目前, 国内还没有低引燃倾向性卷烟产品既能保持自然状态下的可燃性, 达到低引燃 型卷烟的设计要求, 同时又不影响卷烟的整体抽吸品质。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足, 提供一种低引燃倾向性卷烟纸及其制备方 法, 其在大气环境中空烧至涂布带时, 卷烟熄火率低甚至不熄灭; 而在测试标准条件下, 接触基质滤纸熄火率高, 同时对卷烟烟气以及抽吸品质都没有明显负面影响。
所述的低引燃倾向性卷烟纸, 它包括一种通过造纸工艺制作而成的普通卷烟纸,在该 普通卷烟纸的内表面涂刷或印刷有由成膜剂、 粘度调节剂以及填料组成的涂布液膜层并构 成涂布带制成。

5. 本发明将极大地提升低引燃型卷烟的品质和生产过程的良好运行性, 具有良好 的社会效益和经济效益, 有望成为卷烟产品新的经济增长点。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
一种低引燃倾向性卷烟纸的制备, 它基本采取现有的造纸工艺, 如对纤维原料进行疏 解、 打浆, 调配长短纤维比例、 添加填料和功能助剂, 然后经脱水纸张成型, 再经压搾、 烘干、 卷取、 复卷即完成卷烟纸的制造。

