根据本发明的一个实施例,所述左卡爪上设有左转轴,所述右卡爪上设有右转轴,所述盖体和所述本体共同限定出左转轴槽和右转轴槽,所述左转轴可转动地配合在所述左转轴槽内,所述右转轴可转动地配合在所述右转轴槽内。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述左弹性件和所述右弹性件均为弹簧,所述左卡爪的左侧面上设有左定位柱且所述右卡爪的右侧面上设有右定位柱,所述左弹性件的左端抵在所述容纳腔左侧壁上且右端套设在所述左定位柱上,所述右弹性件的左端套设在所述右定位柱上且右端抵在所述容纳腔的右侧壁上。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述门体锁止组件为两个且分别设在所述制冷间室的上表面和下表面上。

下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
下面参考附图描述根据本发明实施例的对开门冰箱1。
如图1-图4所示,根据本发明实施例的对开门冰箱1包括箱体(图中未示出)、左门体110、右门体120和门体锁止组件200(左右方向如图1-图4中的箭头C所示)。
所述箱体内具有制冷间室。左门体110和右门体120分别可枢转地设在所述箱体上以共同打开和关闭所述制冷间室,左门体110和右门体120对开设置。左门体110上设有左门封111且右门体120上设有右门封121。左门体110和右门体120关闭所述制冷间室时被门体锁止组件200锁止且左门封111和右门封121共同密封左门体110和右门体120之间的缝隙。
根据本发明实施例的对开门冰箱1,通过设置门体锁止组件200,可以利用门体锁止组件200对左门体110和右门体120进行锁止,以在左门体110和右门体120共同关闭所述制冷间室时对左门体110和右门体120进行锁止,从而可以避免左门体110和右门体120在用户主动开启以外的情况下打开,保证左门体110和右门体120对所述制冷间室关闭的可靠性。
并且,通过在左门体110上设置左门封111并在右门体120上设置右门封121,可以在左门体110和右门体120关闭所述制冷间室时,利用左门封111和右门封121共同密封左门体110和右门体120之间的缝隙,而且由于左门体110和右门体120关闭所述制冷间室时,左门体110和右门体129被门体锁止组件200锁止,可以进一步保证左门封111和右门封121对左门体110和右门体120之间缝隙的密封性,从而保证所述制冷间室的密封性。
此外,由于对开门冰箱1的左门体110和右门体120之间的缝隙通过左门封111和右门封121进行密封且通过门体锁止组件200进行锁止,相比相关技术中通过翻转梁对门体中间缝隙进行密封的方式,不仅可以省去翻转梁的零件成本,使对开门冰箱1的结构更加简单,降低对开门冰箱1的零件数量,降低对开门冰箱1的制造成本,而 且可以省去用于安装翻转梁的装配工序,简化对开门冰箱1的装配工艺,提高对开门冰箱1的生产效率,降低安装人员的操作强度以降低人工成本,从而进一步降低对开门冰箱1的生产成本。
因此,根据本发明实施例的对开门冰箱1具有结构简单、成本低、生产效率高等优点。
下面参考附图描述根据本发明具体实施例的对开门冰箱1。
在本发明的一些具体实施例中,如图1-图4所示,根据本发明实施例的对开门冰箱1包括箱体、左门体110、右门体120和门体锁止组件200。其中左门封111可以位于左门体110的右侧壁上且邻近左门体110的后表面设置,且右门封121可以位于右门体120的左侧壁上且邻近右门体120的后表面设置。
左门体110上设有左挂耳112且右门体120上设有右挂耳122,左门体110和右门体120关闭所述制冷间室时门体锁止组件200锁止左挂耳112和右挂耳122。由此可以便于利用左挂耳112和右挂耳122对左门体110和右门体120进行定位,以便于门体锁止组件200对左门体110和右门体120进行锁止。
具体地,如图2-图4所示,门体锁止组件200包括壳体210、左卡爪220、右卡爪230、左弹性件241和右弹性件242。壳体210设在所述箱体上。左卡爪220和右卡爪230分别可转动地设在壳体210上。左弹性件241被压缩在壳体210和左卡爪220之间且右弹性件242被压缩在壳体210和右卡爪230之间,左门体110和右门体120关闭所述制冷间室时左卡爪220在左弹性件241的作用下钩挂左挂耳112且右卡爪230在右弹性件242的作用下钩挂右挂耳122。这样在打开和关闭门体的过程中可以通过左挂耳112和右挂耳122挤压左卡爪220和右卡爪230,使左卡爪220和右卡爪230克服弹性件的弹力进行转动,以便于门体的打开和锁止。由此可以利用左挂耳112和左卡爪220对左门体110进行锁止,利用右挂耳122和右卡爪230对右门体120进行锁止,不仅可以使用户既可以不必考虑开门的先后顺序,提高对开门冰箱1的便利性,而且通过设置壳体210,可以便于门体锁止组件200的装配。例如,可以先将左卡爪220、右卡爪230、左弹性件241和右弹性件242安装在壳体210上组成门体锁止组件200,再将门体锁止组件200安装在箱体上。
