区域, 仿真区域由区域中心坐标和区域半径来标识;
第一比对单元, 用于根据主叫方所属小区的小区 ID所对应的基站的中心坐标与主叫方 手机号码所对应的仿真区域的区域中心坐标, 计算主叫方所属小区的小区 ID所对应的基站 与主叫方手机号码所对应的仿真区域的区域中心之间的距离, 当距离不大于主叫方手机号 码所对应的仿真区域的区域半径时, 主叫方位于仿真区域内, 当距离大于主叫方手机号码 所对应的仿真区域的区域半径时, 主叫方不在仿真区域内。
另外, 判断模块 502还可以包括:
第三查找单元, 用于根据主叫方手机号码查询固话仿真用户数据库得到主叫方手机号 码所对应的仿真区域;
第四查找单元, 用于根据仿真区域查询仿真区域信息数据库得到与仿真区域对应的基 站的小区 ID;
第二比对单元, 用于当主叫方所属小区的小区 ID和与仿真区域对应的基站的小区 ID 中的一个小区 ID相匹配时, 主叫方在仿真区域内, 当主叫方所属小区的小区 ID不和与仿 真区域对应的基站的小区 ID中的任一个小区 ID相匹配时, 主叫方不在仿真区域内。
确定模块 503, 具体可以用于根据主叫方手机号码查询固话仿真用户数据库, 得到与主 叫方手机号码相绑定的固话号码。
另外, 本发明实施例所提供的平台还包括: 指示呼叫模块 406, 用于当主叫方不在仿真 区域内时, 指示移动网络控制实体直接呼叫被叫方。
路由模块, 用于将被叫方号码加上路由前缀, 以使移动网络控制实体根据路由前缀将 呼叫路由到固网中。
上述的固话仿真平台通过 CAMEL ( Customized Appl ication for Mobi le Network Enhanced Logic, 移动网络增强逻辑的用户化应用)接口与 GSM (Global System for Mobi le Communications ,全球移云力通信系统)网络或 UTMS (Universal Mobi le Telecommunications System, 通用移动通信系统) 网络相连, 通过 INAP ( Intel l igent Network Appl ication Protocol , 智能网应用协议) 接口与 PSTN (Publ ic Switched Telephone Network, 公共交 换电话网络) 网络相连, 以实现手机的固话仿真;
通过上述技术方案的实现, 在仿真区域内, 使得手机用户与固话相绑定, 在手机用户 以固话的身份呼出和接听电话, 并在通话期间采用低于移动通信收费标准的固话收费标准 收取通话资费, 这样可以提高用户体验, 并且在一定程度上可以增加用户申请手机号码的 意愿, 快速增加入网用户; 在仿真区域外, 手机用户不再与固话相绑定, 以手机的身份呼 出和接听电话, 并在通话期间内, 采用移动通信网路的收费标准收费相应的资费, 保证运 营商的收入。 那么, 通过合理的控制仿真区域和非仿真区域, 合理的实现手机用户与固话 的绑定, 便可以达到快速增加入网用户的数量及保证运营商的收入的效果。
另外, 通过上述技术方案的实现, 还可以使多个终端支持同振, 顺振, 方便呼叫出和 接听; 当绑定的固话终端是办公电话时, 在办公区域产生的通话费用由公司承担, 解决了 是公务电话但却由自己掏钱的矛盾, 降低了在办公区域或家中漏接电话的可能性。
实施例 5
参见图 7, 一种固话仿真平台, 该平台包括: 接收模块 601、 获取模块 602、 判断模块
603和第一呼叫模块 604;
接收模块 601, 用于接收触发请求, 触发请求包括被叫方固话号码;
获取模块 602, 用于获取与接收模块 601接收到的被叫方固话号码相绑定的手机号码; 判断模块 603, 用于判断获取模块 602所获取的手机号码是否在仿真区域内; 第一呼叫模块 604,用于当判断模块 603判断得出获取模块 602获取的手机号码在仿真 区域内时, 指示固网控制实体同时或者顺序呼叫被叫方固话号码和手机号码。
具体地, 接收模块 601, 具体可以用于接收固网控制实体在判断得出被叫方固话号码绑 定有手机号码时所发送的触发请求。
获取模块 602,具体可以用于查找固话仿真用户数据库得到与被叫方固话号码相绑定的 手机号码。