( 1 ) 碳酸钙, 轻质碳酸钙粉末或新鲜制备的碳酸钙悬浮液, 其用量在成品纸中重量百分 比范围为 15-50%; ( 2 ) 比表面积大的含镁物质, 可以是氧化镁粉、 氢氧化镁粉或新鲜制备的氢氧化镁, 成 品纸中镁离子含量以氢氧化镁计占重量百分比范围为 5-40%;
( 3 ) 三羟基铝和铝盐化合物, 指铝矾、 偏铝酸钠、 聚合氯化铝、 氢氧化铝等造纸填料, 成品卷烟纸中铝离子含量以三氧化铝计占重量百分比范围为 5-30%;
( 4) 硅的氧化物或硅酸盐或两者的混合物。 其中包括不同形态的硅的氧化物、 不同形态 的硅酸的碱金属盐或碱土金属盐或铝盐, 成品纸中硅含量以氧化硅计占重量百分比范围为 1-10%;
3. 采用有机助燃剂
本发明使用的有机助燃剂指碱金属的羧酸盐: 钾、钠的醋酸盐、琥珀酸盐、酒石酸盐、 柠檬酸盐、 富马酸盐等, 钾钠离子可源于单一或多种羧酸盐, 卷烟纸中钾离子含量占钾钠 离子总量的重量百分比可从 0-100%调节, 同样钠离子含量占钾钠离子总量的重量百分比也 可从 0-100%调节。 助燃剂钾钠离子总量在卷烟纸中重量百分比范围为 0. 5-10%。
本发明对纸张纤维没有特殊要求, 传统生产用的自然纤维即可。
二、 丝网印刷涂布工艺
1. 涂布液的配制
本发明低引燃卷烟纸中涂布带包括成膜剂、 粘度调节剂以及填料。
常温下, 将填料配成 40%〜60%悬浊液, 搅拌均匀; 再加入粘度调节剂组分配制成质量百分 浓度为 2%〜4%的水溶液,搅拌 10分钟;最后倒入成膜剂组分配制成质量百分浓度为 25%〜 35%的水溶液, 搅拌 20分钟; 即制得本发明涂布液。
2. 丝网涂布工艺
采用印刷涂布工艺, 将上述涂布液通过一定间距规格丝网转移至卷烟纸内表面, 所选 丝网涂布带宽度可以为 6mm或 8mm。 印刷涂布机为单面涂布, 车速为 100m/min, 烘干温度 为 100°C, 再经复卷、 分切即可得低引燃倾向性卷烟纸成品。
采用以上技术生产的卷烟纸, 用于卷烟生产可提高低引燃型卷烟的品质, 现结合实际 举例如下:
实施例一
取 700公斤木浆, 加入碳酸钙 500公斤, 配制重量百分比为 40%的柠檬酸钾和重量百 分比 6%的柠檬酸钠在助燃剂添加处加入, 按常规造纸方法生产卷烟纸, 在设备上控制卷烟 纸特性为: 定量 28克 /米 2、 透气度 80柯瑞斯塔。
常温下, 在涂布液调制桶中加入一定质量的碳酸钙作为填料, 配制成质量百分浓度为 50%的悬浊液, 搅拌均匀; 向其中加入质量百分浓度分别为 2%碱金属藻酸盐和 1%聚乙烯醇 作为粘度调节剂, 搅拌均匀后; 再向其中加入质量百分浓度分别为的 5%淀粉、 8%环糊精和 12%麦芽糊精, 作为成膜剂, 搅拌均匀。 丝网印刷涂布带宽度为 6mm。
实施例二
卷烟纸的制备按实施例一的生产过程。
常温下, 在涂布液调制桶中加入一定质量的碳酸钙作为填料, 配制成质量百分浓度为 50%的悬浊液, 搅拌均匀; 向其中加入质量百分浓度分别为 2%碱金属藻酸盐和 1%羧甲基纤 维素钠作为粘度调节剂, 搅拌均匀后; 再向其中加入质量百分浓度分别为的 5%淀粉、 8% 环糊精和 12%麦芽糊精, 作为成膜剂, 搅拌均匀。 丝网印刷涂布带宽度为 6mm。
实施例三
卷烟纸的制备按实施例一的生产过程。
常温下, 在涂布液调制桶中加入一定质量的碳酸钙作为填料, 配制成质量百分浓度为 50%的悬浊液, 搅拌均匀; 向其中加入质量百分浓度分别为 3%碱金属藻酸盐和 1%聚乙烯醇 作为粘度调节剂, 搅拌均匀后; 再向其中加入质量百分浓度分别为的 5%淀粉、 8%果胶和 12%明胶, 作为成膜剂, 搅拌均匀。 丝网印刷涂布带宽度为 6mm。
实施例四
卷烟纸的制备按实施例一的生产过程。
常温下, 在涂布液调制桶中加入一定质量的碳酸钙作为填料, 配制成质量百分浓度为 50%的悬浊液, 搅拌均匀; 向其中加入质量百分浓度分别为 3%碱金属藻酸盐和 1%聚乙烯醇 作为粘度调节剂, 搅拌均匀后; 再向其中加入质量百分浓度分别为的 5%淀粉、 10%环糊精 和 15%麦芽糊精, 作为成膜剂, 搅拌均匀。 丝网印刷涂布带宽度为 6mm。
实施例五
卷烟纸的制备按实施例一的生产过程。
常温下, 在涂布液调制桶中加入一定质量的碳酸钙作为填料, 配制成质量百分浓度为 50%的悬浊液, 搅拌均匀; 向其中加入质量百分浓度分别为 3%碱金属藻酸盐和 1%聚乙烯醇 作为粘度调节剂, 搅拌均匀后; 再向其中加入质量百分浓度分别为的 5%淀粉、 12%环糊精 和 18%麦芽糊精, 作为成膜剂, 搅拌均匀。 丝网印刷涂布带宽度为 6mm。
考察采用不同实施方案对卷烟纸主要物理指标的影响, 以未印刷涂布卷烟纸作为卷烟 原纸, 结果如表 1所示。
从表中结果可以看出,卷烟原纸经丝网印刷涂布后, 按不同实施例相比于卷烟原纸定 都增加 4克 /米 2, 而卷烟纸透气度根据不同实施例由原纸 80柯瑞斯塔 (单位: CU) 降 5〜20柯瑞斯塔; 各实施例对卷烟纸其他物理指标影响不大。

采用国内某出口牌号卷烟烟丝在相同条件下进行样品卷制, 以普通卷烟纸卷制样品作 为对照样, 按照低引燃卷烟 FASE 测试方法 (大气环境下烟支水平放置空烧) 和 ASTM E2187-04测试方法 (测试箱内特定滤纸基质上测试), 测定对照样和实施例样品的引燃性 情况, 测试结果如表 2所示。