更为具体地,如图2-图4所示,左挂耳112上设有横截面为圆形的左卡耳1120且左卡爪220上设有左导向斜面221和位于左导向斜面221后方的左锁止圆弧面222,右挂耳122上设有横截面为圆形的右卡耳1220且右卡爪230上设有右导向斜面231和位于右导向斜面231后方的右锁止圆弧面232,左门体110和右门体120关闭所述制冷间室时左卡爪220在左导向斜面221的引导下钩挂在左锁止圆弧面222上且右卡爪230 在右导向斜面231的引导下钩挂在右锁止圆弧面232上。具体而言,左卡耳1120可以位于左挂耳112的左侧壁上且邻近左挂耳112的后端设置,右卡耳1220可以位于右挂耳122的右侧壁上且邻近右挂耳122的后端设置(前后方向如图1-图4中的箭头B所示)。这样可以使门体在打开和关闭的过程中更加顺畅,以便于门体的开和关闭,而且可以防止用户未对门体施力的情况下门体自行打开,以保证对开门冰箱1的可靠性。
可选地,如图2-图4所示,左卡爪220和右卡爪230在左右方向上相对设置,左卡爪220的转动轴线和右卡爪230的转动轴线平行且沿上下方向定向。由此可以使左卡爪220和右卡爪230能够沿水平方向进行转动,从而便于门体沿水平方向打开和关闭。
有利地,如图2-图4所示,壳体210在左右方向上位于所述箱体的中心处,左挂耳112设在左门体110的后表面上且邻近左门体110的右侧面设置,右挂耳122设在右门体120的后表面上且邻近右门体120的左侧面设置。由此可以使门体锁止组件200适用于左门体110和右门体120尺寸相同的冰箱,而且可以提高门体锁止组件200对左门体110和右门体120的锁止效果,提高对左门体110和右门体120之间缝隙的密封性。
本领域的技术人员可以理解的是,壳体210也可以不设置在所述箱体在水平方向上的中心处,以使门体锁止组件200适用于门体尺寸不同的冰箱。
具体而言,壳体210可以通过螺纹紧固件安装在所述箱体上。
图3和图4示出了根据本发明一个具体示例的对开门冰箱1。如图3和图4所示,壳体210包括本体211和盖体212。本体211内具有后表面敞开的容纳腔,本体211的前表面设有与所述容纳腔连通的锁止口2110,左卡爪220、右卡爪230、左弹性件241和右弹性件242均设在所述容纳腔内,左卡爪220在左弹性件241的作用下伸入锁止口2110且右卡爪230在右弹性件242的作用下伸入锁止口2110。盖体212可拆卸地安装在本体211上且封盖所述容纳腔的后表面。由此可以便于门体锁止组件200的拆装,以便于门体锁止组件200的拆卸和维修。
具体地,如图3和图4所示,左卡爪220上设有左转轴223,右卡爪230上设有右转轴233,盖体212和本体211共同限定出左转轴槽2111和右转轴槽2112,左转轴223可转动地配合在所述左转轴槽内,右转轴233可转动地配合在所述右转轴槽内。由此可以实现将左卡爪220和右卡爪230可转动地设在壳体210上。
具体而言,如图3和图4所示,盖体212上可以设有左限位筋2121和右限位筋2122,本体211上可以设有左缺口和右缺口,所述左缺口和左限位筋2121共同限定出左转轴槽2111且所述右缺口和右限位筋2122共同限定出右转轴槽2112。这样在安装时可以 先将转轴配合在缺口内,在利用限位筋进行限位,以防止转轴脱离缺口。
可选地,如图3和图4所示,左弹性件241和右弹性件242均为弹簧,左卡爪220的左侧面上设有左定位柱224且右卡爪230的右侧面上设有右定位柱234,左弹性件241的左端抵在所述容纳腔左侧壁上且右端套设在左定位柱224上,右弹性件242的左端套设在右定位柱234上且右端抵在所述容纳腔的右侧壁上。由此可以利用左定位柱224和右定位柱234对弹簧的靠近卡爪的一端进行定位,以提高所述弹簧的稳定性。
具体而言,如图3和图4所示,壳体210上可以设有左限位板2123和右限位板2124,左弹性件241的左端可以止挡在左限位板2123的前端与本体211的内壁之间,右弹性件242的右端可以止挡在右限位板2124的前端与本体211的内壁之间,由此可以进一步对左弹性件241的左端和右弹性件242的右端进行限位,以进一步提高弹簧的稳定性。
有利地,门体锁止组件200为两个且分别设在所述制冷间室的上表面和下表面上。由此不仅可以利用两个门体锁止组件200分别对门体的上部和下部进行锁止,而且可以避让所述制冷间室的中部空间,防止门体锁止组件200影响用户取放物品,进一步提高用户使用时的便利性。