判断模块包括- 第一查找单元, 用于查找固话仿真用户数据库得到与手机号码所对应的仿真区域; 第二查找单元, 用于根据手机号码向归属位置寄存器 HLR数据库查询手机号码所对应 的移动用户的位置信息;
比对单元, 用于比对位置信息是否与仿真区域相一致, 当位置信息与仿真区域一致时, 判断手机号码在仿真区域内, 当位置信息与仿真区域不一致时, 判断手机号码不在仿真区 域内。
另外, 固话仿真平台还可以包括: 第二呼叫模块, 用于当手机号码不在仿真区域内时, 指示固网控制实体呼叫被叫方固话号码。
上述的固话仿真平台通过 CAMEL ( Customized Appl ication for Mobi le Network Enhanced Logic, 移动网络增强逻辑的用户化应用)接口与 GSM (Global System for Mobi le Communications ,全球移云力通信系统)网络或 UTMS (Universal Mobi le Telecommunications System, 通用移动通信系统) 网络相连, 通过 INAP ( Intel l igent Network Appl ication Protocol , 智能网应用协议) 接口与 PSTN (Publ ic Switched Telephone Network, 公共交 换电话网络) 网络相连, 以实现手机的固话仿真;
通过上述技术方案的实现, 还可以使多个终端支持同振, 顺振, 方便呼叫出和接听; 当绑定的固话终端是办公电话时, 在办公区域产生的通话费用由公司承担, 解决了是公务 电话但却由自己掏钱的矛盾, 降低了在办公区域或家中漏接电话的可能性。
本发明实施例还提供了一种通信系统, 该通信系统包括本发明实施例提供的固话仿真 平台。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过硬件来完 成, 也可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成, 所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储 介质中, 上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器, 磁盘或光盘等。 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发明的精神和原则 之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种固话仿真的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
接收移动网络控制实体发送的触发请求, 所述触发请求包括主叫方手机号码、 被叫方号 码和主叫方所属小区的小区 ID;
根据所述主叫方所属小区的小区 ID来判断主叫方是否在仿真区域内;
当所述主叫方在所述仿真区域内时, 确定与所述主叫方手机号码相绑定的固话号码; 将所述固话号码发送给所述移动网络控制实体, 以便所述移动网络控制实体将所述主叫 方手机号码修改为所述固话号码并呼叫被叫方。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述主叫方所属小区的小区 ID 来判断主叫方是否在仿真区域内包括:
根据所述小区 ID查询基站信息数据库得到所述小区 ID所对应的基站的中心坐标; 根据所述主叫方手机号码查询固话仿真用户数据库得到所述主叫方手机号码所对应的仿 真区域, 所述仿真区域由区域中心坐标和区域半径来标识;
根据所述中心坐标与所述仿真区域的区域中心坐标计算所述基站与所述仿真区域的区域 中心之间的距离, 当所述距离不大于所述仿真区域的区域半径时, 所述主叫方位于所述仿真 区域内, 当所述距离大于所述仿真区域的区域半径时, 所述主叫方不在所述仿真区域内。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述主叫方所属小区的小区 ID 来判断主叫方是否在仿真区域内包括:
根据所述主叫方手机号码查询固话仿真用户数据库得到所述主叫方手机号码所对应的仿 真区域;
