铰链组件 1 包括铰链本体 11和铰链轴 13, 如图 2中所示,铰链本体 11沿纵向固定 在箱体上, 例如铰链本体 11通过设在铰链本体 11上的螺孔螺栓连接在箱体上, 其中设 有铰链孔 121的铰链板 12连接至铰链本体 11的后端, 铰链轴 13与铰链孔 121配合以 将箱门 200相对于箱体可旋转。
支撑板 2与铰链本体 11的前端相连, 在支撑板 2上设有第一孔 21。 罩体 3固定在 箱门 200上, 具体地, 如图 1和图 2中所示, 箱门 200上形成有安装凹部 210, 而罩体 3设在该安装凹部 210内。 罩体 3内限定有罩腔, 卡合块 4可伸缩移动地设在罩腔内且 一部分可通过罩体 3表面的第二孔 31露出罩体 3外, 其中露出罩体 3外的一部分可与 第一孔 21相卡合以使旋转式箱门 200关闭箱体。
如图 1和图 1所示, 当箱门 200关闭到一定位置时, 与铰链本体 11连接的支撑板 2 伸入安装凹部 210内, 此时卡合块 4被支撑板 21挤压而回缩入第二孔 31 内, 当支撑板 2伸入到其第一孔 21与卡合块 4相应的位置时, 即箱门 200关上时, 卡合块 4从第二 孔 31 内移动伸出并与第一孔 21卡合, 由此, 产生了对箱门 200的关门止挡, 使得箱门
200关紧, 防止受到千扰时易被弹开。
根据本发明实施例的闭门结构, 关门止挡效果好, 在受到千扰外力时不易弹开, 且 结构筒单, 成本低。 另外, 开关门时手感舒适。
在本发明的一个实施例中, 如图 3和图 4所示, 罩体 3的第一表面敞开, 罩腔内设 有内部限定出柱形孔的空心柱 32, 其中空心柱 32从与第一表面相对的罩腔的内壁朝向 敞开面延伸, 此时闭门结构 100进一步包括盖板 33和弹性件 5, 其中盖板 33封闭罩腔 的第一表面, 且第二孔 31形成在盖板 33上。 弹性件 5预压缩后抵在空心柱 32 内和卡 合块 4之间。 可选地, 弹性件 5可以为弹簧或波紋管。 在本发明的描述中均以弹性件 5 为弹簧为例进行说明。
在本发明的进一步的实施例中, 罩体的与第一表面相邻的第二表面 34 上形成有与 第一表面相连通的凹槽 341 ,支撑板 2适于从凹槽 341处插入以使第一孔 21与卡合块 4 配合。 也就是说, 盖板 33与第一表面平行设置且盖板 33的一边卡合在凹槽 341处, 由 此在盖板 33与箱门 200的凹口 210的侧壁之间形成有容纳支撑板 2的空间, 支撑板 2 插入到该空间内。
关门过程中, 支撑板 2与卡合块 4刚接触, 关门时会受到一定的阻力。 用户稍微用 力将门关上, 此时卡合块 4被支撑板 21挤压而回缩入第二孔 31 内, 并进一步挤压弹簧 5回缩, 弹簧 5受到较大的压力。 当箱门关到一定的程度时, 支撑板 2的第一孔 21 刚 好与卡合块 4的位置相对应。 此时卡合块 4在弹簧 5的弹力的作用下,迅速伸出而与支 撑板 2的第一孔 11相配合, 从而将箱门锁紧。
在本发明的一些示例中, 罩体的第一表面为罩体的下表面, 且第二表面 34 为罩体 的左表面, 这样, 如图 1-图 5中所示, 空心柱 32从罩腔的上内壁向下延伸, 且弹簧 5 预压缩后设在空心柱 32 内的上表面和卡合块 4之间并沿上下方向运动, 从而使得卡合 块 4沿上下方向运动。 并且, 容纳支撑板 1的空间由盖板 3与凹口 210的底壁之间限定 出, 即支撑板 2从罩体 3的左侧底部插入到该空间中。
当然, 本发明并不限于此。 在本发明的其他示例中, 弹性件 5还可以沿左右方向运 动, 此时第一表面可以为罩体 3的左表面或右表面, 且将盖板 33设置在罩体 3的左侧 或右侧(图未示出), 由此支撑板 2可以从罩体 3的左侧或右侧插入到凹口 210与盖板 33限定的容纳空间中, 以使卡合块 4与第一孔 21相配合。
在本发明的一些实施例中, 卡合块 4为球体。 在本发明的另外一些实施例中, 卡合 块 4为多面体。 当然, 卡合块 4还可以为长度与弹簧 5运动方向一致的柱体。 其中可选 i也, 第一孑 L 21 第二孑 L 31为圆孑 L。
下面参考图 1-图 7 描述根据本发明实施例的闭门结构用于水箱的箱门开关时的工 作过程。
首先, 关门过程中, 支撑板 1从罩体 3的左侧底部插入到凹口 210与盖板 33限定 的容纳空间中, 并与卡合块 4刚接触, 关门时会受到一定的阻力。 用户稍微用力将门关 上, 此时卡合块 4被支撑板 21挤压而向上回缩入第二孔 31 内, 并进一步挤压弹簧 5 向上运动回缩, 弹簧 5受到较大的压力。 当箱门关到一定的程度时, 支撑板 2的第一孔 21 刚好与卡合块 4的位置相对应。 此时卡合块 4在弹簧 5的弹力及其自身重力的作用 下,迅速伸出而与支撑板 2的第一孔 21相配合,从而将箱门 200锁紧,保证了箱门 200 的关门止挡。