烟支测试支数: 120支
从测试结果可以看出, 各实施例添加涂布带后, 按 FASE测试方法, 熄火率非常低或不 熄火; 按 ASTM E2187-04测试方法, 熄火率都在 90%以上, 达到大于 75%熄火率的标准要 求, 具有低引燃倾向性效果。
对不同实施例低引燃型卷烟与对照卷烟样品在吸烟机上进行烟气分析测试, 测试结果 如表 3所示。

从表中烟气指标测试结果也可以看出, 通过卷烟原纸透气度调整不同实施例的低引燃 样品与对照样烟气指标变化幅度不大, 都符合卷烟盒标设计要求。
对低引燃型卷烟进行感官质量评吸,结果显示不同实施例样品相比于对照样都稍有剌 激性, 但对卷烟整体抽吸品质无明显负面影响, 由于低引燃型卷烟的特殊性, 因此我们只 要求在满足低引燃性设计前提下, 尽量保持对卷烟原有抽吸风味。
综上所述,本发明通过丝网印刷方式在卷烟纸上添加包含有成膜剂、粘度调节剂以及 填料的涂布带, 卷烟样品在满足大气环境下空烧不熄火, 而在可燃物基质上满足熄火要求 下, 对卷烟烟气指标影响较小, 而又不影响卷烟整体抽吸品质。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种低引燃倾向性卷烟纸, 它包括一种通过造纸工艺制作而成的普通卷烟纸, 其 特征在于在该普通卷烟纸的内表面涂刷或印刷有由成膜剂、 粘度调节剂以及填料组成的涂 布液膜层并构成涂布带制成。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的低引燃倾向性卷烟纸, 其特征在于所述的成膜剂为淀粉、 环糊精、 麦芽糊精、 果胶、 明胶的一种或几种组合; 粘度调节剂为碱金属藻酸盐、 聚乙烯 醇、 羧甲基纤维素钠的一种或几种组合; 填料为碳酸钙、 氢氧化镁、 氢氧化铝的一种或几 种组合;所述的成膜剂占卷烟纸的质量分数为 3%〜6%, 粘度调节剂占卷烟纸的质量分数为 0. 1%〜1%, 填料占卷烟纸的质量分数为 5%〜10%。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的低引燃倾向性卷烟纸, 其特征在于所述成膜剂在涂布带中 的成分及其在卷烟纸中的质量分数是淀粉 1%〜1. 5%,环糊精 1%〜2. 0%,麦芽糊精 1%〜2. 5% 或者淀粉 1%〜1. 5%,果胶 1%〜2. 0%,明胶 1%〜2. 5%; 所述粘度调节剂在涂布带中的成分及 其在卷烟纸中的质量分数是碱金属藻酸盐 0. 05%〜0. 8%, 聚乙烯醇或者羧甲基纤维素钠 0. 05%〜0. 2%; 所述填料在涂布带中的成分及其在卷烟纸中的质量分数是碳酸钙 5%〜8% 氢氧化镁或氢氧化铝 0%〜2%。
4、一种如权利要求 1或 2或 3所述低引燃倾向性卷烟纸的制备方法,其特征在于该方 法采用如下步骤:
( 1 ) 制备一定规格的普通卷烟纸;
( 2 ) 将所述填料配成 40%〜60%悬浊液, 搅拌均匀;
( 3 ) 常温下, (2 ) 加入所述的粘度调节剂组分配制成质量百分浓度为 2%〜4%的水溶液, 搅拌 10分钟;
( 4)常温下, ( 3 )中再加入所述的成膜剂组分配制成质量百分浓度为 25%〜35%的水溶液, 搅拌 20分钟;
( 5 ) 采用印刷涂布方式, 将 (4) 所配制胶料通过丝网按一定间隔添加到卷烟纸表面。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的低引燃倾向性卷烟纸的制备方法, 其特征在于它采用具有 一定间距规格的丝网, 涂布带宽度是 6 或 8