根据所述仿真区域查询仿真区域信息数据库得到所述仿真区域对应的基站的小区 ID; 当所述主叫方所属小区的小区 ID和与所述仿真区域对应的基站的小区 ID中的一个小区
ID相匹配时, 所述主叫方在所述仿真区域内, 当所述主叫方所属小区的小区 ID不和与所述 仿真区域对应的基站的小区 ID中的任一个小区 ID相匹配时, 所述主叫方不在所述仿真区域 内。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定与所述主叫方手机号码相绑定的 固话号码包括:
根据所述主叫方手机号码查询固话仿真用户数据库, 得到与所述主叫方手机号码相绑定 的固话号码。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 当所述主叫方不在所述 仿真区域内时, 指示所述移动网络控制实体以所述主叫方手机号码呼叫被叫方。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定与所述主叫方手机号码相绑定的 固话号码之后, 所述方法还包括: 将所述被叫方号码加上路由前缀, 以使所述移动网络控制 实体根据所述路由前缀将所述呼叫路由到固网中。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 6所述的任一方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 在主叫方与被 叫方通话过程中或通话结束时, 移动网络控制实体对通话信息进行记录以产生呼叫话单并对 所述通话信息进行分析,在分析所述通话信息得出主叫方号码由手机号码修改为固话号码时, 将所述呼叫话单删除, 所述通话信息包括所述主叫方手机号码、 所述被叫方号码、 所述固话 号码及通话时间;
在主叫方与被叫方通话过程中或通话结束时, 固网关口局对通话信息进行记录以产生呼 叫话单并对所述通话信息进行分析, 在分析所述呼叫话单得出主叫方号码由手机号码修改为 固话号码时, 固网计费系统根据所述呼叫话单收取费用。
8、 一种固话仿真平台, 其特征在于, 所述平台包括: 接收模块、 判断模块、 确定模块和 发送模块;
所述接收模块, 用于接收移动网络控制实体发送的触发请求, 所述触发请求包括主叫方 手机号码、 被叫方号码和主叫方所属小区的小区 ID;
所述判断模块,用于根据所述接收模块接收到的主叫方所属小区的小区 ID来判断主叫方 是否在仿真区域内;
所述确定模块, 用于当所述判断模块判断得出主叫方在所述仿真区域内时, 确定与所述 主叫方手机号码相绑定的固话号码;
所述发送模块, 用于将所述转换模块得到的固话号码发送给所述移动网络控制实体, 以 便所述移动网络控制将所述主叫方手机号码修改为所述固话号码并呼叫被叫方。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的平台, 其特征在于, 所述判断模块包括:
第一查找单元,用于根据所述主叫方所属小区的小区 ID查询基站信息数据库得到所述主 叫方所属小区的小区 ID所对应的基站的中心坐标;
第二查找单元, 用于根据所述主叫方手机号码查询固话仿真用户数据库得到所述主叫方 手机号码所对应的仿真区域, 所述仿真区域由区域中心坐标和区域半径来标识;
第一比对单元,用于根据所述主叫方所属小区的小区 ID所对应的基站的中心坐标与所述 仿真区域的区域中心坐标计算所述基站与所述仿真区域的区域中心之间的距离, 当所述距离 不大于所述仿真区域的区域半径时, 所述主叫方位于所述仿真区域内, 当所述距离大于所述 仿真区域的区域半径时, 所述主叫方不在所述仿真区域内。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的平台, 其特征在于, 所述判断模块包括:
第三查找单元, 用于根据所述主叫方手机号码查询固话仿真用户数据库得到所述主叫方 手机号码所对应的仿真区域;
第四查找单元, 用于根据所述仿真区域查询仿真区域信息数据库得到与所述仿真区域对 应的基站的小区 ID;
第二比对单元,用于当所述主叫方所属小区的小区 ID和与所述仿真区域对应的基站的小 区 ID中的一个小区 ID相匹配时, 所述主叫方在所述仿真区域内, 当所述主叫方所属小区的 小区 ID不和与所述仿真区域对应的基站的小区 ID中的任一个小区 ID相匹配时,所述主叫方 不在所述仿真区域内。