开门过程中, 与上述关门过程正好相反。 用户稍用力将卡合块 4从支撑板 2的第一 孔 21中拉出, 并继续旋转箱门 200 , 此时卡合块 4被支撑板 21挤压而向上回缩入第二 孔 31 内, 并进一步挤压弹簧 5向上运动回缩, 弹簧 5受到较大的压力。 当箱门 200开 到一定的程度时, 支撑板 2从凹口 210与盖板 33限定的容纳空间中出来, 然后弹簧 5 推动卡合块 4向下运动使卡合块 4的一部分从盖板 33上的第二孔 31露出到罩体 3的外 部, 完成开门过程。 可以理解的是, 根据本发明实施例的闭门结构还可用于其他类型的箱门及拒门中。 根据本发明第二方面实施例的一种对开门水箱, 包括两个闭门结构、 箱体、 左箱门 和右箱门, 其中闭门结构均为根据本发明第一方面实施例中所述的闭门结构 1 00。 箱体 前侧敞开, 其中铰链本体 11分别设在箱体的前边沿的左、 右侧, 左箱门和右箱门分别 通过铰链组件 1可旋转地安装在箱体的前侧,且罩体 3分别安装在左箱门和右箱门的水 平端面上。
可选地, 罩体 3分别安装在左箱门和右箱门的上端面上, 也就是说, 凹口 21 0分别 形成在左箱门和右箱门的上端面上。
根据本发明实施例的对开门水箱的其他构成例如冷藏室中央的翻转梁、 冷藏冷冻控 制和制冷系统等以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的, 这里不再详细描 述。
根据本发明实施例的对开门水箱, 通过釆用上述闭门结构, 关门止挡效果更好, 在 用力关一边的门时, 另一边的门不会由于气压的原因而弹开, 防止了水箱漏冷, 使得凝 露能耗较低。
在本说明书的描述中, 参考术语 "一个实施例" 、 "一些实施例" 、 "示意性实施 例" 、 "示例" 、 "具体示例" 、 或 "一些示例" 等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描 述的具体特征、 结构、 材料或者特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施例或示例中。 在本说 明书中, 对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或示例。 而且, 描述的具 体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结 合。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种用于旋转式箱门的闭门结构, 所述旋转式箱门可旋转地安装在箱体上, 其特 征在于, 所述闭门结构包括:
铰链组件,其中所述旋转式箱门通过铰链组件安装在所述箱体上,所述铰链组件包括: 铰链本体, 所述铰链本体沿纵向固定在所述箱体上, 其中设有铰链孔的铰链板 连接至所述铰链本体的后端; 和
与所述铰链孔配合的铰链轴;
沿横向延伸的支撑板,所述支撑板与所述铰链本体的前端相连,在所述支撑板上设有第一孔; 罩体, 所述罩体固定在所述箱门上, 所述罩体内限定有罩腔;
卡合块,所述卡合块可伸缩移动地设在所述罩腔内且一部分可通过罩体表面的第二孔 露出所述罩体外, 其中露出所述罩体外的所述一部分可与所述第一孔相卡合以使所述旋 转式箱门关闭所述箱体。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的闭门结构, 其特征在于, 所述罩体的第一表面敞开, 所述 罩腔内设有内部限定出柱形孔的空心柱, 其中所述空心柱从与所述第一表面相对的罩腔 的内壁朝向所述敞开面延伸;
所述闭门结构进一步包括:
盖板, 所述盖板封闭所述罩腔的第一表面, 且所述第二孔形成在所述盖板上; 和 弹性件, 所述弹性件预压缩后抵在所述空心柱内和所述卡合块之间。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的闭门结构, 其特征在于, 所述罩体的与所述第一表面相邻 的第二表面上形成有与所述第一表面相连通的凹槽, 其中所述支撑板适于从所述凹槽处 插入以使第一孔与所述卡合块配合。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的闭门结构, 其特征在于, 所述罩体的第一表面为所述罩体 的下表面, 且所述第二表面为所述罩体的左表面。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的闭门结构, 其特征在于, 所述卡合块为球体。
6、 根据权利要求 3所述的闭门结构, 其特征在于, 所述卡合块为多面体。
7、根据权利要求 5或 6所述的闭门结构, 其特征在于, 所述第一孔和第二孔为圆孔。
8、 根据权利要求 2所述的闭门结构, 其特征在于, 所述弹性件为弹簧或波紋管。
9、 一种对开门水箱, 其特征在于, 包括:
两个根据权利要求 1 -8中任一项所述的闭门结构;
箱体,所述箱体前侧敞开,其中所述铰链本体分别设在所述箱体的前边沿的左、右侧; 左箱门和右箱门, 所述左箱门和右箱门分别可旋转地安装在所述箱体的前侧,且所述 罩体分别安装在所述左箱门和右箱门的水平端面上。
10、根据权利要求 9所述的对开门水箱, 其特征在于, 所述罩体分别安装在所述左箱 门和右箱门的上端面上。