根据本发明实施例的对开门冰箱1的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接或彼此可通讯;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语 在本发明中的具体含义。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种对开门冰箱,其特征在于,包括:
    箱体,所述箱体内具有制冷间室;
    左门体和右门体,所述左门体和所述右门体分别可枢转地设在所述箱体上以共同打开和关闭所述制冷间室,所述左门体上设有左门封且所述右门体上设有右门封;
    门体锁止组件,所述左门体和所述右门体关闭所述制冷间室时被所述门体锁止组件锁止且所述左门封和所述右门封共同密封所述左门体和所述右门体之间的缝隙。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的对开门冰箱,其特征在于,所述左门体上设有左挂耳且所述右门体上设有右挂耳,所述左门体和所述右门体关闭所述制冷间室时所述门体锁止组件锁止所述左挂耳和所述右挂耳。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的对开门冰箱,其特征在于,所述门体锁止组件包括:
    壳体,所述壳体设在所述箱体上;
    左卡爪和右卡爪,所述左卡爪和所述右卡爪分别可转动地设在所述壳体上;
    左弹性件和右弹性件,所述左弹性件在所述壳体和所述左卡爪之间且所述右弹性件在所述壳体和所述右卡爪之间,所述左门体和所述右门体关闭所述制冷间室时所述左卡爪在所述左弹性件的作用下钩挂所述左挂耳且所述右卡爪在所述右弹性件的作用下钩挂所述右挂耳。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的对开门冰箱,其特征在于,所述左挂耳上设有横截面为圆形的左卡耳且所述左卡爪上设有左导向斜面和位于所述左导向斜面后方的左锁止圆弧面,所述右挂耳上设有横截面为圆形的右卡耳且所述右卡爪上设有右导向斜面和位于所述右导向斜面后方的右锁止圆弧面,所述左门体和所述右门体关闭所述制冷间室时所述左卡爪在所述左导向斜面的引导下钩挂在所述左锁止圆弧面上且所述右卡爪在所述右导向斜面的引导下钩挂在所述右锁止圆弧面上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的对开门冰箱,其特征在于,所述左卡爪和所述右卡爪在左右方向上相对设置,所述左卡爪的转动轴线和所述右卡爪的转动轴线平行且沿上下方向定向。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的对开门冰箱,其特征在于,所述壳体在左右方向上位于所述箱体的中心处,所述左挂耳设在所述左门体的后表面上且邻近所述左门体的右侧面设置,所述右挂耳设在所述右门体的后表面上且邻近所述右门体的左侧面设置。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的对开门冰箱,其特征在于,所述壳体包括;
    本体,所述本体内具有后表面敞开的容纳腔,所述本体的前表面设有与所述容纳腔连通的锁止口,所述左卡爪、所述右卡爪、所述左弹性件和所述右弹性件均设在所述容纳腔内,所述左卡爪在所述左弹性件的作用下伸入所述锁止口且所述右卡爪在所述右弹性件的作用下伸入所述锁止口;
    盖体,所述盖体可拆卸地安装在所述本体上且封盖所述容纳腔的后表面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的对开门冰箱,其特征在于,所述左卡爪上设有左转轴,所述右卡爪上设有右转轴,所述盖体和所述本体共同限定出左转轴槽和右转轴槽,所述左转轴可转动地配合在所述左转轴槽内,所述右转轴可转动地配合在所述右转轴槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的对开门冰箱,其特征在于,所述左弹性件和所述右弹性件均为弹簧,所述左卡爪的左侧面上设有左定位柱且所述右卡爪的右侧面上设有右定位柱,所述左弹性件的左端抵在所述容纳腔左侧壁上且右端套设在所述左定位柱上,所述右弹性件的左端套设在所述右定位柱上且右端抵在所述容纳腔的右侧壁上。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的对开门冰箱,其特征在于,所述门体锁止组件为两个且分别设在所述制冷间室的上面和下面上。
