Abstract

본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 적색형광체는 Az(Sr, M)2(Si, Al)O4-xNy (0<x<3, y=2x/3, 0.001<z<0.1)의 조성식으로 표시되고, 상기 A는 리튬(Li), 칼륨(K) 및 나트륨(Na)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소이며, 상기 M은 바륨(Ba), 마그네슘(Mg) 및 칼슘(Ca)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소인 화합물을 포함하며, 6.9㎛ ≤ D50 ≤ 13.9㎛에 해당하는 입도 분포를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 적색형광체이다.