11、 根据权利要求 8所述的平台, 其特征在于, 所述确定模块, 具体用于根据所述主叫 方手机号码查询固话仿真用户数据库, 得到与所述主叫方手机号码相绑定的固话号码。
12、 根据权利要求 8所述的平台, 其特征在于, 所述平台还包括: 指示呼叫模块, 用于 当所述主叫方不在所述仿真区域内时, 指示所述移动网络控制实体直接呼叫被叫方。
13、 根据权利要求 8所述的平台, 其特征在于, 所述平台还包括: 路由模块, 用于将所 述被叫方号码加上路由前缀, 以使所述移动网络控制实体根据所述路由前缀将所述呼叫路由 到固网中。
14、 一种固话仿真方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
接收触发请求, 所述触发请求包括被叫方固话号码;
获取与所述被叫方固话号码相绑定的手机号码;
判断所述手机号码是否在仿真区域内;
当所述手机号码在所述仿真区域内时, 指示固网控制实体同时或者顺序呼叫所述被叫方 固话号码和所述手机号码。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的方法, 其特征在于, 接收的所述触发请求由所述固网控制实 体在判断得出所述被叫方固话号码绑定有手机号码时所发送。
16、 根据权利要求 14所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取与所述被叫方固话号码相绑定 的手机号码包括:
查找所述固话仿真用户数据库得到与所述被叫方固话号码相绑定的手机号码。
17、 根据权利要求 14所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述判断所述手机号码是否在仿真区域 内包括:
查找固话仿真用户数据库得到与所述手机号码所对应的仿真区域;
根据所述手机号码向归属位置寄存器 HLR数据库查询所述手机号码所对应的移动用户的 位置信息;
比对所述位置信息是否与所述仿真区域相一致,当所述位置信息与所述仿真区域一致时, 判断所述手机号码在所述仿真区域内, 当所述位置信息与所述仿真区域不一致时, 判断所述 手机号码不在所述仿真区域内。
18、 根据权利要求 14所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 当所述手机号码不在 所述仿真区域内时, 指示所述固网控制实体呼叫所述被叫方固话号码。
19、 一种固话仿真平台, 其特征在于, 所述平台包括: 接收模块、 获取模块、 判断模块 和第一呼叫模块;
所述接收模块, 用于接收触发请求, 所述触发请求包括被叫方固话号码;
所述获取模块, 用于获取与所述接收模块接收到的被叫方固话号码相绑定的手机号码; 所述判断模块, 用于判断所述获取模块所获取的手机号码是否在仿真区域内; 所述第一呼叫模块, 用于当所述判断模块判断得出所述手机号码在所述仿真区域内时, 指示固网控制实体同时或者顺序呼叫所述被叫方固话号码和所述手机号码。
20、 根据权利要求 19所述的平台, 其特征在于, 所述获取模块, 具体用于查找固话仿真 用户数据库得到与所述被叫方固话号码相绑定的手机号码。
21、 根据权利要求 19所述的平台, 其特征在于, 所述判断模块包括:
第一查找单元, 用于查找固话仿真用户数据库得到与所述手机号码所对应的仿真区域; 第二查找单元, 用于根据所述手机号码向归属位置寄存器 HLR数据库查询所述手机号码 所对应的移动用户的位置信息;
比对单元, 用于比对所述位置信息是否与所述仿真区域相一致, 当所述位置信息与所述 仿真区域一致时, 判断所述手机号码在所述仿真区域内, 当所述位置信息与所述仿真区域不 一致时, 判断所述手机号码不在所述仿真区域内。
22、 根据权利要求 19所述的平台, 其特征在于, 所述平台还包括: 第二呼叫模块, 用于 当所述手机号码不在所述仿真区域内时, 指示所述固网控制实体呼叫所述被叫方固话号码。
23、 一种通信系统, 其特征在于, 包括如权利要求 8-13、 19-22任一所述的固话仿真平 台。
